Everything was great, can't complain

I was there at 12:30 a.m. last night and ordered a cappuccino and various other things. When I opened the cappuccino to add sugar, I immediately noticed that there was no foam. The sugar disappeared immediately. Even if there is a lot to do, please take the time to make a real cappuccino and not just mix coffee with cold milk. The cappuccino was only slightly warm. It really annoyed me because I was really looking forward to it. We don't even want to talk about the typical cold fries...

Typically on Friday evenings it takes a shockingly long time for the food in the drive to be ready, but overall everything went well

The food is, as always, McDonald's, but the cleanliness was subpar today. All the tables were dirty, the floor was full of garbage and leftover food. The cleaning staff only cleans the tables upon request by wiping everything down onto the floor. Other staff are standing outside the door smoking. Too bad, too bad, too bad

Very dingy and unclean branch. Thick dust hangs everywhere (on the blinds, disinfectant dispensers, shelves) and ketchup sticks to the walls and benches. Breakfast is a joke. The cold wraps stick to the paper. Burgers are getting smaller and more expensive. Simply ridiculous. Then it's better to go to the bakery for breakfast.

7:22 p.m. Waited 40 minutes for a simple order and the store was completely overwhelmed

What should you rate a Meckes? The burgers taste the same everywhere and don't look anything like they do on the menu. You wait forever at the drive-in counter. The new M Burger tastes like a Big Mac, but is totally wobbly and difficult to eat with your hands. We will probably never experience a wooden stick in a burger at Meckes. We will still come back ;-)

It is and remains a fast food restaurant, the food is of the standard. However, either I'm always very lucky here or the owner has a good hand, because I've always had very friendly and courteous service staff there.

I ordered 20 nuggets and only 18 were in there.

Nothing is going on here. The ordering terminal doesn't have a receipt and then they say you haven't paid. But money is debited. Something is very wrong here. If the terminal doesn't work, turn it off. And unfriendly high ten and the fetch and delivery man washes his hair in the Mc Cafe

Incompetence in store, never waited so long for food! McDonald's standards are 3 to a maximum of 5 minutes waiting time...

Despite the crowds, our order was delivered fairly quickly, but the fries were not really warm. Burgers were fine. With the new Mac deal you get 2 burgers here!

Waited 45 mins for a pre ordered (on app) happy meal, 2 burgers and 6 nuggets. The orders were coming in and they were just picking which ones they wanted to make at complete random. There were about 25 people standing at the counter loosing their temper. The staff were completely chilled, pottering around not caring whatsoever that people were upset. Many people asked if they could speak to the manager to which the manager replied , “what should I do? “ Your job, maybe ?

Waited an hour for the food at the fast food branch, stood in MC Drive and went in every now and then to ask how long it would take. The branch manager who claimed to have done so simply shrugged his shoulders. Finally, it wasn't the freshest burger either, soggy fries, the fish cake was more than dry, had the feeling that it had been warmed up. The horn honking in the line of cars was funny. Conclusion, MCD Gladbeck, never again

The soap dispenser has been broken for weeks and there is hardly any water. How are you supposed to wash your hands properly? Tables and the floor are very dirty even though the store is not full. I have to say that they have diminished significantly

I'm actually all for McDonald's for a change, but it's easy to get everything squished on and as a customer you're left with muddy hands

Ordered at a column with table delivery. After asking 45 times and asking twice, still no food. Please be patient. After 55 minutes they actually looked at the receipt and saw that the order was not there. Everything still had to be made then. No excuses, nothing. Scandalous!

I ate here twice almost 2 weeks apart. Once like this and once like that. If you're "lucky" and the fries just came out of the deep fryer (and not from the warming basin) then they're ok. The same applies to the burger patties. Happiness = Straight from the pan into the bun. Bad luck = you get warm ones. On both visits, the toilet looked like this (okay, you're missing everywhere here): Addendum 11/08/2024: I was there today when checking in and pointed out the condition of the men's toilet on the left with the question "what kind of "guests" do you have here?". Same picture when you go out after about 20 minutes. They seem to feel comfortable there. Up Cars that came down from the parking lot in front of the restaurant (probably stolen or financed through dubious means) and cost more than 200 horsepower. What happened to our McD...

Large fries are only half filled but paid for large. Overpriced cheap burgers. If you go to the burger restaurant, you'll pay the same for top quality.

Had to wait a very long time for our food. More than 45 minutes, as if they can't handle the pressure... Wrong order on the table or your number not being called. I complained to the counter so the manager started preparing our order.

Worst McDonald's in the area! I redeemed a coupon which is now painful because you can't cancel your order for cucumbers and onions afterwards. “And you can’t guarantee that an announcement to the kitchen will be successful.” Never eat there again, have had problems several times. To order a new one, I would have had to go through the drive-in again after waiting 20 minutes instead of just taking a new order like I would with every other time. Simply ridiculous.

As always, the ice cream machine doesn't work. This defect has existed for years, as soon as it is, the machine does not work. No ice cream, no shake...

Employee typed something wrong. Consequence the customer is yelled at by the team management. If you can't handle the stress in system catering, you should perhaps look for something else.

Ordered through Lieferando, got the wrong food delivered and McDonald’s said it wasn’t your problem….

Food arrived cold. Delivery took 1 hour 20 minutes for 3 cold burgers. Nothing like that ever again!!!

Compared to some other branches in surrounding cities, the quality of the food here is pretty good.

As always, we were very satisfied. We don't eat there often, but we've never had any negative experiences when we do.

I got a burger with "just cheese" because I said "with cheese." It was all cheese and the patty on it. Nothing else. Sauces were also missing with the nuggets. Once I didn't check the takeaway food, wt*... I'm not going back now...

Just typical McDonalds. In the past, for the eating kick, we always sent someone there on a bike at night to get burgers for everyone. That was really cool. Well otherwise - sometimes the burgers are cold, often lukewarm - rarely hot. Sometimes like this; sometimes like that. All in all - you can do it. But you don't have to.

McDonald's is just McDonald's If they are not the same everywhere, it is not exactly what they want, their concept. Exactly the same everywhere, you come in and don't think long about where do I have to go, no, you know your way around, they're all the same. The only thing that is constantly changing are the prices and the size (weight) of the individual portions, prices are getting higher and the portions are getting smaller. What they also manage to do is that the burger in the north tastes the same as in the south, but every now and then I ask myself, do I always want it that way, or wouldn't I also be happy about individual tastes?

Test purchase!! The surcharge amounting to €6 was simply ignored and not given by the person who ordered it! McDonald's made a lot of money here by not putting the toppings on the burgers! As a result, we have a loss of €6, which would probably have only cost MCD 20 cents!!! Rip off!!

This is my standard McDonald's because it's near me. I'm actually always very satisfied because the employees are friendly and quick. If something goes wrong, the problem will be solved.

We've been there a few times and the atmosphere is like McDonald's. Today we enjoyed the service for the last time. Order placed online via Lieferando, worth around 20 euros. We received a burger and fries worth €5. So we called and couldn't even describe the situation properly. I would stop and say quote: "Come to the store with the receipt, bye" After that, calls or something similar would no longer be responded to. That's tough, I've never experienced such an unfriendly employee

After waiting 5 minutes in front of the empty McDrive, we started to wonder if the store might be closed after all. Only then did the employee ask us to wait, whereupon we waited again. When we stood a meter too far to the left while waiting for our food, he came out to tell us that he had told us to keep to the far right. Since there were cars behind us, we couldn't do anything about it. Absolutely unfriendly, a fever dream of an employee.

After spending time at the Movie Park, we stopped by McDonald's on the way home. We placed the order online. 2x large fries and 1 large menu - to take away. The burger was okay so far. The fries weren't an option at all. See image. None have been eaten yet or there are no left in the bag. These should be large fries, but probably not enough for the bag of small fries

It's actually not bad but well I don't like it there that much. But the food is MEGA!

Food cold...generally very dirty...children's slide including the smell of pee...ss...e. After the movie park, I was tempted to go there again with the children after a long absence. Big mistake….but the coke was 👍 that was it for me…

Underground! The staff there is mostly disorganized and overwhelmed, most of them are incredibly unfriendly and the store is sometimes disgustingly dirty. If you as a customer have something to complain about here, even if you point something out politely, you will be treated like the last person you are. Quality, customer satisfaction, friendliness and cleanliness are absolute foreign words here. It's a shame, I used to love being there. Unfortunately, the change in line has a very noticeable and, above all, negative impact!

McDonalds... So far so good But what definitely bothers me is eating from warm to cold. At least when it comes to take-away goods. It doesn't work at all. It shouldn't be like that. Unfortunately, it is not recommended. A quality check and improvement should take place here.

Super nice staff. Clean and the food came to the table very quickly. The food was warm and fresh. It's very rare. A counter statement to the McDonalds from Dinslaken. Rude, always dirty and has been that way for years. The food is borderline warm. We don't go there anymore. The branch in Oberhausen Weierstrasse is our McDonalds. They're great. We would rather drive on than set foot in Dinslaken.

It was all typical McDonalds. Except the toilets, which were completely full of pee. Very unpleasant.

For some time now, no matter what I ordered, the food has still been really warm, the fries are just soggy and not really hot anymore. In general, the quality has decreased. That's my opinion and I'll stick with it and it's not really very clean anymore at McDonald's at the Bero Center.

Sehr unverschämt der Arbeit. Mann bezahlt für eine kaltes einfsch reingeschmeistes bürger 5 euro. Wozu bezahltman so viel für 1 Burger wenn ich kalt und komplizierter Burger essen soll kann ich auch drausen essen. Jedesmal das Selbe in Gladbeck Rockwool str kalt und unfreundlich die Mietarbeitern trotz ich sage ich will frisch komm keine frische essen

It was quick, the service was very friendly.

As soon as something deviates from the standard, it becomes really expensive. My wishes did not match the menu offered. Fish mac + large fries + mayo. But I didn't want the 5 liter bucket of cola, I wanted a small cola without ice, so it was no longer a menu and I could have gone to a steakhouse for the price.

Edit: was there yesterday. A wrap was forgotten and the wrong burger was added. Of course we paid for everything. After I raised this, we still didn't receive our correct order and didn't get the overpaid money back! INCOMPREHENSIBLE! There are almost never milkshakes or ice cream and no chicken caesar wrap either. You have to wait unnecessarily long and the staff is unfriendly. Not recommendable!

Food, i.e. fries and burgers, were a bit cold even though we ate there and there was table service, so you actually assume that if there is table service it is freshly prepared and warm. But that evening the staff was slightly overwhelmed; no one knew how and where they had their workstation. Maybe a poor division of stations or maybe everyone did what they thought was right. Because that was pretending and actually doing nothing because there was still money for that... Sorry for this negative review, but a lot of things went uncoordinated that evening...

Das bestellte Essen war einwandfrei!! Jedoch der Umgang der Mitarbeiter untereinander, sowie derTeamleitung, gegenüber einer Mitarbeiterin war schlichtweg unmöglich!!! Es kann doch nicht sein, dass einzelne Mitarbeiter/innen, mit verschränktem Armen da stehen, weil grad mal nicht viel zu tun ist, während eine einzelne Mitarbeiterin allein Tische abwischt, den Boden reinigt, den Geschirrwagen bestückt und leert, und dann auch noch gerufen wird um den Tischservice zu bedienen!!!!!! Und die Kolleg/ innen nur dabei stehen und zuschauen!!!! Und dann kam auch noch Lieferando........ Dieser Mitarbeiter holte Essensbestellungen ab, in seiner Warmhaltetasche, hat diese aber nicht verschlossen!!! Da wir das Lokal gleichzeitig verlassen haben, konnten wir beobachten, daß die Tasche in den Kofferraum gestellt wurde, und der Lieferando Mitarbeiter such nun erst einmal in aller Ruhe eine Zigarette anzündete!!!! Somit brauchen wir uns überhaupt nicht wundern, wenn unsere Essensbestellung über Lieferando jedesmal kalt angeliefert wurde, und dann von uns nicht angekommen und zurück gegeben wurde........

I ordered to take away, what I found at home was a disgrace, some of it was still raw, unbelievable that you have to give yourself something like that!!!!!

... I can only recommend it, we rested after a hike through the Wittringer Forest and ate a delicious chocolate and a super juicy piece of cake... You can't just eat burgers there... 👍🏻😋

I don't know a worse McDonald's, every time you eat it cold, if you're lucky the burger is still lukewarm! People who don't speak German work at the checkout, why should they? Restaurant greasy, be careful not to slip, tables exactly the same. Employees get irritated very quickly and are very unfriendly with 1-2 exceptions! I will never buy anything from this dirty shop again!

Einziger McDonald's in Gladbeck... Vor kurzem modernisiert, ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten und verkehrstechnisch günstiger Lage. Je nach Tag und Uhrzeit gut besucht mit entsprechender Wartezeit. Und Essen wird gefühlt immer schlechter und teurer ...

An Freundlichkeit sollte dort deutlich gearbeitet werden. Ich erwarte ja nicht viel, aber schön solte drin sein

Wir sind ab und an dort und waren bisher immer recht zufrieden. Aber am 3.12.2023 war es dort ziemlich kühl. Die Servicekräfte schienen zum Teil überfordert. So lief ein Mitarbeiter mit unserer Bestellung zwei Mal an unserem Tisch vorbei, obwohl die Tischnummer auf dem Kassenzettel stand. Auch bei anderen Bestellungen lief er oft mehrmals suchend durch das Restaurant - und an den jeweiligen Tischen vorbei. Die Zubereitung war an dem Tag sehr langsam.

Personal war super nett, Essen war hervorragend. Eigentlich der beste Mecces in der Umgebung. Aber zwischenzeitlich dröhnte aus dem Kassenbereich/Küchenbereich furchtbare Musik. Ich saß aber auch direkt im Kassenbereich, das wird andere Göste nicht so sehr gestört/gehört haben. Würde es als Techno oder so bezeichnen. kenne mich bei leidenschaftsloser druffi Musik nicht aus. Ansonsten war wirklich alle gut.

Het was erg rommelig en het personeel erg chagrijnig en totaal niet vriendelijk. Misschien hadden ze net allemaal slecht nieuws gehad ofzo maar dit was echt belachelijk
