Subway in Langenfeld (Rhld.)

Absolutely not recommended!!! I strongly advise everyone not to visit this store. Ordered and paid for in the app today, so far so good. When the food was ready to be picked up according to the time slot in the app, the store was visited. When we arrived there, an unmotivated and unfriendly employee was of the opinion that she didn't have to give us any food because she hadn't received anything. Even though we showed her that it had been ordered and paid for, she refused to prepare the food. She simply didn't respond to the request for her name and she didn't comply with the request to let the boss know/call him etc. She was absolutely not solution-oriented and rather cheeky and rude. According to her, this has happened to them several times and it is simply canceled. Unfortunately, I can't share this experience up to this point because a short time later the app said that I had picked up my food. I would have liked to take legal action straight away, but I was limited in terms of time. However, this does not exclude further steps that I may take. Edit: Money was refunded, but it was still an extremely bad experience we had there.

Since the change of ownership, the restaurant has unfortunately completely deteriorated from cleanliness to service. So the lady is so unemotional and unloving when it comes to the preparation and her friendliness that one can only assume that there has been a death in the family. With every visit… I have definitely decided not to go here again and would advise anyone else not to, as you won't get what Subway has set out to offer here. Addendum (October 31, 2024): If there really was a death, as can be seen in the owner's answer, then employees are usually granted the option of special leave. If the employer doesn't do this, then employees here in the branch will be exploited. Too bad. I'm not calling for a boycott here, I'm just sharing my honest opinion and experience, even in private. The owner can avert the damage by, for example, hiring cleaning staff or providing targeted training to his employees (and perhaps also granting special leave in the event of bereavement, as described above). If the situation improves, I would also be willing to change the review. However, no positive development is currently visible.

I was there today, really the best Subway, I haven't met such nice employees in a long time. I am very pleased with the people there and the service! Top

The ingredients are fresh and I can customize my sandwich exactly the way I like it. The staff is friendly and it's quick, which is perfect for a lunch break. Value for money is also good – a solid choice for a quick meal.

Super clean and really plentiful, I haven't experienced that in a long time. The prices are also the cheapest subway prices I've experienced recently. It's nice that we have it here with us.

Do not accept vouchers despite app display

Terrible... it really can't get any slower. The employee was friendly, but accepting money in gloves and then continuing to make my sandwich is not an option. I would be personally embarrassed if a customer had to point out something like that to me, that gloves had to be changed after accepting the money for hygienic reasons. And yes.. why does every employee flatten the bread so much when cutting it 😅

I recently went to Subway in Langenfeld and am absolutely disappointed. The service was poor, the staff unfriendly and rude. The store was also anything but clean – really disgusting. To make matters worse, at the end I was told that card payment was not possible. I only found out about this after I ordered - for me it borders on fraud. I definitely won't come back and advise everyone to avoid this place.

Yesterday, July 2nd, 1024, I was at Subway in Langenfeld around 12:00 p.m First I had to wait about 5 minutes until I was served and I wanted the Amore Mio and that came with (peppers which weren't even part of it) the tomatoes weren't like those at other Subway shops! And the whole service was, as always, extremely unfriendly from the woman and not for the first time!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We wanted to get something on Tuesday at 8:40 p.m., we called ahead of time to ask if it was still open, but no one answered. According to the storefront, opening hours are 9 p.m. When we arrived at 8:40 p.m. the employee had already closed and we were just looked at stupidly. We won't be coming back again.

EDIT: Unfortunately we don't accept vouchers. Even though they are listed as a participating restaurant. You come in and want to redeem the voucher and they say we won't take it, so of course you can make money. That's really a pity. My favorite subway 100 times better than the one in Monheim. Here you get sub of the day, can redeem points, friendly staff and the vultures don't bother with the ingredients. 🫶 The only thing I think is a shame is that this subway has no online presence. Doesn't offer click and collect and can't be found in the Subway app, so that could be improved

Worst subway in all of North Rhine-Westphalia. Ambiance? You can't eat on site anyway, there aren't any napkins either. Bread is not served crispy but rather limp. MA demotivated, doesn't say hello or goodbye. Food tastes sour, maybe you should check that. I'm glad I don't live in Langenfeld

Stable subway, but the ambience isn't great since it's a very small shop. So it's more for take away, but service is very nice and subs are delicious

Ich war länger nicht hier und muss meine Bewertung leider korrigieren. Das Brot war alt und hart (nein, nicht knusprig getoastet). Das alte Brot brach komplett auseinander und ich musste den Belag wie einen matschigen Salat essen. Das Ambiente ist furchtbar, da Einkaufswagen mit Subway-Artikeln im ohnehin kleinen Lokal den Zugriff auf Servietten etc. komplett versperren. Zu erwähnen bleibt noch, dass die in der App für diese Fiöiale angezeigten Aktionen dann doch nicht gelten und die sehr unfreundliche Mitarbeiterin sich sogar weigerte, mir ihren Namen zu nennen. Kurzum: Sehr schlechte Filiale, keinesfalls zu empfehlen

Freundliche Bedienung und gute Sandwichs

Leider kann ich auch nichts positives nennen. Ich wurde zwar schnell bedient, aber man kam sich trd fehl am Platz vor. Der Sub war sehr trocken. Es schmeckte, dass die Brote vom Vortag nochmal aufgewärmt wurden. Falls man mal in Bergheim sein sollte, da gibt es auch ein Subway und da werdet ihr qualitativ einen riesen unterschied bemerken und das ein Sub echt mega lecker schmecken kann.

Super Bedienung Leider nicht alle Zutaten da Laden hätte eine Modernisierung nötig

Ein sehr kleines Subway Lokal, ein Mitarbeiter somit etwas längere Wartezeit, wenn ein paar Kunden anstehen. Vor Ort Speisen ist wegen mangels an Platz sehr begrenzt möglich. Der Service ist freundlich und die Zubereitung der Subs sorgfältig. Leider ist der Preis bei Subway generell ordentlich angestiegen.

Positives zuerst: Freundlicher Mitarbeiter, gut belegtes Sub. Negativ: MEGA teuer!! Sind öfter bei subway und ja, die Preise haben angezogen, aber die Subs über € 10 und € 4,80 Aufschlag für Menü ist Hammer!! Die Getränke sind € 1,20 teurer als in der Tankstelle nebenan. Kartenzahlung nicht möglich und Punkte einlösen ebenfalls nicht. Geht gar nicht!!

Ein super Subway. Die negativen Bewertungen können getrost ignoriert werden, da sie von der Konkurrenz kommen, wo der Betreiber schon über 65000 Subs belegt hat ohne jemals Käse zu vergessen. Kann diesen Subway nur empfehlen.

Gerade in meiner Mittagspause wieder mit Kollegen dort gewesen.sind wie immer super bedient und auch beraten worden.das Sub des Tages war super und alles sauber und frisch. Versteh nur die Behauptung nicht das es hier kein Sub des Tages gibt.da verwechselt jemand glaub ich die Lokalität.

Sehr zufrieden, vor allem nach dem Besitzerwechsel. Sehr freundliche Bedienung und vor allem super schnell und lecker belegt. Komme gerne wieder.

Gerade Sub und einen Salat bestellt. Der Sub war ok aber beim Salat wurde gerade mal 1/4 der Box gefüllt. Viel zu wenig. Bedienung war kaum zu verstehen da sie so leise und undeutlich spricht. Hat auch nicht tschüss oder so gesagt sondern direkt den nächsten Kunden bedient. Nicht grade freundlich.

Die Neueröffnung war nötig. Neue Chefin und das merkt man direkt. Mitarbeiterinnen motiviert und einen echt leckeren Sub bekommen. Wir werden öfters kommen.

Ich war mit meiner Familie dort essen und wir fanden es total super. Geschmack war so super wie er bei Subway halt ist...und meinen Kindern wurde sehr freundlich und ruhig dabei geholfen den Sub zusammen zustellen. Eine der besten Subways in denen wir bis jetzt gegessen haben.....gerne wieder 👍👍👍👍.

Ich finde die Subs dort super lecker. Es ist sauber, die Chefin ist sehr nett und generell sind die Menschen dort freundlich. Ich gehe mindestens einmal die Woche dort hin, da es mega schmeckt! Ein must have in Langenfeld, erstrecht nach dem einkaufen bei Kaufland 😊😊

Wir sind jede Woche als Paar da. Das Essen ist immer eine Geschmacksexplosion im Mund. Top Service und top Essen. Auf jedenfall weiter zu empfehlen.
