That was nothing at all! Go to Subway in Alsfeld if you get the chance! I was stressed and completely taken by surprise. The clerk immediately took a loaf of bread, arranged it, cut it crookedly, and simply wanted to put something on it. I'm used to being asked what I wanted. I could only quickly correct it. The store was empty, mind you. No stress for him. That wasn't my Subway. Train your employees!

If I choose a buffet, I don't want to have to fish leftovers out of empty containers! I asked the employee twice to refill them! It took three quarters of an hour for three bowls to arrive, and they were immediately gone because the guests were waiting! It was more important that the two employees filled their own plates, which they then ate in the next room, than that the warming containers were refilled! The little I managed to get was tasty and fresh! But never again... I paid money for nothing!

Unfortunately not very recommendable four times ordered family pizza and each time it got worse even though it was promised that it would be made up for what was forgotten but the opposite happened and the fourth was the worst so we decided not to order there anymore

I've heard about them many times, but wanted to see for myself – I simply regretted it. My meal was faulty; the salad was full of hair, the pasta dishes for my colleagues were mixed with plastic and, to top it off, no pasta. The tiramisu I ordered was forgotten and never refilled… Diarrhea was inevitable… we all had hours of extreme discomfort with stomach pain and nausea… I thought changing the name would mean a fresh start… unfortunately, it was a complete waste of time…

We were there on Friday. When we go out to eat at an Italian restaurant, I always order lasagna. This time again. It was delicious. My husband had a pizza. He thought it was delicious. The staff was friendly. The price was reasonable. When we paid, my daughter got a lollipop. She was so happy. The restroom was clean.
