Ganz ganz schlimm ich habe eine pommdöner bestellt und während ich esse habe ich im Mund mit dem Essen etwas hartes gespürt ich mach das raus aus meinem Mund und sehe ein kabelbinder richtig eckelhaft das sowas sich im Essen befindet sowas sollte immer in der zuständigen Lebensmittelüberwachungsamt gemeldet werden ich wäre davon fasst gestorben

Absolute Enttäuschung. Ich habe über Wolt bei Haus des Döners bestellt und bin wirklich schockiert über die Qualität und den Umgang mit meiner Bestellung. Ich habe ausdrücklich nur scharfe Soße bestellt – bekommen habe ich trotzdem Knoblauch- und Kräutersoße. Statt den Fehler einfach zu korrigieren und den Döner neu zu machen, wurde offensichtlich versucht, das Ganze irgendwie „zu retten“. Ergebnis: falsche Soßenreste trotzdem noch enthalten und ein komplett ungenießbarer Döner. Zusätzlich war die Fleischqualität sehr schlecht – es waren Stücke mit Knorpel dabei, was bei einem Döner absolut nichts zu suchen hat. Das ist nicht das erste Mal, dass Bestellungen falsch oder Hinweise ignoriert werden. Insgesamt wirkt es so, als würde man hier Bestellungen nicht ernst nehmen. Ich habe den Döner komplett entsorgt und bin einfach nur enttäuscht. Für mich keine Empfehlung mehr.

ich bin sehr enttäuscht über meine heutige Bestellung. Ich habe folgende Gerichte bestellt: * HDD Sandwich mit Hirtenkäse (Kalbfleisch) * Lahmacun Salat * HDD Box mit Pommes (Hähnchenfleisch) Leider gab es mehrere Fehler: * Der Lahmacun Salat wurde überhaupt nicht geliefert (Preis: 8,50 €). * Das HDD Sandwich wurde mit Hähnchen statt mit Kalbfleisch geliefert. * Die HDD Box mit Pommes wurde ohne Hähnchenfleisch geliefert. So etwas darf nicht passieren. Es kann nicht sein, dass der volle Betrag abgebucht wird, die Bestellung aber unvollständig und falsch geliefert wird. Ich bestelle nie in dieses Witzige Laden.

Kein Essen was wir bestellt hatten kam über den Lieferdienst wie bestellt. Man bestellt und zahlt Käse und er ist nicht drauf...was hier ankommt ist ein Brot so weich und durchnässt voller Soße das man es lutschen kann...dann Hauptsache die Tasche voller Fleisch knallen, je mehr desto besser (schmeckt nicht!)...wenn man wenig Soße bestellt dann kommt viel...Peperoni bestellt...nicht drauf...Pommes matchiger als bei Mc Donalds und das heißt schon was. Ihr schafft es jedesmal das die einfachsten Bestellungen immer wieder anders als bestellt ankommen. Aus diesem Grund = Nie wieder!!!

Mit Abstand der beste Standort von Haus des Döners in Düsseldorf und Umgebung! Die Mitarbeiter beschichten den Döner immer in einer Top Qualität und mit der scharfen Sauce wird auch nicht übertrieben.

Nichtmals 1 Stern wert!!! Geizig was Soße angeht und unfreundlich ! Wollte mir nen pommdöner geben der schon fertig da rumlag seit wer weis wann !

Totalschaden und absolute Katastrophe! Meine Bitte, das Dönerfleisch durchzubraten, wurde ignoriert, und die Reste des Spießes wurden mir einfach roh auf den Teller geklatscht. Dann kamen noch zwei, drei Pommes und jede Menge Soße darüber – offenbar in der Hoffnung, dass der Kunde es nicht sieht oder schmeckt. Absolute Frechheit, dafür dann auch noch so viel Geld für einen Döner zu verlangen!

Ich würde von diesem Laden dringend abraten. Mir hat meine Pommes gefehlt. Als ich angerufen hab, sagte man mir, dass ich einen Döner bestellen sollte und die Pommes auch, um mein Geld zurück zu bekommen. Das Geld ist nur zur Hälfte da. Telefonisch kann man die auch nicht mehr erreichen. Jeder der hier bestellt, muss damit rechnen.

Die Mitarbeiter sind unfreundlich können kein deutsch, und sehr geizig für den Teuren Preis 10 Euro für einen Döner Box. Insekten auch Überall am Fliegen unter Tische sind Spinnen

Ich habe bei Wolt bestellt, und der Lieferant hielt in der Nähe meines Hauses an, klickte auf „Zugestellt“, ohne mir die Bestellung auszuhändigen, und fuhr dann weg.

Meine Frau hatte heute ein Plastikstück im Döner.

Der Liewferant hat nie geklingelt und exakt einmal im 22:00 Uhr angerufen obwohl er weiß dass Standard Apple Handys da in den Nachtmodus wechseln und doppelt angerufen werden müssen. Ich wohne an einer Hauptstraße und er hängt die Bestellung an die Tür???? Unverschämtheit.

Der Laden ist so ein Witz. Das Personal ist unhöflich und versucht jeden Cent aus euch zu questschen. Ihr kriegt: Wenig Fleisch, einen Tropfen Soße!! Und der Salat ist auch nicht wirklich gut. Ist halt ein gutes Franchise Unternehmen von gierigen Leuten geführt. Anders kann ich mir den unterirdischen Service und so horrende Preise nicht erklären.

Update: der Laden war mal gut, mittlerweile werden die Portionen immer kleiner und kleiner, die Qualität insgesamt hat sehr sehr stark nachgelassen. Schade, war mal ein Riesenfan!! Rezension vor 1-2 Jahren: Mahsun, Ramazan, Veysel abi, alle machen hier einen richtig geilen Job. Immer wieder gerne, für mich der beste Döner genau hier in Düsseldorf. Bis wieder bald :))!

Die jungen Mitarbeiter sind sehr respektvoll und freundlich. Der Döner schmeckt viel besser als in anderen Restaurants des Hauses.

Der Mitarbeiter wollte von mir für extra Fleisch 4€ kassieren , obwohl auf der Tabelle ganz klar steht , dass es für 1 € ist . Wo die anderen Mitarbeiter ihn drauf hingewiesen haben , war er aufeinmal genervt und hat rum diskutiert.

Ich fand es toll, es hat köstlich und wunderbar geschmeckt.

Das Essen war köstlich, vielen Dank dafür. Obwohl wir satt waren, weckte der Duft und die Farbe von Shawarma City beim Vorbeigehen sofort die Lust auf Döner Kebab; die Schlange davor überraschte mich daher überhaupt nicht. Wenn ich wiederkomme, werde ich definitiv wieder dorthin gehen.

Der Service war super sehr freundlich die Leute aber das Fleisch war roh mein Arbeitskollege und ich hatten die ganze Nacht Übelkeit und Bauchschmerzen bei anderen Filialen habe ich sowas nicht erlebt!

Ich habe über Uber Eats drei große Döner-Sandwiches (Big HDD) bestellt. Diese Sandwiches sehen überhaupt nicht so aus wie auf dem Bild. Auf dem Foto wirken sie sehr üppig belegt, aber in Wirklichkeit enthalten sie kaum Fleisch und viel zu viel Gemüse. Das Brot ist das kleinste, das ich je bei einem „großen“ Sandwich gesehen habe. Auch der Feta fehlte. Zwei der Sandwiches bestanden sogar nur aus Fleisch und Soße, und das war ein absoluter Witz. Kein bisschen Fleisch – genauso viel wie bei den anderen Sandwiches. Der Geschmack war okay, aber nicht umwerfend. Alle drei sind immer noch hungrig. Sehr enttäuschend! Normalerweise bestelle ich bei Baba Grill 2: „Drehspiesßtasche XXL“. Ich empfehle den Besitzern, dort mal zu bestellen und zu vergleichen.

Das Restaurant war sauber und ordentlich. Besonders der Hähnchen-Döner war sehr lecker – saftig und perfekt gewürzt. Das Personal war freundlich, aufmerksam und schnell. Der Service hat uns sehr überzeugt. Absolut empfehlenswert, ich komme gerne wieder.

Ich habe in der Bestellung extra viel Soße geschrieben, leider kam der Döner kaum ohne Soße an also nur in der Brotinnenseite wenig geschmiert. Der Döner ist sehr trocken und entspricht so nicht meinen Geschmack. In letzter Zeit passieren oft solche Sachen bei Euch, wie beispielsweise normaler Döner anstatt Big. Andere Filialen von Euch sind nicht so. Ich habe meinen Döner nicht genossen…

Großer Döner mit ordentlich Fleisch. Brot ist schön knusprig und Soßen sehr lecker. Extrawünsche werden auf Nachfrage erfüllt. Das Personal ist äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend und die Atmosphäre ist gut.

Abzocke!!!! Nie Wieder!!! Hab drei normale Döner bestellt auch 3 normale bekommen. Mir wurde aber zwei normale und ein Big Döner in Rechnung gestellt. Geld wollten die nicht zurück geben. Es sind zwar „nur“ 2 Euro aber es geht ums Prinzip das hier abgezockt wird!!! Dann doch lieber Saray :)

Schafskäse nicht bestellen wird eh immer vergessen aber berrechnet.

Ein guter Döner wobei mir das Haus des Döners in Hannover und in Köln etwas besser geschmeckt hat gebe ich 8/10 Punkte!

Nach der Bestellung habe ich dort angerufen um zu fragen wann und wie lange die Bestellung dauert. Unter der angegebenen nummer die person voll besoffen und drauf ! Das ist kein service

Es ist einfach hervorragend. Selbst für Vegetarier ist Falafel die beste Wahl. Unbedingt hingehen! Das Personal ist ebenfalls fantastisch.

The word "rip-off" applies to this place... I ordered a doner kebab plate with fries and salad, plus an ayran, which cost €9. I asked for more meat. Instead of a plate, I received something like a wooden flowerpot with the fries separated in the bucket – a relatively small portion! They played very loud music, and for €20... sorry, never again...

I live right across the street and have often observed that chicken skewers that aren't sold in the evening are put back in the refrigerator. The next day, a fresh skewer is sometimes put on the skewer if the public order office or the police are visiting. After 10:00 p.m., this doesn't seem to happen anymore, and the same old skewer is used. For this reason, I would advise against eating there, as there's an increased risk of food poisoning. I'd rather stick to bread and butter.

Catastrophe, close your shop, what's wrong with you? It can't be that for the fourth time in a row, the order hasn't arrived in full. With my last order, like the others, I wanted all three sauces on my kebab, but this never happened. I thought, "Well, the fourth time around, that's really cheeky and brazen," but just think about it... they only deliver the cold kebab with just hot sauce and Joppie sauce, which I didn't even choose, and forgot that I had also ordered four separate Joppie sauces, fries, and Uludag. In the end, I naively assumed the bag was complete, so I spent at least €12 for nothing because it only contained the kebab. If you want the best kebab, come to Crispy in Langenfeld. HDD Münsterstraße, you are a disgrace to the country!

For more sauce you have to pay 2 euros extra and you only get one more spoon of sauce. I have never experienced anything like that in a kebab shop.

I used to eat here because it was very popular. However, after the hygiene scandals that came to light, I've stopped going. In the evenings, I often see employees smoking with the same greasy gloves and then immediately preparing kebabs without changing them. This is absolutely unacceptable to me. Now I walk a minute or two to the competitor, DSB Steakdöner, which serves kebabs made with 100% beef. I'll never pay €8 for mechanically separated meat again!!!

The most delicious döner kebab I have ever eaten, the döner sauces were excellent and the sumac and lemon were wonderful, the staff were friendly.

This was my second time eating here. I'm familiar with the chain and was looking forward to enjoying it in another city. I ordered a Big Doner, which costs €9 here. Unfortunately, the meat was too crispy and there wasn't enough meat...for that price, I'd have preferred more. The staff were inattentive because there were two girls there, and I, as a customer, was barely noticed; very unprofessional. Unfortunately, the bread wasn't warmed up, and there was clearly not enough meat, which was very dry and dark. It's a real shame, considering the chain promises good quality, but not here...the staff are unprofessional and unprofessional. It would be so easy to warm up the bread, cook the meat until crispy, and always be friendly and attentive!

Unfortunately, my bread was a few days old. It collapsed and tasted like it was a few days old. I'd rather support another shop where that doesn't happen.

The kebab is okay. This review refers to the contact and ordering via Lieferando. The store is a pain via Lieferando. Waiting time has gone up to >2.5 hours. I called to cancel, but they said they can't cancel orders themselves. Restaurants, however, can cancel orders. Apparently, someone just didn't feel like it.

I gave them a second chance – the kebab tasted awful. Hardly any meat, just salad.

I'm very disappointed. I ordered a salad bag with fries and specifically asked in advance if that was possible, and was clearly told yes. But the bag was delivered without fries. When I subsequently asked why the order had been delivered incorrectly, I was immediately yelled at and not given a single opportunity to finish. I tried several times to explain that I had explicitly asked in advance and had received a clear promise, but they simply didn't let me speak. The behavior of the store manager was particularly negative. Instead of taking my concerns seriously or finding a solution, he loudly interrupted me, shouted at me, and refused to give me his name. My request to speak to the manager was rejected, claiming he wasn't there. I was then told that it was "forbidden" to put fries in a salad bag, which is in stark contradiction to the statement on my order. When I then asked for the order to be returned and for them to pick it up, he simply hung up and ended the conversation. I didn't feel taken seriously, wasn't treated with respect, and wasn't valued in any way as a customer. No one should be treated like that.

Where in the world is the customer ignored if he says three times which sauces he would like in his kebab?! Really stupid towards the customer when you paid €10.50 for a kebab.

Ate the "rotisserie" once, then never again, now given a chance for the yaprak "stwak" meat. Result: never again! Charging €10 for something like that is ridiculous

Doner box was well - you can eat it, but it wasn't good either.

So really I was there six months ago because everything was good, now the food was okay but the staff was messy and unpleasant and really disrespectful. I wouldn't recommend it and I'll never go there again. These are the worst employees I would rather fire you and real employees who are friendly and who don't just make unpleasant jokes. unpleasant and disrespectful. And I don't even want to talk about cleanliness. I don't think they know what cleanliness means.

The doner kebab wasn't bad. Maybe a little too small. But the taste was quite good. The price of €8 is too high for the taste and size, though. The fries, however, tasted significantly better than the other doner kebabs.

Throughout Germany, the Haus des Döner chain is the Haus des Wasserdöner. It just doesn't taste like anything. Cheap meat, expensive prices. Always support local, non-big chain kebab shops because they have more knowledge of the heart and culture in the kebab. I feel sorry for the people who work there who have to sell this kebab, but the meat really needs an upgrade...

If you've been to Münsterstrasse or the old town, there's Döner Palace. The guys on Münsterstrasse just don't make any effort

Overall, a delicious kebab. Had a very upset stomach after eating.. Don't have to say exactly what happened after the kebab. The same thing happened to a friend a few weeks ago and I didn't believe him... I was taught better and unfortunately I have to say that I am now afraid and will avoid this kebab

I simply don't understand who will still eat something like that in 2025. The only thing that gives the "doner" flavor are the sauces (sauces don't belong in a doner). Hygiene is a foreign concept in this shop.

I was just here with my daughter. The place was relatively full and we had to wait quite a while. Where you have to queue, when it's your turn to do something, everything seems a bit random and a bit annoying. At least I really enjoyed the food itself. Also definitely better than anywhere else and everything looked very fresh. I had the bread with halumi cheese for €6.50 and found it really tasty. My daughter had the steak kebab. It wasn't bad either. Neither of us could understand where steak was supposed to be in there for a whopping €10. The thing tasted like a normal kebab. You can definitely save yourself that. Bottom line, I would go again for the halumi cheese. Not only was it something different, but it was really delicious. Döner, on the other hand, is just as good and cheaper elsewhere.

Food is quite ok. Service is rather unpleasant. As soon as we ordered something that was not understood (which includes everything vegan/vegetarian) the service was very unpleasantly amused. Generally we were laughed at throughout our order, especially after We didn't order any meat. There was only one vegan sauce (the hot one)

For me, the “Haus des Döner” on Münsterstrasse is currently the best address for kebab in Düsseldorf. While it wouldn't necessarily be in my personal top list nationwide, I have to say that this kebab is definitely a solid choice here. Unfortunately there are no other good kebab shops in Düsseldorf. The taste, quality and freshness are all right, so I can recommend it.

I ordered a pommdöner and unfortunately found that the chicken was not fully cooked. When I pointed this out to the staff, I was only offered a new kebab. However, a refund was immediately refused. I would have liked a better solution or at least more understanding of the situation. Unfortunately, this experience disappointed me as well-cooked meat is a prerequisite for food safety. I hope this will be better controlled in the future.

Doner tastes good, but the employees work very, very slowly on slow motion. If two customers stand in front of you, you wait about 20-25 minutes for your order. Then another 5-7 minutes until the meat is good. Alao for someone who can spend a lot of time, it is something else not recommended
