Super delicious fries! The grandkids devoured them in no time on the way home. And as often happens with so many requests, I left my wallet behind amidst all the ketchup and mayo, or just mayo, or just ketchup with the fries. Then, hours later, a friendly employee rang the doorbell and brought me my wallet. Thank you so much! 🫶🏾 We really appreciate it, and honesty is hard to find these days. Thanks again! Waited 3 hours for the order. Tried calling. Absolutely no one answered the phone. The three of us ordered yesterday and they absolutely refused to answer. They did answer once. "Yeah, yeah, right there." Then nothing. Some items were delivered incorrectly, and then someone went there and confronted them. "Yeah, yeah, the phone's broken." My goodness, this is completely unacceptable.

The food was delicious and the staff were very nice and friendly. I'm already looking forward to eating at your restaurant again. 😍😘

Hello, I ordered from you on Sunday and I felt terrible, just like your food. I was in the emergency room, and this isn't the first time I've ordered from you and felt bad. I would like my money back immediately, please, or I'll go to the police.

It tasted great. I went there with my family. My boys enjoyed it too, but I deducted a point for the menu selection. I think every burger deserves a menu. The prices are perfectly reasonable.

Burgers are slightly overpriced, but taste okay. What's really bothersome, and the reason for the poor rating, is the cleanliness. Plates with leftovers are piled high in the return area, the tables seem to be rarely cleaned, and the kitchen, which is visible, doesn't seem particularly hygienic either.

I ordered and waited about 1.5 hours for a burger and fries... Unfortunately, two hours after eating, I felt completely unwell and struggled with food poisoning for the next 1.5 days. I don't know if it was due to the long delivery time or the poor quality meat. I will refrain from further orders and visits.

The burgers are really delicious. The staff isn't qualified to be waitresses, but they still did their job. The floor has a layer of oil (caution: slippery), so another star is deducted. But otherwise, the place is recommended.

I recently had the pleasure (displeasure) of visiting here, which fell far short of my expectations. To my surprise, it wasn't busy that day, yet I was immediately ignored. I had to wait a long time for someone to take my order. When another staff member finally arrived, she didn't even seem to know what was on the menu or the prices. This was frustrating enough. It wasn't until a group of young girls entered that the waitresses suddenly seemed to have time to attend to the new customers. Meanwhile, empty bottles on the tables were ignored, and the tables themselves weren't clean either. The feeling of being ignored and less important was extremely unpleasant. To make matters worse, the burgers I finally got were of inferior quality and tasted anything but fresh. Overall, my visit to this burger joint was a disappointing experience. The poor service and the bad burgers only lead me to the conclusion that I can't recommend this place. There are definitely better alternatives that also care about their customers.

My visit to this burger joint was unfortunately disappointing. Despite being low on occupancy, we were ignored for a long time; the staff was disorganized and unattentive. The tables were dirty, empty bottles weren't cleared away, and when a group of young girls arrived, they were given preferential treatment. The burger itself was of poor quality and didn't taste fresh. Overall, an experience I wouldn't repeat – there are much better alternatives with better service and food.

I came here with my grandma and had to persuade her because of the prices. Although it's not exactly cheap, I'm really happy. The food is simply delicious and the atmosphere is perfect. I can only recommend this shop.

We went to Burgerholic yesterday – and honestly, it was really good! The burgers were super juicy, the fries were nice and crispy, and everything was freshly made. The place looks cool, and the people there are relaxed and friendly. We'll definitely be back!

I placed an order worth €88, but unfortunately, I was extremely dissatisfied with the service. Firstly, the order was incomplete – some items were missing. Secondly, the quality of the food delivered, especially the fries, was very disappointing: They looked unappetizing and were inedible. For this price, I expected significantly better quality and care. I therefore request a response and, if necessary, a partial refund.

Excellent service, we were in a hurry and got a quick rundown of the menu and seated in under a minute. Staff was very warm and on point, very quickly got us settled and food cooking. prices were very fair, and the food was absolutely amazing. Highly recommend

If you call, they don't answer. The food is okay, but waiting over an hour for a burger and fries is ridiculous. And I only live 2 km away from the store.

We went as a big group of 20 people which half of us are deaf so the ordering was more complicated and long but the staff was incredibly patient and kind! The food came quickly and was good.

The food was very tasty and the portion was more than enough. Unfortunately no service came to the table, we had to get the menu ourselves and then clear the table again later. To pay you have to go to the front counter. Recommended for a quick snack, but if you value service, you're unfortunately in the wrong place.

The employee came at some point. He put on his shoes in peace. Orders were taken quickly. After just 10 minutes they came. Ordered: burger, wrap and hot dog. Hot dog was really nothing special. The taste is rather unspectacular. The wrap, on the other hand, was really good. Good chicken and crisp salad. A bit hard for over 10 euros, but it was tasty. The burger was the complete opposite. Such a crap. Egg was more than just fried to death, the meat was a horror. Thin, watery, bland and really not tasty. The poor animal died a second time): . It's a shame about that. The raw onions didn't save it either. The taste wasn't convincing either. I really regretted ordering at all. It was also expensive. Everything was prepared on boards. Nice idea, but the boards would have to be significantly clean. Ambience was spooky. There was no one there, no guests either. It was at this point that we should have become suspicious. But well,... the dirty dishes are already piled up on the shelf. Didn't look so great now. The employee came at some point, otherwise he only spoke to us about the bare minimum. Dinner evening was a failure. You could have gotten much better for the money. I'm disappointed. No recommendation. Never again!

Very tasty burgers, especially freshly prepared. I don't really like the sweet potato fries. But that's a matter of taste.

We were here twice today. The food was like the last visit. I think it's great that there are freshly prepared dishes. The minced meat is fresh and you can choose between wheat or rye for the rolls. The chilli cheese nuggets (I think) are also awesome. The staff is very nice and super friendly. Deserved 5 stars from me.

I don't understand all the bad reviews, we've been here several times in the summer of 2024 and the taste of the burgers and fries is absolutely outstanding for me. The wraps were also 1A last time.

The food took a long time, the taste was okay, but the employees were very demotivated and taciturn. Unfortunately there were no more fries. Suboptimal for a burger joint. You can do it, you don't have to.

Absolutely disrespectful that the same vegan burger costs €5 more than the meat version!!! Disproportionately and unjustifiably high prices!!

The visit happened spontaneously after we went to the cinema with our kids. The food was very tasty and the portions were reasonable. The store was clean as were the toilets. The equipment is ok for the type of restaurant. The staff were very friendly and we were advised of a cheaper combination of 2 menus. We will go here again on our next visit to the cinema.

Ordered through Lieferando, the food arrived quickly, warm and fresh, even though it was a Sunday. French fries and sweet potato fries were still warm and crispy and really large quantities. The burgers were to die for!

Unfortunately, after reading through some reviews that were rather negative, I can't fully understand these views. The staff are quiet and reserved, but extremely friendly and patient. Now let's get to the burgers. Personally, I think they are some of the best I have ever tasted in this region. The meat is extremely fresh and the selection of burgers and sides is large. My favorite is the Burgerholic Triple X Burger and the Steve Jobs Burger. An insider tip are the sensationally delicious milkshakes. So if you're ever in the area, I can highly recommend this store.

Burgers are nothing special but otherwise it's good

My colleague had to throw up after the visit and I had stomach problems all night. When it comes to bacon, you can hardly call it bacon. It looks like meatloaf and the bottom sticks like crazy. I had visited before and it was better, but the last visit was simply deserted by all good spirits, if you can say so.

Ordered via Lieferando 18er hot wings based on a recommendation. Delivery time 45 minutes, I put the cell phone away and 10 minutes later there were 3 missed calls, I called back, no one answered. Suddenly the delivery time jumped to 5 minutes and the order arrived straight away. Open the box at the table and see 50% chicken nuggets and 50% chicken strips, but not the hotwings which were recommended to me by a friend. Paid €18 for a few frozen nuggets like from Lidl and a bit of chicken, very fair not to get your order at that price.

Rarely have I seen/eaten something so unappetizing, with all the love. I've ordered from you several times in the last few years but only ever burgers. Tried something different today and I feel really uncomfortable when I look at it and after eating it! Where has the quality that once existed gone? I order a cheese dog. A totally hard hot dog bun that was soggy on the inside, dried mustard, an old hard sausage in terms of taste, no thanks, I didn't eat any more. But the BBQ and bacon fries are an absolute joke. A few dollops of sauce, a few fried onions and then instead of strips of bacon or bacon itself, you slap 2 slices of salmon ham on it? I was looking for the hidden camera, sorry. How are you supposed to eat it or even enjoy it? It's not possible. So it was probably my last order of this kind and when I read the reviews, it's not an isolated case of something not going right.

Would give 0 stars if that were an option. Unfriendly, no one talks to you and orders are forgotten. Eating was an imposition. The board that my food came with was dirty as was the entire atmosphere. Mcdonalds is cleaner than the shed here. Door is open in this weather. NEVER AGAIN

The food was undercooked, neither the meat nor the cheese, and it tasted very, very bad. Completely tasteless and without any spices. People are constantly running into the kitchen in street clothes. All fast food restaurants are cleaner than this shed. Hygiene is definitely an unknown concept there. Plus... who doesn't like having ketchup and leftover food from their predecessor on their plate... And for what you get, the prices are incredibly outrageous. It's also the worst service I've ever experienced because you have to serve yourself and repeat over and over again because nothing is written down. Of course you let the guests sit at the open door even when it's not even 8 degrees.

What's wrong with your driver? He speeds through the Schiedetunnel at 80 km/h, taking the right of way and giving me the middle finger. That is not how it works! Food is great 👍🏻

Me and my friend had some very tasty vegan burgers here that were fastly prepared! We liked the staff and there was a pleasant ambience in the restaurant.

Ordered two hot dogs and cheese sticks. Everything is cold and disappointingly small, how loveless. Not all of the ingredients are visible on the menu - for example, delivery ando lists jalapeños as an additional option, which was not discussed when ordering by phone

Der Burger war sehr gut, hatte etwas mehr Würze haben können, die Dritten waren Klasse. Im Eingangsbereich ist's eher ungemütlich weil es zieht wenn die Tür geöffnet wird. Alles in allem war der Burger und die Dritten gut und ich gehe gerne wieder da essen.

Wir waren mit unseren beiden kleinen Kindern dort, weil wir die veganen Burger testen wollten. Als wir in den Laden eintraten fiel uns sofort der extrem rutschige/schmierige Boden auf. Man konnte gar nicht normal laufen und auf den Toiletten war es spiegelglatt! Außer uns waren keine Gäste dort. Dementsprechend war das Essen schnell an unserem Platz. Die beiden veganen Burger (je 15,90 Euro) waren ok, aber auch nicht besonders lecker, könnte man zuhause selbst mindestens genauso gut hinbekommen. Die Pommes (4,90 Euro pro Portion) wurden auf Holzbrettchen gebracht und waren nicht besonders lecker und auch nicht frisch. Der Ketchup ist nicht 100% homemade (ihr Slogan) sondern ein billiger Ketchup aus Tütchen. Der Koch/Bedienung war auch längere Zeit im Lager (?) und dadurch nicht ansprechbar, als wir für die Kids noch etwas mehr Ketchup wollten. Die Musik war viel zu laut. Getränke gibt es nur in Flaschen, kein Trinkhalm oder Glas. Schwierig für ein 2jähriges Kind. Alles in allem stimmt hier Preis-Leistung überhaupt nicht. Wir waren enttäuscht und würden es auch nicht weiterempfehlen! Schade.

Ich hatte gehofft das es endlich mal einen richtigen und vor allem guten Burgerladen in Limburg gibt der auch wirklich selfmade Burger macht. Das kann an von diesem "Restaurant" nicht erwarten. Wenn man den Laden betritt wirkt er eher wie eine bessere Imbissbude, der Boden ist dreckig und es wird scheinbar selten sauber gemacht. Vorne am Thresen liegen mehre Flyer als "Speisekarten". Die Musik vor Ort im Laden ist furchtbar das Personal wirkt so als hätte es keine Lust und so sehen und schmecken die Burger auch. Außerdem sind die Preise für das Essen einfach viel zu hoch weil die Qualität nicht stimmt. Kann ich also leider nicht empfehlen.

Jeder der einigermaßen Ahnung von Hygiene hat, weiß dass dieser Laden nicht sauber ist. Aus der Küche kommen unangenehme Gerüche und die Sauberkeit lässt auch grüßen. Das Essen schmeckt mir persönlich überhaupt nicht und die Wraps die angeboten werden sind einfach eklig. Jedoch gibt es dennoch 2 Sterne da aufjedenfall noch Luft nach Unten bzw. nach Oben ist

Burger sind gut alles andere is wiederum zu teuer, dafür dann zu klein und nicht gut.

Habe einen Double beyond Meat Burger bestellt. Ich muss sagen mit Abstand der beste Veggi Burger den ich je gegessen habe. Zubereitung ging super schnell und alle Zutaten waren absolut frisch. Finde den Preis auch gerechtfertigt für so ein Produkt. Weiter so! Einen Stammkunden mehr.

War ok, der Triple X Burger für knapp 17€, der Coleslaw und die Mezzo Mix für je 4€ war alles etwas lieblos.

Das leckerste Abendessen seit langem! Mit der Bedienung gab es keine Probleme und es wurde sehr Professionell gearbeitet. Sehr empfehlenswert.
