I found the buffet normal for a Chinese restaurant, tasty and a good selection of food. The rooms are too cold and sterile for me personally, they could make it more appealing. I definitely think the pricing is too high, especially for children. The different prices of the buffet on weekdays and weekends are also incomprehensible.

I was in this city a few days ago and had the pleasure of visiting this Chinese restaurant. It was simply fantastic! Everything was perfect – the food, the service and the atmosphere. A special thank you to Ms. Nana, the bartender. She is an amazing woman! Thank you for this wonderful experience

The food was just like any other Chinese restaurant. Toilet paper was empty. And there was mold in the bowl of the tablespoon. The chest didn't look that tasty either. Service very nice.

Unfortunately overbooked. I had reserved a table for 7 p.m. on the occasion of Valentine's Day today. I expected the local places to be full. However, I didn't expect to have to wait in a queue from the front door to reception despite having a reservation. After only one couple was shown to the table during our wait of about a quarter of an hour, so it was not clear when it would be our turn and we could see that we also had to queue in front of the buffet, we ended the wait early and left the restaurant. A word of apology could probably have smoothed things over, but unfortunately it seemed obvious that a large number of customers had to wait for a table despite reservations. We were looking forward to a cozy evening. That would not have been possible in this atmosphere. As an owner, you should be aware that it takes more than just meals to make a guest feel comfortable: appreciation, hospitality, ambience... Unfortunately, it looked as if it was a matter of pure mass processing, which is not appropriate given the prices, which are not exactly cheap.

The salad, sushi and main courses are good. But the food should be filled up quicker, for example the fries were always empty. Nevertheless, everything was good and the highlight was the chocolate fountain.

I don't even know where to start 😊. We had dinner there today, it was also the first time but DEFINITELY NOT our last time. Unfortunately we don't come from the area and were there because my brother turned 18 and we were visiting him, who is currently in the area for 3 weeks from the training company. We give the full number of stars for everything 🌟 🌟🌟🌟 🌟. It was the best Chinese restaurant we have ever visited. The staff was very, very friendly and attentive. The atmosphere is nice and cozy and very clean, even the toilets are really hygienically clean. And now for the food 👌 The selection from the buffet is great, the food is really nice and warm, sometimes hot, which definitely gives you extra points for it... We were there for the first time today to celebrate the birthday of our 7th year old niece, great atmosphere, good and tasty food, and the service was also first class. The surprise serenade and the present for the birthday child was a great gesture from the restaurant. We would love to come back.

Very nice atmosphere, buffet tasted very good when it was there. Unfortunately it took 45 minutes (after the restaurant opened) until the buffet was complete. When I asked, the response was snippy and rude. The lady was annoyed and unfriendly the whole time. The first round of drinks arrived quickly, after which you had to ask several times until it came. So there is still room for improvement here. And it's not cheap on Saturday evenings either.

I was there for the lunch buffet for the first time (on the weekend) and was thrilled. The selection of food surprised me. I don't know that much selection from other restaurants. The dishes I ate were all very tasty and there was something for every taste. There were also all-rounders such as fries and nuggets. Likewise cold sushi or warm/baked sushi. The selection of desserts was also overwhelming. There was ice cream, fruit, pudding, jelly, mini donuts and small cake bites. The employees were all very friendly and regularly cleared the plates or asked if everything was OK. The buffet was filled up quickly so you didn't have to go without anything. The food was also kept warm so well that my glasses almost stained. (Unfortunately, in other restaurants the buffet food was often only lukewarm). The employees also took extra care to ensure that everything in the buffet area was clean and tidy. I just didn't find the ambience that appealing. But it also seemed to me as if it was currently still “initial furniture”. Maybe this will change over time...

Unfortunately I don't understand all the positive reviews. First of all: the waitresses were nice. Unfortunately that was the only thing. When we arrived at 5:30pm (it had just opened) we were allowed to choose a table. The cutlery looked like it had never been in a dishwasher before. There was no toilet paper on the toilet and there were leftovers from the previous one hanging all over the edge. There was no wiping on or under the tables and there was a small black hair on a plate. I can't understand why the shop isn't completely cleaned during the lunch break for the evening guests. The food was sufficient. The fried mussels were already done and the nuggets tasted like cardboard. Peking soup and Chinese noodles were ok. For dessert you could, among other things, have frozen dounats from Ja products. I found that very strange. And all of this for 60 euros (including 3 drinks) is simply not justified and we could have saved ourselves. Unfortunately we will never see this restaurant again!

We go there regularly and usually eat from the buffet...which is always great fresh...hot and tasty...the staff is always very friendly and... accommodating...So I can only recommend this Chinese restaurant.

The buffet here is quite a bit more expensive than in the other restaurants. Unfortunately, the food is no longer as good as it was before the fire. But everyone can decide for themselves! I'm still thinking about it.

The food is really good. In my opinion, the Chinese buffet is very large. There is also sushi, salads and some desserts. That's really well done. The seating area is quite large and is divided into two rooms, one of which could use a little more ambience. But all in all okay.

An absolute recommendation if you want to eat Chinese buffet. Here you'll find the usual things you'd expect from a typical Chinese all-you-can-eat buffet. In terms of taste, everything tastes much better than I know from other buffets. The only negative point: The selection could be a little larger and we didn't like the desserts at all. The service is very courteous and on point. The ambience is very inviting - there is no typical dark wood look here. Priced completely reasonable.

Went there for the lunch buffet and the price-performance ratio was really great, the food was hot and fresh for every course. The service was very friendly and, considering the crowd there, really quick with the drinks. The ambience is great for my taste, not too overloaded with the usual kitsch and the selection of music is very pleasant, no "weird noise" like I've experienced with others. We recommend.

Went there for the buffet for the second time today and were extremely satisfied, the price/performance ratio was simply unbeatable, the staff was extremely friendly and you were treated like a king. You are never left dry when it comes to drinks. The food is always very fresh and is always replenished quickly. A mega selection at the buffet Will only eat here in the future, the best Chinese restaurant in Siegerland can only be recommended to everyone.

It's currently one of my favorite restaurants. The buffet is great and extensive. Drinks have to be paid extra here, but the price for the food is okay. I always enjoyed it here.

The food was delicious, value for money was good. But for a restaurant of this size and accepting a maximum of EC/Giro cards in 2024 is a joke. Especially since the banks are increasingly abolishing them.

The food (buffet) was varied and fresh. Service was short and hectic. We had a credit note that seemed to be a bigger problem to credit. After the meal we were asked twice by the waitress for the credit, but the boss had already taken it. When we billed we supposedly had a credit of around €5.50. There should be coffee for that. Then the waitress came and explained that we still had to pay €1.50. While I was expressing my anger to the waitress, the boss came with two coffees. Then they both started arguing at our table. ( in Chinese). “Then everything’s fine,” said the boss, “I’ll pay for coffee,” and disappeared. We were served. - ... but not good. Ultimately our lunch cost €92.00 We are no longer drawn to this location.

Although the food was quite good and the buffet was very extensive, it only gets 3 stars. There is no comfort. You are rushed to clear the table for the next guests in 1.5 hours. Too many guests, noise from clattering dishes being refilled, hall-like rooms, rushed (but friendly) staff and screaming children. Unfortunately we won't be coming back.

We were here on a Sunday. What can I say, we were there shortly before 12 p.m. The restaurant opens at 11:30 a.m. The service leaves a lot to be desired. The dishes were all just lukewarm. The heat of the food didn't really get any better over the course of our stay. The meat without sauce was very dry and tough. Given the price is around €25, I would expect a little more for a lunch. The background noise is very unpleasant and depending on where you are seated, all the guests walk past your table. Yes, there are room dividers between them, but they are only table high. We paid €58.20 for 2 people and 2 large apple spritzers. It's really not worth it for the Oreis.

The buffet was very varied and diverse, the staff was nice and friendly. Unfortunately, they didn't come by that often so we could have ordered another drink. The toilets urgently needed to be repaired, the taps were broken, water was standing in a sink and no longer draining. Not so nice.

We always enjoyed going to Nan King in Hilchenbach. However, yesterday we were absolutely disappointed. The food that was there was ok because the buffet was always empty. We ordered something to drink four times and after an hour we still hadn't received anything. Since we were all pretty thirsty, we stopped eating, paid and then left. The guests at the neighboring tables also complained because they didn't get anything to drink either. When we left the restaurant we noticed that there were no drinks at any of the tables and the empty plates were piling up endlessly. It's a shame... just a shame. We probably won't come back.

Eating is like that. Overall good. Service inadequate. Waited 1 hour for drinks. Despite ordering several times, I didn't receive one. It was the last time here for me. I'd rather spend my money elsewhere.

Really nice restaurant in itself. Everything was plentiful, always fresh. The food was really tasty, well seasoned, the fish was really good. Sushi also quite ok for a restaurant. Dessert ok, like in every restaurant, jelly in red/green. Tiramisu wasn't good at all, it didn't taste like anything😪. Ice cream was good for that. There was a smaller selection of cakes, which was ok. Service could definitely be friendlier 😬. But it was also cleared up on time...!

I have to be honest - disappointing. You look forward to a lovely evening for two and delicious food. It was to be expected that such a restaurant chain would not stand out from others of the same type. But the fact that it was so awful horrified me. Buffet food not filled. The food available was anything but tasty. The fish was cooked deader than dead. Everything else is lukewarm and mashed together. Seasoning - nope. It doesn't work at all. And since when did sushi become far-dry and sweet? And if you're already standing in line to get anything on the small plates, then please use preheated plates. By the time you sit at the table it is completely cold. Doesn't contribute to a better taste either. And then get ripped off when paying. Simply underground. Once and never again.

The store looks okay, and the inside is okay too. In the men's toilet, both faucets at the sink wobble. Hardly any attention is paid to cleanliness. Food isn't that good either, hardly any choice. Can't recommend.

I thought it was quite nice. I got 2x from the buffet and then a salad. The two of us paid 57 euros including drinks, which I actually find expensive, but on the other hand it's normal for the time. Everything gets more expensive. Overall, I think it tastes better than the Chinese restaurant in Siegen. I can't confirm what someone wrote here regarding the toilets. On the contrary, everything was very clean. The waitress was also very friendly and came by several times to ask if everything was OK. Of course, the basic principle of eating at a Chinese restaurant is always the same. But that's not why you go there every day. Overall, I can give it 4 stars with a clear conscience and recommend it to others.

Definitiv 1A Restaurant ganz klare Empfehlung von mir nettes Personal schnelle Bedienung Preise völlig I.O.

War zum dritten mal im Nan King. Die räumliche Aufteilung im Nan King ist gut. Auch bei voller Hütte bekommen die Gäste keine Platzangst, müssen ggf. nur mit zähfließendem Verkehr am abwechselungsreichen Buffet rechnen. Das Essen war gut temperiert, leere Futternäpfe wurden zeitnah aufgefüllt. Mitarbeiterfreundlichkeit und Hygiene waren kein High Level aber zufriedenstellend. Negativpunkte gab's an diesem Abend auch. Im Restaurant hätte es etwas wärmer sein können, die geschlossenen Fenster sind alles andere als dicht. Im Essen (auf einem Champignon) befand sind ein Kunststoffteil. Natürlich wurde drauf hingewiesen, eine Entschuldigung gab's nicht. Die portionierten Lachsstücke in roter Soße sind wie gehabt mit "Tomaten mit Käse" beschriftet! Ja wie jetzt - Lachs oder Käse oder Tomaten? Auch die Dessertauswahl könnte besser sein. Fazit: Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist grenzwertig aber noch o.k. bei einem Buffetpreis von 20,90 € (Samstag Abend) Update von Januar 2024; Besuchten an einem Samstag um 19 Uhr das nicht ausgebuchte Etablissement. Heimatland sage ich nur. Als wir zu unserem Tisch von einem schlecht gelaunten Mitarbeiter geführt wurden, war schon alles klar. Am Buffet waren 7 Schalen leer. Tomaten/Mozzarella, panierte Hähnchenbrust, Kartoffelgratin, Lachs, Sushi fast leer usw! Aber ein supertolles Hinweisschild "Das Buffet wird ständig mit frischen Speisen wieder aufgefüllt". Die Schale für Lachs wurde 1x aufgefüllt gegen 19.30 Uhr, Kartoffelgratin gar nicht!! Der Lachs war innen noch roh, so manches Essen nur lauwarm. Wenn man ca. 26 Euro für's Buffet zahlen muss, dann müssen alle Speisen bis Ladenschluss zur Verfügung stehen, ohne "wenn und aber" oder Geschwätz von Verschwendung. Teller sind ohnehin zu klein, wurden gewiss aus ner Kita organisiert

Schönes Buffet. Die Gerichte sind sehr lecker, der Service aufmerksam. Leider sind die Tische etwas dicht zusammen, was dann nervt wenn die Nachbarn zum Buffet wollen und sich dann an einem vorbei drücken müssen wenn man am essen ist...

Sehr gute Auswahl 👍 Sofortiges Auffüllen wenn etwas weniger wurde oder leer war. Wer hier nicht das passende findet....tja dann weiß ich auch nicht 🤷....es gibt sogar eine kleine Sushi 🍣 Theke....Salatbar und zum Nachtisch gibt es Früchte,Pudding oder Eis....wir gehen dort sehr gerne hin und fühlen uns sehr wohl dort, weil alle sehr freundlich sind und das Essen wirklich top ❣️👍

Schönes chinesisches Restaurant mit viel Auswahl an frischem Essen. Die Möglichkeit sich frisch etwas braten zu lassen, gibt es ebenso wie eine ordentliche Auswahl an Nachtisch. Sehr kinderfreundlich,was mir wichtig ist. Die Toiletten sind ebenso wie das Restaurant sauber. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Sehr leckeres Büffee, tolle Bedingungen, alles im allen ein gutes Erlebnis. Nur der Schokobrunnen war etwas bedürftig, aber das ist Klagen auf hohem Niveau.
