Chicken was great, tasty—a great deal for the price. Meat in soup tastes good, unfortunately, the soup tastes like a ketchup. Maybe it is because I ordered it without any spices. Service was fast but not quite friendly.

Really delicious, inexpensive food in an old restaurant. The food came very quickly, we only had to wait in line to pay because it was so busy. Overall, definitely worth a visit!

I've ordered takeout several times, sometimes it's good and sometimes bad, sometimes it's delicious, sometimes the ingredients are not fresh.

Food good, service great. The ambience internally is a bit chaotic. Unfortunately, the toilet didn't quite work and there was a strong smell of water damage.

Landing in this shop by chance, this culinary journey to the Far East was a pleasure. It stands out pleasantly from classic German 'Chinese restaurants', so that individual dishes may be a challenge for some local palates, but this speaks for the authenticity of the shop. Special thanks also to the nice service that implemented a special request from my friend. Only the tables were a bit sticky, but that also somehow fit the unique charm of this somewhat inconspicuous restaurant. The fact that on another occasion during the week there was spontaneously no table available here also speaks for the store and so I will try my luck again another time :-)

Ordered delivery - Had the pork burger, dish with rice, and baozi. Baozi were okay but nothing special, the duck had almost no meat compared to the amount of bone. The taste of the duck was not great either

Love it! I visited Xi'An (the Chinese city) a few months ago and craved the cuisine so badly after returning. This restaurant is super super authentic, the portion sizes are good and they have so many different types of flavours on the menu! Pick anything and it tastes good! I recommend the Pork Burger, it's well seasoned, fatty, and delicious. I usually don't enjoy vegetarian dishes, but those Vegetarian Biang Biang noodles are sooooo good! There are multiple floors, dining in takes place in the second or third floor. To order, one has to go to the ground floor and get a numbered plate to take back to the table so they can bring it to you. The atmosphere is comfortable! Nice!

Good food but very spicy and when you ask to make it not so spicy they say that's not possible.. why not, I don't understand that chilli is added as a spice, you can choose not to to add. But the consistency of the pasta is very good.

Too busy and only 1 server handling everything. The food came after 30min even at the restaurant and 1 dish didn't come up after 50min which i had to cancel. Asked for chopstics then the server forgot to bring. They need to hire more servers.

It's a top shop, especially the biam biam noodles or something like that, they were great and the price was really perfect.

Very large portions and very traditional Chinese food, just right for anyone who wants to eat authentic Chinese. Decor quite cute toilet has a strange position but is very nice and sour despite the large.

In my opinion the best Asian cuisine in Aachen. Super tasty noodle soups (also vegan) and great ambience. The creative menu is also well done. 5 Stars!

From the outside it's a small, inconspicuous shop that I only noticed because of the hustle and bustle right at the entrance. The structure below is reminiscent of a snack bar, except that, it seems, the dishes are freshly homemade. Unfortunately I can't say anything about the authenticity as I don't have any comparable values ​​from Xi'an, but the food makes me wanderlust. I can overlook unclean tables because I don't compare the shop to a restaurant, but to a place where I can get very tasty food for very fair prices without much fanfare.

Everyone who gives bad reviews here has no idea about food or maybe they were the exception and had bad luck. In short for my credibility, I've been all over the world and tried food from everywhere, including in Michelin shops etc. and I've been someone who, ever since I was little, has enjoyed eating everything that has quality and has enjoyed trying new things. So this shop is extremely authentically Chinese, the shop could be in China and everyone who complains about the ambience doesn't understand that you can tell the authenticity of this place just by looking (China doesn't have the European style, but rather sparsely and pragmatically furnished). But if you then try the food it is very authentic, high quality homemade and tasteful in the Chinese style. The price performance is also simply great for what you get, the only criticism in passing that doesn't even come from me is that A Chinese friend told me that the homemade BiangBiang noodles are not at the level of a Chinese master who has been making them for 50 years. But that's criticism at a high level, since you're still in Aachen and the shop is run by Chinese students and, as I said, for the level of authenticity you can't give it less than 5 stars if you consider the location, in my opinion forgive. A store like this is a blessing and I hope it will last for a long time. Personally, I'm really upset about all the negative reviews here, because these people simply have no idea what Chinese food is and when I read that the food was "bland" there is simply no basis for it if you know what Chinese flavors are (5 Spice (Star anise, caraway,...) Chinese vinegar, chili oil, other textures), but this may not suit every German tongue, but objectively speaking, the shop is simply unimpeachable. Everyone can't like something, but if you look at the quality and authenticity, you can't objectively blame the store. I'm sorry for my rage but it just had to be done. I would recommend the shop to anyone who is in Aachen and wants to try authentic Chinese food, prepared with love. However, if you are not open to other tastes and textures of another culture and cannot see that you cannot directly compare/evaluate something like that based on German or Italian cuisine, you should go out for schnitzel instead. Which of course isn't a bad thing, but before you become a "wannabe critic" and say "the ambience isn't great" or the food is "bland". So highly recommended, give it a try but since you're open to something different and maybe new for your taste buds, then the visit should be at least an experience for everyone.

Vegan noodle soup for around €8, really great. Add baked tofu as an extra side dish and you'll be very full for €11 :)

The Wantan soup was absolutely horrible. There were only a handful of small dumplings in water with no flavor and it cost 10 Euros. The restaurant is a pure scam.

The overall taste is salty for people from Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai.

Every time I take the train from the Netherlands to eat it, at first the roujiamo is made of fat and lean meat with a little juiciness on the outside, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. The latest time it is a dry pancake with a little bit of dry, unchopped fat meat stuffed in the middle. . . The cold skin is so salty, I probably won’t go there again in the future.

When I have a bad day I always crave Biang Biang Noodles. They taste really good and are nice and warming. I also like the Tofu side dish and the vegetarian Baozi.

Jusr ordered from here for the first time and I had to write a review. Everything was just perfect, it was delivered on time, came hot and absolutely delicious. will definitely become a regular.:)

Absolutely wonderful, so glad we came by! Delicious food, nice people, and lots of variety, for vegetarians too. The tofu noodles marked with 2 chillies was properly spicy, wantons were really good, and there's also what's most important in any Chinese restaurant: a sauce and condiment collection for you to help yourself to?

If you want to enjoy Chinese food other than fried noodles, sweet and sour duck or Bami, this restaurant is highly recommended. The Biang-Biang noodles, the fried tofu or the Maultaschen are really something very special and totally delicious.

I was here for lunch and ordered the ZhaJiang noodles. The pasta is handmade and tasty, chicken meat was tender but the quantity was a bit low but for €9.80 that's ok. I have to say the place is not that well maintained and our table was dirty.

The taste is good and the price is affordable. But I think the pickled fish noodles are a bit too salty and I hope it can be improved. Roujiamo is delicious

Really good restaurant. For less than €10 I had a soup with tagliatelle that really impressed me. You get the feeling that it is the more authentic Chinese cuisine, much better than others.

The Biang-Biang noodles are really delicious and vegan! When you first walk in it looks like a small snack bar, but when you go up the stairs you find yourself in a super cozy atmosphere. Everything is great, cheap and homemade!

So 😁 The best thing first and that is the food, the homemade wide ribbon noodles are absolutely amazing, the taste and consistency are perfect 😋 Ok, the ambience is a bit leftover but still ok, the shop seems very small from the outside but it still has two floors, so don't worry about lack of space. I had the Concubiene dish with chicken, which was very tasty. The staff is very friendly and the prices are cheap!

The roujiamo was pretty good, but the biangbiang noodle was too ordinary. To be honest, it is much worse than the Xi'an store in London. We drove there specially from Belgium and felt a little disappointed.

This restaurant is really authentic. Although it doesn't fully reflect the local taste of Xi'an, it's amazing how well it replicates the food in Germany. I especially love their biangbiang noodles! Whether in Xi'an or abroad, Biangbiang noodles are simply famous. I think everyone should try them, whether you've been to China or not.

A rare Chinese restaurant open in the afternoon. If you can eat Xi'an delicacies in Germany, this restaurant is considered authentic. The pork belly used for Roujiamo is grilled and crispy! The water basin mutton is mutton vermicelli soup with white buns, and there is a lot of mutton in it. Boiled fish noodles are equivalent to a small portion of boiled fish with lasagna added, and it tastes good😋

The taste is okay, the mutton steamed buns are not sold and the sugar garlic buns are not sold. The meat buns lack green peppers.

I ordered via Lieferando. After waiting for an hour, I contacted the Xian Küchen restaurant by phone. There I was told that the order had been ready for a long time, had been accepted by a delivery person, but had never been picked up. I was a bit perplexed that they hadn't contacted me: "Yes, they would have considered doing that at some point." The restaurant saw no possibility of bringing the order to me or ordering a new driver. Whether I can't contact the driver. No, only the restaurant can do that. Totally overwhelming on their part. I then asked to cancel the order. The restaurant didn't do this, the employee kept repeating that I had to take care of it (which isn't possible via Lieferando). After calling back and forth several times (the order was now 2 hours ago), they were suddenly able to cancel after I insisted over and over again. Really impossible to deal with, a shame, it used to be one of my favorite restaurants.

Delicious and affordable, more authentic than many places in Xi'an~

Easily one of the best noodle Restaurants I've been to here in Germany, would recommend biangbiang noodles and the cold noodles salad.

Gutes Essen, selbstgemachte Nudeln, frische Zutaten. Wird viel von Studenten aufgesucht, da die Preise sehr ziviel sind. Wir fandes es sehr lecker. Es ist ein ganz schmales Haus. Im 1.OG und im 2. OG gibt es gute Sitzmöglickeiten. Das WC ist im EG. Man sollte keine Probleme mit Treppen laufen haben, wenn man dort hin geht.

Hatten 2x Konkubinen-Hühnchen und waren sehr zufrieden: sehr frisch, sehr warm, gute Schärfe, viel frische Kräuter, die breiten Nudeln waren auf den Punkt zubereitet. Bei den 2° draußen das ideale Essen, vor allem war es sehr schnell zubereitet. Ambiente schon etwas abgenutzt, Personal nicht überschwänglich, eher zurückhaltend freundlich, aber sehr professionell. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

The food was amazing and we love it! The pork bun was tasty, but on a pita bun for the toaster.

Freundliche Bedienung, das Essen war sehr lecker und schnell fertig. Man konnte gemütlich dort sitzen und sich auch angenehm unterhalten. Preis-Leistung war super. Werde gerne ein weiteres Mal hier essen.

Besides, while I waited for the take-away, I was shocked to hear how the owner reviled non-Chinese-speaking customers in Chinese. He even didn’t wait until the customers to leave, but reviled them in Chinese loudly while they were still at the reception. Those two customers were just confused by the menu written in an unusual order. This restaurant can run better without the rude owner. The staffs are all very nice. Wir waren letzte Woche Sonntag bei XiAn zum Essen, nachdem mein erster Besuch dort positiv war. Ich habe dieses Mal eine Nudelsuppe bestellt. Leider war diese nicht ganz so appetitlich wie erhofft. Während des Essens habe ich auf einmal etwas in meiner Schüssel zwischen den Nudeln gefunden und dachte es wäre ein Stück Plastik - "leider" war es das nicht. Als ich es herausgefischt hatte, musste ich feststellen, dass es sich nicht um Plastik (ich wünschte es wäre das gewesen) handelte, sondern um ein benutztes Pflaster. Absolut ekelhaft. Verschlimmert hat es dann noch die Reaktion der Restaurantbetreiber/Kellner, die diesen Vorfall überhaupt nicht kommentiert, geschweige denn sich in irgendeiner Weise entschuldigt haben. Zwar habe ich eine neue Portion Nudelsuppe bekommen, der Appetit war mir jedoch gründlich vergangen. Ich werde dort nicht mehr essen gehen. Edit: beim Durchlesen der anderen Rezensionen wird mir klar, dass das kein Einzelfall gewesen sein kann. Die hygienischen Zustände werden von einigen bemängelt. Also leider kein Tagesausrutscher.

Comida autêntica chinesa muito saborosa. Ótimo custo benefício. O ambiente poderia ser melhor, um pouco úmido e escuro no interior. Para o atendimento, foi difícil sem saber alemão e mesmo para o alemão eles as vezes tiveram dificuldade. Conseguimos tudo o que queríamos pedir e já viemos duas vezes.

n der Xian Bar in der Aachener Pontostr. wurde ich gut bedient, das Essen war ausgezeichnet, die Atmosphäre war nett, ich werde dieses Lokal wieder besuchen, und vielleicht werde ich ein Stammkunde dieser Bar werden, Leider habe ich eine große Beschwerde über die Hygiene in diesem netten Ort, die Tische waren sowohl innerhalb als auch außerhalb der Bar fettig, ich empfehle nicht, sich in formeller oder sonstiger Kleidung an den Tisch zu setzen, Ich war auch enttäuscht über den schmutzigen Bürgersteig draußen, fettige Flecken, Zigarettenstummel, Essen und nicht sehr angenehme Gerüche. andy

Sehr leckeres Essen! und eine nette Dame vom Bedienung, jedoch die Umgebung um, sowohl in den Räumlichkeiten und außerhalb, sehr schmutzig. Unser Tisch war klebrig, obwohl er nach unserer Bitte feucht abgewischt wurde, war er immer noch sehr klebrig. Rund um, unter unserem Tisch, gab es Zigarettenkippen und Glasscherben sowie viele Spinnweben.

Liebes Team der XiAn Küche, Ich habe gestern bei euch drei vegane Gerichte bestellt, welche wirklich ganz wunderbar geschmeckt haben! :) Aber gratis dazu haben wir eine Suppe bekommen, welche Fleisch beinhaltete. Fanden wir ein wenig unglücklich, da alle Mitessenden kein Fleisch essen. Vielleicht könntet ihr da ein wenig drauf achten, damit insbesondere Fleisch am Ende des Tages nicht weggeschmissen werden muss? Auch wenn es natürlich eine schöne Geste war, uns eine Suppe dazu zu packen. Danke!

Sehr leckere vegetarische Nudeln, nicht zu scharf und eine große Portion. Sie waren etwas schwer zu essen, aber ebenso wie der zum menu gehörenden Pork Burger köstlich.

Die Biang-Biang Nudel ist ein absolut Go-to! Leider ist die Dicke der Nudel manchmal sehr ungleichmäßig. An manchen Stellen sehr dick wie Dumplingsteig, an manchen sehr dünn. Aber geschmacklich sehr wunderschön! Preis ist auch vollkommen in Ordnung. Bleibt unverändert trotz der Krise

You could try Xi an noodles here. It’s not too spicy and very filling. Flavors wise could be improved in my opinion. It’s not the most flavorful dishes I’ve eaten.

Deliciuos and true chinese food. We tried the wantan soup, the maltausen soup and the Cocubine bingbing noodles (a little spicy). Reasonable price and great location. A must!
