Very unfriendly staff, they say I ordered 3 subs even though I only wanted one. Then the store needs to be renovated, very outdated furnishings.

We ordered our food to be picked up via the Subway app, and we picked it up within the specified time. When we unpacked it after 5 minutes of driving, the subs were already completely cold and soggy. Additionally, none of the subs were prepared correctly. One was missing both the sauce and the extras ordered (extra cheese for €1.20 and guacamole for €1.80), and there was corn and onions on the sandwich, which were definitely not ordered. The other one was also missing the extra cheese for €1.20 and had the completely wrong sauce, sweet onion instead of yogurt, on the sandwich. The Philly steak meat had an intensely unpleasant smell and was therefore not eaten as a precaution. All in all, unfortunately quite a disappointment.

Dirty. Toilet supposedly closed for ages due to vandalism. No opportunity to wash your hands. Employees are unfriendly, have no idea about the Subway app and are very rude when a child wants to go to the toilet. Employee wants to forbid me from taking a photo.

Service was impeccable. Fast service and all types of biscuits in stock, not all branches have them! Quality top and everything clean! Highly recommended for a little hunger and very comfortable and quiet, free parking directly in front of the entrance!

On December 3rd, 2024, around 6:30 p.m., I and my family were in the subway in Habenhausen for the first time. The branch was relatively full at the time, but I admired the two young ladies for their patience and their fast, good service. Very nice and loving employees, which I had not experienced before compared to other branches. I am very grateful for the expert advice regarding the ingredients. Upon further observation, the young ladies were very productive when it came to cleaning and hygiene, which I particularly liked. We look forward to next time! Thank you very much

Well, I actually really enjoy eating at Subway, but yesterday, January 25, 25, at 7:00 p.m., I got tired of it. There were two employees (of foreign origin) who I asked about the coupon on the app. The man behind the cashier wasn't even able to read or really speak German. I actually didn't even want to give the juice shop one star. It's sad to live in Germany today with people who don't even know how to do their job properly.

Like a normal subway but Frankfurt🤷🏼‍♂️

We always enjoy visiting Subway in Langenfeld. The ingredients are fresh, the subs taste delicious, and the preparation is quick. The staff is friendly and works quickly, even when it's busy. We find it particularly practical to be able to put together the sandwich according to your own taste. Perfect for a quick yet fresh snack!

Once and NEVER again. Worst place I've ever eaten at. The lady behind the counter dropped everything while ordering and preferred to make a phone call while the next bored person continued. The bread was cold and minimally topped. But the whole thing for just €20.!! Without words. I don't know that from Subway. This store is not recommended at all.

A lot of skilled workers work in the restaurant. You order two different footlongs with different side dishes via Lieferando, but you receive two identical loaves of bread without side dishes. For this I paid delivery fee, service fee and transaction costs. I went there (additional costs) and complained. The staff was unreasonable and rude. Apparently they hadn't made a mistake, but strangely enough, there was a correctly prepared order sitting next to the cash register. This was now cold and I had to pay even more. This wasn't the first time an order had problems, but this time it would definitely be the last. German is not spoken here, let alone read. This place should be closed by Subway. Never again!!!
