The best of all Berlin!!! The team is adorable 🩷 I cross Berlin on each of my visits to eat here at MERCAN DÖNER Avoid the tourist machine (Mustafa gemüse) which is really the worst I have eaten.

It took a good half hour before ordering. After we triggered the delivery time was suddenly 1 ½ hours. We called to see if that was correct since we have children there, otherwise we would have canceled. On the phone they said it would take an hour. After 1 ½ hours there was still nothing, we called again and were told food was on the way. After 2 hours we called again and the same statement. After more than 2 hours we received the food, which was still at room temperature, some of it was already cold. Absolute no-go. Delays can happen, but then you shouldn't lie to customers. If it hadn't been about the children, I would have given the driver the food back. Definitely not there anymore!

Great kebab... I finally ate a delicious kebab as befits a kebab... I recommend it

I can definitely recommend this place. The food was great (pizza + kebab plate), arrived quickly and fresh. The workers were very accommodating and nice. Will definitely come back when we are in town

Friendly, works quickly. Good portion for a good price! Processing after 2 months. Apparently it changed hands. Smaller portions and poorer quality.

The WAZ reported on September 19, 2023 about a new kebab snack bar in Gladbeck. We tried it on the same day: a) The boss was probably in a bad mood and “squashed” an employee in front of the assembled customers. This has nothing to do with “the new team needs to grow together”! b) The boss should have noticed the overflowing trash cans. Doesn't make a good impression when you enter. c) The kebab was good. But what was special? I can get it from other kebab shops too. Conclusion: If you want to be No. 1 in Gladbeck, you have to do more. Even a 6-year-old title of “Best Döner in Berlin” isn’t enough. I would also pay 7-10 euros for a kebab. +++ Update February 11, 2024 +++ Miscalculated. Load too big. Also not the 1a quality. JA products in a torn box in the display are not well received by customers. A pity. Potential was there.

Ordered pizza today and was incredibly disappointed. You could have eaten the cardboard box and it wouldn't have changed the taste! Not just one pizza but all of them were completely tasteless and rather inedible. Spices seem to be a foreign word there.

Best kebab shop, I've been going there for a long time

I had the vegan lahmacun and it was the best I've ever eaten. €8.50 is really expensive but really okay for the quality.
