Das Essen hat immer eine top Qualität, alle sind freundlich und zuvorkommend und alles ist sauber und ordentlich

Geschmacklos eingerichteter Imbiss. Hatte mir Gyros in Metaxa und mit Käse überbacken bestellt. Bekommen habe ich etwas, was so gar nichts damit zu tun hatte. Das Fleisch war ekelhaft und von Speck durchzogen. Absolut schlechte Qualität, das in einer undefiniebaren Soße dagereicht wurde. Diese hatte überhaupt keinen Geschmack. Die Optik war schon ziemlich irritierend. Die dazubestellten Pommes, kann ich auch nicht empfehlen. Das Preisleistungsverhältnis stimmt auch nicht. Dieses " Gericht ", mit einer kleinen Coca-Cola hat 16€ gekostet und war nicht einmal 10 €uro wert. Das Personal ist zwar freundlich, aber auch sehr bequem. Die Wartezeit ungewöhnlich lange. Ich kann diesen Imbiss nicht weiterempfehlen. Die Lokalität ist lieblos und gleicht einer früheren Bahnhofsgaststätte.

Was soll ich sagen… der Service lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig, über 20 min bei Regen zu warten ist eine bodenlose Frechheit. Andere Personen die später gekommen sind essen das essen im Restaurant und sind schon weg wenn wir noch sehnsüchtig auf unser Essen warten.

Ein toller Grill. Vielleicht der beste in der Region. Und das Personal ist immer nett.

Sehr leckeres Gyros und Pommes. Die Portionen sind auch gut👍 Für mich die einzig wahre Adresse für Gyros in Langenfeld😉 dafür fahren wir auch gerne mal ein paar Minuten. Auch die Mitarbeiter sind jedes Mal sehr freundlich. Und dafür, dass es eher Richtung Imbiss geht, gibt es viele Sitzgelegenheiten, die auch oft gut genutzt werden😊

Ich Liebe Gyros aber so ein Gyros habe ich noch nie gegessen beim schreiben wird mir schon wieder schlecht... ich hatte mehrere kurze Haare in mein Gyros pita gehabt mein Kind genau so.. das fleisch war zuviel gebraten sehr hart bin sehr enttäuscht und das für 45 euro weg geschmissenes Geld

Hat über die Jahre leider kontinuierlich abgebaut. Gyros war bei den letzten Besuchen/Abholungen schon arg trocken, die Portionen gefühlt bei jedem Mal kleiner. Dazu kommt der fragwürdige Service vor Ort: ich verstehe ja, dass es zu Stoßzeiten stressig wird, aber dass man mich und andere bei meinem letzten Besuch unfreundlich anblafft: "Essen dauert 50 Minuten, siehst doch, dass es voll ist" geht gar nicht und war auf jeden Fall mein letzter Besuch hier. Gibt in Langenfeld definitiv weit bessere Alternativen

Also wer gerne Gyros mit Pommes und Tzatziki isst, ist hier genau richtig! Die Portion sind ordentlich, die Bedienung ist freundlich und die Preise sind absolut fair. Klare Empfehlung!

Dort gibt es für meinen Geschmack das beste Gyros im großen Umfeld. Bisher immer freundlich bedient worden. In den Stoßzeiten bleibt es nicht aus das mann mal etwas warten muß.

Über die gesamte Preisentwicklung im Imbiss wird mittlerweile diskutiert. Ein kleiner Schaschlikspieß z.b. ohne Beilagen kostet 8,50,.€ Wir gehen in Zukunft in ein Restaurant.

Das Ambiente erinnert mich an eine Kantine. Das Essen ist top. Die Mädels sind sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Taxi Teller ist sehr sehr lecker. Preis Leistung ok. Portionen reichlich. Alles schön sauber. Empfehlenswert

Ich komme sooooo gerne wieder - nach einer kleinen Fahrradtour kenne ich im Umkreis Köln-Leverkusen-Düsseldorf keinen besseren Ort, wo so liebevoll, herzlich und sooo mega leckeres Gyros & Zaziki mit Pommes und Krautsalat serviert wird. Sau leckerer Gyrosteller 🥰 einfach und simple gehalten aber geschmacklich einfach mega lecker. Super nette Tresenkraft ...immer wieder gerne. Zum Glück wohne ich nicht direkt daneben sonst bräuchte ich nie wieder kochen 😉

Das Gyros ist super, das Personal freundlich, das Lokal immer gut besucht. Es macht Sinn telefonisch vorzubestellen, wenn man Essen mitnehmen möchte.

We keep coming back to eat, even though we've moved to Bavaria, and a good gyro plate is a must when we drive home. We've known this snack bar for 20 years and have always been satisfied with everything they offer. If you're looking for a more upscale atmosphere, you shouldn't compare a grill stand to a restaurant. We'll be back for another meal after Christmas 2025.

I can't understand what some people are writing here. The grill is my favorite place, the staff is always very friendly, and the owner is the best. The gyros is unbeatable, incredibly delicious, and the tzatziki is also very tasty. I love the cucumber salad and the dressing. Everything is freshly prepared here, and the schnitzels are even breaded by hand. I love going here and I'm glad that there's still a snack bar like this one; it's rare these days. We'll remain loyal customers. 😋👍👍👍👍👍

We were really hungry for a really delicious gyro. It was very busy today, but the wait was worth it. Everyone was very nice, and the boss once again went above and beyond—a truly wonderful man and a lovely fellow.

Stop!!!Stop!!!Stop!!! What you read in some of the "reviews" (cough) here is truly abysmal! Conceited staff, 50-minute waits because others are given priority (understandably, with a group coming in, the waits might be a bit longer), mediocre food... No, sorry, I like constructive criticism, but this... abysmal! So, what's it really like? We've been there (in Düsseldorf) for the third time now because we discovered the place last year through a colleague. And as expected... Amazing! Fresh gyros, friendly staff, and above all, a snack bar like you don't see very often these days. No, for us/me, kebab shops are not a typical snack bar! 😁 Gyropita 6.90, gyro plate & other plates 9.90-13, etc. Delicious fried potatoes, salads, etc., and immediately! Just like we've known it since the 70s. For us, this is a clear recommendation, but it also showed us once again how nasty others can be and how they can criticize such a classic shop just because you had to wait a while (let's face it, there's always a line in front of you) or the staff are supposedly very "conceited" (cough). I think everyone has a bad day and pulls a face sometimes. 🤷🏻 And as for the prices, great! For a mere 13 euros, I was perfectly full, and it tasted delicious. For all you penny pinchers, if this is too expensive for you, please go somewhere else. This weird classified ad culture is just annoying. Perhaps it's even better if it's free, right? 😂

We ordered for pickup today. When we arrived at the agreed time, we had to be prepared for a wait. It can happen, so we ordered two Kölsch beers. They didn't have any small ones at first, but then they were okay (one small, one regular). While we were waiting, the manager placed two ouzo beers on our table without asking and toasted us. Nice – we thought at first. The receipt, which we needed to divide the beer and which we received only very reluctantly, showed two large Kölsch beers and, to our shock, also the two ouzo beers. Unfortunately, we didn't notice until we got home. If we hadn't asked for the receipt, we wouldn't have even noticed, because the price listed on the receipt hadn't changed. This has never happened to me before, and this was the last time. For the sake of completeness: Almost 11 euros for a poorly presented and very small gyro pizza is really too much. The gyro itself was delicious.

I always look forward to eating there. The gyros and tzatziki are particularly excellent. The service is also excellent.

Unfortunately, it's not what it used to be. But it would be so easy if they stayed true to themselves. The quality of the fries is abysmal. Considering that's what they used to be awarded for. Cheapest quality! The portions aren't what they used to be either. They serve them on a small plate to make the portion seem larger, and everything spills over your plate while you're eating. Next door is the pet food store. Everything smells of dog food. When you sit outside, you constantly feel that breeze under your nose, depending on which way the wind is blowing. Not exactly appetizing. The snack bar can't do anything about it, and I feel sorry for them. But they should work on their fries and use decent plates. If the quality is right, there's no need to cheat 😉

I've been here many times and will keep coming back. Grilled dishes should be pre-ordered by phone, but there can still be some waiting time. The place is popular and always busy; the staff makes every effort to serve everyone as quickly as possible, which doesn't always work out smoothly when it's busy – but never mind, the food tastes good. The busier the place, the shorter the questions and announcements from the people behind the counter become. I understand this and therefore don't consider it rude. The restaurant is a large, glass-walled room filled with tables and chairs. There's an outdoor terrace. Parking: 3 VIP parking spaces at the restaurant, otherwise in front of the building or on the side street. I find it clean, and the price-performance ratio is completely reasonable.

Sorry, but I've never experienced anything like this before. You order a gyro plate, ask if you can leave out the salad, and if you can get more meat for an extra charge, you're told the boss doesn't want it. Absolutely ridiculous. This place was recommended to us, but after that statement, I lost my appetite and didn't even place my first order. After an experience like that, one star is too many!!!!!!!

A good option for a quick bite to eat when you're on the way between Langenfeld and Leverkusen. I ordered a gyro plate, it was delicious, and the prices are reasonable. I give it a thumbs up.

There has been no change in taste for decades. And that's a good thing :-) Everything still tastes the same as always. Simply great.

Rarely have I experienced a “chip shop” as good as this one. Food extremely tasteful, nice service. You have a new regular customer.

The staff is friendly, prompt, and attentive. The pizza Napoli was okay, the gyro was also satisfactory. The fries were good. The pilsner was served in a bottle and was pleasantly chilled. I would have preferred the Coke from a can—the carbonation ratio is usually better there. Also, the glass was a bit small. Next time we visit, we'll try the bifteki and fried eggs with fried potatoes.

To be honest, I always go here every now and then because my stepparents like it. But I don't understand why? That's okay, good average. Prices very expensive in comparison. But the waitresses are just a complete disaster. You feel unwanted here. Very arrogant staff. Personally, I wouldn't come here again, but what the heck, I have to do it every now and then.

The gyros really taste excellent in all variations 👌 But if you think you would get an official currywurst there, you are wrong. Instead of a normal sausage it was one made from poultry, the consistency is wobbly to spongy, the "curry sauce" is red but otherwise looks in vain for similarities with other curry sauces. My guess is that you don't need much to make the sauce - 10-20 liters of water, stir in 1 cup of HELA spiced ketchup and you're done. My well-intentioned advice is to take the curry corpse out of the program😅😉

We have been to the Reusrather Grill many times. The gyros are good, but we lack that certain something to really stand out. Nevertheless, we appreciate the friendly staff and the pleasant atmosphere 😊👍. It's worth a visit for a solid treat - we'd love to come back and try out other dishes too!

It's a snack bar and therefore a bit sparsely decorated, but the gyro meat is not overly seasoned and very pleasant. Service was nice and accommodating.

Complete gyro plate is a hit, with a small salad it's enough for two people with normal hunger ;) The best fries in the area!

The GOOD and beloved snack bar atmosphere prevails here, the snack bar offers an extensive range of dishes. The gyros and the fries 🤪 are the absolute highlight for me. The portions are filling and the ingredients are well chosen. Orders placed by phone can be picked up promptly. Don't forget cash. There is no card payment, which isn't a bad thing.

We were also scared off by the employee in question. We've been getting food there every now and then for years, and it's become more expensive as usual for some time now. I've loved going to chip shops all my life, but right from the start I was surprised by the not so friendly tone. In the end there was a disagreement regarding an order. Was simply rejected in a very unfriendly way. Customers are not king there, even if they have always been friendly. (Allusion to comment from another respondent) Thank you, never again. Our wallet is happy that we have now saved several hundred euros. So really thank you!

The gyros are incredibly tasty. Staff is often a little overloaded, but I'm not surprised given the volumes. If you're patient and give a smile, you'll even get one in return! :)

Gyros very dry, the fries are rock hard, the plates are very small when you pick into the food half falls off the plate... Card payment is not possible, there are reasons for that... I used to eat there more often and the quality was much better.

A similar spectacle presented itself to us, and the same insults followed. What's more, the owner was sitting at the table and was so drunk that he fell asleep. And in between loudly shouted insults and insulted guests. This snack bar saw us for the last time. How can you identify yourself as the owner of the location? just behave so impossible towards the guests. More like 0 stars here Unfortunately I have to give one star, otherwise you can't rate it.

Gyros plate with fried potatoes is recommended 👍🏻 The gyros meat is very tasty here. Coleslaw is sometimes very greasy/oily. A little less oil would be better. Always happy to come here 🙌🏻

Wir waren heute, 23 Mai 2024 dort Das Essen war so Lala Das Ambiente veraltet. Ich hätte nie gedacht, dass ein Inhaber sich so unverschämt Gästen gegenüber auslässt, einfach eine Frechheit. Für den Preis können und werden wir künftig woanders gut essen gehen Der Inhaber des Imbisses er war total alkoholisiert, schimpfte dort lauthals herum und beleidigte die Gäste, es waren Töne wie Die Deutschen sind ja alle nur sch....... Als wir das erste Mal da waren, vor ca. 1 Monat. bot sich uns auch so ein Schauspiel, da kamen die gleichen Pöbeleien. Hinzukam aber noch, dass der Inhaber am Tisch saß und so alkoholisiert war, dass er eingeschlafen ist. Und zwischendurch auch lauthals herum pöbelte und Gäste beleidigte. Uns hat dieser Imbiss zum allerletzten Mal gesehen. Wie kann man sich als Inhaber der Lokalität nur so unmöglich den Gästen gegenüber benehmen. Hier eher 0 Sterne Leider muss ich einen Stern geben, sonst kann man nicht bewerten.

Ist halt ne Pommesbude. Immer viel los. Schnitzel besser als im Restaurant. Man wird hier sogar bedient. Preise ok. Und ja…. Es wird sich um die Gäste , auch mit Ouzo, gekümmert. Spießer sollten lieber woanders hingehen. Alle sind hier lieb und fleißig. Und wo viel gearbeitet wird, passieren auch Fehler! Nix für Unlustige!

I would never have thought that simply taking an order could cause such displeasure among an employee. The few sentences we exchanged were so outrageous and simply a disgrace. For the price I can and will be able to eat well elsewhere in the future.

Very tasty, freshly prepared food and generous portions. Diverse menu, but not too overwhelming. The ambience is quite pleasant when it's not too crowded. Friendly service and a good overview, even when things get stressful. Highly Recommended.

Always delicious food and super friendly service

When we visited the Reusrather Grill it was very loud and the greeting was anything but warm, it almost seemed unfriendly. It's a shame, we can't recommend it.

I don't actually write reviews often, but now after ordering for the second time, I had to rate mqal here. The gyro is ok. But what doesn't work at all is the service. On my first visit to “Reusrather Grill” the employees were extremely unfriendly. I thought then that maybe it was the stress of rush hour. But today it's the same again. You are just spoken to in an unfriendly way. Unfortunately I was a little late to pick up my order because there was a serious accident on the highway. Two employees complained loudly about my slight delay. When the order was handed over to me, I was again rudely informed that I was late. I won't get my gyros here anymore, it's a shame.

The owners and employees were very friendly. The food tastes really delicious. There isn't a chip shop far and wide in Monheim. I always go to the Reusrather Grill and it's definitely worth it. I can only recommend it to everyone. I also have to say when I'm there it's always full and that says it all 🫶🫶🫶🫶🫶
