Already missing a burger for the 3rd time. Annoying, especially if you paid for it

Are not able to finish the orders correctly. Visited the place 3 times, twice there was a missing thing.

It turned out really great! McDonald's Monheim am Rhein has been made really nice after the renovation - modern, clean and very inviting. Everything seems much brighter and friendlier now. The staff was friendly, the food was delicious and fresh as usual. Perfect for a quick stopover or a leisurely visit with the family. I'll definitely be back!

Waited 20 minutes for limp fries. Please put the money into sensible staff instead of a two-lane Mcdrive

Ordered food via Lieferando, stated delivery time 30 minutes. After 1.5 hours there was still no food. Called Mcs and they lied to you that the driver was just going to the door (journey time to me was 10 minutes, the driver arrived after 50 minutes). Unfortunately the food was cold and inedible.

Can't give a review because we couldn't place an order even after asking twice. Ate somewhere else.

The food is delicious if you're short on time or traveling. The staff aren't always friendly, but I understand that working under so much stress doesn't always come with a smile. But they're efficient, which is enough.

Unfortunately the staff seems to be having difficulty dealing with the rush of orders. Staff at the checkout were unfriendly to teenagers, food was almost cold. It would be helpful to have team training or a management with the competence to direct and guide the employees in order to create a better process.

Staff very unfriendly especially towards children and slow. We just waited 30 minutes for 6 pieces of chicken nuggets for our child. The bag was simply thrown at us without apologizing or anything like that. After the renovation, there is still no pedestrian path, so pedestrians have to be careful not to get run over. Waited 1 hour 15 minutes for a cheeseburger, BigMac and 20 chicken nuggets. There are either other people around me who have been waiting for an hour or more, or people who came clearly after me and got their order almost immediately. When asked multiple times, the answer is always the same: it will come straight away, the system is causing problems, etc. The queue goes through the door outside, the drive-in is also full, the only other reaction from the apparent boss: "You don't have to wait, you can cancel". Never go here again.

A strange parking system outside with less space for cars. This means that door dents and parking bumps are likely to occur much more frequently. As a topping: the new vouchers – prices have increased again and the best vouchers have been completely abolished. Congratulations and thank you very much. In the end, you save a lot of money because you eat out here much less often.

The food is just really disgusting now. All the Mcs branches in Leverkusen and Monheim have become so bad. Food sometimes hot, but always supposedly freshly made. Bad staff who are completely overwhelmed when it's full. They don't do much with hygiene either. For me one of the worst McDonald's in North Rhine-Westphalia. If you get something wrong you will be portrayed as the last idiot.

The McDonald's Monheim am Rhein is actually the best in the area, unfortunately difficult to reach using public transport. There are 2 bus lines, one of which goes there all day long and the other.
