Very good restaurant... unfortunately there was only one service person on site during our last visit. We waited almost an hour until we had the pot on the table. Update: Unfortunately things have gotten a lot worse. In the beginning we were always served a lot of meat. Today there were only 9 rolled slices for €9.90. When we asked whether the portions had been reduced, people no longer understood each other's German. We will never come back for this very high price. There are enough high-quality hot pot shops.

tasty! But it’s expensive and spicy and can cause diarrhea. Some of the meat was not very fresh. The meat was cut and plated and directly frozen in the freezer. It was too hard to pick out when picking it up. But it’s really delicious!

I have to say that the hot pot is as delicious as ever, but it’s too hot. It’s a bit too uncomfortable to eat hot pot in summer.

We were there yesterday and immediately felt uncomfortable. The waitress who showed us to our place was super unfriendly! When she got to her place, she put a card on the table and left. The selection was ok, but rather small, but it was very expensive! The ambience was very appealing at first glance, but unfortunately it was uncomfortably humid, warm and stuffy due to the many water vapors. The wooden benches have no backrest. We left without eating HotPot and went to another HotPot restaurant. We liked it much better there!

Hotpot from Haidilao and Xiaolongguan, the two major mountain ranges... . You can order two soups and eat them. I recommend the mushroom stew because it tastes like herbal medicine. The other two are really delicious.

Our first time having hot pot and wow what an experience! We chose the mild chili soup and tomato soup double combo along with assorted vegetables and enoki mushrooms. Absolutely delicious! The dipping sauce station is a much recommended addition to your order. Staff was friendly and helpful, even if there was a bit of a language barrier. The atmosphere is fantastic and the place is so well decorated that it felt like we were transported from Berlin to Beijing!

If you are Taiwanese, you will definitely find it very unpalatable, and I have never eaten hot pot in a hot pot restaurant without any air conditioning or fans. It is very shabby. The two of us ate for 90€ and only ordered 3 plates. The three meat dishes were really unpalatable and expensive. I felt really uncomfortable after eating them. I have never eaten in such a bad hot pot restaurant. We originally ordered a plate of meat for 9€, but the clerk told us that it was sold out and recommended another plate of snowflake beef but did not tell the price. When we checked out, we found out that the plate of meat was 20€! How interesting! The electric fan was not behind me, but blowing at the Chinese lady at the other table.

A chinese friend commented: it's like in China... pretty authentic.

I went out to have a hot pot, and four of the five people had diarrhea. The only one who didn't have diarrhea was the one who didn't eat beef. The beef fell apart after being cooked, and it looked like it had been frozen for a long time. Moreover, the place the waiter arranged for us was so dark that we couldn't see anything clearly.

We were here for the first time and we were blown away. The waiter explained everything to us, how hot pot works and gave recommendations. Very nice atmosphere and of course very tasty food. We'll be back :)

Well, tried something new, but it's definitely not my cup of tea! The atmosphere is inviting, but that’s about it. The food - apart from the fact that it is very spicy - tastes pretty bland. Plus it smells kind of funny. For the money you can eat much better in Berlin. Once you've had the experience, that's enough. Thanks.

The food was tasteless. Everything without spice. The hot sauce (despite the level of spiciness 1) was not edible. When you pointed out that it was too spicy, you were basically laughed at. The service seemed overwhelmed. Two waitresses had to manage the completely full shop. This resulted in a long waiting time and the friendliness remained somewhat muted. But I don't blame the two women for that, but rather the poor organization. The prices are way too overpriced for the quality. Unfortunately, all of this can't take away from the nice atmosphere. It's a shame about the evening...

Our first time at the hot pot, for me it was an experience you should have, but not for every taste. Unfortunately it wasn't right for my taste. Before you think about trying out a hot pot, you should find out more about it and also about the ingredients that you can order, as some of these are special ingredients that you don't necessarily know. The service was very attentive, the atmosphere was a bit spartan, for tall people it is uncomfortable and a bit squashed to sit at the table. With my legs being 1.78m, it was a bit tight at the table. See for yourself and try it out, it's worth an experience and you might like it. I give it 4 ⭐️

Restaurant with an authentic hot pot feeling in Berlin. The interior of the restaurant is very nice and inviting. The tables are a bit small for tall people, but nothing is impossible. How does a hot pot work? 1) choose which broths you want. Attention: Hot here means very hot. One chilly is enough to make someone who eats Thai style sweat, 2) choose different ingredients. That means vegetables, meat and tofu. Note: there are very untypical ingredients for common Germans. Just skip, 3) choose drinks, and 4) mix the sauce together at the bar. There are instructions on the wall. The concept is fun, tastes good and you need a few ingredients to fill you up. Hot means or hot. Improvement for the service: Please ask totally helpless (European) guests how they best enjoy hot pot and give advice regarding spiciness.

I went to eat yesterday. It was so hot that I didn’t even turn on the air conditioner. Even if I didn’t turn on the air conditioner, even the soul sesame oil in the hot pot oil dish was gone! There is only sesame oil for cooking. Although the hot pot is still delicious, it is really disappointing that there is no soul sesame oil! Hope it improves! ! ! !

It was our first time eating HotPot and we would have been happy to get some information, which we then found on the internet. The waitress was rather annoyed and we didn't find our way around very well at first. Will try the restaurant in Düsseldorf when we are there. We liked the tomato soup for cooking the best. The hot one is just too hot for us, the mushroom sauce didn't have any characteristic taste for us. What we ate was very tasty.

Amazing place! Really enjoyed the food. They have Vegetarian and meat options. Ambience is really good. Authentic Chinese Hot pot place. Please reserve your table as it might get busy during the weekdays! I visited on a Sunday AN for lunch and it was quite empty.

The food was quite okay. Unfortunately, the names of the hotpots are very misleading. It's hard to judge whether something is sharp or not. As you can see in the picture, 泡菜 is translated as kimchi. The two things have nothing to do with each other at all, because kimchi is Korean and is prepared completely differently than what you can see in the picture. It almost borders on cheek to mislead your customers like that.

Everything fresh, everything delicious, very nice service-oriented staff, great basics for the sauces, small niches for privacy or tables for 4-8 people in an open atmosphere. Reservations are recommended at peak times, experience shows that in the cold months there is more going on here than in summer ... Definitely one of the top three HotPot shops in Berlin for me

The most expensive Xiaolongkan I have ever had. The sour plum soup is a bit sweet and I personally don’t think it tastes very good. The beef is thicker. A small bowl of Yangzhou fried rice costs 6 euros. In comparison, the most affordable one is Gan Gong Cai. The spicy pot will only start to taste spicy after half of the water is boiled. The tomato pot was not bad. We went to eat at almost five o'clock, and there were very few people. We two girls ate for 85 euros. You must know that my friend and I have relatively small appetites...the taste is not bad, but it is definitely not worth the expensive price.

Beautiful ambience! Lots of delicious dips to eat with. Unfortunately everything was really damn hot 🌶️ (!!!) and we had chosen the weakest chili spiciness... (!!) You couldn't taste anything except the burning sensation in your mouth... and you had circulatory problems. Still an experience...😎

Delicious and authentic sichuan hot pot in a lovely dining room that will transport you to China. Accessible menu, just check off what you want and they will input the order. Service is very kind! The spicy broth is legit spicy. Anything over 2 peppers and you better know what you’re doing. Can’t wait to come back.

Visited on a Monday evening. Really authentic place and service very attentive and nice. Incredibly fast. Lots of good options for food, both meat and vegetable. Several seriously exotic. For dessert I recommend the mochi and a smoothie. We found the mushroom broth a bit weak in terms of taste, but the hot one is great. Did not try tomato. Please be advised - normal strength is enough if you’re not a serious chili lover. We went 2/3 and it was good but sweaty.

The most authentic Sichuan hotpot!!!

We made a reservation for two and I would generally recommend making a reservation as it was relatively full. Everything is explained to you in a friendly manner at the beginning and you don't have to wait long. However, the service is a bit inattentive. The food is fresh and will definitely fill you up! We sat near the entrance, which turned out to be very pleasant as it was very loud and warm in the middle of the restaurant. I would still say it's worth it.

Very tasty and great experience. But it's stuffy because of all the hot tubs running. I especially recommend the “Crystal Beef” and the mushroom soup as broth, I tried them all.

Great food, great selection of meat, seafood, Dim sum and veggies. The food quality and quantity for every serving is good enough for the price, in my opinion. I liked the Mushroom Broth very much, though the Tomato Broth also tasted good. Enough options for sauces and condiments to concoct your own dip. We chose the hand-pulled noodles as our carbs and it was very chewy but not gummy and very filling. We were able to reserve a table for dinner on a Friday just 30 minutes before our arrival. Service is friendly and attentive. We got our orders after about 10minutes. The place is nicely decorated with lanterns and the overall atmosphere is warm, casual and chic but still welcoming. The banks are really not that comfortable, but the thought gets lost once cooking and storytelling start. Will definitely go back.

We've been here twice already. The broths taste great, and I would particularly recommend the tomato broth. With the spicy broth, the first degree was completely sufficient for us. The selection of meat and vegetables is great. Only the service is a bit inattentive, you have to make yourself aware of it. The benches/chairs are not comfortable in every place. Basically a good HotPot restaurant. We'd love to come back.

i would like to share my personal experience in May 2024 in this hotpot restaurant in Berlin. 1, The atmosphere and decoration as well as the dipping sources are as great as that in China. 2, a bit expensive, 50euro per person 3, However, with a closer look at the dirty orderded green vegetables, there were unfortunatelly some disgusting living "insect eggs" or "maggots", either of them are super disgusting and ruined my good mood and appetite! 4, afterwards, the waiter(potentially has another role in restaurant) offered to make this vege free without charging and took rest veges away. Without listening to my suggestions, this showed the arrogance of the "leader" in the restaurant. Afterall, i gave 6 euro Trinkgeld for the meal! 5, afterwards, i had dirrhoea, not sure whether this has smth to do with "insect egg, maggots" or not.

We ordered the level one (the lowest on the menu) spiciness on the hotpot and it was impossible to eat. I fished out an entire heaped plate full of chillis from the soup. Will post photo. My Indonesian gf who eats raw Thai chillis whole couldn’t eat the soup. i complained and the waiters just said by Chinese standards it’s not spicy and said next time order something else. Mistakes or miscommunications can happen but they did not apologise or make reparations any and we still had to pay 80€ for a meal half of which we didn’t eat

It's always a great experience to eat here! Very pleasant atmosphere, good food and friendly service. The sauce bar is also highly recommended; here you can put everything together yourself. Large selection of fresh ingredients for the HotPot. It never gets boring! Always happy ☺️

The go-to restaurant for large groups and special events. The menu impresses with a selection of very authentic ingredients that you can add to the hotpot. The service is less or more attentive with each visit. All in all, I can warmly recommend that everyone try this place out at least once. It's worth making a reservation on weekends.

The food was very good, the portion size was big, the place was clean and the staff helpful. We ordered 9 components of 3 people and it was too much.

The boss was super nice😭 I missed my flight in Berlin on New Year's Eve. After the hot pot, he stayed with us to set off fireworks together and gave us many bouquets of fireworks. Business is booming!

Many people come here in the evening. So, I visited right after it opened at lunchtime, when there weren't many people. You can experience the hot taste here. Even if you choose level 1, it is very spicy. But it's delicious.

On our second visit, after our complaint from the last time, we were treated very well and served very well. The new service is very competent, fast, professional and super friendly! Food was delicious! Although the broth was slightly spicy, it was a bit too hot and spicy even for me as a Thai. But you have a great selection of meat and seafood. We also thought the homemade noodles were excellent! The ambience is in an authentic Chinese style! You should go with clothes that you won't need the next day. Our jackets smelled very strongly of grease and they had to be aired out the next day. A deduction because it is really expensive, you have to pay extra for the choice of sauces and the fact that you have to fight each other in the ribs at a place of four. It's a pretty tight fit, especially when the jackets are still in between.

Let me first explain that I have gone to Xiaolongkan many times. In the past few times, there was nothing bad except the high price. This time, the waiter really made me laugh. There were 3 of us to eat, because we didn’t eat. It was a bit too much, so I asked the waiter if I could sit at a larger table (an ordinary square table), and a waiter replied with a mean attitude: "There are only three of you, definitely no." Can you sit down?" The expression seemed as if I was not going to eat but to let her be my father, so I sent a review on Google Maps hoping that they would improve their service attitude. After a while, the store manager came to apologize. Originally, That’s all. I was going to delete the negative comments. When I was about to leave after eating, the mean lady walked to the door and said “crazy” behind my back. I;? ? ? ? ? To be honest, the hot pot doesn't taste that bad. I think the attitude of other waiters is okay, but that waiter is unique.

I really wanted to eat hot pot, and this is the best restaurant in Berlin. The spicy flavor of the tomato soup is really delicious. It's clean and good quality, so it's a bit pricey, but it's that delicious. If two people eat their fill, it will cost 70-80 yen!

Something completely different... The soups are very tasty... You can choose from mushroom, tomato and spicy... We had all three and each one is really good in its own right... The selection of vegetables, meat and fish is varied ... You can also find something unusual, such as goose intestines or pig brains... If you stick to the cooking times specified, the individual products turn out very well... With the dips bar you can add a few sauces and side dishes to the whole thing ... Unfortunately, the homemade teas are very sweet... Otherwise, the selection of drinks is really manageable and the service doesn't exactly provide new ones afterwards... Overall, the service is friendly and helpful... Overall, recommended, especially if you're eas different than a classic restaurant...

Disgusting vulgar staff, i got asked to leave and not come back again after i was brutally hinest about their service, for gods sake it a hotpot restuarant i shouldn't we waiting 40 minutes for my food when the restuarant us empty. Regardless of this the worse thing is that they told me to not come back again and i am food poisoned, the staff also mentioned that they would charge me mlre if i put a bad review, i think the tour guides 5 star was very bias as they probably paid for that review. To the same lady who kicked me out while i was fasting, i hope you shall be treated with the same respect you gave me.

Disgusting staff, very rude. I don’t even want a reply to this message by the management pretending to be nice. I know you remember me, yes you who forced me to put a review so you don’t charge me more. If you can speak to me the same way on public property it wouldn’t have ended well for you.

Another hot pot experience was scheduled today in this authentic Chinese restaurant and I can only rave. I reserved a few hours in advance and was warmly welcomed. The restaurant is located in the heart of Charlottenburg and impresses with its spacious and cozy interior. The menu is manageable and clearly formulated step by step. Let's get to the most important part: the food... The quality of the ingredients scores particularly well because of their freshness. No matter whether it's shrimp or marinated beef. There are also a variety of alternatives for vegetarians. The service in the restaurant was always helpful and friendly. I can recommend it to anyone who has learned to love eating hot pot!

It had to be something special for the occasion... And... it was particularly beautiful. Coming with 5 people, we were warmly welcomed. It was our first visit and we were a bit overwhelmed. Everything was explained to us very well by a lady, told us and given tips. The food was freshly brought to the table and then the fondue started. We also had enough time to feast 😋 Another tip... The soups bubble & splatter out of the wok... (I wouldn't recommend wearing white) Payments can be made in cash or card. We are really very satisfied & excited... With that in mind... Thank you very much for everything...
