They serve really good veal doner kebabs here. The portions were generous, and the meat was flavorful. The sauces were also delicious. The restaurant's surroundings aren't ideal for outdoor seating, but there are seats. In my case, the staff was very friendly.

Wanted 8€ for a vegetable kebab, but there were no vegetables and the price was still the same, so 2 stars

The service was very friendly, but unfortunately, the cocktail sauce probably contained mint, which made the whole doner kebab taste like toothpaste. Also, the vegetarian doner kebab had a bit of meat in it.

The staff's treatment was truly disrespectful and insulting. Upon arrival, the staff mocked my friend and me, and we had to leave because we felt so uncomfortable. We're truly disgusted with the treatment, and if you're seeing this, I recommend you don't go.

We were here with my boyfriend. While he was ordering, i was waiting outside for him so we can sit in an outside area. During the time he was ordering, the guy working there didn’t get the order right and after my boyfriend (politely) notify him, he started to be disrespectful. Saying stuff about family, swearing at him, making him look like idiot, all meanwhile my boyfriend understands Turkish. I think when you run a place like this, you should know how to behave

A complete disappointment. My order was misunderstood, and while preparing it, one of the staff members was using inappropriate language in Turkish, assuming I couldn’t understand. It was very disrespectful and ruined my experience. No customer should be treated this way. I expected a more professional and polite service.

Very bad experience. Giant rats were running around under the tables outside the door and the meat had pieces of bone.

Do you really need to mix meat with fries? Maximizing profits at the expense of tourists really paints a bad picture for us Berliners. Of course, I intervened, and the fries were immediately swapped for meat, but the bitter aftertaste remains, and I can't recommend this bistro.

There are so many Kebap stands in Berlin that is hard to compare them. We chose Istanbul because it was close to the Eastside Gallery and were already determined to have a Berlin Döner. And it was so good! The meat was thinly sliced and well prepared, not too dry, and the bread was nice and crispy. A very nice experience!

The food is not bad. What bothered us was the rudeness of the staff, and that they tried to scam us! First, they don't want to accept cards (hello? Berlin in the year 2025?) and second, you give him €50 and he hides 1 of the 20 bills from you to tell you that you only gave him 30! What a nose!

The Dürüm was very tasty, but for €7 I would have expected a little more than the small portion I got. The sauce was pleasantly spicy but you should have something to drink nearby. Otherwise the place could use some sprucing up and the service could be a bit friendly, but I have to admit it was very warm.

Worst kebap that i have ver eaten. It is d It was the worst kebab I've ever had. It was very dry and wouldn't chew the bread. I bought it a second time to see if it was me, and the same thing was not pleasant. And I don't think they follow hygiene conditions! Sorry People must know this !

Eating a kebab in Berlin is always an experience.

Barely any meat on the kebab it was all just lettuce and veggies and 2 French fries. The spicy sauce was good and the people there were nice. Wouldn’t recommend kebab here though and won’t come back.

Third time eating the Kaser Döner. By far is the best one I’ve had in Berlin. The sauces are tasty, the bread is always fresh and crunchy, and the taste of the döner in its wholeness is delicious. The guys are very friendly. I will be back for sure.

Just disgusting and expensive. Turkish pizza without meat, just tomato paste smeared on it and ready. If you want some lettuce on it it simply costs 2.50 more. Not recommendable !! Employees are also absolutely rude

Best huge Döner at reasonable prices

Erst musste ich 3 mal bestellen bevor die angefangen haben den Döner zu machen dann war das „Fleisch" kein Fleisch. Es hat mehlig geschmeckt und einfach nur Ekelhaft. Nach 3 Bissen wurde mir übel ich liege jetzt seid Donnerstag Abend im Bett und muss kotzen Danke sehr.
