Unbelievable, they delivered the wrong pizzas, then said new ones were coming, but when the shop closed and the next day dawned, there were still no pizzas. Four weeks of chasing, six or seven calls. They said, "The boss is taking care of it." Three months have already passed. Not a single word. The nerve.

When we picked it up, the employees were super friendly and the pizza was nice and hot, crispy and delicious. Unfortunately, we often didn't have good experiences with Lieferund. From now on we will always pick it up ourselves because the quality and therefore the taste is really much better!!!

We ordered from Dominos for the first time yesterday. I have to say the pizzas were so delicious that we ordered pizza again for the evening😅 The delivery times were also super fast👍🏻 We will definitely order again. There are 5 of us ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The food wasn't delivered because the driver couldn't find the right entrance. To save him, I have to say that there was a typo in my cell phone number and that's why he couldn't reach me. When I called the store I was treated quite unfriendly because they wanted to blame me for the mistake. Despite asking me to remain polite, the employee didn't care because she kept talking and getting loud. I could also cancel my meal... Of course, I'll wait over 1.25 hours and forego my meal. I refused a new delivery of the now old pizza and pizza rolls and went to the store. Two employees have already welcomed me there. When I asked who I was just talking to on the phone, the young girls looked at each other and said that they weren't allowed to say that and that the employee in question had just gotten off work... When asked who I was talking to now, they would refer to data protection and I shouldn't know that. The pizza, which was now 40 minutes old, was still suggested to me as being freshly prepared, because I had actually insisted on taking a new pizza that was freshly prepared. I was denied that too. I was told that other customers had eaten older pizzas. Because of this and my hunger, I trusted the staff and would be extremely disappointed when I got home after a 5 minute drive. The pizza was simply a massive disappointment and cold. For this reason I personally will not order anything there again. In my opinion, the service is very poor and the communication with the customer is also very questionable and not customer-friendly. You have the feeling of not being welcome there. No apology, no discount or a voucher for the next order. I will discuss this experience with the managing directors M. Dornbrack and S. Dornbrack and expect an appropriate solution, as I was able to throw my food for 25.00 euros in the trash because it was simply no longer edible. That's definitely not how pizza works!

We really enjoy ordering from Dominos and have always had good experiences and it always tastes very good. This time we ordered Pizza Crazy Dog (Hotdog Pizza) again and were slightly disappointed. The pizza wasn't cut, which isn't that bad, but it was completely carelessly topped. There was a lot of ketchup in some places and not in others. Despite the quick delivery, it was also soaked... that can happen, but it's easy to be disappointed. We will still continue to order

It's a shame that you have to give at least one star, minus would have been more appropriate here. I accidentally ordered pasta online 3 times instead of 2 times, wanted to pick it up and was told either I would take all 3 or none at all. When I said I would like to order again and have pasta twice, I was told no, it wasn't possible.

Teriyaki Chicken is the best pizza. The pizza only tastes good at Dominos. Everyone else can pack up.

We had lunch here on our moped trip. Unfortunately, to our dissatisfaction. The pizza was okay but with lots of hair and crust.

I ordered and said that I would pay by card. The delivery person arrived on time but without a card reader. He took the order back. When he came back the pizza was cold and my shake was also more like it was supposed to look. I could have just gotten some Müllermilch from Aldi and some frozen pizza. Nothing would have been different. Well, good frozen pizza wouldn't have been cold. Pure disappointment.

Fast delivery, complaint about 2 pizzas out of 4 ordered was accepted and new pizzas were delivered easily. The driver and the employee on the phone were very friendly. Unfortunately, the reorder didn't go without the wrong ingredients. The other 2 pizzas were delicious, hot and with fresh ingredients.

I stood with my truck (long-distance driver) in a commercial area and had pizza and salad delivered. Ordering/service and delivery/drivers were very friendly and, above all, prompt. Both the pizza and the salad were NOT cheap stuff that you unfortunately get far too often from others. I actually wanted to give all + 10 stars but unfortunately the pizza wasn't in the oven long enough which made me less happy...still it was tasty and others have to get that first :-)
