Pizza & Burger Company und Spiel Bistro in Schwalmstadt

I've been to this store several times recently, but unfortunately, the quality leaves a lot to be desired. The cookies sometimes taste fresh, but on other days they taste dry and stale, as if they haven't been changed in a while. The staff, however, is particularly negative: very unfriendly, annoyed, and obviously unmotivated. Friendliness or even a brief eye contact doesn't seem to be a given here. As a customer, you feel more unwanted than welcome.

If I choose a buffet, I don't want to have to fish leftovers out of empty containers! I asked the employee twice to refill them! It took three quarters of an hour for three bowls to arrive, and they were immediately gone because the guests were waiting! It was more important that the two employees filled their own plates, which they then ate in the next room, than that the warming containers were refilled! The little I managed to get was tasty and fresh! But never again... I paid money for nothing!

We especially like the Indian dishes. 😊

I've heard about them many times, but wanted to see for myself – I simply regretted it. My meal was faulty; the salad was full of hair, the pasta dishes for my colleagues were mixed with plastic and, to top it off, no pasta. The tiramisu I ordered was forgotten and never refilled… Diarrhea was inevitable… we all had hours of extreme discomfort with stomach pain and nausea… I thought changing the name would mean a fresh start… unfortunately, it was a complete waste of time…

Good value for money, we'll be back.
