McDonald's. Good, easy, quick and tasty.

I've been standing in line at McDrive for half an hour. Completely incomprehensible what's going on...

Things have been getting worse for years. I wonder why there is no response from the head of the department. We have been avoiding this location for a long time. Wait up to 45 minutes and almost every time I get tired of it. Food and cleanliness is now an absolute disaster!!!!!

catastrophe! Processing a takeaway order completely and correctly seems impossible here. If you eat on site, it is at least impossible that something will be forgotten, but tables and seats are often completely dirty. You can see from the employees that they are “tearing themselves apart” for this branch and are completely focused on the matter. That's it for this branch in 2024.

Very friendly staff, fast and good food. There was even an apple turnover for free because a burgee was delayed. Best McDonald's in the West. Any time.

With hamburger it's so little ketchup, little mustard and so small slice of cucumber. Well, not exactly good. Already 3 stars.😒

Unfortunately, McDonald's is no longer what it used to be. With every change it gets worse. Unfortunately, since they changed the sweet chilli sauce you can no longer eat it. It used to be great. There's less and less of what tastes good with them.

This is the worst McDonald's we have ever experienced. It doesn't work in MC Drive or in McDonald's itself. Waiting times of more than 30 are normal here, regardless of whether it is at peak times or not. Not to mention the quality.

I can only agree with the previous speakers. There is not one takeout order that is complete. Luckily I only noticed today that a burger was missing - I went back. Unfortunately, all of the sauces in the 4 dishes were completely missing… And then there was the apple turnover, which should no longer have been sold. That's when you really start to lose your temper. It's been like this for years, apparently the training here is very poor.

The food is good, but the hygiene has deteriorated a lot. THE restaurant is very dirty. If you look into the kitchen the whole floor is dirty. This is not the MC Donalds from before.

It's stupid when you notice it at home. Unpacking a larger order on site is also not practical. Even the sauces are usually wrong. I'm avoiding this location from now on.

So you know the food at MC is nothing special. Nevertheless, cleanliness is not particularly important at this MC.

You are left to your own devices and after you ask why things aren't going any further, people look at you stupidly. After the ordered food has been called out for take-away, you have to ask for a bag, but you get it... but no emphasis is placed on politeness like: Have a nice day. 1 and last time...

I had to wait over 38 minutes until I had my order. I had exactly 4 vehicles in front of me.

Well done, we order at the checkout. Even though it was pretty full. The order was ready in a short time.

A restaurant trying to make a lot of money with a small staff. There is no air conditioning or it does not work. There is a baby nightstand but it is unsuccessful.

Wait 25 minutes for an ice cream, a cola and a cherry bag. It doesn't work at all. Food was okay, at least in mcce's quality.

I've never seen such chaos like this Sunday! The employees at the counter don't understand German and give out wrong orders. The planning should be adjusted, I waited half an hour for 2 burgers with a drink. However, I was very positive about the young man, apparently a delivery person. When he noticed that the colleague wasn't coping, he took over and got everything done quickly. I had my burgers within 2 minutes. I'm amazed at how he managed the orders and the cash register at the same time and served the customers in English as well as Russian or Polish (I couldn't place it correctly). I am very stunned!

Unfortunately we had a very bad experience last Saturday in Monheim. My husband asked an employee in a friendly tone to clean the table because it was very dirty. He then rolled his eyes and reluctantly wiped them away. Unfortunately, when he brought the food to our table, the glass from the campaign was missing. We pointed out to the employee that the glass was missing, he replied very rudely with a "What" and said he had nothing to do with it and left. Something like that doesn't work at all. Of course you can have a bad day, but you don't have to take it out on customers. Unfortunately, the cleanliness in this branch also leaves something to be desired, toilets are dirty (what does the kitchen look like then?), and cucumber slices on the windows that are ignored. The fries were lukewarm.

Ordered a cheeseburger without onions and no pickles. These were simply scraped off. Disgusting

Placing my order at the order terminal was child's play. Eaten deliciously less than five minutes later. It's ok so far, of course it's not restaurant food but it's filling.

Today I ate my classic dinner again like every evening at mc's. The employees couldn't manage to put 60 out of 60 chicken nuggets in the bag. There were only 59. I have never been so disappointed with my regular restaurant, which I have been visiting every day for years. I hope you have a serious word with your employees for having such disastrous behavior towards a long-time regular customer and showing no respect whatsoever. As always, I rate strictly: - I like fast food. But to be honest it's nothing special and not good food. The branch is good for a McDonalds. - Service is okay. One must not forget that this branch is extremely busy. - The ambience is typical of McDonalds. The upper floor is impressive.

Employees behind “Pick Up” only talk when things are busy and make guests wait for a very long time. Some employees should be fired.

Waiting times of well over 30 minutes, if there is little going on, with luck only half that, and in a rush hour sometimes 60 minutes. What is it about? I have no idea... At least I can't recommend it

No MC DONALD like everyone else. It differs structurally. The staff is very friendly and serves very quickly. There are also reusable cups. There is a delivery service with electric cars. I think there were 4 Renaults with stylish designs. We were very satisfied.

Expect long waiting times on weekends, otherwise standard mode

For a fast food restaurant I waited about 30 minutes for a hamburger and an MCS round. And not because the staff was slow, but there is always a lot going on here. The kitchen urgently needs to be enlarged. The colleagues there are working themselves out under such a big rush.

Where have I ended up. In a FAST food restaurant you shouldn't wait 20 minutes for your food. It was totally dirty and I asked for a rag. Was completely ignored, not forgotten! That is not how it works.

Ordered maxi menu and got small fries. Cheese on the burger completely cold. I won't come here again...

The drive in was empty and we still had to wait longer than 15min no one on the window and then when we got the food instead of getting chicken box we got chicken nuggets and awful cheese spicy balls 🤢

In the burger, the cutlets fall halfway out of the bun; we asked for them without onions and they brought them with onions. The waitress brought the order on a tray, near the table spilled cola right on us, on the table and the floor. No one wiped the floors and tables and they sat there. Terrible service and no one cleans up dirty.

You don't really need to say anything about the food, it's probably as good or bad as any other McDonald's. But the toilets are so dirty that you can't really recommend anyone to use them - I've rarely seen something so disgusting.

I can only advise everyone to at least check their order with mcdriv. Every time burgers or fries are missing. Not normal.

Das Essen (die Burger, Pommes usw.) sind bekannt, da in fast jedem MCDonald's gleich. Beim Service besteht noch reichlich Luft nach oben (Umgang mit Kunden). Es gibt durchaus bessere Filialen in NRW.

Wie immer klappt das bestellen mit der App sehr schlecht. Solange das so ist gebe ich mit den Bewertungen hier nicht auf.

Einen größeren Saustall habe ich nicht erlebt. Dort sollten mal die Lebensmittelkontrolleure hin. Im Paterre lag der ganze Boden voll Servietten,Pommes u.ä. das Damenklo war gelinde gesagt voll gesch..... Essen solltet ihr in dem Laden besser nichts, wer weiß wie es IN DER KÜCHE AUSSIEHT, wenn schon der Essbereich der Kunden so dermaßen dreckig ist. Pfui

McDrive eine Katastrophe ! Unter 15 min kommt man da nicht raus . Man muss immer auf den Parkplatz fahren, dauert immer lange, super nervig . Es klappt doch überall woanders auch .

Ich war um 06:56 da. Mir wurde gesagt Frühstück gibt es nur bis 7 Uhr. Komisch erstens war ich vorher da und die Webseite nennt andere Uhrzeiten. Jetzt könnte ich Frühstück buchen. Was ein drecks Laden.

Ist nicht der beste MC Donald. Wird oft was bei der Bestellung vergessen und dauert ewig am MC Drive wenn mal paar Autos da stehen.

Ja, ein Mecces. Mitarbeiter freundlich und auf das Essen nicht zu lange gewartet ABER Zum Mitnehmen für 4 Köpfe Essen bestellt und 2 mal hat was gefehlt. Und das ist ärgerlich, wenn man das zuhause bemerkt. Vor Ort wühlt man ja nicht bei einer großen Menge in der Tüte rum. Und dann fährt man ja nicht für eine Pommes oder Hamburger zurück. Da sollten die Mitarbeiter besser geschult werden.

War immer nur zur prime time dort und musste immer lange warten, obwohl immer 2-4 Mitarbeiter in der Küche gerade Leerlauf hatten. Und glaube bisher wurde immer mind. Eine falsche Soße beigelegt oder so.

Jeder Tisch war dreckig, ansonsten hat alles gepasst.

Für ein McDonalds ist das eine gute Filiale, es gibt viel Platz, die Tische waren sauber, genau wie die Toiletten. Personal war nett und das Essen standard. ImVergleich zu den meisten anderen Filialen Top.

Keine Ahnung, warum, aber es dauert in den letzten Monaten Ewigkeiten, bis eine Bestellung fertig ist. Schlangen im Drive bilden sich teilweise bis zur Tankstelle und im Restaurant kuscheln sich die Wartenden. Unter zwanzig Minuten kommt man da nicht an sein Essen. Klar, man sollte mal wieder entschleunigen, aber dann sollte es nicht mehr Fast Food sondern Slow Food Restaurant heißen.

Leider zu Stoßzeiten völlig überfüllt und lange Wartezeiten. Das hat mir Fastfood nicht mehr viel am Hut.

Über 30 min aufs Essen warten, dann ist es nur noch lauwarm, ging zurück, danach war es heiß, im Restaurant sehr laut, da Jugendliche wenig Rücksicht auf andere Gäste nehmen.

Sehr voll, sowohl drinnen als auch draußen. Bestellterminals defekt und lange Wartezeiten. McCafé wieder gar nicht besetzt. Das war eher slow food als fast food.

Freitag bis Sonntag und Feiertage ab 18 Uhr stehen die Wartezeiten in keinem Verhältnis mehr und es herrscht absolutes Chaos. Musste dort zuletzt nach Vorbestellung per App so lange auf meine Bestellung warten, dass man die einfach erstmal auf abgeholt gesetzt hat, vermutlich damit ich mich nicht per App beschweren oder stornieren kann. Darauf musste ich über 90 Minuten warten und locker zehn mal verschiedene Mitarbeiter ansprechen die es alle mehrfach klären wollten, letztendlich war dann angeblich das Problem, dass ein Burger ohne Gurken bestellt wurde. Dann sollen die halt sagen war zu voll, wir habens vergessen und sich ehrlich entschuldigen anstatt Gurken als Ausrede zu nehmen, wie dumm einfach.

Geht immer schnell, die Mitarbeiter sind meistens nett und das Essen ist auch meistens warm. Nur leider sind die Terminals oft außer Betrieb.

Ein durchschnittlicher McDonalds. Wenn man rein geht, und nicht durch den Drive Through fährt, ist man wesentlicher schneller.

Der McDonalds hat am Wochenende 24 Stunden auf und ist gerne ein kurzer abstecher zum Essen dorthin. Gerne vergessen die mal was, aber da muss jeder selbst mal kontrollieren, da nobody is perfect aber wenn was sein sollte, sind sie offen und hilfsbereit.

Es ist MC Donalds, wenn man herkommt, weiss man was einen erwartet. Es macht aber den Eindruck, als läge die Ware nicht lange in der Auslage und auf Sonderwünsche (z.b. ohne Zwiebeln) wird problemlos eingegangen. Ordentliches Personal, das sich gut artikulieren kann.

Bei McDonald´s drinnen essen, spare ich mir nur noch. Egal ob drinnen oder draußen – die Sauberkeit lässt teilweise zu wünschen übrig. Die Bestellterminals sind auch nicht mein Favorit. In der Regel geht es durch den Drive. Spätestens hier ist in den Abendstunden von „Fast Food“ eigentlich keine Rede mehr. Nur 4 Auto vor mir, aber 20 Minuten im Auto gesessen. Die Schlange hinter mir reichte inzwischen bis vom Gelände runter. Sobald ein paar Gäste mehr kommen - hoffnungslos überfordert.

Sonntags total überfüllt und das Personal vollkommen überlastet. Dadurch lange Wartezeiten, genervte Menschen und ungemütliche Atmosphäre.

Das Essen war gut und war auch schnell fertig
