Delivery came on time, but a meal was completely forgotten, we immediately complained by phone, and we were told on the phone that the delivery would be delivered as soon as the driver returned from Haßfurt. After another two hours of waiting and another phone call, we were put off again saying it would take another half hour because the driver was still on the way in Donnersdorf. Unfortunately, the boss made fun of our annoyance and of us on the phone, which is an absolute disgrace since we had already had to wait over two hours for our forgotten food and now had to wait another half to three quarters of an hour.
