Yesterday I ordered 1 pizza and 2 bruschettas to be delivered online on the website. I was happy because unfortunately no one delivers in my area and I was happy to accept the €3.5 delivery cost. The delivery time was stated as 60 minutes after 1.5 hours I call for the first time and ask what's going on, there's still no one there, they told me on the phone, yes the driver is already on the way, only 3 customers in front of me. When I called again half an hour later and asked again, I was insulted stupidly on the phone, saying that I had to pay first, stupid only when you can choose "pay in cash" as the only payment method online and I first explained to the good lady on the phone that It would be totally nonsensical if I ordered food online to have it delivered, then first drove to the local place, paid for the food in cash and then drove home again so that they could deliver the food to me, then she put me aside, it seemed someone there who wanted something, then she said she would make the food again and the driver would be with me in 20-30 minutes. An hour later they called me and said the driver had just left and was now on his way to me. After 3.5 hours I finally received my food and it was just lukewarm and the 2 bruschettas are just a dry slice of toast with a few small pieces of tomatoes. Rarely have I eaten so badly and waited so long for my food, once and never again! Oh yes, and of course nothing was done about the price after 3.5 hours of waiting!

I will never give you my money again! Unfortunately, one star is still too high! When I picked it up the first pizza was burnt, okay that can happen, so a new one was made which took another 10 minutes. When the order was finally ready and we were able to eat at home, it turned out that the new pizza could only be described as cooked. Pale, limp, very doughy. Even though the pasta was ordered WITHOUT ham, the pasta was of course made with ham.... so in short, just a waste of money and time!!!! The last time I ordered, as many have already described, the food was cold upon delivery and simply 1.5 hours late. Instead of simply contacting the customers and letting them know that it will take longer, you are just so bold and always let it slide... disgusting behavior! If you're overwhelmed by people ordering from you, you've simply missed your job! Do the world a favor and change something or just shut down. There is enough food being wasted in the world, you don't have to join in!!! But there is one good thing about it, at least I will never order from you again. Maybe you'll be a little less overwhelmed and can at least serve the others better.

We ordered a Four Seasons family pizza and a Gorgonzola family pizza was delivered. When we complained over the phone they just said, "We can't do anything about it, no returns," we wish you bon appetit, the pizza is good too!!! This statement doesn't work at all!!! Definitely the last order here!!!

I'll put it this way: they can't cook. Cream sauce means warm cream. No spices, honestly just warm cream. They bake by letting the cheese melt upon delivery. The pizza was completely soggy. Also very tasteless. Pizza with "spicy" without spiciness! Honestly, I haven't eaten so badly and spent so much money on it in a long time. 😭

Delivery was over 1:30 hours late and only after several phone calls where it seemed as if they didn't know about my order. Not recommended

Very bad service, we had to wait 2 hours longer for the food than stated despite repeated calls. The food arrived cold and with incorrect pizzas.

I ordered a pizza at 7:30 p.m. and it was supposed to be there in 50 minutes. After 1.5 hours I asked where she was. It should come, they said. After 2 more calls the pizza still didn't come. On the third call I was told we were finishing work. At 10 p.m. the boss and her employees came and asked if I still wanted the pizza. It doesn't work that way at all. Unreliable. That was the second time. Then I order the pizza somewhere else.

Not even worth one star. Ordered there for the first and last time. A delivery time of 50 minutes turned into almost 3 hours! After calling to ask whether the food was still coming, they said that the driver was already on the way and would be there in 10 minutes at the latest. That turned into another 35 minutes. There was great hope that the food would at least taste good. Unfortunately the food wasn't even lukewarm. The fries were completely soggy and the schnitzel was dry. The salad was dressed with water and a drop of vinegar. The fly on a leaf finished me off. Hunger drove it in.

Unfortunately it's been a disaster in the last few months! 3 times over 1 hour late. You also have to wait longer when you pick it up. The boss has employees call and say that it will take an hour longer. I don't think it's a good solution. Will order elsewhere in the future.

Food always comes much later than promised and the wrong food is often delivered. If you order something with an extra charge, you don't get it and you still pay the extra charge.

We are very happy with the quality of the food BUT the delivery times are cheeky! We have occasionally waited for 1 1/2 hours (with a shorter time announcement). Today, however, I asked for 3 1/2 hours and asked multiple times (“It will be there in 20 minutes”… “the driver is already on the way” etc.). Neither a “sorry” or an explanation of the problem. Although the food tasted good, this will be our last order. No insight and no customer-friendly accommodation! Despite our “understanding” for sick staff and other excuses, it is not normal to need 3 1/2 hours when the “good hour” is announced! Our cell phone number was stored, a quick call to delay etc. would have been enough. The driver was finally able to call when it was discovered after 3 hours that the wrong address had also been written down.

Always top 👍 To everyone who just complains: See "have ordered, order was accepted but pizzeria is closed etc...🤣🤣🤣🤣 If you already have your smartphone in your hand, just call and don't rely on the lazy online ordering option 🤦‍♂️ I can't understand it anyway, I would never rely on a computer when I'm hungry 😅 Well, whatever... I'd rather have a real menu in my hand and a real person on the phone ☎️ Waiting times are usually okay, if it says on the phone (real person!!) it will take 1.5 hours then there is still the MC for fans of fast food ;) I don't know of any delivery service that is never late. Despite years of experience, it is impossible to estimate in advance how many orders will come. This certainly makes personnel planning more difficult. Wherever it tastes good, there's a lot going on ☝️😉

Ordered food online. Received confirmation via email that delivery will take place in 75 minutes. After 120 minutes I called there and asked where the food was. The answer was, it will be done soon!?!? I then canceled the order. So I can't judge the food at all, but the poor service and unreliability alone are enough to annoy customers.

Pizzen sind sehr lecker und die salate erst sind auch sehr frisch Die Nudeln sind perfekt Es sind sehr nette Mitarbeiter

Ich spreche hier vor allem von den Pizzen des Lieferdienstes, die wir regelmäßig bestellen. Die Qualität ist meiner Meinung nach sehr gut (für einen Lieferdienst) und gleichbleibend von Woche zu Woche. Die Pizzen sind knusprig und mit leckeren Zutaten belegt. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist gut! Wir sind zufrieden. Seitdem es das Online-Bestellformular auf der Website gibt, müssen wir meistens (70 Minuten vor allem am Wochenende) länger auf die Lieferung warten. Das sollte man auf jeden Fall mit einplanen.

Servus, Wir als Hüttengemeinde Steinsfeld waren immer treue Kundschaft, haben ca dreimal die Woche essen bestellt. Anfangs waren wir sehr begeistert von der Pizza und der Pasta. Leider lässt in letzter Zeit der Geschmack sehr nach. Zudem werden die Lieferzeiten total überzogen.... Außerdem sind die Preise mittlerweile viel zu hoch. P.S. Wir warten immernoch auf unsere selbst kreierte Pizza. Wir hoffen auf Verbesserung der eben genannten Punkte. Gruß

Die Pizzen sind überragend... Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis passt völlig ... 👍 Egal ob Pizzen, Salate oder pasta, alles ist in meinen Augen ist sehr gut und die Portionen machen satt. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen 😊

Salat war super lecker, frisch und knackig und mehr als genug. Die Portion war groß - haben zu 3. daran gegessen. Das Dressing (Honig-Senf) ist sehr zu empfehlen. Die pizza’s waren auch lecker und das Pizzabrot hat sehr gut geschmeckt 😊 gerne wieder ☺️

Haben jetzt schon öfters bestellt und das Essen kommt immer warm und in einer super Qualität an. Das Essen ist sehr lecker, egal ob Salat, Pizza, Nudeln, oder Fleischgerichte. Ich muss auch die Internetseite loben, die ist sehr schön gemacht und übersichtlich. Der Bestellservice klappt auch ganz gut. Endlich mal ein toller Lieferservice im Landkreis wo Qualität, Leistung und Preise stimmen.

Sehr lecker und pünktliche Lieferung! Pasta war al dente und die Sauce frisch und sehr lecker. Der knaller war die Pizza Nutella mit Banane zum Nachtisch. Immer wieder gerne!

Haben 3 Pizzen und eine Lasagne über die Website bestellt. Das Essen war ohne Wartezeit pünktlich fertig. Hat alles hervorragend geschmeckt! Sehr lecker. Das war das erste mal dass wir hier gegessen haben, aber definitiv nicht das letzte mal. Können es nur weiterempfehlen und kommen sehr gerne wieder!
