Bread, salad etc not fresh. The waitress doesn't understand a word of German and does something else. You want more salad, then you're told no, it's not possible, etc. For the price, I want to have what I want on it and in the quantity that I want. Disaster such a shop, in Marburg the subway is better in everything. Stop coming here and spend my money somewhere else.

Unhygienic, the employees don't speak German. When you come in you hear Turkish or Arabic music. Then an employee comes in wearing street clothes and gives you the wrong assignment for your sub. How can you manage a subway like that? Don't they usually have rules for everything? I'll never set foot in there again.

Unfortunately the service has deteriorated significantly. :-( We ordered another sub today and were annoyed about the preparation. We had ordered a tuna sub, which was not prepared according to the norm. Very little tuna was smeared on the sub, the cheese was not placed next to each other as usual Spread out all over the place (already 3 times). When it came to the vegetable side dishes, only 2 slices of cucumber and 1 strip of parika were put on a 30cm sub What has been annoying for a long time is that the employees are standing behind the counter in their street clothes (hygiene). . All family members can also be found behind the counter at all times. Cell phones are common practice here 😡 During this time you could clean the toilets, which are like a train station toilet 🤮

Absolute disaster offer menu and then not. The normal price will then be charged and you will pay much more. I also think the employee doesn't feel like working, no work clothes but normal street clothes. The chairs were all placed on the tables so that you can only sit at two tables. There is an e-scooter in the sales room and we are charging it. You feel like you are in a private apartment. The food was good, the service was good and the rest was an absolute disaster.

The food is okay as always, but the service is simply a disaster. We've been to Subway about four times in the last month and a new employee showed up. He works very slowly and unprofessionally. I often have to tell him twice that I want Caesar sauce and he still adds BBQ sauce. On average I wait about 15 minutes for a sandwich. In addition, some ingredients are constantly missing: there were no cookies three times, olives are often missing, and he puts far too few ingredients in the roll. I would also like to point out that it would be a good idea to take off the clothes you wear outside at work. In general, Subway should change staff to improve the quality of service and food.

Unfortunately, we repeatedly found out today that the quality of the subs depends on the employee behind the counter. We ordered two identical subs from the Signature Series. Unfortunately, I had to point out to the waitress that the guacamole, as stated in the fixed occupancy, was missing when preparing it. This was then subsequently distributed here and there on the sub. In other words, it is not a must, but an option. But if I order a "Fiesta Fajita", then I want my sub to be prepared the way the house says it should be. We also noticed, unfortunately only when we got home, that the nachos were completely missing from both subs. It's also a shame that I repeatedly discussed with the employee about being able to use the current offer from the subsidy calendar. After repeatedly asking me to take advantage of the offer, he called the boss and clarified the problem. However, I have to be very firm that I want to take advantage of the offer and didn't let myself be fobbed off with a "I have no idea why the code doesn't work". Actually, our experience today is only worth two stars, I give the third with closed eyes because I'm a Subway fan and like eating the subs. I hope for improvement on the next visit.

It's unfortunate that you have to give 1 star to be able to rate it. The restaurant doesn't deserve a star. The meal (small portion of fries for €3.50) was 6 lattice fries. We were asked if we liked the fries seasoned and we answered YES, because who likes fries without seasoning? The colleague put extra spice on the fries and they were inedible so that my whole mouth burned. The service (ordering process) was also very unfriendly and, for the most part, communication problems. It was our first time in this fast food restaurant and definitely our last time!

The fact that the low point of this branch can still be surpassed is truly astonishing. After the store had to close in 2023 due to a lack of staff, where young people previously worked while chatting with their “bros”, there are now new employees who don't know their own goods. One of them is nice and competent, fast and knows his stuff, but even he cannot alone meet the personnel requirements of such a system technology. Today, however, there was a young woman who didn't know exactly what she was doing due to language barriers. If you order a ready-made sandwich that contains predetermined ingredients, then you should know what they are. In the end, I pay the price for an expensive promotional sandwich, but I still don't get the sandwich that I was supposed to. All in all it seems very unprofessional. I have 30 minutes on my lunch break! Waited for the sandwich while the phone kept ringing in the background noise. The first suggestion for improvement would be to consider having two people at peak times. But as is often the case with franchisees, they get a lot out of it and invest little. You can only feel sorry for the lady behind the counter, she is employed there, understands little and certainly has to put up with the guest's displeasure. I'm in the trade myself and didn't want to reprimand her because in the end she's the last person who can do something about it. Therefore, here is the review to give feedback to the people who matter. P.s. Anything that would be additional income, such as extras or an update to the more expensive menu, is not offered at all because she doesn't have the time for it or doesn't know it

THAT WAS THE LAST TIME !!! Unfortunately, I made several unpleasant observations during my visit to the restaurant that greatly affected my satisfaction. At the beginning I immediately noticed that the waitress was wearing a pink jogging suit instead of her usual work clothes. This gave an unprofessional impression and made me question the staff's hygiene. Additionally, the waitress seemed to have difficulty fully understanding my order. This resulted in only half of my order being prepared correctly. What further worried me was the presence of a Lieferando driver walking around the restaurant. He also wore sweatpants without a hairnet and Adidas slippers without socks. His long toenails were also unsavory and absolutely disgusting to look at. This unprofessional appearance by the employee greatly affected my trustworthiness in the restaurant's hygiene standards. Not only the staff, but also the Lieferando driver left a negative impression. The vehicle he used to deliver the food was extremely dirty and neglected. This gave the impression of a lack of care and hygiene. I was shocked at the condition of the vehicle and couldn't imagine that my food would be transported in such conditions. (In this case I ate on site) Overall, my visit to Subway Schwalmstadt was extremely disappointing. The unprofessional clothing of the staff, the lack of communication when placing my order and the unhygienic condition of the delivery vehicle left an absolutely negative impression. I hope this review helps the restaurant improve its standards of cleanliness, hygiene and professional appearance. Unfortunately for me it was the last time.

I've been to a lot of subways now. But this subway always manages to attract negative attention. In terms of taste, the sub tastes okay, sometimes just very carelessly prepared. The service is not good. Either half of the order is not understood correctly, or you have a new employee. Coupons or offers are generally not accepted. Today, January 21st, none of the coupons displayed in the app were accepted. All I was offered was to pay for a sub with my points. When I asked why I couldn't use an offer, the new employee didn't give me an answer. I ended up having to pay for both footlongs without an offer. If you want a good sub that is prepared to your liking and don't want to miss out on offers in the app, then it's better to drive a little further and avoid this branch.

Heute abend Ich wollte etwas essen. Und was für Freude, Subwey ist einfach klasse! Ich habe nicht nur Gluten Allergie ,aber auch Lactose Intoleranz und noch mehr....und das ist ( leider ) weit und breit , das einzige Lokal, wo ich ohne Bedenken mein Essen bestellen kann, mir werden auch alternativ Produkte angeboten. Dazu kommt noch nette und freundliche Mitarbeiter,👌das finde ich einfach super. Vielleicht, in Zeiten, wo immer mehr Menschen an viele Unverträglichkeiten bzw Allergie leiden,sollen auch andere Restaurant Inhaber umdenken .....nur ein Gedanke von mir. Danke an Subway, das ich es genießen konnte!👍🎉🌞💯

Bin beruflich öfters in der Region und war erfreut zu sehen, dass das Subway Restaurant in Treysa wieder offen war. Ich wurde freundlich und mit einem Lächeln von Alfihan (Name auf Bon) begrüßt. Alle meine Wünsche wurden berücksichtigt und optionale Extras wurden auch angeboten. Schade, dass ein Sub des Tages nicht mehr angeboten wird. Bestellt habe ich ein Italian BMT als Menü mit Getränk und Cookie. Das Essen war lecker und der Sub gut und sauber belegt. Meine Kundenkarte für die Punkte konnte ich Scannen und mit Karte bezahlen. MasterCard wird akzeptiert, AMEX leider nicht. Das Restaurant war entgegen einer kürzlichen Rezension sauber (Tische gewischt) und aufgeräumt, das Personal freundlich, einzig eine Mitarbeiterin trug normale Kleidung. Komme gerne wieder!

Yesterday we ordered food, pizza, tuna, lamb with rice and vegetables, very spicy.. schnitzel with curry sauce and fries and Parmiggana, baked eggplant, the first time I ordered it, I was skeptical, so many dishes on the menu were a mix of India and Italy, but I have to say I was pleasantly surprised the food was great, the quantities were great.. top!

We booked our table at 7 p.m. The drinks were served quickly. Then no one came to take our order for 20 minutes. After we drew attention to us twice, the waiter with the grayish hair came. The order was then taken sturdily and with rolling eyes. We had to wait an hour for our 3 pizzas! wait. The edge was completely solid and almost impossible to chew. What we have observed several times: The so-called high society (business people) are given much preferential treatment here compared to other guests Note: We were greeted personally and friendly by the boss! The waiter could take a lesson from that!
