Yesterday I ordered 1 pizza and 2 bruschettas to be delivered online on the website. I was happy because unfortunately no one delivers in my area and I was happy to accept the €3.5 delivery cost. The delivery time was stated as 60 minutes after 1.5 hours I call for the first time and ask what's going on, there's still no one there, they told me on the phone, yes the driver is already on the way, only 3 customers in front of me. When I called again half an hour later and asked again, I was insulted stupidly on the phone, saying that I had to pay first, stupid only when you can choose "pay in cash" as the only payment method online and I first explained to the good lady on the phone that It would be totally nonsensical if I ordered food online to have it delivered, then first drove to the local place, paid for the food in cash and then drove home again so that they could deliver the food to me, then she put me aside, it seemed someone there who wanted something, then she said she would make the food again and the driver would be with me in 20-30 minutes. An hour later they called me and said the driver had just left and was now on his way to me. After 3.5 hours I finally received my food and it was just lukewarm and the 2 bruschettas are just a dry slice of toast with a few small pieces of tomatoes. Rarely have I eaten so badly and waited so long for my food, once and never again! Oh yes, and of course nothing was done about the price after 3.5 hours of waiting!
