I didn't like the doner, it was a bit too small for the money, I won't go there again and I don't recommend it.

Amazing Doner Kebabs! Full of flavour, absolutely massive. Bread was crispy and tasty. Late at night on a Sunday and the staff were polite and patient with us. Highly recommend checking it out.

One of the best Döner shops in this area, it’s pure halal meat (no veggies). The taste is amazing and the guys are very nice. It’s a little pricy compared to other shops in the area but this is because they don’t combine veggies (eggplant specifically) with the meat. I didn’t see a halal certification but I asked them and they confirmed that it’s halal meat

Even though I've been a regular customer for years, I've told the worker five times to please sear the meat properly! He's unfriendly, and I still get raw meat! I still have to listen to him tell me that he doesn't have the head for special requests! Prices are getting ever higher, but the service is getting extremely poor, which is a shame!

I've been a regular customer for 15 years, and the kebab has gotten worse and worse. What you're now offering customers is bodily harm; it's just disgusting. The meat is dripping in oil and tastes like rubber. On top of that, you're treated disrespectfully when you politely ask the employee to let the meat cook a little longer because it was white and raw. They're so brazen and keep cutting it. You pay for it, and you get yelled at. I'll never spend another cent with you again.

I have nothing to say to the workers... but it is really not normal to buy 8€ Minced Meat Doner, there is no trace of the old quality. The Real Doner I ate in 2010 is now history for me, it is a shame.

Absolutely no recommendation, the kebab was as thin as two fingers, I've never experienced anything like that before. Unfortunately, I wasn't paying attention. I came home and wanted to eat a kebab and saw that the kebab was so flat, you've never seen it like that before. Formerly one of the best kebab shops in Berlin – unfortunately, it's declined considerably. The quality has declined significantly, and for a kebab with minced meat, the value for money is simply no longer there – far too expensive. It's a shame, because I used to enjoy coming here. A big plus: They're open late, so you can still get a kebab even late at night.

One of the worst kebabs in Berlin. The kebab meat was roughly cut raw. The bottom part of the skewer was cut off and was completely raw and wobbly. It was so disgusting. It's a disgrace to sell something like that to people. When I returned it and said I wanted a new kebab, one of them was relatively nice and said, yes, I was right. But the fat kebab cutter seemed to feel offended and said I had to pay for the new one and that it was normal. There are plenty of other kebab shops, especially in the area. Go somewhere else. €8 isn't a small amount of money.

Wallaha, I thought the kebab would be good because everyone knows the classic hakiki, but I was sorely disappointed. It's made of 80% cartilage and fat, and for that price, I'd rather go around the corner where there are more shops.

Excellent döner kebab, full of flavor and really satisfying. They were quick with the order, though sometimes there’s a bit of a line. Make sure to bring cash, as they don’t accept cards. Good value for money, worth a stop if you want döner kebab.

We used to be regulars at Hakiki Döner on Leopoldplatz and were happy to recommend it. After a long time, we as a family wanted to give the place another chance. But unfortunately, we were all disappointed. The kebab consisted of about 1/4 meat and 3/4 salad, a very unbalanced ratio we weren't used to. What was particularly disappointing was that it used to contain significantly more meat, which was always what convinced us. Today, it feels like the portion size shrinks with every price increase, at least when it comes to meat. For us as a family, one thing is clear: It's no longer fun. We won't be eating there again.

I was there on May 18 at 11:55 PM. The colleague with the light eyes was absolutely unfriendly to us. I've been going to Hakiki for 15 years. I will never spend another cent in this store again. You have lost me and my family as long-time customers.

This time I was cheated out of my money, what I was served was a starvation portion. Savings were made everywhere, especially on meat, but even on salad. Am very disappointing and it really hurts. Then I had to buy food twice to fill myself up even though I was poor. It hurt a lot. I've been a customer since 2009 but I've never been so stingy.

I ordered currywurst with fries, I got a Viennese with fries and the Viennese was fried... Doner kebab was good but on the price board it said currywurst with fries underneath. 2 Turkish sausages 8 €... strange now Viennese and currywurst are the same sausage... as a Berliner I know that... and besides, they preferred chatting to employees rather than to operators... it's a real shame I always liked stopping after work... But I'll think twice about that now...

If you imagine that before Corona a kebab cost 3.50 euros and now it sometimes costs twice as much. Here at Hakiki there is the SUPER savings version and it is called “Pay twice, get half”. I find it really brazen, cheeky, and a customer rip-off. And then mediocre to rather low quality. Cheeky. On top, there was almost no salad/vegetables, a bit of meat, which just wasn't good. Bread was dry. I hope with this review that the boss will ask himself "Do I want to offer my customers something like this?" Reflection and the question “Is this what customer service looks like?” Will anything be changed? Or will it be ignored and continue to follow this *I don't care* route? At this point, as the owner, you have the choice to reflect and decide, because if you sum up the other negative experiences of other customers, you should clearly question and change your actions. If not, then that is also an answer. That the person simply *DOESN'T* CARE. That would be a shame. For the ambience, it's Müllerstr, the operator can't do anything about that. Dirty area. We come from Hamburg and were surprised when we saw how “badly” the kebab is rated here. The food here really tastes worlds better than in Hamburg, so the rating is incomprehensible to me.

We eat there very often If there are 2 people there is more than savings! A short older man and a short, fat man with a black-haired beard, you don't even need to order! You pay extra and you don't get any! Sauce 0! Bread stone hard because toasted for too long and you can look for meat and salad in the kebab.! With luck find it! Sorry, but at some point almost 10€ for a kebab is enough and you get a hard block without sauce and nothing! Only if someone with gray hair is there is usually very friendly at the checkout and packs something up then he likes it otherwise you get a pile of cake

The taste of the kebab is ok, but not generously filled. If you're really hungry, you'll be disappointed. I was there twice and both times there were a lot of people behind the counter, but nothing was happening. Everything is incredibly slow. Poorly organized in my opinion. At first I thought the queue was because of the quality, now I think it's just because of the slowness. Really a shame, because otherwise the staff was nice.

Hakiki kebab gets 3 out of 5 stars from me. While the quality of the kebab itself is satisfactory, the portion size falls short of expectations. For the price you pay, I would have liked a more generous amount to really fill you up. There are also competing kebab shops in the immediate area that not only offer larger portions, but also more tasty options. This makes it difficult for Hakiki Doner to stand out in such a competitive market. Adjusting portion sizes or increasing the flavor profile could help increase customer satisfaction and compete better.

At 11:30 p.m. I wanted to eat at Hakiki after work and the skewer was enough for 7 to 10 kebabs. There were only 2 people in front of me but suddenly the line got longer. The employee then made very little meat for me in order to be able to sell kebab to the 15 customers behind me. My kebab was honestly so thin that it didn't even have a shadow. At 7 euros it has not only become worse but also smaller. From today on, no more Hakiki. Around the corner Et Dunaysi 6 euro kebab skewer Homemade 100 percent meat and not the stretched minced pulp

The portion was a joke! Gigantic meat skewer, and you don't get a kebab, but a sandwich. These are the first when the price increases, but they are still stingy and at €7. If you want to be full, you won't find it here! And that's honestly not normal. I ate Schloss Döner, Markelstrasse, on the same day and got a juicy portion for €6. For me it's the last time and I can only advise against it. Especially during Lent, I have to issue a warning to my fellow Muslims.

Although I had actually promised myself that I wouldn't buy any more kebabs at Hakiki on Müllerstrasse, I made the mistake out of laziness and because it was on the way and was persuaded to try to buy a kebab there. And this despite the fact that I have had several bad experiences there. And as if I had suspected it, the seller wanted to put old meat in my Dürüm. I said he should please put some fresh stuff in it. After he put the old dry meat in anyway and I complained about it, the employees became aggressive and very rude and told me to piss off. They then cursed and insulted me in Turkish while I was leaving. All in all, absolutely anti-social behavior. I advise everyone not to eat or order there.

Of course, one can argue about taste. I don't think it tastes particularly special. All side dishes come from buckets, so it tastes accordingly. There is a lack of meat. Doner turns out to be very puny, a waste of money. The store offers wooden benches to sit on that are totally dirty. There is food on the floor everywhere (all day long). When it comes to food, I actually expect cleaning and ensuring hygiene. Ayrans, foil and kebab paper everywhere on the floor around Hakiki. You are “unintentionally” the largest producer of waste at Leopoldplatz.

The worst thing about the whole thing is... They also go after the meat. Here you can get a kebab for €7 and the portion is almost as big as a sandwich with sauce from your childhood. Viele Leute an der Schlange, der Döner wurde kaum gegrillt, da schnell abgefertigt wurde. Als ich dran war, fragte ich höflich ob sie für mich den Döner - Spieß an einer Stelle länger grillen können und ich auch warten würde. Das machen viele andere Döner - Läden auch in dem sie den nächsten Kunden weiter bedienen aber an einer bestimmten Stelle das Fleisch länger grillen bis es halt bräunlich knusprig wird. Der Mitarbeiter wurde sehr sauer und sagte dass das genügend gegrillt wurde und verneinte meinen Wunsch. iIch sagte danke und Tchüss. Muss man sich nicht antun.
