Das war außergewöhnlich. Ich kann es kaum fassen, wie sie es schaffen, so gutes Essen zu so günstigen Preisen anzubieten. Es gibt zwei Speisekarten: eine mit traditionellen chinesischen Gerichten und eine mit den typischen, im Westen bekannten chinesischen Gerichten. Ich hatte den Lotus-Eintopf. Sehr zu empfehlen, aber er ist scharf. Zwei Chilischoten sind ganz schön scharf!

Köstliches, authentisches Essen. Das Personal war freundlich und die Atmosphäre angenehm. Wir waren auf große Portionen vorbereitet, aber sie sind wirklich riesig.

Das Essen war Mega lecker! Es gibt auch kleinere Portionen sodass wir sehr viel ausprobieren konnten, alle waren super lecker! Wir werden auf jeden Fall noch mal wieder kommen!

Ein sehr gutes chinesisches Restaurant mit einem hervorragenden Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Das Essen kam überraschend schnell und schmeckte köstlich. Die Portionen waren großzügig und die Preise sehr angemessen. Die Gerichte sahen etwas anders aus als auf den Bildern in der Speisekarte, aber der Geschmack war exzellent und hat unsere Erwartungen definitiv übertroffen. Freundlicher Service und eine entspannte Atmosphäre. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Was für ein fantastisches chinesisches Restaurant! Wir waren an einem Freitagabend dort und hatten zum Glück vorher angerufen und reserviert, da es ziemlich voll war. Das Essen war einfach köstlich. Wir bestellten Fisch in Chiliöl und Mu-Err-Pilzsalat. Der Fisch war schön scharf und lecker, genau so, wie er sein sollte. Ich würde jederzeit wieder 2,5 Stunden fahren, um dort zu essen. Direkt neben dem Restaurant befindet sich ein Parkhaus, was den Besuch zusätzlich erleichtert.

Schlechter Service. Wenn es Ihnen nichts ausmacht, vergessen zu werden und ewig auf die Speisekarte zu warten, dann sind Sie hier richtig.

Das Essen in diesem Restaurant war absolut köstlich – ein wahrer Genuss für die Sinne. Alles schmeckte sehr traditionell, mit deutlich wahrnehmbaren, authentischen Aromen und Düften, die die Essenz der echten chinesischen Küche perfekt einfangen. Ehrlich gesagt, habe ich in Deutschland noch nie so gut chinesisch gegessen. Die Preise sind zudem sehr angemessen, insbesondere angesichts der hohen Qualität der Gerichte. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen und kann das Restaurant jedem wärmstens empfehlen, der authentische, unverfälschte Aromen sucht.

Unser Besuch bei Lao YanYu war eine sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung. Der bestellte Fisch war winzig und für die gebotene Menge viel zu teuer. Die Portion war so unbefriedigend, dass wir anschließend noch in ein anderes Restaurant gehen mussten, um überhaupt satt zu werden. Absolut nicht den Preis wert.

Bitte suchen Sie den Fisch auf dem Bild. Ich habe die Hälfte gegessen, mich dabei auf den Vorderteil konzentriert und erst beim Umdrehen bemerkt, dass die Schwanzflosse schon über die Mitte hinausragte. Das Gericht war sehr teuer, und ich habe weniger als 100 g geschafft. Gehen Sie bloß nicht in dieses Restaurant! Es ist furchtbar.

Wie jedesmal super lecker :) Wir hatten das frittierte Huhn mit Chili und Erdnüssen, Rind in Chiliöl und die Aubergine mit Hackfleisch, alles sehr zu empfehlen, vor allem das Hühnchen war super! Nicht wundern, die Gerichte kommen einfach wenn sie fertig sind und nicht immer gleichzeitig :)

Mega! Die Qualität der Speisen ist herausragend und die Auswahl ist riesig. Viele Gerichte unter 15€. Schade, dass es 500km entfernt von unserem Zuhause ist.

Der gegrillte Fisch war echt viel zu salzig… Wir haben insgesamt vier Gerichte bestellt, und jedes einzelne war ziemlich salzig, sodass man irgendwann nicht mehr weiteressen konnte – wir haben es dann auch nicht aufgegessen. Aber immerhin kam das Essen ziemlich schnell.

Kein tolles Ambiente Empfang fast kein Deutsch Essen war in 10 bedient sehr schlecht Yasmin Reis verkocht essen kein Geschmack Gemüse verkocht nicht krossig angebraten dazu Gemüse sprich Möhren nicht sauber geschält Paprika mit Kerne verarbeitet Peperoni auch so schlecht habe ich noch nie Asiatisch sprich Chinesisch gegessen sorry nicht zu empfehlen !!!!

Yan Tasty in Aachen ist ein richtig guter Spot für asiatisches Essen. Die Gerichte sind frisch zubereitet, gut gewürzt und geschmacklich sehr überzeugend. Die Portionen sind ordentlich und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis passt absolut. Der Service ist freundlich und das Essen kommt schnell, was den Laden perfekt für ein entspanntes Mittag- oder Abendessen macht. Insgesamt eine klare Empfehlung, wenn man Lust auf unkompliziertes, leckeres asiatisches Essen hat.

Das Essen ist hier wirklich super. Uns hat es wirklich sehr gut geschmeckt und die Preise sind auch sehr gut. Man bekommt auch außergewöhnlichere Speisen. Das Personal berät einen gerne. Menü war sehr umfangreich. Auch das Essen, die wir bestellt haben, sehr lecker und die Portion waren auch ausreichend groß. Einzigen minuspunkt wieso nicht 5 ist, dass die Service nicht erfolgreich war und wir immer wieder was erinnern mussten.

Das Restaurant war geräumig und der Service ausgezeichnet. Das süß-saure Schweinefleisch und der scharfe Blutquark waren beide unglaublich lecker! 😋

Das Ambiente war hell und sauber, der Service aufmerksam und das Essen kam schnell. Das Mapo Tofu schmeckte hervorragend, die Portion war jedoch etwas klein. Der Spinat war durchschnittlich. Das scharfe Hähnchen war frittiert und dadurch etwas fettig. Die alkoholfreien Cocktails waren recht gut.

Es war ein Fest für alle Sinne.

Ich habe hier gegessen, und das Essen war wirklich gut. Allerdings war eine der Kellnerinnen, mit ihrem blond gefärbten Pferdeschwanz, extrem unfreundlich. Sie war ungeduldig und überhaupt nicht hilfsbereit, was den Besuch sehr unangenehm machte. Ich hatte das Gefühl, ihr Geld schuldig zu sein. Das Essen selbst war aber wirklich gut; der Service wäre sogar noch besser gewesen, wenn diese Kellnerin nicht gewesen wäre.

Ich war schon oft dort und hatte immer einen guten Eindruck, bis vor Kurzem die Aubergine, die als Spezialität des Hauses gilt, matschig war und nicht schmeckte. Als ich den Kellner darauf ansprach, nickte er nur, ohne eine Erklärung oder eine Entschädigung anzubieten. Ich war sehr enttäuscht.

Das Essen war absolut himmlisch und der Service erstklassig. Ein kleiner Tipp: Die Portionen sind riesig, also bestellen Sie nicht zu viel! Es gibt aber Plastikbehälter und Tüten zum Mitnehmen für eventuelle Reste. Das Restaurant ist sehr gemütlich und warm, mit drehbaren Stühlen, die auch älteren oder weniger mobilen Gästen das Aufstehen und Hinsetzen erleichtern. Die Mitarbeiter sind unglaublich hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die Preise sind gut und die Speisekarte bietet eine tolle Auswahl. Ich würde Ihnen unbedingt empfehlen, zu reservieren, da wir zwar gleich nach der Öffnung einen Tisch bekommen haben, aber als unser Essen kam, waren fast alle Tische besetzt! Ein sehr beliebtes Restaurant – und das aus gutem Grund.

A very good experience; we were a group of about ten people. We were served very well and quickly. We ordered many different dishes and we all thoroughly enjoyed them; it was excellent. We look forward to the opportunity to return.

I can’t pay by credit card in the near future…I don’t know when it will be possible again.

The beef noodle soup contained tons of noodles and a lot of broth, but unfortunately, there was almost no vegetables, and the meat was also sparse. It wasn't seasoned enough. The pork knuckle was also not well seasoned, and there were hardly any vegetables on the plate. Paper towels instead of napkins are a real no-go! The price is just about reasonable for the food offered, but if you're fed on noodles and rice, a higher price would be extortionate. The portion size is good, but I really don't need 500g of noodles! I spent two weeks in China last year and ate considerably better food there! I couldn't detect any authenticity in the three dishes I ordered at this restaurant.

Recommending great authentic Restaurant made for the local chinese audience. If there are any daring Customers trying these exquisite foreign flavours, it's best to see recommendations beforehand as the menu can possibly overwhelm one. There are all kinds of food you've never seen prepared before, lucky they have good pictures for all of them. They also offer Hot pot experience, which I may try in the future.

After dinner, I ordered a cola and heard the waiter say, "Unfortunately, we're closed." That was the strangest thing I heard.

We were passing through there. We've never had such delicious Asian food. The crispy oyster mushrooms were amazing. The staff was very friendly. It's a shame I have to drive 600 km to enjoy it again.

Most of the dishes feature meat or fish, but vegetarians will also find something to their liking. The glass noodles with spinach and the morel salad are particularly tasty for vegetarians. The portions were surprisingly large, so I was able to take half of the glass noodles home with me and eat them for dinner 😋

I ordered hot and sour rice noodles, spicy beef side dishes, braised beef noodles and fresh meat patties. The portions were quite large and I was very full. But the taste was really not that good, especially the braised beef noodles, which did not have the taste of braised beef at all. All the meat tasted not fresh and had a slightly stinky smell. Whether it was beef or pork. It was really speechless. Meat is so cheap in Europe, I don’t know what kind of meat is used. I saw many reviews saying it was not fresh... I hope the store owner will open the store with conscience. After eating, I felt a little uncomfortable in my stomach and felt nauseous all the time. I also had diarrhea the next day.

Did they change the chef?! It's absolutely awful! I went there for the past two years and it was delicious! But it was awful when I went there earlier this year! I tried it again last week and it was just as awful! The Kung Pao Chicken was all flour! The spicy chicken had only a few pieces of meat and was just dry potato chunks! The stir-fried pork with chili peppers was also awful! I won't be going there again!!!

I was particularly impressed by the service team: very friendly, attentive, and present without ever being intrusive – just the right balance, always there when you need something. The atmosphere is ideal for enjoying a leisurely meal with friends and having a quiet chat. Overall, a real asset to Aachen: high-quality cuisine, beautiful surroundings, and great service. Bottom line: If you love Chinese cuisine (or want to rediscover it), you should definitely try Yan Tasty – I'll definitely be back!

The overall taste of the dishes is good, the portions are generous, but the chicken in the pig stomach chicken is a bit dry. I recommend the Dongpo pork. Sometimes you need to queue or make a reservation.

We had a reservation at Yan Tasty (which is recommended) and got our table right away. It's very lively in the restaurant, but that's not a problem...quite the opposite. We had to wait a bit for our order because the place was packed, but that was fine, as it gave us plenty of time to thoroughly examine the wide selection. The service was generally good, although you could tell the staff were quite stressed (as I said, it was very busy, sometimes with larger groups). We received our appetizers before our drinks, and the food came in "increments," not all at once. But the staff were always friendly and accommodating. The food itself was extremely delicious; there's absolutely nothing to complain about here! There's nothing more to say, as the dishes were truly impressive. The portion sizes are generous, but manageable...and if not, they'll happily pack the rest to take home. All in all, I highly recommend visiting Yan Tasty and enjoying the cuisine there!

We came after reading the reviews and let me tell you we got it why locals like this place for Chinese food. The dishes with their respective flavours and ingredients represent nicely what Chinese cuisine is. We were glad to find a tasty restaurant in Aachen. Everything was great. Food - service - portion and value for money.

Unreserved recommendation! We got our preferred seat on the outdoor terrace, and the waitress was there for us right away. Due to the large, sometimes unusual, selection of dishes on two menus, we needed some time to decide. First, the appetizer was served, which, without any exaggeration, blew us away with its flavor. What was offered here doesn't correspond to the typical Germanized Chinese restaurant. And in this case, that's a good thing! After our three appetizers (there were two of us) were enthusiastically consumed, the three main courses were served. The enthusiasm from the appetizers continued. The leftovers we didn't finish were kindly packed for us. Anyone looking for authentic Chinese food and not afraid of unusual ingredients like lamb spine or squirrel fish will be 100% satisfied here. But don't worry, there are also plenty of dishes made with familiar ingredients. All the dishes we ate were perfectly balanced in terms of flavor. For two drinks, three starters, and three main courses, we paid a total of €80, which is extremely reasonable for the quality and quantity offered. For us, it was a perfect culinary experience that we will definitely repeat!

The food itself was delicious, but some of it was very greasy. We waited over ten minutes just for our drinks – after the first people had their food, the others were left with empty plates; the food arrived just as the first people had finished. That's completely unacceptable!

A terrible dining experience! No one told us before ordering that credit cards weren't accepted. When paying, we were asked to pay in cash. When we didn't have enough cash, we were told to withdraw money using WeChat or Alipay. I can't believe such a large restaurant only has one credit card machine, and it happened to be broken. Would this also be the case for foreigners? I hate all the Chinese people treating Chinese people differently! Also, the sweet and sour pork was mushy and not authentic, and the salt and pepper mushrooms were fried in a greasy oil with no salt and pepper flavor at all! This is a restaurant I'll never go back to, and I wouldn't recommend it. I don't know why Xiaohongshu recommends it so much. It seems like my compatriots really don't have much good food to eat outside of China!

Both taste and service are huge disappointment. 1. Every dish was super oily and salty. 2. Rice we were served was super overcooked as indicated in the photo. Not just the surface, but a whole bowl. We asked to change cuz it was too chewy, but the waiter took the rice bowl and never came back. 3. Spinat mit Aprilkosenkern only has the taste of over dose of soy sauce. 4. Spiced pig ear was super salty and with large portion of cucumber and scallion. 5. Lamb skewers were overly deep fried. It was even hard to get the meat out of the sticks.

The food was really good, service is fast as well. They don’t accept cash which we didn’t know until it was time to pay, however they accepted PayPal.

I've eaten here many times, but every dish was a disaster last time. They were extremely sweet and had a weird taste. I don't know if they changed the chef, but I won't be going there again.

Never, never, never again. Hospitality is a low priority here. Shortly after the main course was served, I was asked to pay. THE VERY LAST thing I've ever experienced in a restaurant. Where have we ended up today? Just a quick cash grab and then please leave? 40 minutes for the starter and main course, which, by the way, didn't arrive together, but as they were ready. What's wrong with Aachen's restaurants? I just can't believe it.

During my stay at Aachen, I ate three times at Yan Tasty. I've tried a few dishes and I strongly recommend lion's head, the portion was generous and the meatballs were delicious. However, the pineapple fried chicken on the other hand was a disaster, it was over fried and felt it was a dish for white people. Overall food is good and service is great. AC could have been stronger indoor, it was way too warm.

Boiled fish: I was looking forward to it. But the fish fillet was really hard to describe. It didn't taste like fish. It was like eating a piece of fat meat coated with flour. The cold pig ears were good. Delicious. The seasoning of several cold dishes was similar. Mouth-watering chicken and husband and wife lung slices. And the beef jerky and dried fish. The minced meat and beans were the best in the place! ! Must order! ! ! The vermicelli in the iron pot stewed ribs was also delicious The cumin squid was coated with too much flour. It was actually wet. It had nothing to do with the picture. All the people in the store were Chinese, so there was no need to worry about communication problems.

Unfortunately, a huge disappointment! This was our first time at this restaurant – and it will definitely be our last. Even the drinks took a while to arrive, but that was still bearable. But then the real chaos began: Our starter was completely forgotten, and the main courses arrived almost 40 minutes apart. My meal was served when my companion was already finished – and it was lukewarm, too! We asked the waiter several times, but either we received no answer or were fobbed off with a smile. No apology, no consideration – simply zero interest in customer satisfaction. For us, it was an absolutely disappointing evening. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this restaurant! 😔

A top restaurant ⛩️ where you can enjoy Japanese cuisine. The dishes are served in large portions, you can easily eat 1 dish with 2 people. Any leftovers are neatly taken away in a container because no food is wasted. In short, worth it 🙂🙂🙂

Super delicious and authentic food. They offer an authentic menu and a variation for more discerning palates. The pepper chicken is highly recommended. The ribs are tasty, but super tough and hanging on the bone. Not so good. The beech mushrooms are also fantastic, and the sweet and sour pork is completely different from anywhere else, and very good.

I was with my friends today and we had a great time in this restaurant. Good atmosphere, good food, we felt like we were in China.
