Cold food, unfriendly staff, poor price performance

Very good food, but some dishes are too dry and feel like they have been reheated many times, e.g. duck. It is difficult to park during hours with a large number of guests. 19 euros per person is a bit much, but I still recommend it even just to try the specialties of Asian cuisine

We ate here on the way home on election Sunday. Overall we really liked it. Well-kept atmosphere, good selection of food and good quality of food at a fair price. Staff also quite friendly. If we're in the area again, we'll go back.

My absolute favorite is and remains clearly China Town from the Asian cuisine section 👍 I'm always fascinated by how fresh the squid rings and shrimp taste and how tender they are. Plus, I don't know anyone else who does peanut sauce as well as you do😋

Due to the full parking lot, we ate at "China Town" today. With the best will in the world, we cannot understand the good reviews. The service was very friendly and quick, but... The buffet: The best of these was the Peking soup. The duck, bone dry and hard, the fried dishes, whether fish or meat, are consistently cold. Even the prawns were difficult to peel because they were dry and hard and hardly seasoned The hot dishes were not seasoned and tasted uniform. The dessert not worth mentioning. Apparently some guests don't know what delicious Chinese food is. We'd rather go somewhere else

The positive reviews are absolutely incomprehensible to me. I ordered food there and it was handed to me in a paper bag that threatened to tear due to the weight. How could it be otherwise? The bowls inside were packed leaky. During the journey, the overly liquid, overloaded sauce seeped through and the fat stuck everywhere. Of course the paper bag was through and my car seat was messed up. Quality and taste were then also for the garbage can! The spring rolls were old and dry. The meat had a mushy, soft consistency and the sauce was inedible and watery... Demanding €40 for something like this is a disgrace. Will never order there again.

The staff was friendly, but very slow when it came to ordering additional drinks. The buffet went like this. Not that special for €18.90. Little choice and the sauces for the meat were diluted with water.

On the one hand, the ambience is a tiny bit better than in a canteen. The service isn't visible, so you can't order from the menu, only a buffet. The food from the buffet was mostly cold and had a strange consistency. Guests at the neighboring table also complained about the cold food. Conclusion: once and never again.....paid 50 euros for food.

If the buffet costs €17.90 and you can help yourself as often as you want, the quality can't be good. Because of the good reviews, I visited the restaurant anyway and as I suspected, the food was of fast food quality at best. Can't understand the positive reviews, or the people who go there and think the food is good have never been to a good restaurant. If you value upscale Asian food, you should look for another restaurant.

The atmosphere was just cold. The food wasn't great because the meat was just dry, the beef was so overcooked that you couldn't really taste anything, and the rice and noodles lacked any spices. Well, I didn't want to touch the fish because it looked pretty old. Well, an experience that we don't need again.

I ordered two meals through to good to go (my 2nd time) this time I was really annoyed. One box contained 50% fries and baked bananas, which I found impossible. In the other box there were lots of mushrooms, some pasta and 5 pieces of chicken, absolutely disappointing, I'll never do that again!!

I have to say that this restaurant's buffet is the worst food I've ever eaten at an Asian restaurant. These slimy Maultaschen and the fried chicken and duck pieces were cold and too salty. The prawns to peel yourself are cold and overcooked. The garlic sauce was too salty. The beef with onion was inedible. The consistency of the beef was something between soft-boiled oyster mushrooms and jellyfish and it was cold. The pieces of beef steak were totally over salted and like rubber. Awful. After I told the waiter that the food was anything but delicious, he gave the excuse that they weren't busy today and it can happen that the food gets cold. So for just under 19 euros per person, I can expect the buffet's keep-warm function to remain active or I'll leave the restaurant closed. There is a much better Asian buffet in Düren. I can't recommend this one at all and will now give this restaurant a wide berth. Failed

We recently dined at this restaurant with a generous, delicious buffet. The ambience and the background music were also very pleasant. We particularly remember the very friendly and accommodating host. Thank you for the lovely evening. If we are in the area again, we will happily visit the restaurant again. It should also be mentioned that as little as possible ends up in the trash. So the leftovers will be taken care of. An extra star for that. ⭐️

First the positive The service is very friendly and the atmosphere is nice too. Unfortunately the beef steaks were more like bloody and the meat was definitely no longer good and spoiled. If it had been fried, you probably wouldn't have noticed it so quickly... The fried noodles were still firm... So these wide noodles were far from done. Most of the buffet was only warmed to the bare essentials... Unfortunately I can't understand the positive reviews.

There is no longer a buffet for €10. At lunchtime it now costs €12.50. Some of the food is lukewarm. In terms of taste and selection, I can't complain. The service isn't exactly friendly. The ambience is from the post-war period with worn-out furniture, which urgently needs updating.

We celebrated 2 birthdays together with 20 people! It was really great! Everything was taken care of very well! The food was also super delicious! We would be happy to go there again! Deserved 5 stars in everything 🌟

On February 24th, 2024: I went to the China Town restaurant with my family for the first time. Personally, I had a very nice evening, which I have to thank the restaurant staff for. The buffet was rich and was constantly refilled. The service at the table was very friendly and attentive. So all around a great evening. Already planning the next visit.

Never order tomato soup with chicken, you will get something indefinable. Very 🍄 burdened. Criticism from the staff is rejected. The quality of the food has seriously deteriorated.

Sushi wasn't refreshed the entire evening... there was only sushi with vegetables on the plate. The rest of the buffet actually worked. However, the Restsurant has a very small selection compared to other Chinese restaurants. Mongolian has not been offered here for a long time. But in defense I have to say that the buffet is also far cheaper in comparison (around 17 EUR)
