We've been ordering our pizza and burgers here for two years now. Always delicious, lots of toppings, and plenty of ingredients. It's worth paying a little more when it tastes this good. Always friendly staff and punctual delivery. It's a shame you're closing; your service is second to none. I wish you all the best.

We've ordered several times now and are always delighted. Delivery is always on time, and the staff is always very friendly. The food is always incredibly delicious, whether it's the salad, the burgers, or the pasta. Always the same, very good quality, and I'm happy to pay a little more for it.

The pizza rolls, in particular, are extremely good. Friendly service (usually the owner himself) and hardly any waiting time, no more than 10 minutes. A good bonus system. The only criticism (this was true even before inflation) is that you have to be a millionaire to fill them up; it's very expensive. But delicious. Update: Eating in also works, and the food is presented in a visually appealing way. Staff were friendly as always. Unfortunately, using the app is cumbersome, as it requires a minimum order value even for pickup (if you're undecided about eating in later). Photos added.

I highly recommend this company...The pizzas are well-topped and very tasty, the salad was crisp and fresh, so it's worth the extra money...Even in our burger-loving group, I prefer a Freddy's burger...The bistro is clean and very inviting, and, in keeping with the season, lavishly and lovingly decorated, inviting you to linger. Even here, the food is served in restaurant quality, and on proper dishes, which isn't a given for a delivery service...Sorry again for the broken plate, I'll be more careful next time.

Now I wanted to write something, after ordering or picking up something from here every now and then for years. What can I say? It's simply perfect. The staff are very dedicated, which can sometimes be difficult when choosing dishes. They're always open-minded, friendly, nice, and always with a smile ☺️. The selection is plentiful, everything tastes excellent, and the price is clearly justified given the freshness of the ingredients. It is and will remain my favorite for pizza, burgers, and the like. Keep it up!

What pizzas! I highly recommend the Burger Pizza and the Vienna Pizza. They're incredibly delicious and affordable. Delivery took only 45 minutes for five large pizzas. Wow.

The best pizzeria in Plauen in every respect.

Unfortunately, it was a complete disappointment. The pictures actually speak for themselves... a comparison that needs no further words. I was looking forward to a salami pizza with generous portions of juicy salami. What I got was a half-burnt pizza with a few small slices of salami. The taste was also a complete disappointment. This small pizza cost €11.50. At an Italian restaurant, I can get a decent pizza for that price. The service there was perfectly fine, but there wasn't much to do other than take the cash. The ambiance isn't exactly inviting either; the space is more like a salesroom; I wouldn't want to eat there.

We've ordered from there several times. We've browsed the menu. So far, we've always been satisfied. The staff is always friendly when delivering. We like to order from here, but we'd order more, but it's a bit pricey :). I can highly recommend it, especially the double meat burger. My favorite.

Yes, it's finally here!!! Party/family pizza. 60x60 cm is huge. Not for narrow room doors. 😉 The kids were amazed when they saw the "giant pizza."

This was our first time ordering from FREDDY. It took about 1 hour from the order being sent to delivery. That's fine when freshly made. You can also click on the live tracking link in the email confirmation. So the almost exact delivery time also works. The 3 pizzas actually arrived hot. I think that transport is managed with a keep-warm function in the car. Now about the taste. Somehow all three of us had the same thought. We thought the ingredients were freshly picked up from the market. It was truly a unique event for all of us. No comparison with the ready-made pizzas. The other fresh pizzas in Plauen are also edible. But all three varieties taste the same. Here we had 3 different tastes and somehow a fresh experience. At a price of around €10 (small), we think it's okay. So thank you very much for your effort and the love you put into your products.

Delicious pizza, delivered quickly.

Redeemed a voucher with 2 pizzas and a Ben & Jerry’s ice cream. Ice cream was out (also questionable as to why the voucher even works ^^), we asked in the notes to get a Magnum as a replacement (it's even cheaper). The delivery person came without ice cream and said that there was no ice cream left and that it was wrong on the website. No call, no advance information, no question as to whether we still want to place the order. We just paid for the voucher without receiving it in full. At least a drink or dessert as compensation would have been nice^^ At least pizza tastes good.

I have ordered there many times since the store opened and I have to say that I am extremely satisfied. The food was always fresh and tasty, and the staff were always friendly. Something was forgotten once, but was delivered immediately. Of the delivery services in Plauen, this one is number one for me.

Stay away from the delivery service. Forgot dips and drinks…. Eat lukewarm... “You could come by and pick up what you forgot yourself.” Of course, and what do I do with the food now that the dip is missing? Catastrophe these days... If I worked like that...

Simply top! Ordering via the app was absolutely easy and self-explanatory. I initially ordered as a guest without saving my data. I think this function is good. You can also order the pizza "sliced" - and that's what they do! (Not like the competition!) The delivery time was shorter than previously stated. The driver was very friendly. The pizza was nice and hot and very tasty. The base was nice and thin, but not soggy, and the edge was very crispy. It was lavishly topped and absolutely 😋. And it still tastes good when it's cold. There was so much that I had leftovers the next day. Freddy is definitely one of mine Favorite suppliers. Addendum: I now have a customer account. This means I occasionally receive discount offers by email. You can also collect “coins” with every order via the app, which you can then easily redeem for your next order. There is currently an extremely delicious Kaiserschmarrn 😋. It would be fantastic if it were included permanently in the program.

Didn't listen properly when ordering. If we then said we had ordered wrong, the good woman would get loud and cheeky. The store is the last, although it actually tastes good. But never like that again

I rarely rate but here I just have to give high praise. No matter when you order, the food ALWAYS arrives super quickly and is absolutely delicious. Pizza is super delicious and I could indulge in the Pasta Bilbao 🤤😂 The drivers are always very friendly too! Every “pizzeria” here in Plauen can take an example!

As we were quickly strolling through Plauen, we came across this place, very close to the tunnel station. The quality of the service is unique. The place is very clean. Variety on the menu. There's pizza, burgers, salads and even pasta. The prices are affordable and the quality of the products is reflected in the taste. You can go alone, with someone else, or ask them to take it home. Highly recommended! You'll want to come back again and again!

Food is good. However, ordered twice, everything went wrong twice... just sad, regardless of whether it was delivered or picked up... when I called to clarify it, they simply hung up...

The pizzas themselves are good, but unfortunately way too expensive. And charging €1.49 for swapping one sauce for another is clearly excessive!! Unfortunately I cannot recommend it.

Ordered 2 medium pizzas and sorbet from the hotel, after 25 minutes it was ready for collection and it was tasty and we were full too. Gladly again

Never again! The three of us spent a lot of money yesterday, the delivery took a long time (it can happen in the evening) but even though the food tasted good, all three of us lay awake half the night with stomach aches. Even now I still have a stomach ache from eating. Something is wrong here!

Prices are high, quality and quantity have declined significantly. Pizza and burgers were way down and the fried cheese donuts were covered in black particles and tasted like stale fry grease. This was the last chance, Freddy! Most competitors can do this much better! It's actually a shame, because it's actually very good!

Well, there's certainly room for improvement here...I ordered a Large Summer Dream pizza for on-site consumption...Price €15.99 According to the offer, the pizza was supposed to be topped with “fine strips of ham”… what I got instead were cubes of bacon on the pizza. I would now say that the taste experience was completely different. Conclusion: the pizza delivered was not worth the high price and I left the business in Plauen hungry.

Extravagant pizzas that are very tasty. Especially the pizza Hüttengaudi. Unfortunately these no longer exist. One pizza was missing bacon and a voucher for 5 euros was issued, which I thought was great. The only bad thing is always the person who is there. a blonde woman always visits us with a very bad attitude, is the only one. the rest of the staff is excellent. but she always has a bad attitude and never puts on a good face. Habe schon öfter hier bestellt, immer sehr zufrieden. Habe 2x vorbestellt, da ich Besuch erwarte, auch das klappte perfekt. Bestellung über Internet ebenfalls pünktlich. Die Fahrer sind sehr, sehr freundlich. Die Ware heiß und sehr ordentlich verpackt. Der Salat immer frisch. Jederzeit wieder.

Habe mir Burger und Rösti Pommes bestellt. Die Rösti waren wirklich gut und weiter zu empfehlen. Der Chicken Cheese Burger, der angepriesen war als Angebot sah erstmal gut aus, hat aber nach nicht viel geschmeckt. Die Käsesoße hatte keinen Geschmack, die Panade des Chicken war ohne Gewürze. Komischerweise war es trotzdem ein wenig scharf. Fazit: Mehr Salz/Pfeffer, weniger Chilli

Der Laden ist sehr schön. Nicht überladen von Bildern oder Einrichtungen. Er ist sehr gepflegt und das Personal sehr freundlich und empfiehlt wirklich nach genuss und nicht nach Preis. Genug vom Laden kommen wir zum Essen. Meine Freundin und ich haben für 47€ was bestellt und vor Ort gegessen. Es ist das Geld wert. Schon beim ersten bissen bekommt man Lust auf mehr, zudem ist alles Frisch zu bereitet und gesünder als das was man bei anderen kriegt. Ich komme gerne wieder her um alle anderen Angebote probieren zu können, muss nur vorher hungern damit ich Genug platz im Magen dafür habe.
