My son and I were there for the first time today and we are thrilled 👌 Thank you for the very friendly service.

For me, a good franchise kebab: finely seasoned meat, very tasty sauces, good portions. Only the temperature of the meat occasionally leaves something to be desired. left over.

I was just here with my daughter. The place was relatively full and we had to wait quite a while. Where you have to queue, when it's your turn to do something, everything seems a bit random and a bit annoying. At least I really enjoyed the food itself. Also definitely better than anywhere else and everything looked very fresh. I had the bread with halumi cheese for €6.50 and found it really tasty. My daughter had the steak kebab. It wasn't bad either. Neither of us could understand where steak was supposed to be in there for a whopping €10. The thing tasted like a normal kebab. You can definitely save yourself that. Bottom line, I would go again for the halumi cheese. Not only was it something different, but it was really delicious. Döner, on the other hand, is just as good and cheaper elsewhere.

For me, the “Haus des Döner” on Münsterstrasse is currently the best address for kebab in Düsseldorf. While it wouldn't necessarily be in my personal top list nationwide, I have to say that this kebab is definitely a solid choice here. Unfortunately there are no other good kebab shops in Düsseldorf. The taste, quality and freshness are all right, so I can recommend it.

Unfortunately I had the worst kebab of my life here. Although I'm normally a fan of "Haus des Doner", this was a disaster. We ordered three kebabs, but I was cut off at the first one and the kebab was finished without my complete order. When I brought this up with the second kebab and said what was still missing, I was disrespectfully reprimanded for saying "finished" - which wasn't true. Also that you put the tomatoes and cucumbers together. Unfortunately I'm allergic to tomatoes and some were put in anyway... The service was not only unfriendly but also unprofessional. In addition, the kebab itself was miserable: hardly any feta, even though I had paid extra for it, and the sauce was extremely skimpy. Overall just disappointing - I really can't recommend this store to anyone.

Not only unhygienic but dangerous to health!!!!!! Went there regularly and always bought around 4-5 kebabs. Last time, all of our kebab plates with chicken were raw. Raw chicken meat is really dangerous for your health. We wanted to clarify it on site and tried to have a conversation calmly, but were ignored by two employees when we raised the problem. We then had to describe the problem to the third employee again, then showed him the raw meat, he boldly told us that the meat was good, see for yourself in the pictures. The "boss" became loud towards us and we had to speak to him to get our money back, which became very unprofessional and unpleasant. At the end he shouted across the shop “no problem, I’ll pay for your kebab”. In short, never again!!!

I've eaten a kebab on site a few times. In my opinion the mix is ​​right. The meat has always been juicy, the bread is crispy and the sauces (herbs and hot) taste really good. The guys on site are in a good mood, always have a relaxed saying and the kebab is made with love :) I'll be happy to come back.

Unfortunately we were very disappointed, we know Haus des Döners from Wuppertal and thought that the standards would be the same everywhere, far from it. We ordered the small portion from the HDD plate to eat on site. When I called it up and picked it up at the counter, I was shocked. The meat was served in an aluminum bowl (like the delivery service). When asked, sauce was added first. The person preparing it either had no desire or no idea, who knows? When asked if there was any cutlery, there was a hand gesture that pointed to the plastic forks on hand. As we looked around, we saw other guests who were getting their food on metal plates and cutlery. I wonder, were we second class customers!? In the end when we paid we didn't have a bad time, here we were also ripped off. ICE tea in a bottle was charged €3 and a can of cola was €4.5 plus €0.25. When we asked, we were told “the price is the same”. This was our first and last visit there. I absolutely cannot recommend this kebab house! 😡

Unfortunately Haus des Döner is not Haus des Döner. There are significant differences between stores. Unfortunately, this one is extremely bad. The employees are completely unmotivated, ask you what you want 3 times, even if you are the only customer, and then incorrectly enter the food that they prepared themselves into the cash register. In the future I'll go back to the shop in the city center, everything is great there.

Best Döner Haus in the town. My experience was very bad last week with the guy at billing counter. My request to them was a Durum (half Falafel + half chicken), and I said was ready to pay for full chicken (which is costly amongst both). The guy said: "I cant help you and laughed" morover "he said its system". I understand its not possible sometines due to limitations. But a open question to Haus Des Döners: isn't customer satisfaction more important and proving them with tailored solution. If it wasn't possible was totally okay. I am your Fan. But he laughed at me for no good reason???

Last night I ordered a chicken kebab and a kebab box with chicken and salad to take away. Our conclusion: unfortunately the worst kebab dishes we have eaten so far. Price-performance ratio miserable! €8 each is so overpriced for these products. The meat content in both dishes was minimal in relation to the bread and salad. We definitely won't get something to eat at Haus des Döner again. Before my evaluation, I personally shared my feedback with an employee today. However, she seemed overwhelmed by the direct but friendly criticism and only responded with a smile and pulled out her cell phone. I definitely expect a more professional response in such cases. Pretty standard food and very fast service, but the workers barely speak english and seem hostile if you don't speak german. Attitude as if they're working there as punishment. They didn't even remember what I ordered when I wanted to pay and leave. Stay away if you're a tourist, leave your money in a place that makes you feel welcome.

I always order something to eat after work I pay extra for sweets but they are never there I think it's a shame you don't do something like that but taking money is no problem never again!!!!!

Essen war in Ordnung, aber was ist mit dem Personal los? Wie können solche Menschen einen Laden führen. Es fehlt nur noch dass sie die Kunden hauen und außerdem werden Frauen richtig angegafft und es werden unter den Mitarbeitern eklige Bemerkungen gemacht, man darf nicht mit Frau oder Freundin hingehen einfach ekelhaft. Einfach frech und Maximum unsympathisch. Alles schnell schnell man kann nicht mal richtig bestellen. Wer mit seinem Geld schlecht behandelt werden möchte ist hier genau richtig.

Rassistische Mitarbeiter. Begrüßen Asiaten auf chinesisch und finden es dann lustig. Würde dort nicht hingehen als Asiate und jedem Anderem empfehle ich auch zu ner anderen Dönerbude zu gehen.
