It's 9 a.m. and nobody's opening the door. Everywhere is open from 8 a.m., google, HP, and at the door. What's that supposed to mean? You plan with it and then you have to look for alternatives. Absolute impudence.

Terrible in terms of taste and the waiting time, let alone delivery time…. Prices that are a joke for something like this...

Ordered 2 sub meals, 6 of the chicken nugget things, a footlong cookie, and a footlong churro. It took around 2.5 hours for the delivery and the churro was missing the chocolate dipping sauce. The food was all cold and tasted like it had been sitting for well over an hour.

I went there for lunch with my girlfriend a week ago. We ordered and paid at the terminal. When we handed out our order, the employee said that she had put different cheese on it because the one we ordered wasn't there... we were standing in front of her the whole time, and she could have just asked before she simply replaced it with another cheese . Aside from that, she was generally rude and annoyed. The bread crumbled endlessly and tasted old after just two days of being baked again. She didn't cut the subs properly either. Unfortunately, this branch is absolutely not recommended.

They exist almost everywhere, but this is worthy of praise. Very nice and well-kept service and great baguettes. I only managed my footlong with difficulty 😁👍

Unfriendly staff and excessively long waiting times despite pre-ordering and a shorter time stated in the app. The food was still cold.

So first. The food was fresh, the service was very friendly. We ate there. When I entered the toilet, the food almost came back up. What can a sanitary facility in the catering industry look like??? It is an absolute mess to offer a customer such a toilet. The dirt was standing! And by that I don't mean from today, yesterday or last week.

Unfortunately stale bread, the meat was gristly, little choice and generally not good. This was the second time in half a year. Unfortunately very disappointing.

Employee unfriendly, order wrongly occupied

Absolutely not recommended!!! I strongly advise everyone not to visit this store. Ordered and paid for in the app today, so far so good. When the food was ready to be picked up according to the time slot in the app, the store was visited. When we arrived there, an unmotivated and unfriendly employee was of the opinion that she didn't have to give us any food because she hadn't received anything. Even though we showed her that it had been ordered and paid for, she refused to prepare the food. She simply didn't respond to the request for her name and she didn't comply with the request to let the boss know/call him etc. She was absolutely not solution-oriented and rather cheeky and rude. According to her, this has happened to them several times and it is simply canceled. Unfortunately, I can't share this experience up to this point because a short time later the app said that I had picked up my food. I would have liked to take legal action straight away, but I was limited in terms of time. However, this does not exclude further steps that I may take. Edit: Money was refunded, but it was still an extremely bad experience we had there.

For extra cheese, 4 mini slices, 3 euros are charged, the customer was not informed of this. This borders on fraudulent activity, as the price board was intentionally designed to be extremely difficult to read (small black font on a dark gray background). Will be forwarded to consumer protection center.
