The store is one of the worst I've experienced. Food is always cold and the order is never correct. This way I can also finance the renovations. I was a customer there last time.

After the renovation, I had to wait half an hour for a single burger here in the drive... catastrophe

After the renovation only one star. There are now even fewer seats downstairs. Only one terminal had table displays for table service, and once again there were problems adding codes. A strange parking system outside with less space for cars. This means that door dents and parking bumps are likely to occur much more frequently. As a topping: the new vouchers – prices have increased again and the best vouchers have been completely abolished. Congratulations and thank you very much. In the end, you save a lot of money because you eat out here much less often.

Waited a quarter of an hour. Then the manure comes to the table cold and dry. And the cheese is wrapped up in the box. That used to be much better.

Terrible. We had to wait an hour for food with a hungry toddler. The best thing about it, our paid order was obviously overlooked (?). Only when employees were made aware of this was the order halfway put together. A couple next to us was served the wrong order, and the employee serving didn't even want to acknowledge the mistake.

Unfortunately, the toy was forgotten in the HappyMeal several times when I ordered McDrive, which is very annoying because that's what the children are always looking forward to the most. It's very unfortunate when you always have to check first to make sure nothing has been forgotten.

The food is just really disgusting now. All the Mcs branches in Leverkusen and Monheim have become so bad. Food sometimes hot, but always supposedly freshly made. Sometimes the meat from a chesseburger or royal ts tastes so disgusting that you even have to spit out the first bite. After all, soap, rot, whatever, it just doesn't taste like beef, and it certainly doesn't taste delicious. How can you run a McDonald's branch in such a bad way? You really have to give a shit about how it tastes there. I now avoid every McDonald's here, even though I used to enjoy eating there in between meals or at night. But it just doesn't work anymore. I've already spent money the last three times and in the end I barely got anything to eat apart from the fries. Just avoid every McDonalds in Leverkusen. Absolutely not possible. In my opinion, the health department should take a closer look. Disappointing would be an absolutely understated rating for this disgusting stuff that they try to sell you as food and freshly made. I say this without any malice, honestly people, but it's true, the food there is just really, really disgusting. Man man man...

Bad staff who are completely overwhelmed when it's full. They don't do much with hygiene either. For me one of the worst McDonald's in North Rhine-Westphalia. If you get something wrong you will be portrayed as the last idiot.

Feedback on service and quality On my last visit to this McDonald's branch I was extremely disappointed. I waited at the drive-thru for over 30 minutes for a simple order: three burgers (two hamburgers and a chicken burger), a small fry and a drink. During this time, the employees seemed unengaged and were chatting among themselves, even though there were at least 10 to 15 cars waiting behind me. After my complaint nothing changed; On the contrary, it seemed as if the team was working even more slowly. Only when I clearly expressed my displeasure did the service become a little faster. I found this behavior to be unprofessional and disrespectful to customers. There was no apology or offer of compensation for the long wait. A small token of appreciation, like a free drink or an extra burger, would have been appropriate. Instead, I was treated with unkindness, which added to the negative experience. The quality of the products has also declined. The Big Mac didn't meet the usual standards and didn't justify the €6 price. For a slightly higher amount, I can get much higher quality burgers at other restaurants. Based on this experience, I will avoid this branch in the future. If I'm nearby and the store is empty, I might consider it. Otherwise, I prefer alternatives like Burger King or Subway, which are more convincing in terms of both service and quality. The McDonald's Monheim am Rhein is actually the best in the area, unfortunately difficult to reach using public transport. There are 2 bus lines, one of which goes there all day long and the other.
