Incredibly poorly motivated employees! Not unfriendly, just 0.00 keen to work The kebab that is so carelessly applauded is a disgrace and never worth the money! Normally I fill up with a kebab at “Haus des Döners” (like in Neuss-Grimlinghausen, for example). I would have to eat 3 of these kebabs to feel full. Outrageous. Prices are higher, everything will be more expensive, but the performance will be much worse! Never again.

Delicious kebab 🥙 for in between. Always worth a visit. Delicious, well topped, special requests are fulfilled and the price/performance ratio is right. Always my pleasure.

I've eaten a kebab on site a few times. In my opinion the mix is ​​right. The meat has always been juicy, the bread is crispy and the sauces (herbs and hot) taste really good. The guys on site are in a good mood, always have a relaxed saying and the kebab is made with love :) I'll be happy to come back.

Unfortunately we were very disappointed, we know Haus des Döners from Wuppertal and thought that the standards would be the same everywhere, far from it. We ordered the small portion from the HDD plate to eat on site. When I called it up and picked it up at the counter, I was shocked. The meat was served in an aluminum bowl (like the delivery service). When asked, sauce was added first. The person preparing it either had no desire or no idea, who knows? When asked if there was any cutlery, there was a hand gesture that pointed to the plastic forks on hand. As we looked around, we saw other guests who were getting their food on metal plates and cutlery. I wonder, were we second class customers!? In the end when we paid we didn't have a bad time, here we were also ripped off. ICE tea in a bottle was charged €3 and a can of cola was €4.5 plus €0.25. When we asked, we were told “the price is the same”. This was our first and last visit there. I absolutely cannot recommend this kebab house! 😡

Unfortunately Haus des Döner is not Haus des Döner. There are significant differences between stores. Unfortunately, this one is extremely bad. Bought kebab there today. Unfortunately really bad, very bad. I've never eaten such a bad kebab before. Instead of the sauce being on the meat or at least throughout the whole kebab, the sauce was only on one side and at the very bottom after you were almost finished with the kebab. Unfortunately, first time at the store and last time.

Best Döner Haus in the town. My experience was very bad last week with the guy at billing counter. My request to them was a Durum (half Falafel + half chicken), and I said was ready to pay for full chicken (which is costly amongst both). The guy said: "I cant help you and laughed" morover "he said its system". I understand its not possible sometines due to limitations. But a open question to Haus Des Döners: isn't customer satisfaction more important and proving them with tailored solution. If it wasn't possible was totally okay. I am your Fan. But he laughed at me for no good reason???

Last night I ordered a chicken kebab and a kebab box with chicken and salad to take away. Our conclusion: unfortunately the worst kebab dishes we have eaten so far. Price-performance ratio miserable! €8 each is so overpriced for these products. The meat content in both dishes was minimal in relation to the bread and salad. We definitely won't get something to eat at Haus des Döner again. Before my evaluation, I personally shared my feedback with an employee today. However, she seemed overwhelmed by the direct but friendly criticism and only responded with a smile and pulled out her cell phone. I definitely expect a more professional response in such cases. This review should therefore hopefully be helpful not only for potential customers, but also for service staff.

Very tasty kebab, dürüm or what not. I often go there before heading to the cinema or after I get home from work and have never been disappointed. What I particularly like about this kebab is the delicious salad or sauces. But by far the best thing is that the bread is really crispy, something you don't see that often with kebabs.

Used to be one of my favorite kebabs. But since "the device" took over the cutting, I've been sold burnt (black) meat several times. In itself it's a no go, but charging €8 for it is simply disrespectful to the customer.

Atmosphere is nice, everything is new and stylishly furnished. Problem - Food is not tasty and “hospitality” is a no go. We won't be coming back, there are much better kebab shops in Düsseldorf

Everything is absolutely standard. Meat typically purchased Tk skewer. Bread has nothing to do with kebab bread.

Unfortunately, I expected a lot more from the hype kebab...I wasn't full! And that for 8€. The only thing that was really great was the bread - delicious and fluffy. Otherwise a completely normal Stanni kebab. Disappointing...unfortunately my expectations were not met.

Pretty standard food and very fast service, but the workers barely speak english and seem hostile if you don't speak german. Attitude as if they're working there as punishment. They didn't even remember what I ordered when I wanted to pay and leave. Stay away if you're a tourist, leave your money in a place that makes you feel welcome.

I always order something to eat after work I pay extra for sweets but they are never there I think it's a shame you don't do something like that but taking money is no problem never again!!!!!

Rassistische Mitarbeiter. Begrüßen Asiaten auf chinesisch und finden es dann lustig. Würde dort nicht hingehen als Asiate und jedem Anderem empfehle ich auch zu ner anderen Dönerbude zu gehen.

Essen war in Ordnung, aber was ist mit dem Personal los? Wie können solche Menschen einen Laden führen. Es fehlt nur noch dass sie die Kunden hauen und außerdem werden Frauen richtig angegafft und es werden unter den Mitarbeitern eklige Bemerkungen gemacht, man darf nicht mit Frau oder Freundin hingehen einfach ekelhaft. Einfach frech und Maximum unsympathisch. Alles schnell schnell man kann nicht mal richtig bestellen. Wer mit seinem Geld schlecht behandelt werden möchte ist hier genau richtig.

Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und schnell, der Laden ist sehr sauber ABER als wir fast mit dem Essen fertig waren isst der Mitarbeiter, der das Fleisch schneidet, am Ende der Theke mit den Fingern etwas auf die Schnelle! Das alleine ist kein Thema ABER dieser Mitarbeiter leckt sich die Finger nach dem Essen ab und anstatt sich die Hände zu waschen geht er wieder zurück und schneidet ohne Handschuhe weiter das Fleisch!

Die Döner schmecken ganz okay, viel zu scharf wie ich fand und durch das viele Gemüse auch wirklich gewöhnungsbedürftig. Das Brot war hingegen ganz gut.

Lange nicht mehr so schlechten Döner gegessen. Man sagt zu dem kein scharf und der macht die halbe Dose rein. Ehrlich nie wieder!!

Ekelhaftes Döner, für den Preis hätte ich viel mehr erwartet!! Haus des Döners ist nur der Hype, mehr nicht. Es gibt viel bessere Läden in Düsseldorf, wo man gut Döner essen kann und sogar Satt wird.

Der Döner ist maximal durchschnittlich. Preis Leistung stimmt nicht. Erschreckend: Meine Freundin holte zwei Döner zum mitnehmen, wurde von den zwei Angestellten verbal belästigt und als Kundin nicht wertgeschätzt - die Bestellung wurde falsch aufgenommen, sodass die Döner wegen scharfer Saucen kaum genießbar waren. Unnötigerweise wurden noch Symbole auf den verpackten Döner gemalt, welche nicht angebracht sind. Vielleicht begegnet man den (weiblichen) Kunden hier etwas mehr Respekt und konzentriert sich auf seine Arbeit und nicht auf das Anmachen von Gästen.

Echt lecker der Döner. Aber extrem wenig Fleisch obwohl man ohne Salat bestellt.. einmal dachte ich aus versehen ok.. aber jetzt sogar noch weniger Fleisch obwohl ich ohne Salat bestellt habe! Meine Frau musste lachen ich aber sauer 😤 da bekommt man für 7 eur woanders mehr

Kurz nach dem ich von dem Mitarbeiter an der Kasse hingewiesen wurde die Bestellung an einer bestimmten Stelle aufzugeben, habe ich es beim anderen Mitarbeiter, wie gebeten, getan. Jedoch war der Mitarbeiter, der die Bestellung aufnahm, total unfreundlich und unverschämt. Denn ich habe gebeten ein Dönersandwich vom Hackspieß zu bekommen. Daraufhin antwortete er in türkischer Sprache mit „o döner değil, yılan eti”, was man mit “das ist kein Dönerfleisch, das ist Schlangenfleisch” übersetzten kann. Für mich ist es wichtig, dass es Helal ist. Daraufhin bekam ich die Antwort “burası papazkesimi”, was man als “hier wird christlich geschlachtet” übersetzen kann. Nach dieser Konversation scheiterte meine Bestellung eines Dönersandwiches, weil ich kein Appetit mehr hatte. Ich verabschiedete mich und ging. Abgesehen vom Alter, wer nicht in der Lage ist, neue Gäste respektvoll und serviceorientiert zu behandeln, dessen Küche möchte ich erst gar nicht sehen. Da fragt man sich, ob die überhaupt die Gesundheit der Gäste berücksichtigen?!?!? Das Dialog bei der Bestellaufnahme war daher sehr inkompetent. Jedoch die erste Kontaktaufnahme an der Kasse war freundlich und professionell, daher nur ein Stern. Das war meine Erfahrung mit „Haus des Döners“ und somit auch die letzte.

Mein Lieblingsdöner mit gutem Fleisch, super Saucen und die Mitarbeiter achten auf Wünsche.

Das Essen selbst war sehr lecker aber was danach zu Hause passiert ist das war was ganz schlimmes. Ich und ein Kollege hatten mehrere Tage einen feuchten Stuhlgang. War ein sehr sehr schlechtes Erlebnis, denke hatte was mit dem gammelfleisch zu tun.

Vergleichsweise kleiner Döner, geschmacklich aber gut und leckere Soßen. Größter Kritikpunkt ist der Service. Die Herren hinter dem Tresen interessieren sich nicht für ihre Gäste - es sei denn, es sind anscheinend ihre Bekannten/Freunde, die dann herzlich begrüßt werden während man selbst darauf wartet, bestellen zu "dürfen". Ich schließe mich den vielen Rezensionen vor mir an und werde meinen Döner zukünftig woanders bestellen.

Haben heute dort eine Döner Box und einen Döner Teller gekauft.Das Personal kam mir dort überfordert vor, zudem habe ich noch nie so schlecht gegessen. Also werden uns da nichts mehr holen.

Upon paying €7.50, I handed them a €20 bill and the cashier gave me €2.50 in return slowly while staring at me. I was waiting for the rest but he just froze. "I gave you 20" I said. Then received my €12.50 change. INCREDIBLY rude assuming I was too stupid to notice how much I gave them. It was definitely not accident. Absolutely avoid this place if you don't want to be ripped off. There are plenty of Döner shops that would never try something dumb like this. AVOID THIS SHOP.

Die Dame die dort als einzige Frau arbeitet hat ihr Job verfehlt… sie sollte sich am besten was anderes suchen sie bereitet Pommes vor ruft den Gast zur Theke obwohl 6 Mitarbeiter hinter der Theke waren und keiner was zu tun hatte vorallem saß ich 1m von der Theke entfernt die konnten es auch rüberreichen aber nein die Dame war sich zu bequem. DER GAST WIRD WIE EIN KÖNIG BEHANDELT MADAM NICHT DER KELLNER !!

Oh god i love this Place. This is the best döner restaurant that i have ever been to! The Staff were Friendly and most importantly, the Food was just out of this world! Their special sauces are very good, so i suggest them to you people! :)

Sehr gut und lecker. Man steht in der Warteschlange aber es geht zügig voran. Selbst meine grossen Jungs werden bei 1 Döner satt! Könnte nur etwas sauberer im Laden sein, ansonsten Top!!

Dumm, dümmer, Haus des Döners Düsseldorf. Ich sag dem Typen, dass ich mein Essen erst in 15 min angefangen haben. Ich gehe auf Klo um kurz meine Hände zu waschen.. komme zurück und mein Essen ist fertig. Ich frag den Typen wieso er das gemacht hat weil ich bewusst betont habe dass ich es später erst angefangen haben möchte.. er: haha hatte langweile musste es machen. Dann kostet mich ein Dürüm 8 Euro, habe zwei Stück bestellt. ( also 16 ) Ich gebe dem Typen 27 Euro und meinte er soll mir dann 10 € als Schein zurück geben. Er gibt mir einfach 3 € zurück und lächelt dumm. Hab's geleasten wie es ist,.. fand's aber einfach behindert. Wie dumm einfach. Gar keine Lust mehr zu essen. Hoffentlich schmeckt es wenigstens. Hab's noch nicht probiert deshalb 2 statt 1 Stern.

Ich war heute Haus des Döners. Ich habe eine Döner gekauft, chaotische Bedienung, eine weiß nicht was er machen soll doppelt und dreifach, als ich nochmal gefragt hatte waren sie unfreundlich! Sie hören nicht was der Kunde sagt, und das schrecklichste war das ein Mitarbeiter Brot mit Hände genommen hat, dann mit Geld kassiert und keine Handschuhe getragen, das war bei der Hitze sehr ekelig und gefährlich! Ich möchte in nahe Zukunft das Gesundheitsamt kontaktieren Liebe Mitarbeiter, wissen Sie, das bei Wetter wie die Mageninfektion sehr hohes Risiko sein kann? Die beleidigen Menschen auf anderer Sprache und total unfreundlich! Ich empfehle niemanden dort hinzugehen. -5

Der schmeckt gut. Jedoch finde ich mittlerweile 7 Euro für einen Döner, der gefühlt auch um einiges kleiner geworden ist, viel zu hoch. Ja, alles ist teurer geworden aber ich finde nicht, das alles so teuer geworden wie manche Gastronomen meinen. Außerdem, warum ist der Döner geschrumpft und der Preis so sehr gestiegen?!

Dafür das es der beste Döner aus Düsseldorf sein sollte, muss ich sagen fand ich den sehr ernüchternd. Für mich das erste & letzte mal.
