Subway in Würzburg

Food is great, but the staff has been better. The only really big weak point is the small size of the landing

The staff is friendly and the environment is clean.

It used to be very good, but now unfortunately it's completely broken. 4 employees on site and not one of them could understand German, not even English was understood. We were sold the app for a submelt so that it would be cheaper, only to be told "we don't have it." The employees tried desperately to talk to each other in broken English. In a business like Subway that is based on communication, something like that doesn't work. Then please set up ordering terminals like in other stores, but not like this. Unfortunately the only subway in Würzburg. Won't go there anymore.

The food is okay , but the restaurant appearance is the thing on wich you need to work .

Love the chicken teriyaki with guacomole!!! Employees are friendly and professional. Always enjoy eating there. Definitely priced appropriately. Ingredients fresh! Employees hygienic! Eat lovingly! Looking forward to the next sub!

Not a good poster child for Subway. The sandwich was carelessly made, most of the sauces were not available, olives, jalapeños, cucumbers, pickles, everything was not available!!!!!! I'm used to something different from Subway! The service definitely needs to be worked on!

Every time you walk into this store there is a new employee who either doesn't understand you or just can't stand behind the counter and serve customers. In the middle of the order, something completely different is done so that the sub is simply put in a corner and half-heartedly "finished" by someone else. Something has to change urgently, otherwise the store could close. Probably nothing will change because the customers don't care anyway. I'd rather go to Schweinfurt! :)

Do not take part in coupon promotions. They don't have any promotional products yet even though they've been running for more than 2 months. The staff should try one of the subs they sell! (Dried meat and the bread was also dead dry) Unfortunately the only subway in Würzburg (which is the only reason this shop still exists.)

No place to sit when there are more than 5 people *edit: They have made all drinks cost 3 euro and it’s just sad to see that on a hot day a 0,5l water bottle costs 3 euro plus Pfand and as well I’ve been to other subways in many countries and so far this one was the most expensive one and most disgusting one THERE WEEE FLIES GOING ON THE FOOD and the employees didn’t even care!!!!

I've been there several times now and the staff were all extremely nice and friendly, which made the food taste much better. I kiss your heart ❤️‍🔥

No toilets - when I went to the “employee toilet” I was told in a very rude manner that it was supposedly broken too. People just put up a sign saying that your toilet is broken, btw a toilet with seats is required in a restaurant.

Apart from the price everything was perfect

What a shame, there was hardly any choice of subs 40 minutes before closing time. When asked if you could use the toilet, they said it was broken. It was probably more because it had already been cleaned and they didn't want to let anyone else use it. Bottomless

I was today here and I had a promotion code in my app, didn’t work and I paid the complete amount. I removed the app and will never install it again. Also what I have experienced today and the other days in this shop changed my mind to go to any subway anymore. 👎

I have rarely experienced such poor service as at this subway. We arrived 50 minutes before closing time to grab a quick bite to eat, but most of the ingredients had already been put away. There were only tomatoes, cucumbers and onions. When we wanted to order we were immediately told that we had to be ready in 40 minutes. It seemed as if the urge to get rid of us was greater than the urge to serve us. (Servant young lady) A really disappointing experience. I definitely won't go here again.

Wanted to use the app and redeem a 2 for 1 voucher So I would have paid €5.49 instead of €9.XX I specifically asked if it worked, which was also confirmed. But suddenly I couldn't pay and I had to pay the full price. So 4€ more than planned and as compensation I get a cookie for what 2€?

Unfortunately, communication between customers and employees was not effective. The staff doesn't seem to be well trained. I liked going to Subway, this branch like the others.

Delicious food always freshly prepared. The staff is very friendly and can help customers with their orders very well. Wait times are short and it's quick and easy to find. Best😍😍 can only recommend it.😍😍

Very tasty subs. The employees are mostly friendly, but sometimes seem annoyed. Unfortunately my favorite sauce "Salsa" has been removed from the range :( The store has looked good since the renovation 👍🏽

I will never go here again, the boss simply decided which vouchers from the app he wanted to accept and which he didn't. Something like that doesn't work and is most likely not legal. You are an official Subway branch and participate in the Rewards Program of the Subway App Germany. I wanted to redeem the voucher for a 50% discount Footlong. Everything seemed to be working until the employee typed on the terminal and deleted my voucher. Then I get a lie to my face: "The voucher doesn't work." I'm surely not stupid. After a little discussion, the real reason comes to light. Quote "The boss said we aren't allowed to redeem the vouchers and won't take part because the app is new." What a poor excuse this is. To me it sounds more like the boss has a few fewer bills in his hands and the greed for money has probably gone to his head. It is very questionable and in the worst case even illegal.

My taste organs were contaminated by the disgusting and underheated sandwich. The condition ignored my request to add onions to my sandwich and was also inattentive. The salad wrapped in plastic wasn't that good either. But it was good that the staff gave us a free cookie. Another problem was the duration and the lack of choice of drinks. A visit there is not recommended. Best regards

Employee Yusuf is the unfriendly and rudest employee I have ever encountered. Ordered 3 subs and 6 cookies on Sunday evening, received 2 subs and 3 cookies delivered. Called 1st time: we should order again and pay again because it is not possible to deliver the missing food to us. Called 2nd time: we should pick up the missing food ourselves TOMORROW. We were kindly asked by Yusuf on the phone not to give him a bad rating. 3rd call, this time from Yusuf: We were asked again for our address, Yusuf then told us it was too far to come again. (5km) We ask you for urgent clarification. Preferably zero stars for Yusuf.

Subway unfortunately doesn't offer a sub of the day... They have their own specials, the price/performance is ok, but they then have fixed ingredients. One expect still the possibility of a sub of the day

I pre-ordered a sub and a cookie through Wolt. Only the sub arrived, the cookie was missing and the sub had olives in it even though I didn't order any. Was very disappointing for a quick lunch.

Subway is always possible, it tastes great there.

I don't know if I'll go again. I don't have great expectations of constant smiles and constant friendliness from employees - of course, making sandwiches all day isn't particularly easy, but at least communicating in a way that doesn't make you feel bad after a visit is something , what I allow myself to expect, yes. Specifically: a little longer sentences with a little more explanation (instead of repeating a word with question intonation) would be very helpful if you haven't been to Subway in a long time and don't immediately remember how the order works and what for ingredients there are...

People very overwhelmed Unfortunately, many of the ingredients were empty I'm not used to Subway, even though we visit it often Feel free to go anyway, maybe it will be good next time!!!!

Was in the worst subway ever - super slow and the food wasn't tasty. The staff hardly speaks German. Better go somewhere else.

There was a 5 euro voucher in the email inbox. Ok. Try Subway. Pictures say more than words.. Incredibly sad 😢 what I get delivered for just under 16.00 euros (voucher already deducted). The Lieferando driver can't help it. ❗️It's a disgrace ❗️The catering industry is complaining about 19% VAT. 7% still applies to delivery only. And then you get this... (see picture) Never again.

One of the worse Subway® stores. Hygiene leaves a lot to be desired. The staff is often overwhelmed and constantly changing. Apparently the owner doesn't have the issue under control.

One of the best Subway stores I've ever been to. Very friendly staff and the food was also very tasty and the quantity was generous. All in all great and very good value!!

Not order! I ordered my food for 9pm. It arrived completely cold at 9:48 p.m. Complete disappointment.

Were there last night, truly the worst subway. Do YouTube play music with advertising (GEMA?) An employee occupies an entire table with his stuff even though he doesn't even take a break, the staff doesn't understand anything and mumbles to themselves. After my sub, the employee threw all the leftovers that were on the board back into the display instead of throwing them in the trash. The place was rancid and needed a thorough cleaning. Luckily, as a tourist, I'll never go there again.

I don't know of any subway that serves subs as badly as this place. It was just enough for a leaf of lettuce.

Absolutely the worst subway I’ve ever been only three pics of salad available. There was more than one hour left until they close they were cleaning already. They were just not friendly at all. They offered me a cookie, but I didn’t order the first subway I’ve ever been all around the World

Very, very bad subway, very unfriendly, the sandwich maker stands there with headphones in his ears and listens to music and asks 5 times what did YOU say about the ingredients and only iceberg lettuce tomatoes cucumber onions something like that is closed or new staff!!!

At 10.19 it was said no meat was ready, 20 minutes after I asked for another option it was said oh but bread wasn't ready all in the oven either! Driven 20 kilometers for free and got your parking ticket!

Was there today, food is always good. The only difference is that you can't get all types of bread after 7 p.m., which happens often. What's also not nice is that one employee doesn't pay any attention to you and you have to wait until the other one has finished eating.

etwas höhere Preise und offensichtlich Spawnpunkt für junge Asiaten. Aktuell kann man sich aber noch auf deutsch verständigen.

Von diesem Store würde ich abraten. 1.5 Stunden vor Ladenschluss ist die Auswahl auf zwei verschiedene Subs beschränkt auf Nachfrage bekommt man eine unhöfliche Antwort "mehr gibt es nicht, da musst du eben früher kommen " dafür wird dann an der Kasse und ein ganzes Sub berechnen obwohl man nur ein halbes bekommt.

Der Mann war nett, allgemein sah es jetzt nicht so sauber aus, zwei von vier Broten waren nachmittags ausverkauft.

Mittags meistens sehr voll aber sonst alles ok, sehr eng.

Extrem lange wartezeit obwohl nur ein kunde vor uns war, die arbeiterin wusste nicht was wir meinten und hat das brot mit sauce überschwemmt!

Sandwich waren gut aber Auswahl etwas unübersichtlich. Ladengeschäft zu klein und zu wenig Sitzplätze außerdem könnte mal wieder geputzt werden.

Ansich solider Subway Laden, Ambiente ist ok, aber: - Oft fehlen Zutaten - Ständig neue Mitarbeiter, die auch Sachen oft falsch verstehen

Nachdem ich vor wenigen Jahren alles andere als zufrieden war über die Entwicklung dieser Filiale (desinteressiertes Personal, mangelnde Sauberkeit, und Verfügbarkeit von Zutaten...) läuft hier inzwischen wieder alles richtig gut! Top Personal, super freundlich und engagiert, sauberer Laden, leckere Subs. Da komme ich gern wieder öfters.

Essen ist wie von Subway gewohnt aber die Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig!!! Toiletten komplett verschmutzt und verstopft schon morgens um 10:30 Uhr

Das Essen schmeckt gut, die Bestellung ging schnell und unkompliziert. Die Mitarbeiter waren jetzt nicht unbedingt freundlich, aber ich muss ja auch nicht gleich jede Bedienung umarmen. Die Atmosphäre war bei meinem letzten Besuch(vor einer Woche) angenehm.

Das Personal war zwar stets bemüht (zumindest bis man sich lieber an das Handy gesetzt hat) aber es war weder Auswahl da, noch kannte man die VIP Card. (Diese wollte man mir dann auch noch einbehalten) Da fahr ich lieber nach Kitzingen…

Das Essen wie immer okay. Für eine schnelle Mahlzeit geeignet. Leider ist das Personal lustlos und verstehen wenig Deutsch und das System, aber sind hilfsbereit und kulant. Die Tische und Boden sind alle dreckig! Es spielt chinesische Musik im Hintergrund in ein nicht asiatisches Restaurant. Das erste Mal in Deutschland erlebt. In ein ostasiatisches Land wäre das ja in Ordnung. Nie wieder! S.b.genutzt.

En general las personas son muy amables. Tienen baño. Los precios son buenos. Solo las bebidas son caras, pero puedes traer la tuya

Saubere Filiale, Mitarbeiter meistens freundlich und auch zügig, die Qualität der Lebensmittel wirkt im Vergleich zu anderen Filialen sehr gut. Meistens nicht so viel los dass man schnell dran kommt, manchmal aber auch zu Stoßzeiten ein bisschen Wartezeit

Zügige Lieferung, Lieferant war sehr höflich. Leider waren die Potatoe Bites kalt bereits und das Sub war spärlich belegt. Richtig ungewohnt von Subway, war früher anders . Geschmeckt hat es

Der Chef des Ladens kommt mir sehr suspekt vor, generell ist das ganze handeln der Mitarbeiter dort ziemlich unprofessionell, so geht man nicht mit Lebensmitteln um, die man anschließend noch verkaufen will! Die Kette sollte mal Prüfen, ob die Voraussetzungen für den Betrieb des Ladens noch gegeben sind.

Kein schöner laden und echt teuer

Freundlichkeit und Motivation sind hier scheinbar ein Fremdwort… wenn man als Mitarbeiter keine Lust hat, dann sollte man bei der nächsten Schicht am besten einfach im Bett liegen bleiben.

So geht Service! Ich war eben mit meiner Familie hier. Die Bedienung war äußerst freundlich und das Sandwich wurde mit viel Liebe zubereitet. Wir sind beeindruckt und bedanken uns für den tollen Service. Wir kommen wieder, ganz sicher!

Das Essen war gut, aber einer der Angestellten war unhöflich zu mir. Ohne Grund.

Verstehe die schlechten Bewertungen nicht, bei mir hat immer alles gepasst. Vielleicht einfach Glück gehabt?🤔
