Really cozy, good food, always open late and there's still something to eat. The boss and wife are friendly, cozy in the winter, pleasant in the summer thanks to the beautiful outdoor spaces. Just go there...

When we got there all the seats were taken. We turned around disappointed when the boss spoke to us and quickly brought in a table and two benches from the outside area for us. We were totally surprised and grateful, were able to order soon and were quickly provided with a very tasty and fresh meal. Thank you very much for that and have fun looking after your guests. You are great!

For me it's the jack of all trades among burger shops. Insanely good and tasty burgers. The chili fries are meeega, the truffle fries extremely tasty with real truffles. The service perfect (thanks to the young man on Sunday lunchtime) The shop is beautifully decorated. In summer there is a great garden where you can also order mixed food from the neighboring restaurant! Top

Wir waren mehrmals bei Shiso und grundsätzlich zufrieden vor allem mit den Produkten, bis wir bei 2 online Bestellungen Probleme erhielten. Einmal wurde unsererseits alles bezahlt aber nur ein Teil geliefert und lauwarm, das zweite Mal kam eine Bestellung über chf 98 gar nicht an. Wir kontaktierten den Lieferdienst, der sagte uns wir sollen uns an Shiso wenden. Shiso konnte und wollte nichts unternehmen und haben auch nicht nachgeliefert, obwohl wir innerhalb einiger Monate für über tausend Franken dort assen insgesamt. Ich kann allen nur von Shiso abraten, vor allem vor online Bestellungen. Aber auch als wir persönlich vorbeigingen glaubte man uns zwar,aber gab trotzdem keinen Nachlass bei einer Neubestellung oder einen Gutschein, einfach nichts. Daher wollen wir nun nichts mehr mit Shiso zu tun haben. Sehr schlechter Service, kein Entgegenkommen bei Problemen.

Great veggie/vegan burgers, really delicious and well made, would’ve liked the sauces (or at least the ketchup) to be free and not 1€ :)

The place was great when it opened, especially the chicken burger with it's big juicy thigh meat, though last time the fillet was small, overcooked, and dry, also the breadcrumbs were dark and bitter. Staff weren't bothered when I offered feedback.

The burgers are really great, the service was friendly and fast🙈 it was just a little too loud for me, but everything else was great
