The food is really very tasty, the portions are just so big that I didn't see anyone who could manage it 😁the prices are cheap for today's time So I can only recommend it but a reservation is necessary as it is relatively small.

Unfortunately, today was the last time I ate food in a restaurant or picked it up. You can pay more for good food, but today I ordered a normal portion of fries to pick up, which I somehow missed when I got there because it cost 11.00, but unfortunately it was the last time

Not even worth one star! Delivery came on time, but a meal was completely forgotten, we immediately complained by phone, and we were told on the phone that the delivery would be delivered as soon as the driver returned from Haßfurt. After another two hours of waiting and another phone call, we were put off again saying it would take another half hour because the driver was still on the way in Donnersdorf. Unfortunately, the boss made fun of our annoyance and of us on the phone, which is an absolute disgrace since we had already had to wait over two hours for our forgotten food and now had to wait another half to three quarters of an hour. Conclusion: The food itself tastes good, pizzas are very tasty, but the customer service and friendliness towards customers leaves a lot to be desired. We definitely won't be ordering again!

In my opinion, anyone who praises the food here only eats frozen food! Food was loveless on the plate and frozen goods 🤔. Salad from the refrigerator was so cold that you couldn't eat it. For the money I paid for the meal, I go to a decent restaurant to eat. And I also have fresh food on my plate. I definitely won't go there to eat anymore 🤢🤢

Arrived with a tour group. We registered by phone 1 hour before arrival. Then the following on site: 1- multiple pizzas at once not possible 2- Staff has deficits in arithmetic and competence, as well as confusing humor 3- Proportions (example: burger + fries) clearly disproportionate, taste-wise average Despite all the ambience, hygiene and time from order to delivery GOOD.
