I can't say too much about the ambience since we order 95% of the time. But I think what you see from outside is perfectly fine. The food always tastes very good, we can't complain at all. The delivery service is always top and friendly. The food always arrives hot, and the times are adequate and sometimes they are even faster :D.

I find good reasonable prices for tasty, hot arriving products. Super friendly and polite staff, they are happy to give you a small tip. By far my most popular delivery service. 👌😊 I can't say anything about the ambience as I haven't eaten in the business premises yet.

Well, there's certainly room for improvement here...I ordered a Large Summer Dream pizza for on-site consumption...Price €15.99 According to the offer, the pizza was supposed to be topped with “fine strips of ham”… what I got instead were cubes of bacon on the pizza. I would now say that the taste experience was completely different. Conclusion: the pizza delivered was not worth the high price and I left the business in Plauen hungry.

Pizza “Summer Dream” with cheese crust, for €20… Whoever is in your kitchen should be ashamed of themselves and find another job. You used to be really good, now you're just expensive and bad

Since I usually work until 9 p.m., I have often ordered my dinner shortly before 9 p.m. and that was never a problem and it was always delivered without any problems between 9:15 p.m. and 9:30 p.m. Of course, I always gave a reasonable tip as the “last customer”. Last night I had time to order a little earlier, but I still didn't want to eat until around 9:15/9:30 p.m. This slot was also offered to me on Lieferando. So I took advantage of that. Shortly afterwards, I was told by phone by a snotty employee who didn't give her name that it didn't work that way and that she didn't care what "my Lieferando" would display. The store closes at 9 p.m. and no deliveries are made after that. She also said that she already knew that I was “the kind of person” who always orders shortly before 9 p.m. She also turned down my offer to deliver at 9:15 p.m. The order was confirmed and was not canceled in the system. I still waited until just before 10 p.m. before I ordered from another service and was served very quickly and friendly. Of course there was a good tip there again and my future orders will definitely no longer be placed at Freddy Fresh in Plauen. The few hundred euros per year will definitely find a better service provider. It's actually a shame because the quality was always good and delivery was very quick. This is how you lose regular customers without any need!

Extravagant pizzas that are very tasty. Especially the pizza Hüttengaudi. Unfortunately these no longer exist. One pizza was missing bacon and a voucher for 5 euros was issued, which I thought was great. All the employees were very friendly towards us and even recommended ordering via the app, as there are often discount codes. If you are late with the delivery, apologize for it. So big congratulations to everyone! :-)

I have to say that the food, quality and price are perfect. I always enjoy eating there. The only bad thing is always the person who is there. a blonde woman always visits us with a very bad attitude, is the only one. the rest of the staff is excellent. but she always has a bad attitude and never puts on a good face. Simply great! Ordering via the app was absolutely easy and self-explanatory. I initially ordered as a guest without saving my data. I think this function is good. You can also order the pizza "sliced" - and that's what they do! (Not like the competition!) The delivery time was shorter than previously stated. The driver was very friendly. The pizza was nice and hot and very tasty. The base was nice and thin, but not soggy, and the edge was very crispy. It was lavishly topped and absolutely 😋. And it still tastes good when it's cold. There was so much that I had leftovers the next day. Freddy is definitely one of mine Favorite suppliers.

This was our first time ordering from FREDDY. It took about 1 hour from the order being sent to delivery. That's fine when freshly made. You can also click on the live tracking link in the email confirmation. So the almost exact delivery time also works. The 3 pizzas actually arrived hot. I think that transport is managed with a keep-warm function in the car. Now about the taste. Somehow all three of us had the same thought. We thought the ingredients were freshly picked up from the market. It was truly a unique event for all of us. No comparison with the ready-made pizzas. The other fresh pizzas in Plauen are also edible. But all three varieties taste the same. Here we had 3 different tastes and somehow a fresh experience. At a price of around €10 (small), we think it's okay. So thank you very much for your effort and the love you put into your products.

I have ordered there many times since the store opened and I have to say that I am extremely satisfied. The food was always fresh and tasty, and the staff were always friendly. Something was forgotten once, but was delivered immediately. Of the delivery services in Plauen, this one is number one for me.

Very good selection of exceptional pizzas. We ate there and they were hot, but unfortunately not crispy at all. The dough was just flaky. Then the price of around 16 euros for a 32 cm pizza - in my opinion just too much. The atmosphere was quite nice and the service on site was also very friendly

Hello, we pre-ordered and chose a Pizza Sparta and a Pizza 4 Seasons. The pizzas came on time, were warm and simply delicious😋. They are highly recommended.

Leider absolut enttäuscht von unserer heutigen Bestellung. Pizzabrötchen komplett geschmacklos und nicht fertig, Hühnchen Nuggets nicht komplett durch. Die Bestellung war schnell da, aber die Qualität sollte nicht darunter leiden. Da hätten wir lieber noch paar Minuten länger gewartet.

Habe schon öfter hier bestellt, immer sehr zufrieden. Habe 2x vorbestellt, da ich Besuch erwarte, auch das klappte perfekt. Bestellung über Internet ebenfalls pünktlich. Die Fahrer sind sehr, sehr freundlich. Die Ware heiß und sehr ordentlich verpackt. Der Salat immer frisch. Jederzeit wieder.

Habe mir Burger und Rösti Pommes bestellt. Die Rösti waren wirklich gut und weiter zu empfehlen. Der Chicken Cheese Burger, der angepriesen war als Angebot sah erstmal gut aus, hat aber nach nicht viel geschmeckt. Die Käsesoße hatte keinen Geschmack, die Panade des Chicken war ohne Gewürze. Komischerweise war es trotzdem ein wenig scharf. Fazit: Mehr Salz/Pfeffer, weniger Chilli

Der Laden ist sehr schön. Nicht überladen von Bildern oder Einrichtungen. Er ist sehr gepflegt und das Personal sehr freundlich und empfiehlt wirklich nach genuss und nicht nach Preis. Genug vom Laden kommen wir zum Essen. Meine Freundin und ich haben für 47€ was bestellt und vor Ort gegessen. Es ist das Geld wert. Schon beim ersten bissen bekommt man Lust auf mehr, zudem ist alles Frisch zu bereitet und gesünder als das was man bei anderen kriegt. Ich komme gerne wieder her um alle anderen Angebote probieren zu können, muss nur vorher hungern damit ich Genug platz im Magen dafür habe.
