It's been a long time since I visited any fast food chains. But after several days, when I visited this outlet for eating, I was in shock. The service was perfect, the food taste was damn good, the employees were super friendly with the things you need to ask. I would blindly give it any of the best fast food chains for all it has...

I have visited many Burger Kings, but this one offered me one of the best experiences. The strong points were the ample free parking and the excellent cleanliness throughout the place. The staff were attentive and helpful which helped make the experience a positive one. Even though I had to wait about 2 minutes, the food was fresh and well prepared. I highly recommend this Burger King. I visited the place around 10:47 this morning.

I've been to this Burger King twice now. Both times really terrible. Fries cold. Salt and vegetable side dish on the burger are old and rotten, employees seem completely overwhelmed. If you get the chance, go to another one. Not recommended.

In short, thank you so much 🙏🏻 On this day, the card payment terminal was not working. The girl who stood at the checkout is just super. It was already late at 21:00, as I understood, for the second part of the day there was no wifi at all, which supported the operation of the card terminal... so much stress and all in one shift. But the girl at the checkout was incredibly friendly with customers, very friendly explained the problem that had happened, if there was no product, they offered an alternative..... Such customer focus and such a warm welcome can be called a treasure 😍 you rarely see this. Thank you so much again, you are just super 😊 Unfortunately, only 5 stars, I would have given it all 10 out of 5 🥰

Very nice restaurant (facility) with children's area inside and outside, great selection, very good burgers, exceptionally nice and friendly staff. When it comes to fast food, we always come here.

Very disappointing, drinks machine didn't work properly; the ice cubes were empty; Instead of Sprite, iced tea came out. Once you got the right drink, it tasted totally stale and warm. Staff very disrespectful and ignorant. Nobody cared that the drinks machine was broken. Several people complained. In addition, the staff forgot things every second time they ordered.

Warm drinks that tasted like pure water even though you wanted Sprite. No more ice cream. When you clicked on Fanta, iced tea finally came out. When you asked at the counter why that was the case, you were ignored and no one cared and nothing was done. Totally unfriendly and customer service non-existent. You don't need to go here anymore...

That's what I call good service! We went through the drive-thru, the service was friendly, even if it took a while to get everything at the serving window. Unfortunately, when we unpacked them, we discovered that the cheese was missing from both plant-based cheeseburgers and the chicken nuggets were chili cheese nuggets. We then complained about it to the restaurant. The checkout operator referred us to the responsible employee, who immediately took care of a replacement - without discussion, understanding, professional and friendly. As an apology, she even included three free chicken nuggets and a little something for the kids. Something can always go wrong, a new employee can make a mistake, things like that happen and are human. Dealing with it here was really great, which is exactly what I want. Big praise to the nice waitress who took care to correct the mistakes, thank you for that!

We were traveling and stopped at this Burger King for a bite to eat. The fast food restaurant was clean and tidy, the food was served to us with care, all the staff were very friendly to us, especially Nadim.

Very nice new Burger King at Handelshof! The restaurant is very clean and has a top interior. Particularly worth mentioning is the beautiful outdoor area, which is also suitable for children. The staff is excellent. Overall, an excellent experience for the whole family

Worst BK I've ever been to. The Big King was so carelessly filled and didn't taste good at all. The nuggets were probably the ones that had been under the oven for 5 years. Never again!

Man man, this is really getting worse. What was given to us on the way today really didn't work. First another burger was missing, then the burgers and fries were totally soggy and the wrong burger was given. Staff don't know what they are doing. As already described in the previous reviews. They make no effort to satisfy the customer there.

After 2-3 bad experiences in a row, I never wanted to enter this BK again. Today it was supposed to happen quickly and it was supposed to happen again on the way home. Ordered to take away from the machine for a total of 3 people. Aborted 4 times when trying to pay and then re-entered everything from the beginning. Annoyed, I went to the counter and ordered it there. Everything would be received nicely and politely. The waiting time was reasonable, but there were only 3 guests in total. At home while eating we discovered that the onion rings were missing and the kids' nuggets were wrong. I think today was really the last time. After a total of 4 disappointments, it is better to remain hungry in the future in order to carry money here again. Today we spontaneously picked up dinner for the family for the first time. Drive in went relatively quickly. The waiter briefly checked his cell phone while waiting for the food. Then two King Crowns were folded and handed over without a word. Still a nice gesture (among other things, I had ordered 2 kids menus. The food would then be handed over by someone else. Unfortunately, it was only at home that I noticed that the drink was missing from both kids menus. The XXL citizen in the It's not really hot in the middle

That place I am surprise Has päsť infection inspection, reálny plače IS so dirty. Tables are dirty from food and previous customers, noone to clean that and later on one of the staf just také any table cloth and clean just Without any water or desinfection, food nôt raste good IS like old meat. After eating I had Bad diahrea so I will never ever come that place to eat. Never.

It had been pretty good the few times before, but on the last visit it was almost surreal how cheerful the staff was here. Quite atypical for the restaurant industry, people here don't seem to hate life, customers or each other, and the laughter from the counter area is almost contagious :D In addition, it is prepared in a flash, everything is fresh and as good as you can make it with the ingredients given. And the ice cream was delicious too ;)

The Sauce Massacre, After more than a year I went to Burger King again and was really disappointed with the food. I ordered a king menu with a Cheesy Bacon Lover Plant-based Double with a drink and onion rings. Nothing could be added from the bottom row to the selection machine because the menu bar covered the selection. Not bad for me since my choice was higher up. The order was processed quickly and easily. The employees were quick and friendly. The drinks machine was completely dripping wet, there were sticky residues on the display and there was packaging waste next to the machine. The tables were clean and were cleaned regularly. Then I unpacked the pure disappointment. You can't expect much from fast food burgers, but this Cheesy Lover burger in a plant-based format turned out to be a BBQ sauce massacre. The idea of ​​eating the burger out of the paper wrapper turned out to be pointless. The sauce monsoon flowed inexorably in all directions. The two napkins included were virtually ineffective. The completely soggy burger fell apart into its individual parts while eating. Personally, I like the patties a little more well done, but that's a matter of taste. The taste was okay once the BBQ sauce released some of the rest of the food. With the onion rings, perhaps it was my twisted idea that they could be crispy. The reality presented flabby, soft rings, but the taste was quite good. There was nothing wrong with the cola. I wish everyone who likes soggy sauce burgers a good appetite ;-)

Water only in bottles, I have no idea if that's standard at Burgerking. I was really at a loss when I stood in front of the drinks machine. Only sweet drinks. If you like that, the rest was OK and recommended. For me there is no water in the machine but a no-go.

The employees just giggled stupidly instead of serving the guests and the fries smelled of rancid fat. One of the worst BKs I've ever been to.

Unfortunately, it decreases from year to year. Staff is not trained. It often takes longer from ordering to receiving the goods than in a restaurant.

We ordered a children's meal and our child had a chilli chessburger instead of a chessburger. When you order something like that, you don't assume that it will contain such a spicy burger. Child complained of tongue and mouth pain and stomach pain in the evening and the night was also very rosy. Unfortunately, the staff did not understand the complaint properly due to their language skills and unfortunately there was no explicit apology. It is questionable whether you would like to go there again with children aged 4. Please be more careful when unpacking your children's burgers like we are.

Never had such bad fries from a BK. Food was cold and the fries in question were totally "chewy" - I don't know how else to describe it. Unfortunately, this visit was a total failure.

Solid, clean BK with hard-working employees. Unfortunately, the plant-based nuggets I wanted were no longer available for my last offer. No problem, there were alternatives. In general, I think the vegan/vegetarian offering at BK is much better than its yellow competitor. The food here in the restaurant is always fresh, so I like to wait a few minutes for it to be prepared. Everything paletti ✌️

You should rethink the design of the branch. The checkout area is sometimes too small as the ordering terminals also take up space. Too much interior design takes up space. About the drinks area is actually an imposition. Eating before dinner is out of the question for me.

Ordered the plant-based chicken nugget burger at the terminal without any problems. The employee then told me that they didn't have any plant-based nuggets. Then ensures that you can't even order them at the terminal.

Es war relativ wenig los, waren dort mit Schlemmerblock und wurde auch alles akzeptiert Die Bedienung war super nett und zuvorkommend, brachte uns das Essen zügig an den Tisch. Einer der Burger war leider echt lieblos zubereitet, schmeckte aber trotzdem wie er sollte.

Ich halte dort immer an ,wenn ich durch Würzburg fahren muss...Typisches BurgerKing Restaurant...

Dieses Lokal hat " sauber" gearbeitet. Man kann direkt in die Zubereitungsküche schauen. Über 3 riesige Bildschirme kann man seine Speisen bestellen. Auch der Speiseraum sieht gepflegt aus. Die Nähe von IKEA ist ideal.

Die Jungs und Mädels machen einen soliden Job und essen wird schnell rausgebuttert, war im Großen und Ganzen zufrieden.

Soweit alles okay nur die Cola war dermaßen abgestanden, das könnt ihr sicher besser.

Lecker, service nett, aber das Ambiente ist eben fast food. Die Tische dreckig, Zuwenig Personal. Ewig aufs Essen gewartet und dann war 2/3 kalt. Naja.

Der Parkplatz eignet sich hervorragend zum gemeinsamen Schlemmen 😇 und die vegetarischen Varianten schmecken wie die originalen... Ich hoffe das liegt allein am Bratenfett dieser 🙏😬 auf jeden Fall sehr lecker 🤤

Leider fehlt schon wieder ein Burger. Ist schon das zweite mal in diesem Laden. Kann nur jedem raten gleich alles zu kontrollieren.

Wir gehen lieber zu dem Burger King statt zu dem in der Stadt. Hier werden die Vegetarischen Produkte auch ordentlich herausgegeben. Pommes waren meitens frisch. Bei den Getränken hat man nur die Auswahl zwischen den Standard-Getränken.

Payback pubkte werden erst nach Woxhen gutgeschrieben, nicht gut

Aufgrund eines Streiks bei Ikea waren wir noch schnell bei BK und der gefühlt halbe Ikea hatte dieselbe Idee. Dementsprechend voll war der Laden. Die Bestellung ging jedoch sehr schnell und geschmacklich gab es auch nichts auszusetzen. Trotz riesen Ansturm musste niemand lang warten und ein Mitarbeiter hatte sogar Zeit zum Putzen, obwohl eigentlich alles bereits ziemlich sauber war.

Toller Service und nette Mitarbeiter*innen, die Burger waren bei mir immer frisch. Es gibt kostenlose Parkplätze und die Getränke kann man selber auffüllen.

Ich bin immer wieder positiv überrascht, wie gut diese Filiale geführt wird und wie frisch das Essen ist. Nette Mitarbeiter (vor Allem der junge Mann im blauen Shirt), zuvorkommend und höflich. Essen schnell zubereitet und warm. Pommes waren etwas latschig, dafür die Wedges umso besser! Ich bin gerne ein Stammkunde. Meiner Frau gefällt es auch sehr.

Es war alles in allem sehr gut. Ich fand vorallem die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, aber vorallem fand ich einen Mitarbeiter dessen glaube ich sein Name Burak war (ich bin mir bei dem Namen nicht sicher ). Ich freue mich auf das nächste Mal. Ich hoffe der nette Mitarbeiter wird da auch sein.

Auf einer Geschäftsreise mit 2 Kollegen dort eingekehrt, da sie unbedingt in Burger King wollten. Preise sind viel zu überzogen, meine Burger paddys waren hauchdünn und das bei einem 5 Euro Burger. Service existiert praktisch nicht, da man am Terminal bestellt. Nicht mein Fall, in Zukunft lieber wieder in eine Gaststätte, da bekommt man fürs gleiche Geld mehr geboten.

Ganz normales Fastfood Restaurant die weibliche Thekenkraft war sehr zuvorkommend.

Bisher habe ich bei diesem BK kein gutes Erlebnis gehabt. Beim Drive Through warte man ewig. Bin bis jetzt jedes Mal wieder Rausgefahrenen nach über 15 Minuten warten.

Bin jedesmal überrascht wie frisch das Essen ist, zb als Beilage aß ich einen Salat mit Dressing, war ganz frisch. Die Burger eins A, gut geführtes Lokal, schnelle Zubereitung, mussten nicht lange warten.

So sollte es in jedem Burger King sein!

Könnte besser sein. Es ist eine neue Filiale und dadurch sehr sauber. Das Spieleck für die kleinen ist gut gemacht.
