Tutto Bene Original in Waltrop

Simply disgusting. Since this is the second time this has happened, where the pizza is cold, disgusting, and falls apart at the slightest touch, and wasn't even cut properly, I'm sure they just put the toppings on frozen pizzas. Disgusting.

We ordered today. The food was really bad for the money. Definitely not worth it. You'd rather eat a sandwich. You'd have to look for the sauce in the gyro food. There were maybe three slices of gyro in it. The food was a kid's portion, but nothing for adults. It's definitely not worth the money. There were three of us, and no one liked it. It's a shame.

Great shop, got pizza at 2 a.m.

I spontaneously ordered and ate a pizza there last week. The staff and service were super friendly. The pizza was also incredibly delicious. I highly recommend it.

We went there for pizza for the first time, just for a change. I have to honestly admit that the pizzeria gets more bad reviews than good ones. But in my opinion, the bad reviews are just mistakes. The pizza dough and meat were very fresh, perfectly cooked, and tasted delicious. We will eat there often. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The food was so incredibly bad that, in my opinion, it bordered on physical assault. This place definitely deserves a closer look. The food I received was so bad that I spit on it and threw it in the trash rather than continue eating it. A kebab from this place is basically just cheese, oil, and meat floating in a puddle of oil. I could have just as easily gambled away the €10 in a vending machine—that would probably have made more sense than ordering from here.

Catastrophe!!! You pay more than 40€ for the order and he is too stingy to give a drink or aiolie on the house like every pizzeria does.

We ordered through Lieferando. After over an hour, the food still hadn't arrived. We called and were told that someone had tried to call us, but the number wasn't correct. They decided not to prepare the food at all, so they didn't prepare it until after we called, and it took another hour... and then the food wasn't good either. Absolutely not worth the price. The burger tasted like a ready meal from the fridge and was inedible. The double-decker was okay, but not particularly good. First and last time we ordered.

I've eaten here several times and had it delivered a few times. Every time the food tastes great! The employees on site are friendly and willing to have nice conversations. Very down to earth and correct. You can even have fun with the owner and co. This is definitely my favorite snack bar in Waltrop! I can recommend it without hesitation.

Catastrophic pizza and service also leaves much to be desired

We often order there because nothing is open in Selm after a certain time. Except for once, we were always very satisfied. The delivery times are not too long and the suppliers are very nice. Even if there are telephone inquiries, the employees are very nice. We can definitely recommend it.

Hello Ordered food today and it arrived warm. Unfortunately, the description of the baked gyro could have been better. (We had imagined something different.) It had a lot of tomato sauce, so someone other than the intended person had to eat it. Ordered Hawaiian pizza with doner meat. Unfortunately, only the Hawaiian pizza arrived without doner meat. They charged an extra €2.50 for it, and paid for it. Otherwise, everything was fine. I've ordered it several times and it's always been faultless.

We ordered the dish (Yellow Angel) today. The portion is laughable and not even filled to the top and it costs 12.90, sorry but that's a rip off.

We ordered a family pizza at 2am but it wasn't delivered until 4:35am - this is completely unacceptable. The pizza was also cold when it arrived. The family pizza itself was much smaller than the box suggested and not the usual size. Normally a family pizza comes with pizza rolls or a 1 liter bottle as a side dish, but that was missing too. The order value of €40 bears no relation to the service received. When we contacted the pizzeria to clarify the matter, the staff was unhelpful and spoke in an unprofessional, loud tone. That was definitely the last time we ordered there – never again!

My girlfriend got a baked kebab and I got a pizza. The pizza was okay, but what happened with the kebab was a disaster. The meat was still raw, and since it was chicken, I immediately thought it was salmonella. The innkeeper was asked about it and he wanted to make it warm again. He told us that the kebabs are delivered like this and they just need to be warmed up. Ultimately, I will never eat there again. I had to pay for the pizza and drinks. The service was nice and let us use the toilet even though there is no customer toilet, but otherwise I wouldn't have given any points

We ordered pizza trays. First of all, I really liked the size, many of them only have huge sheets. The topping was good, not too much cheese, the taste is debatable. We all found them very tasty :-))) The order taker was very friendly and the delivery was exactly as requested. Any time! The ambience on site is not rated because we had the pizza delivered

So the Yellow Angel that I picked up today is definitely not edible because the meat was almost raw and the fries weren't crispy and it's probably chicken and not the usual kebab meat like veal. It's a shame actually

Unfortunately, the gratinated gyro had nothing to do with gyros, it was normal kebab meat, gratinated, it was hardly at all, almost no cheese on it and very dry as there was no sauce. The double-decker pizza, the dough is unfortunately far too salty.

We ordered from the pizzeria by chance and were more than pleasantly surprised. We haven't eaten such good pizza for a long time. The dough is as it should be, really crispy. The burgers are highly recommended and really huge. We ordered from Eving and the delivery came on time, just as we were told on the phone. Great, really recommended

Order made for birthday. Friendly and competent advice. Fair prices too because Lieferando is not on board. Unfortunately the delivery went wrong or arrived 45 minutes late. Stupid but it can happen. We voluntarily received 20% back and 2 fl. Wine on top. All guests enjoyed the pizzas wonderfully. 100% recommended.

Gestern das erste Mal wieder bei Tutto Bene bestellt. Früher an der Riphausstraße war es schon die beste Pizzeria Waltrops. Dann gab es einige Besitzerwechsel und seitdem hatte ich ewig nicht mehr bestellt. Die Location ist jetzt im alten Waltroper Pizzahaus. Ich war sehr überrascht von der Pizza. Guter krosser Teig, viel Belag und beim Käse wird auch nicht gespart. Positiv, dass auch die Pizza geschnitten wurde ohne dies zu erwähnen. Bei den meisten Pizzerien bestellt man mit schneiden und dann kommt es ungeschnitten an. Werde jetzt hier öfters bestellen.

Die Pizza, die ich probiert habe, war ein kulinarisches Meisterwerk. Der knusprige Teig harmonierte perfekt mit der herzhaften Tomatensauce, und der großzügige Belag aus frischen Zutaten verlieh jedem Bissen einen Geschmacksexplosion. Ein wahrer Gaumenschmaus, der meine Erwartungen übertroffen hat!

Ein sehr freundliches Personal. Dazu war die Pizza einer der besten, die ich jemals gegessen habe. Ich werde auf jedenfall wieder kommen und das nicht nur einmal.
