Due to the new ordering system, ordering takes forever. I had to leave my sub there today, even though I had already paid, because my train was on time. I'm hoping for compensation.

Service could be better. Food is great!

The shop was extremely dirty... It felt like it hadn't been cleaned for a week! The ham in the counter was gray and visually really disgusting. Staff totally unmotivated.

I wanted to go out to eat at 1 a.m. Google says it's 3 a.m. I'm now standing in front of a store that's closing, thanks for nothing

Dirty. Toilet supposedly closed for ages due to vandalism. No opportunity to wash your hands. Employees are unfriendly, have no idea about the Subway app and are very rude when a child wants to go to the toilet. Employee wants to forbid me from taking a photo.

On December 3rd, 2024, around 6:30 p.m., I and my family were in the subway in Habenhausen for the first time. The branch was relatively full at the time, but I admired the two young ladies for their patience and their fast, good service. Very nice and loving employees, which I had not experienced before compared to other branches. I am very grateful for the expert advice regarding the ingredients. Upon further observation, the young ladies were very productive when it came to cleaning and hygiene, which I particularly liked. We look forward to next time! Thank you very much

"Very nice staff, always friendly and humorous. The dishes are lovingly prepared, the atmosphere is inviting and well-kept (six years ago)." Unfortunately, the staff is now mostly unfriendly and at most the minimum quantity prescribed by the company - you get very poor subs here (see picture: no trace of extra meat, except on the bill). I like to go to Subway often, but I rarely go here anymore. At least it's mostly clean, you can't say anything about that.

The employees were already tired of doing their jobs properly just five minutes after opening. The bread was apparently from the day before and extremely dry. There was hardly any meat, and salad and sauce were used very sparingly. Communication with the employees is also difficult, as their German language skills are not particularly strong.

What someone has already written here happened to me today. I was sent away with the argument that he had a large order. I had already gotten used to the fact that vouchers and prices were not accepted in the app. So, we're not going there anymore.

We always enjoy visiting Subway in Langenfeld. The ingredients are fresh, the subs taste delicious, and the preparation is quick. The staff is friendly and works quickly, even when it's busy. We find it particularly practical to be able to put together the sandwich according to your own taste. Perfect for a quick yet fresh snack!
