Biang Biang Nudeln wurden hier perfektioniert, gut gesalzen, leichte Schärfe und etwas Süße mit dicken weichen Nudeln

Die Pasta ist unglaublich. Die Speisekarte mag für manche etwas kompliziert sein, aber ich fand sie sehr logisch und unterhaltsam. Ich war schon mehrmals dort und werde definitiv wiederkommen. Meine beiden Favoriten sind die Gerichte 5 und 2, eines vegetarisch und das andere mit Fleisch.

Das Essen ist in Ordnung. Der Service ist freundlich, aber die Verständigung ist ein Problem. Und der Laden müsste mal wieder gereinigt werden.

Diese Bandnudeln zu dem Preis sind einfach richtig geil. Die Nummer 3 kann ich nur empfehlen. Einer meiner Lieblingsläden in Aachen

Wir bestellten Sauerkraut-Rindfleisch-Nudeln, Wantan-Suppe und einen Schweineburger. Die Brühe war sehr fad, wie Wasser mit etwas Salz und Öl. Es gab zwar drei weitere Soßen an einer kleinen Station, aber wie sollte man eine Brühe aufpeppen, wenn die Basis nur Wasser ist? Man kann es nicht einmal Brühe nennen, denn es schmeckte wirklich nur nach heißem Wasser mit einer Prise Salz. Auch Chiliöl, Essig und Sojasauce konnten da nichts mehr retten. Der Schweineburger war okay. Nichts Besonderes, aber essbar. Das war die enttäuschendste asiatische Essenserfahrung, die ich je in Deutschland gemacht habe. Es regnete und war kalt an dem Tag, wir hatten Lust auf eine gute Suppe, aber leider entsprach sie nicht unseren Erwartungen. Wir werden definitiv nicht wiederkommen.

Super leckeres Essen in einer angenehmen Atmosphäre. Ich war jetzt schon zum zweiten Mal dort und bin wieder einmal begeistert vom Essen. Auch das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Die Preise sind wirklich fair und man bekommt viel für sein Geld. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Cooler Laden mit gutem Preis-Leidtungsverhältnis!

Die Suppe hat nicht besonders gut geschmeckt… Wir hatten zwei verschiedene Nudelsorten bestellt. Die eine schmeckte zu sehr nach Tomatensoße von italienischer Pasta, die andere nach Käse… Man kann nicht sagen, dass sie furchtbar war, aber gut war sie definitiv nicht. Ich kann nur 3 Sterne geben. Ich würde eher die kalten Nudeln als die Suppennudeln empfehlen.

Wow. Probier mal die M3-Option. Die ist echt die beste. Ich nehme die immer. So gut!

Biangbiang + Pulled Pork Burger 🗣️🗣️🥵

Sooo leckeres Essen! Ich bin jedes Mal von neuem begeistert. Auch die Mitarbeitenden sind super freundlich und aufmerksam. Preis-Leistung (biang-biang Nudeln) ist unschlagbar !!

Es war lange Zeit mein Lieblingsnudelrestaurant, bis sie die Köche gewechselt haben. Jetzt arbeiten da lauter junge Männer, die das Essen nicht gut zubereiten. Es schmeckt fad, wirklich fad. Die Nudeln sind viel zu dick. Ich habe heute Sauerkraut-Fischnudeln bestellt. Von Sauerkraut war weit und breit nichts zu sehen. Die Nudeln sind dick. Die Suppe ist total geschmacklos. Ich werde dort nicht mehr bestellen.

Roujiamo (chinesischer Hamburger) und Liangpi (kalte Nudeln) sind köstlich. Ich empfehle die Nudeln mit Ei und Sojabohnenpaste, hoffe aber, dass sie nicht zu breit sind; dünne Nudeln wären besser. Die Qualität der öligen Nudeln schwankt bei jedem Besuch. Die Hammelsuppe finde ich persönlich nur durchschnittlich, da sie mit Lammrippchen zubereitet wird und wenig mageres Fleisch enthält.

Ich kann die Biang Biang Nudeln sehr empfehlen vorallendingen mit Tofu dazu. Der Service ist auch Mega lieb gewesen! Einfach Mega !!!

Biang biang Nudeln gehabt, super lecker, tolles Obergeschoss und ein super authentischer Laden!!

Das ist mein zweiter Besuch. Die Qualität hat nachgelassen, weniger Soße und der Geschmack ist nicht mehr gut. Ich bin enttäuscht.

Ich habe hier sehr leckere, vegetarische handgemachte Nudeln zu einem sehr günstigen Preis gegessen, komme gerne wieder :)

Ich hatte die Konkubine Hüncheng und fand sie wirklich lecker, besonders mit dem Chiliöl! Die handgemachten Nudeln waren auch sehr gut. Das Personal sprach zwar kein Englisch, aber wir konnten uns trotzdem verständigen. Empfehlenswert.

Wir waren bisher immer treue Kunden bei XiAn, aber dieses Mal wurden wir leider sehr enttäuscht. Die Bedienung war unfreundlich und bei unserem Gericht, Concubine Hähnchen, fehlten Kartoffeln und Gemüse, ohne dass dies vorher erwähnt wurde. Zusätzlich waren die Innenräume unbeheizt und schmutzig.

Nettes Service, Biangbiang Nudel war ein bisschen sauer, sonst alles ganz in Ordnung.

Es gab nur ein paar Scheiben Rindfleisch, was ja eine Sache ist, aber was soll das mit den nur ein oder zwei Nudeln? Habe ich dir das Geld etwa nicht gegeben?

Wir bestellten vier Hauptgerichte und einen Roujiamo-Hamburger. Der Koch war bei der Bestellung ungeduldig, vielleicht war er unzufrieden. Das Essen war nicht gut. Die Hühnernudeln und das Hühnchen waren nicht richtig warm. Außerdem waren die Teigtaschen und die Zhejiang-Nudeln viel zu salzig.

Ein unglaublich guter, authentischer und gemütlicher Ort. Entspannte und behagliche Atmosphäre.

Biang Biang Nudeln sind sehr stark. Selbstgemachte Nudeln und viel Gemüse. Normalerweise ist die Soße vom Tofu auch sehr gut. Dieses Mal war der Gebratene Tofu nicht wie erwartet.

Leckeres Essen zu einem guten Preis! (Es gibt einen schönen Sitzbereich im Obergeschoss.)

Hat geschmeckt. Nudeln waren sehr gut. BaoZi 👍 Insgesamt luft nach oben. Würze und Sauce.

Der Service war hervorragend! Es waren genau meine Lieblingsnudeln – schön ölig! Super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Ich hatte über Lieferando bestellt. Nach einer Stunde warten habe ich das Restaurant Xian Küche telefonisch kontaktiert. Dort wurde mir gesagt, dass die Bestellung schon lange fertig ist, von einem Liefermensch angenommen, aber nie abgeholt wurde. Ich war etwas perplex, dass sie mich nicht kontaktiert hatten: "Ja, das hätten sie überlegt irgendwann zu tun". Das Restaurant sah keine Möglichkeit die Bestellung zu mir zu bringen oder einen neuen Fahrer zu bestellen. Ob ich nicht den Fahrer kontaktieren kann. Nein, das könne nur das Restaurant. Totale Überforderung auf deren Seite. Daraufhin bat ich um Stonierung der Bestellung. Das führte das Restaurant nicht aus, die Mitarbeiterin wiederholte immer wieder ich müsse mich darum kümmern (was über Lieferando nicht geht). Nach mehrmaligem hin und her telefonieren (Bestellzeit nun auch schon 2 Stunden her), konnten sie dann doch plötzlich stonieren, nachdem ich immer und immer wieder darauf bestanden habe. Wirklich unmöglicher Umgang, sehr schade, war Mal eins meiner Lieblingsrestaurants.

Der männliche Kellner war sehr unhöflich.

Früher sehr sehr stark, leider minimal nachgelassen in der Qualität und Portionsgröße. Trotzdem noch sehr lecker und ich esse gerne dort.

Habe nur die Hälfte der Lieferung erhalten. Da ich im Voraus bezahlt hatte, hätte ich das Geld zurück bekommen müssen. Habe 3 mal mit dem Laden telefoniert, immer wieder wurde gesagt, dass sie das nicht könnten. Das ist einfach nur Betrug. Bis heute habe ich mein Geld nicht zurück.

Wahnsinnig gute Chinesische Nudelgerichte. Lohnt sich auf jeden Fall!

Ich werde nicht wiederkommen. Sie haben mir zu viel berechnet, sich nicht entschuldigt und mir erst nach Nachfrage eine Quittung ausgestellt. Ihr Verhalten war kühl und unhöflich.

Diesmal war ich enttäuscht. Der Schweineburger war viel kleiner als sonst, und auch die Portion Biang Biang Nudeln war deutlich geringer. Es war viel zu viel Essig drin – das ganze Gericht schmeckte extrem sauer, fast wie „Essignudeln“. Selbst nachdem ich beides aufgegessen hatte, war ich nicht satt.

Beste chinesische Nudeln in Aachen, immer noch und immer wieder.

The biang biang noodles are handmade and taste amazing. Difficult to find real Chinese food like this in Aachen.

Disclaimer: As a Chinese diaspora resident, I've tried many Chinese restaurants in Germany... I first visited Xi'an Cuisine in August. Numbers 7 and S1 were well prepared and the service was friendly. I went back five weeks later, but unfortunately, the noodles were completely tangled, and the entire process of serving this food was a disgrace. Another disappointment was that half of the menu was unavailable, and this was on a Saturday at 7 p.m., and the service was very unfriendly. That was my last visit.

Actually, it's super delicious! But get your opening hours under control!

Went in for the noodle, but the restaurant looked unclean. A fly was flying around and the people working didn't even pay any attention. The table looks dirty too.

Amazing Bianh Biang Noodles. A must try when in Aachen.

Super nice authentic cuisine, really tasty. Simple but original location. Focus is on great food for a very fair price. Can’t relate to the negative reviews. The food is exactly as it should be!

Pretty disappointed by the whole experience. The place is dirty and most of the tables were sticky and still full of dirty dishes. We were there before 7pm and liang pi was already sold out. I made the mistake by ordering rou jia mo (the pork burger), I saw the staff using already made buns which is such a BS. Most of the places would make them on their own, not surprised it tasted so bad that I couldn't even finish it. The noodle was way too salty and not worth the price. Overall I don't recommend the place at all.

the fried tofu was a little bit over-seasoned for me, while the lamb soup was a little bit under-seasoned for my taste. It would have been 5 star if it was right but tbf, nothing in life is perfect. The vegan noodle is really good tho.

Unfortunately, we didn't enjoy the dishes. I didn't expect the broth and meat to be greasy, and the smell itself was unpleasant. It's still unclear what got into the meat—whether it was entrails or something else. As for the tomato soup, I can say that only the broth was edible. The pros are a nice and cozy place.

Best Chinese noodles in Aachen!

We went to this restaurant because of the good reviews.. Unfortunately there was nothing with rice and only one dish with chicken.. and homemade noodles.. these were praised in the reviews and looked good in the pictures.. the noodles didn't taste like anything, the meat was tough and fatty and the sauce was just spicy and extremely oily and greasy.. there were six of us and wouldn't recommend this restaurant.

Mega delicious Biang Biang noodles with a great price-performance ratio!!! Also great for vegetarians and the tofu is also very tasty! Of course the ambience leaves a lot to be desired (cobwebs, somewhat cozy furnishings) but I think it's really cool that you can eat on different floors like in small living rooms. Staff was super friendly and personable! I'll be back

The waiter asked hundreds of times like a human-machine to take out or eat here? The boss is too shrewd in calculating money, so it’s easy for the business to become corrupt.

I've eaten here several times and am always completely impressed by the food. The hand-pulled Biang Biang noodles are simply very tasty and I think the price is reasonable or even cheap. The vegetarian portion of the noodles costs €7.90. A little more with meat. The portion is a filling, delicious meal. The listed restaurant is rustic, but also a bit run down and sometimes more dirty than clean. But the food is really great and you can now sit opposite Egmont and eat food from XiAn there.

The perfect handpulled noodles. Nowhere as good and authentic as here. The price is also really incredibly fair! A dream for vegans (especially in Aachen) :) The additional tofu is also really very good.

The service industry is amazing. The mutton in the water basin had a strong smell of paint. At first, I thought it was a psychological effect. After both of them tasted half a piece of meat, it turned out that the taste was really intuitive. I told a foreign waiter that there was something wrong with it. After a while, I didn’t know if it was the chef or a very fat and fierce man who looked like he was going to fight. He said, "What’s wrong with this bowl?" I didn’t want to have a direct conflict with this person at that time. He told him that we had left the rest of the department untouched and you could just taste it yourself. After that, the man left without waiting for us to respond. He didn't say anything about whether he wanted to exchange it or return it. In the last half day, he didn't wait for feedback to the jurisdiction. When checking out, the fat man even muttered something like "you guys are talking about it, that's what you say." He also raised his voice and said that he didn't know anything (you don't know, then we know what it means). (It made everyone laugh angrily. As expected, I wish him a prosperous business...

Disgusting service While they were carrying the food they spilled foods from other dishes to mine, there were red stains and vegetable pieces sticked on the plate that are not supposed to be on. I didnt expect refund or changing at first, I just wanted him admit that he spilled other foods on my dish while he was coming upstairs. Instead of changing dishes or apologizing, the guy denied it and started talking back in Chinese to another customer. He probably thought I wouldn't understand Very unpleasant and annoying experience Food itself was fine, but the store and soy sauce&chili oil containers are not really clean.

Authentic delicious Chinese dishes. But the shop needs to be cleaned from the ground up. It's better not to look in the corners or behind the counter.

Discovered by chance on the way back to the hotel. The hot, spicy BiangBiang noodles were just the thing to relax me. Nice friendly service at the checkout, you can eat on-site on the upper floor.

The sauerkraut Tofu is my all time fave - can’t get enough 😍😍😍 and ofc the biang biang noodles- a classic- super friendly staff - a gem in Aachen 💯

Xi’an is one of my favorite restaurants in Aachen for Chinese food. The restaurant feels very authentic - they make their pasta by hand and you can taste it every time: fresh and simply amazing. Every time I eat here I order the “Concubine Chicken” which you can also see in the photo. It's not spicy, but you can add your own chili oil or ask for fresh chilies. The staff is friendly, the atmosphere is authentic, but there is limited seating as the restaurant is quite small (and you can't make reservations). That's why you should pay attention to this, especially during peak times for lunch or dinner - but takeaway is also possible. There are also vegetarian options, but I haven't tried them yet. I love the concubine chicken and the pork buns are delicious too! Be sure to come here – this restaurant deserves every recognition!

I love this restaurant! Absolutely authentic Shaanxi cuisine, right down to details like the menu in the form of the Xi'an subway map. I was in Xi'an for a while and this restaurant is the only one I know of in Germany that really cooks like it does locally. There is also a very cute guest room with old wood paneling.

Very tasty food at really good prices

After reading all the positive reviews and recommendations for the BiangBiang noodles, we had to test them today. The hype is real. The noodles are simply amazing. The atmosphere is cozy and the staff is very friendly. Simply recommended

The area is relatively small, so it will be crowded when there are many people. The noodles feel so-so, maybe it's just not to my liking. But the Roujiamo is very good and cost-effective. I have eaten here many times.

The price is right and the bathroom is clean. The water basin mutton, oily noodles, and roujiamo are all delicious! The portion of the water basin mutton is large, enough for two people. It would be perfect if the water basin lamb could be served hotter, I got it lukewarm.

It's rotten, the dumplings are quick-frozen, the dishes are pre-made, and the taste is lumpy.

The vegan, hand-pulled BiangBiang noodles are delicious. I come here regularly now. The fried tofu is also recommended. I have rarely eaten tofu prepared so tastefully. Guests who are otherwise only familiar with Germanized Asian cuisine should perhaps stick to the vegetarian versions for now. This is original Chinese cuisine! If you're hoping for purely lean breast meat with your chicken pasta, you're in the wrong place here. But this is by no means meant as negative criticism. XiAn definitely gets 5 stars from me!

The homemade noodles convince me again and again. Absolute recommendation! You shouldn't expect an upscale atmosphere as it is aimed more at students. But it is very comfortable

The Biang-Biang noodles are really delicious and vegan! At first glance it looks like a small snack bar, but when you go up the stairs you find yourself in a super cozy atmosphere. Everything is great, cheap and homemade!
