Very good pizza, the best in Usingen.

Still one of the best pizzerias in the area. As always, the food was perfect, very tasty and quick. Here the customer is still king 👑, I had a misunderstanding when ordering over the phone and got the wrong pizza. This was sorted out without any problems and the boss delivered the pizza I wanted straight away, at no extra cost. Where else can you find something like that, really great service, and I'm a happy customer who will order there again and again. Thank you for being great and great customer service. I didn't know we had SUCH a good pizzaria in Ensen! Honest! I always thought I had to go into town for a good Italian pizza with thin dough and fresh ingredients. I don't have to! Not overloaded with toppings, lovingly filled, thin and delicious pizza. From now on we will only order there! I'm very difficult to convince, but this shop is the best pizzaria in Porz, maybe even on the right bank of the Rhine

We normally always like to order there, but after the last two orders were a disaster, this was the last time. 1x wrong food delivered and 1x order completely forgotten.

Pizza was burnt, when I complained it was only that it wasn't burnt, just crispy. Outrageous!

Unfortunately, compared to before, it's an absolute failure. I'll briefly describe our last 3 orders: Pre-ordered the first time and expected a kebab calzone. At home I noticed that one was a pizza calzone. Ok, it can happen. Same game next time, but I checked again before leaving and then went to the store and gave them back. Ordered a kebab pizza and 2 large kebab boxes over the phone today. I come into the store and am given a kebab box and the pizza in my hand. I spoke to you about it and received the second kebab box 10 minutes later. Arrived home and unfortunately total failure, 25€ for a pizza that only tasted like cheese with a completely soft base. When I ordered the kebab box with all the sauces, I had herb sauce on it. Absolutely inedible because the meat wasn't really cooked through and wasn't cut, but was just thrown in like a 2m long ribbon. Not a recommendation for anyone who is looking forward to getting something from a kebab.

Can't call myself a delivery service if you only deliver from 30 euros

We ordered pizza. We waited 1.5 hours for it, and it was only lukewarm. Unfortunately, the taste wasn't that great, and the crust was dry. A shame.

Unfortunately a very disappointing experience. The food arrived cold and didn't taste good at all. Despite the tip, the delivery person was rude and disrespectful. It's a real shame - I expected a lot more. Will not order here again.
