In my opinion, anyone who praises the food here only eats frozen food! Food was loveless on the plate and frozen goods 🤔. Salad from the refrigerator was so cold that you couldn't eat it. For the money I paid for the meal, I go to a decent restaurant to eat. And I also have fresh food on my plate. I definitely won't go there to eat anymore 🤢🤢

We paid for parking for 25 hours and every time we went to the bathroom we had to pay. It's very strange in Germany. For a woman to have to pay for the bathroom every time she needed it, another 4 euros for the shower is a lot. I certainly won't be going back! I gave it 2 stars because we got a 15 euro discount on the food.

Top gas station at pleasant prices for a gas station

There were places in the evening. 20 euros for parking, 10+2 euros of that for something, like food. It seems like you can only get pizza without extra charge. I took fries with sausage - 13.9 euros, nothing special. Ketchup is poured from the heart, just like at other autohops.

This is by far the rudest staff I have ever encountered! A middle finger at one cash register, because we "accidentally" paid for a sausage sandwich first instead of paying first and then taking it. And then at the other checkout we were laughed at because we wanted three more sandwiches with cheese with coffee. Unfortunately there were only two, so I asked if she wanted to take one from the other register or make a new one?! Then I was laughed out loud.

We came registered as a bus company. Two almost finished pizzas were still accepted as orders. Everyone else didn't get pizza anymore - for reasons of "no time" - and that in a pizza shop! The burger was okay for almost €17 (!!!), but the patty wasn't particularly good (frozen) and the bun was quite cold in some places. A failure and too expensive and too inflexible. Only scheme “F” worked!

I ordered a Corissant that wasn't even fully baked yet. From the outside it looked finished and from the inside it was still completely raw. Unfortunately there was no response from the provider, hence 1 star.

You can really take a break here. I haven't had goulash soup this good in years. Tender meat, not overcooked, no pieces of fat or gristle, well seasoned. There was also very tasty vegetarian potato soup. Very friendly employees. The vouchers from the toilet are fully credited towards purchases. Very fair prices for 24-hour operation. There is a separate area for closed companies. In the trucker's supplies, there are pregnancy test strips next to the toothbrushes. If someone is afraid of getting pregnant from brushing their teeth: as far as I know, nothing can happen.

Unfortunately, as always, too expensive. When I fill up with gas it's a shame to pay for the toilet.

It was my first time there and I have to say the food was really tasty. It was a home-breaded schnitzel fresh from the pan. The showers are large and clean and the staff is friendly. I can't say anything about the parking lot because it was already dark when I arrived, but I found a place to sleep, I will recommend you.

They accept fleet card and it is quite large. Minus point is that it's dark as...! The food is not a Michelin-starred restaurant, but I liked the pizza.

All in all, a very neat truck stop. Unfortunately, the restaurant is only open on weekends from 12 p.m. to 8 p.m., which means no proper breakfast! Even more negative, however, is that there is no service in the restaurant! This means that when it comes to eating, you have to handle the logistics yourself (when do I get the starter, main course, dessert)? You have to plan the drinks in advance, or get up and pay every time! Unfortunately there is no comfort and/or enjoyment whatsoever!

Clean and spacious parking lot, electronics charging stations available, the truck stop is currently being expanded and converted (interior).

Toilets cost €1 and are not nearly as clean as those at Sanifair or Tank und Rast. The cleaning staff sits opposite the toilets in the caravan. Soap didn't work either and paper towels were next to the sink and not in the holder next to it. If it looks like that on a weekday morning, I don't want to see it there on the weekend or during the holidays. If possible, we'll avoid this rest stop next time.

Disappointing experience for families with small children Unfortunately, we had a very negative experience at this rest stop. With a baby on the go, we had to (urgently!!!!) use the changing room, but this turned out to be impossible because the door was locked. The staff were neither helpful nor understanding. Instead, we felt like we were just a nuisance with our request. There was no support whatsoever, which made the situation very stressful for us as a family. You really shouldn't have to have an experience like this in a place that's supposed to offer travelers relaxation and service. It's a shame that families are obviously not taken into account here.

We don't normally go out to eat along the highway anymore. Now I know why again 🤢 We had the grill plate - actually with fried onions and fries and salad. Salad only cabbage and carrots I suspect not homemade. Pictured was a fresh leaf salad. Fries were cold. The meat was covered all over with peppercorns. Aside from that I swam it in a brown, gelling sauce with a few onions floating in it. The pork tasted musty. There was no sauce in the photo. Since I'm gluten intolerant, I wouldn't have ordered the grill plate. There was also nothing to be seen or mentioned about peppercorns. The whole thing is disproportionate to the price. Plus self-service. The place itself actually looked nice... like a real restaurant.

Unfortunately it's currently a huge construction site. What particularly bothered me was that there is a separate payment system in the toilet and the vouchers can only be used on site. The negative point for me on the two visits last week was, above all, the unfriendly staff. It used to be better, but maybe it will again.

Saturday evenings are 15% busy. The portions are large and delicious!

Large autohop. Friday there are plenty of places. If you are with a working ref and don’t stay in distant trees on the weekend (half of the territory is fenced off with tape), the police will still kick you out on Saturday morning, and there will be a pause. On 18.9.24. on 19.9.24 the tarpaulin on my vehicle was cut, even though it was parked in the immediate vicinity of the Tankstelle. I do not understand why such an expensive parking lot is not under video surveillance, which would make the work of the police easier. This parking lot is not an exception, because it happens more and more often in paid parking lots. It is a shame that this is allowed and the police are not doing their job. Those people who do that are sick. I even believe that it is hereditary because they were probably raised in such a house by such a mother.

I have probably visited most of EuroRastpark in Germany. Knetzgau do not accept fleet cards, because apparently the machine was broken... At other Euro Rastparks, if the machine was out of order, there was no problem with paying UTA or DKV at the ticket office for parking. Here only cash, Visa, MasterCard. The restaurant is clean, the menu is quite extensive, but there is a problem with accepting the ERP voucher. Irxleben, and when I insisted that it was a chain of auto shops, the cashier accepted it. But the toilet voucher (€1) can only be accepted by 1 person, although I had more of them. New rules in the EuroRastpark network or just an invention of the owner??? For €17.90 I thought I would get a hot burger with fries, as appetizing as on the menu, but I was wrong. Only the cutlet was warm... and the appearance? Look for yourself... Two stars only for the amount of free space in the parking lot in the evenings.
