The food used to be better. Today it was really a disaster. We ordered a Jägerschnitzel and a Hollandaise Schnitzel! My hollandaise schnitzel really didn't have much sauce on it. The stupid saying from a student: Unfortunately I don't have four hands and I broke a plate 😉 My husband then went to the front and said that the portions would be smaller but more expensive! We then gave the plate back and the boss himself came to us at the table and complained too. Then the student came back with both plates and a lot of sauce but my husband's hunter's sauce was cold! That was the last time we were there! In the end we paid 30.50... 1 coke costs 2.50 that's really exaggerated, you have to imagine 5 marks!!!

Very nice and cozy little snack bar, with delicious food and a very decorative atmosphere. A visit that is worth it and tastes good!

Very clean and well maintained. The grill is nicely set up. You feel very comfortable there. The team at the grill is very friendly and fits right into our pot. The food tastes very good and the prices are reasonable. All in all, a smooth grade of “very good”.

First of all, it was tasty and I'm still alive! 😉Meat, well no frozen ka@%e! But unfortunately far too much oil! The lady apologized for the time it took and pointed out that they don't just drown the schnitzels in the deep fryer but also make them in the pan... but with 5 liters of oil it's almost the same... she probably noticed that we felt uneasy and thought it was due to the processing time, but the lady misunderstood that! That's not why the customers were dissatisfied! The shop is open until 9 p.m. but apparently the closing time ends at 8:30 p.m. at the latest and anyone who comes later is not welcome! The customers notice this and also the mood in the team! Was about to excuse myself and go next door to the next stall! I thought it was a cool place with a bit of cooking honor but.... BUT I'll be back, it was tasty and everyone has a bad day sometimes! By the way, thanks that I got out quicker than the man in front of me who also had schnitzel... I'm out of there..

We've been going there for a while now and then (sometimes weekly...) to eat chips and the like, and we also enjoy the (homemade/freshly cooked) lunch menu. Always delicious! It was new to us that there was also a party service, a friend told us. We ordered it for 26 people (and at relatively short notice): I was allowed to “wish” for food and everything was freshly cooked and delivered. There was sliced ​​meat in mushroom cream, meatballs in paprika sauce, potato gratin, vegetable platter, rice, salads, various sauces and a few more things. The feedback from all guests was the same: very, very tasty, EVERYTHING!! Thanks to the nice team and the chefs!!

We were passing through with two families and stopped here by chance and spontaneously. Conclusion: Best chip maker in a long time! The fries alone were world class in their crispiness! Overall, the food was excellent and tasty with a sensational price/performance ratio! And what’s more: owners and employees all have their hearts in the right place! In contact, down-to-earth, friendly, immediately super likeable! A family snack bar run with love and passion, as we used to be used to but unfortunately it is no longer a given today! For our group of 5 friends we ordered schnitzel on Saturday. These were on top of other schnitzels we have ever eaten, everything was freshly and deliciously prepared, unanimous opinion from all 5 people. That wasn't our last order. Keep it up and we'll be happy to come back 👍

Good snack bar in Wunschel in the style of the mining/Ruhr area. Manageable menu with normal prices. Delicious food and freshly prepared. The daily specials are also good. Staff is friendly. Only the consumption room could be trimmed a little more to Ruhrpott, apart from pictures on the wall😉. Seems a little cool somehow. So far it's okay.

By far the best chip shop I know, super tasty, rich food, super friendly staff and always delivered on time by a nice driver. The price-performance ratio is right here, definitely recommended!!!!

Very, very good chip shop! Fries are great, crispy on the outside and creamy on the inside. Even after pickup!! Schitzel are first class. Nicely breaded, fried in a cast iron pan instead of in a deep fryer. Salads are homemade. We work with love here. We will be back.

A chip shop like from your childhood with super tasty food and a fair price/performance ratio. The burgers and schnitzels are homemade and you can taste it. We enjoy coming here to eat and can recommend it to others. The operators and staff are really nice, always open and friendly. If you have something to complain about here and don't communicate it openly, it's your own fault, because people here are open to appropriate, nice criticism 😉. That's why we ask whether it tasted good. Again any time.

I ordered shish kebab with fries, the fries and the sauce were okay, the shish kebab was a disaster by definition, it's supposed to be a meat skewer, unfortunately only four small pieces of meat that weren't even cooked yet and raw onions. Don't understand the great reviews.

The Zweckler grill is simply great. Delicious food that is always freshly prepared. The schnitzels are awesome, not molded meat like in many french fries shops, and are also fried in a pan. The sauces, for example, with fresh champions. The fries are super crunchy and delicious 😋 The currywurst sauce is perfect. The boss and Melli were super nice and friendly. Get something there very often. Our regular snack bar with a clear ☆☆☆☆☆ recommendation.

Nice snack with character. There is still real Ruhrpott flair here. The schnitzels are freshly prepared and you can taste it. Good portions at fair prices. There is also the Kohla here. A visit is worth it 👌🏼

Simply good 👍 That's exactly how dad has to be, everything was the finest and the girls behind the counter were just pure sugar, real originals! Please keep it up! Unfortunately, something like this is slowly dying out, although in my opinion it is part of our cultural heritage! The next time we're in the area we'll definitely come back :-)

The much-touted snack bar was tested once, but we probably won't come back. The portions are quite small for these expensive prices. The taste was okay but unfortunately not great either. We prefer to stay at the regular snack bar in Rentfort. It was also very crowded, apparently many people like this snack bar. Unfortunately we were disappointed.

Hello Saturday is schnitzel day like last Saturday We got schnitzel in the summer last year and it was really tasty Now last Saturday we got schnitzel and half chicken there I have to say it was just disgusting The half chickens for €5.50 (pigeon-sized, tiny, exorbitantly priced) tasted like absolutely nothing and my daughter had a schnitzel with hollandaise sauce also just disgusting not a bit of spice to it Salad only with oil no salt no vinegar nothing to it 🤮 Shame on you for selling something like that and it's completely overpriced NEVER AGAIN

Einfach nur mega lecker. Mich hat das Jägerschnitzel umgehauen. Frisch aus der Pfanne und die Sauce war der Hammer. Aber auch die Currywurst und das schaschlik ist super lecker. Das Personal super freundlich. Ich komme jetzt öfter.

Wir waren heute das erste mal im Zweckler Grill. Wir hatten ein Holsteiner und ein Wiener Schnitzel mit Pommes und Bauernsalat. Nette Leute, gutes Essen, Schnitzel aus der Pfanne ist doch wirklich besser als aus der Fritte. Leider war mein Schnitzen von unten etwas zu dunkel und hat schon angebrannt geschmeckt. Das kann mal passieren, wir kommen trotzdem wieder. Preis Leistung top. Sitzmöbel könnten bequemer sein.

Das Essen dort ist einfach top! Egal was man bestellt. Dazu ein nettes cooles Team. Passt 😊👍

Wir sind hier öfter mal zu Gast. Das Essen ist immer gut, Personal typisch Ruhrpott - voll der Kumpel Typ. Das ist ne Pommes Bude wie sie sein soll.

Wir waren heute zum ersten und bestimmt nicht zum letzten Mal da!!! 🤩 Eigentlich waren wir dort, um das Schaschlik zu testen. Leider waren wir zu spät und die erste große Fuhre war keine 2 Stunden nach Öffnung des Lokals ausverkauft, was wir als gutes Zeichen gedeutet haben. Da wir keine Stunde warten wollten, haben wir den Taxiteller genommen. Die Pommes waren grandios, die Currywurst meeeega, das Zaziki eine Wucht, das Gyros ein wenig fettig, aber wen Fett im Fleisch nicht stört, wird auch das lieben. Nicht zu vergessen: das Personal superfreundlich und total offen, wie es im Ruhrpott eben ist! 😍 Wir kommen gerne wieder und bestellen beim nächsten Mal das Schaschlik einfach telefonisch vor. 😃👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Der beste Imbiss in dem ich jemals war! Die Schnitzel ein Gedicht, dergockel wundervoll, die Pommes ein Traum und das Schaschlik ein Gedicht. Auf ganzer Linie sind wir überzeugt. Vielen Dank für das leckere Essen

Es schmeckt wie frisch von Mama gekocht,egal ob Schaschlik, Schnitzel,die Salate, Pommes,es gibt bis jetzt nichts, was uns nicht geschmeckt hätte! Wir waren zu Besuch und wollten spontan was zusammen essen. Wir haben telefonisch vorbestellt. Das Essen war mega. Richtig lecker, von Pommes Currywurst bis Schnitzel. Also wirklich für das Geld absolut Mega. Vielen Dank dafür.

Ich war heute zum ersten Mal vor Ort und habe mir ein schnitzel mit spargel und sauce hollandaise zum mitnehmen bestellt. Der spargel und die sauce waren leider überall nur nicht auf dem schnitzel. Die untere panade löste sich leider komplett ab , weil sich die ganze sauce nach unten verteilt hatte. Der salat schmeckte leider nach gar nichts. Geschmacklich war es leider auch überhaupt nicht mein Fall.Auch die pommes waren sehr laff gewürzt. Kroketten waren ok. Es war zwar zum Zeitpunkt meines Besuches sehr voll, aber grade bei Neukunden sollte man sich etwas Mühe geben. Daher leider nur 2 Sterne. 1 Stern gilt der Freundlichkeit des Personals. Das bringt aber leider such nichts, wenn das Essen nicht gut ist.

Es war super lecker und günstig. Ich habe die Currywurst mit eine Große Pommes bestellt und dass war wirklich einfach nur schmackhaft. Das kostete mir insgesamt 6,70€ und ich hatte danach einen schönen vollen Magen und dass passiert nicht so schnell ;) Die Verkäufer/ Kochs waren super freundlich. Einfach super, empfehlenswert!!!

Da unsere Stammpommesbude Betriebsferien hat, sind wir heute auf den Zweckler Grill ausgewichen. Mit Abstand die leckerste Currywurst seit langen gegessen. Aber auch das Jägerschnitzel wurde frisch in der Pfanne gebraten(wo gibt es sowas noch) und war sowas von lecker. Wir sind total überzeugt und werden wiederkommen. Übrigens war die Bedienung auch superfreundlich und der Preis ist auch i.o. weiter so....

Super tolles Speisenangebot, sehr leckere zurechtgemachte Portionen, zum Vorort essen, auch zum Mitnehmen, sehr zu empfehlen, super nettes Personal und uriges Ambiente toll gemacht.

Endlich mal wieder eine richtige Pommes Bude, wo es eine vernünftige Currywurst gibt.
