Pizza & Burger Company und Spiel Bistro in Schwalmstadt

The layout is the same as any other Subway branch, with a nice atmosphere. I eat there often when I'm in a hurry for lunch – I've never had any complaints *see review. [4/5] I'd be back!

The food is delicious. You can choose from the buffet or assemble and cook your own meal. The selection is limited, but very tasty.

I've been ordering from here for years and sadly, I have to say it's getting worse and worse. The service has deteriorated significantly. I order through Lieferando and am told in advance that it will take 50 minutes. My food has never arrived on time. Today was the worst. I waited 2.5 hours for a pizza. On the phone, I was told (when I called after 2 hours) that the food was ready and would be delivered. That was a lie. The food arrived ice cold. The box was soaked. At least the delivery driver was honest and told me they had forgotten about me. However, I was lied to on the phone, and no one apologized.

I'd heard about them many times, but wanted to see for myself – I simply regretted it. My food was defective; the salad was full of hair, the pasta dishes for my colleagues were mixed with plastic and, on top of that, without any pasta. The tiramisu that was ordered was forgotten and never brought… Diarrhea was inevitable… we all suffered terribly with stomach aches and nausea… I thought changing the name would signify a fresh start… unfortunately, it was a complete disaster…

It was a lovely evening, friendly staff, we would gladly come again.
