Aksu Döner & Pizza in Plauen

Highly recommended! We had a very large, delicious doner kebab, prepared with love. I also had a lahmacun, where the dough was freshly prepared right in front of us, and it tasted absolutely fantastic – we've never had a better one. Thank you, the visit here was well worth it!

Pizza Parma without arugula and Parmesan 😳

The food is good, but it doesn't quite match the previous owner, who was great. Sometimes it seems like people are running around like scared chickens, everyone doing everything, and then mistakes happen. Orders are different from what was ordered, or things are missing. I ordered galzone with veal and herb sauce. It was also written down what I had: poultry and garlic sauce. We've decided never to go there again.

My mistake, I gave the address for the summer. But no problem. After the provider called, the food arrived 3 km away. It tastes good, too. Thanks for the goodwill.

I ordered with Lieferando, and after confirming, the kebab shop canceled my order. I can only advise against it if you're hungry.

We ordered at 6 p.m. And it was supposed to arrive after 40 minutes. It arrived at 7:30 p.m. The end result was cold food. The owner was unsympathetic; I wanted warm food, not cold. I don't recommend it. If I were to give it negative stars, I would.

We were generally always satisfied. There was an occasional issue with the delivery of the food, with the ingredients not being complete. Otherwise, it was what you'd expect for the price. Good value for money.

The meat was cold because it had been cut up the whole time, and the fries were left out the window for another six minutes. Instead, I got to watch how slowly they put six durum into a bag. There are plenty of other places I'll visit now.

Greek and Kentucky casserole were ordered. Also a small Pomdöner and ham pizza rolls. Apart from the pizza rolls, nothing was right. Instead of Pomdöner, I had cold fries. And the casseroles didn't match what we ordered. 1 star. Nothing more

Order via delivery service to a hotel! Danger! There is no veal kebab there! It is definitely not a kebab, as the product advertised is actually just a minced paste made of breadcrumbs with lots of emulsifiers and spices and probably only mechanically separated meat! In my opinion, a deception and a violation of existing regulations! All employees without sufficient knowledge of German and apparently without any real knowledge of Turkish cuisine! [Aksu is a city in Turkey] When a dish is advertised as containing yoghurt and is delivered without even a drop? Improvements were promised, but there were none! (600 m distance was probably too far!) Every connoisseur of Turkish cuisine should know that an ISKENDER without yogurt is impossible. And explaining the difference between YOGURT and a sauce to employees who don't really understand or speak German is banal! Reliability has absolutely nothing to do with a lack of language skills or poor product quality!

Absolutely delicious kebab, durum and pizza. Lots of meat and the size is really more than good for the price. We're really fans of Aksu Döner. Unfortunately it's too rare in Plauen otherwise we would love to get food here more often.

Large portion for more than one person. Seating is not comfortable but the food tastes great. Recommended for takeaway.

Dürüm had. There could have been a little more sauce, but the taste was ok, so 1 star deducted and a solid 4.4 from me.

I had ordered tagliatelle with salmon, I literally had to look for the salmon, which was a disgrace for 10 euros. Never again Aksu.

Best pizza in town! Sometimes a little better, sometimes a little worse. Probably depends on who is in the kitchen. But I like ordering from there!

Digga they only gave me 6 nuggets for €5 and that made my cardboard mouth worse and I got diarrhea

The Food was Disgusting the chicken had hair on it and it smelled like death and the pizzas tasted like the oven and were disgusting not recommended.

The food and the price-performance ratio are great! You get a lot for your money and it tasted very good! The selection is absolutely fine, you can specify additional wishes when ordering. Since we have only used the delivery service so far, we cannot rate the ambience.

The quality of the food is very good. For a reasonable price you get comparatively large portions and it's delicious too. Tip: The very spicy kebab sauce is really very spicy. 🙏

This Saturday pizza special is unbeatable! Large pizza (30cm) for 5€! Definitely recommended. Of course you can't expect anything else. The pizza was okay, definitely lacking seasoning. Nevertheless: gladly again

Delicious kebab and still affordable

Ordered online, delivery should take 50 minutes. After more than 2 hours and telephone inquiries (which were pointless because no information was given), the food arrived, some of it lukewarm

Ordered online, specified the desired time, called 15 minutes after the delivery date and asked. They couldn't even assign the order. After another 35 minutes the bell rang and the driver brought our order. With 4 dishes everything was cold, one dish was delivered incorrectly, fries and salad were all mixed up. Never again!

Food cold, waiting time of over 2 hours and lack of knowledge of German on the phone… Definitely not recommended… better pick up the food or order somewhere else! The frustration isn't worth the food.

Guter Döner und gute Pizza lässt sich hier bestellen bzw abholen. Samstag ist Pizza-Tag mit sehr lukrativen Preisen, jedoch sollte man dann etwas (Liefer)zeit einplanen.

Hatte Pomdöner bestellt, sehr wenig Pommes waren drin, diese waren auch sehr labbrig. Das Fleisch war teils roh und hat auch nicht geschmeckt. Die Kräutersoße war auch nicht lecker. Keine Empfehlung!

Essen war ok mehr auch nicht (Döner, Salat und nuggets mit pommes. Keinen Saft da und die Elektrik ist furchtbar was man als Leihe sehen kann. (So nach den motto Steckdose in Steckdose der steckdose...) Service schlecht.

Manchmal ist es der beste Dürüm den ich je gegessen habe. Ein anderes Mal will ich am liebsten nicht wieder kommen, weil die Akkufolie mitten in den Dürüm hinein gewickelt wurde. Das letzte Mal war der Dürüm etwas trocken, weil die Soße nur an einer Stelle war. Döner haben oft zu viel Soße. Empfehlung: etwas weniger Füllmenge in die Dürüm und Döner, dann gehen die auch leichter zu. Bitte die Alufolie nicht mit dem Teig einwickeln! Ganz toll ist, das anstelle von Fleisch auch Falafel als Füllung angeboten werden. Unsere Kinder mögen die Pizza. Ich finde sie in Ordnung. Und ja, die Kinder freuen sich auf den Geschenken Lolli, wenn sie mir dabei sind.

Lieferung verspätet , trotzdem sehr netter Service und Entgegenkommen . Dafür schmeckt das Essen wahnsinnig gut , jedes Mal .

Wir kaufen öfters dort, neben der sehr freundlichen Bedienung gibt es gute Pizza, leckere Döner und Salate. Die Preise sind ortsüblich und wir wurden noch nie enttäuscht, alles wird schnell und frisch zubereitet. Auch Sonderwünsche werden berücksichtigt. Klare Empfehlung!

Wir waren heute dort essen. Sehr leckeres Fleisch, gute Zutaten. Bedienung etwas genervt aber nicht unfreundlich. Alles in allem gut.

Beste Pizza der Stadt. … einfach nur ein Gaumenschmaus.😋 Es gibt zwar auch richtige Italiener in unserer Stadt jedoch is diese Aksu - Pizza nicht soo sehr weit Qualitativ entfernt von denen. Auch die anderen dort angebotenen Produkte sind echt toll und sehr schmackhaft.

Das Essen ist gut aber die Person am Telefon ist äußerst unfreundlich, kaum verständlich und beschwert sich dann noch, dass man zu früh zur Abholung erscheint

Wir holen mittlerweile fast jeden Samstag hier unsere Pizzen ab und sind wirklich extrem begeistert! Sei es vom Service (online Bestellung verläuft immer ohne Probleme, schnell und unkompliziert), bei Abholung selbst gab es bis jetzt auch keine Schwierigkeiten und das Personal ist immer sehr freundlich. Qualitätiv sind die Pizzen wirklich nochmal "next level" (vor allem für diesen unschlagbaren Preis!), also extrem lecker, reich belegt, super gewürzt und einfach mega gut....egal ob "Hawaii", "Aksu" oder "Vegetaria". Ein toller Laden, welchen wir nur empfehlen können!

Schnelle Bedienung, nettes Personal, gute Preise Döner 5/10 also solide für 5€.

Extra Käse wird hier ernst genommen!
