Best BBQ I've been to so far; you don't have to worry about getting food poisoning. The restrooms could be a bit cleaner. Considering the food and the way it's served, the price-performance ratio isn't quite right. However, the location is extremely positive. Special requests are also handled respectfully.

Unfortunately, you have to wait a bit until you're full. But otherwise, there's nothing to complain about.

Nice staff, the burgers and fries were fresh, but the Whopper was very onion-heavy. Unfortunately, they forgot the ketchup and we only noticed it on the way there. The restrooms weren't that clean.

I would like to thank you very much for my visit to your branch yesterday at 9:00 p.m. Despite the busyness, the restaurant was very clean and well organized. I was particularly impressed by the friendliness of the entire team, which made my visit a thoroughly pleasant experience. Thank you so much – please keep up the good work!

I really enjoyed coming here for a while, but it just kept getting worse and worse. Burgers where the ingredients were barely placed on top of each other, even though it wasn't so busy that you were under a lot of time pressure to order. Sometimes the people on the microphone at the drive-thru couldn't understand you (no offense, but please get someone who really speaks German. It's hard enough with an outside microphone at the order counter). Orders weren't made correctly (I ordered a bacon & cheese burger, which also came in a "with cheese" wrapper. What was missing, of course, was both bacon and cheese.) And when you complain to customer support, you're supposed to give in and offer something to make up for it so that you, as a customer, are still satisfied, then suddenly they don't remember anything about it as soon as you try to accept the offer. So thanks, but no thanks. 👎🏽

I used the drive-thru during the day around 4:00 p.m., and the man operating the cash register and selling my food left the building behind my car, plucked several leaves from a mint plant, brought the mint leaves back, and made himself a drink. Of course, everything reeked of mint when he touched my food! This has absolutely nothing to do with hygiene, and I can't believe grocery stores allow this.

Unfortunately, the tables and benches outside are quite dirty, but otherwise everything is perfect.

An ideal stopover location for vacationers, somewhat remote from the A7. This makes it very quiet with ample parking and charging stations during the holiday season. Excellent service and food, and clean restrooms. Recommended if you want to avoid the stress of motorway service stations.

The new Whopper! So, improved recipe?! Nope...not really...we just kept cutting back on the ingredients!!! Tell us right away that you're no longer using Heinz ketchup! Instead, use the CHEAPEST ketchup, probably instant from TEMU... EW, it tastes sour now!!! Not to mention that sushi would have been hot by comparison!!!

One of my favorite branches. Newly decorated. Food is excellently prepared. A very well-run restaurant with a great team. Very well-maintained and clean. No leftover food on the tables or floor, like in some other fast-food restaurants. The kitchen is also very tidy, as far as I can see. I love coming here. Top 👍

The weather was terrible, and I came here with a group of 41 people. To be honest, I was quite nervous when we suddenly showed up here at lunchtime. I was really afraid the restaurant would turn us away. But instead, a very friendly and dedicated team awaited me. All the staff were welcoming and worked hard to prepare 41 meals for us as quickly as possible. I was truly touched! The weather was bad, but the entire staff at this restaurant put a good mood and warmth in my heart.

I ordered from the machine, but the code was simply ignored 🙄 I had to reorder everything, my coupon wasn't counted.

When I unwrapped my crispy chicken, two brown lettuce leaves fell out, which clearly didn't belong on the burger. When I complained, I was given a new burger, but no apology was given. Neither from the employee nor the shift manager. Very disappointing.

We've been there twice now, and each time it was absolutely terrible. The burgers were soggy, greasy, and lukewarm. The fries had no salt, and the Coke was stale. Sorry, but that's not going to work. We'd rather go back to the big M.

At the cash register, money is accepted with the glove, change is given, and then the fries are put into the packaging. Well, that's just BK.

Very, very unfriendly staff and extremely overwhelmed within 15 minutes 3 several customers complain. Had a long hair in the burger, thought it was one of my wife or my children, you think wrong! There was one citizen left over that I wanted to eat towards dinner. I took a bite out of the burger and noticed a hair, everything in me had contracted and I threw up hard, the burger ended up in the trash! It's not often that you go to stores like this, so I think I'll avoid something like that, today it's for the children's love. Fratal mistake! Terrible loading!

Very big language barrier. Neither German nor English is understood correctly!!! Cold small offer burgers are sold as regular burgers. Wonder why it's called "King of the Month" when the same burger has been around for 4 months now??? Is that still in the spirit of the founder???

Would give 0 stars, rude employees, I ordered a hot brownie with a liquid center twice and got a brownie that was way over baked twice on the grounds that it was a new recipe, and each burger had a maximum of 2 lettuce leaves on it and the chicken nuggets and lattice potatoes were burnt in some places.

Cheese BBQ Lover with almost no sauce on it, the fries without salt and the Coke at room temperature, really great! :(

When mother and child go to the toilet, there isn't even toilet paper. The workers at Bürger King can't even look to see if toilet paper is missing. If they say there is missing toilet paper. The employees say they have a lot to do.

I've been giving Burger King a chance for over two decades - today's visit will definitely be my last! I would love to sue Burger King for damages: today there was a french fry in the meal we ordered that looked completely rotten and smelled terrible. Unfortunately, we only discovered this towards the end of our meal and, as expected, I have been suffering for hours with severe stomach pain combined with repeated vomiting. Apparently Burger King has still not learned enough from the previous undercover report - I urgently wish that this fast food chain would disappear from Germany for good!

We went to this Burger King for the first time today. Saturday afternoon and of course all hell broke loose. We ordered at the terminal but paid at the checkout. The young man was very friendly, as were the other employees. Rarely have I seen such a well-coordinated team. The orders were processed hand in hand, so that things went quickly despite the rush. Due to the operation, the return carts were full. An employee always gets through this quickly and cleans tables so that the next ones have clean tables. Great offer for the children. Unfortunately it's a bit "small". Since it was raining, the children crowded into the small niche. We'd love to come back. March 2025: Still the same service, nothing to complain about. Now I have to say that this is the cleanest branch I know. Please keep it up. Some colleagues and also the competition can learn a lesson from you.

Two service personnel stand motionless in front of the citizen handover station and wait for citizens. Instead, they can process the simpler orders in the meantime. I had to wait over 20 minutes for my ice cream. Then it was finally finished and left at the machine for 5 minutes. Unfortunately, no one in the store can speak German and no one understands you. 🙈 Just sad...

Quite atypical for the restaurant industry, people here don't seem to hate life, customers or each other, and the laughter from the counter area is almost contagious :D In addition, it is prepared in a flash, everything is fresh and as good as you can make it with the ingredients given. And the ice cream was delicious too.

Clean shop, friendly staff and spacious parking lot, located right next to the B19. The burgers are usually the same as you would expect from other Burger King branches, but I did have one that had been on the grill for too long. But it could have been an exception. A nuisance, however, is the drinks machine, which reliably only dispenses water with a hint of taste. Either the syrup is no longer refilled in the evening or someone should take a look at the machine.

It was very busy, so it took a relatively long time until the order was ready. Cleanliness was good.

So far there have only been friendly staff on site. In addition, the restaurant was always clean and tidy. No long waiting times.

We are very impressed by the variety of vegan/vegetarian products and like to get burgers for the whole family. Unfortunately, it is happening more and more often that burgers or tortillas with meat end up in take-away orders. That's a shame, because in the end we end up throwing them away, and of course you have to pay for the whole thing. :/ Otherwise a great, clean shop with friendly employees and little waiting time.

Always very friendly, food good - but sometimes wrong - complaints are processed immediately. ATTENTION to navigation users - I was misguided twice at the beginning and was in a residential area - and couldn't find a BK. Use the IKEA exit and drive to the HEM gas station. I'm at BK Würzburg every 3-6 months, and so far I've always been very satisfied, everything is fresh. Unfortunately, things have also been issued incorrectly (6 nuggets instead of 6 chili cheese nuggets) - it happens, mistakes are human. But in my opinion, what shouldn't be - the 6 nuggets I complained about ended up back on the warming tray - the 6 chili cheese nuggets were taken from there. As far as I know, nothing that has already been published can be returned... hence the star deduction

Easy to reach on the B 19 for a stopover. Food is ready quickly, toilets are clean.

A long dry spell with a lack of good experiences comes to an end with a climax. The constant half-finished Big King XXL was bad enough, but today my girlfriend was given two other burgers that had most likely been on display for a while and had to go. Unfortunately we were unlucky today and had to wait 25 minutes for our food because our order was pushed aside 8 times to serve other guests with fewer items. This is dubious and unprofessional.

This is the worst Burger King I've ever experienced, you wait 30 minutes in the drive with 2 cars in front of you for 3 burgers. Just plain shabby.

After ordering again at the counter, we were once again deeply disappointed, we waited for 17 minutes and the first thing that was brought to us was the ice cream 😂 with outside temperatures of 25 degrees, it was liquid. And the food was cold by the time we got home. For over €40 it's a joke! A little tip: please train your people properly and it will work.

By far the cleanest Burger King I've seen so far.

Like every Burger King actually. There is an outdoor area and there is also an atmosphere for children. Unfortunately, the prices at BK and MC have risen so exorbitantly that it's no longer fun to go. A king menu 13€ is really too expensive. Instead, I prefer to go to my favorite Italian restaurant around the corner.

It's been a long time since I visited any fast food chains. But after several days, when I visited this outlet for eating, I was in shock. The service was perfect, the food taste was damn good, the employees were super friendly with the things you need to ask. I would blindly give it any of the best fast food chains for all it has...

I have visited many Burger Kings, but this one offered me one of the best experiences. The strong points were the ample free parking and the excellent cleanliness throughout the place. The staff were attentive and helpful which helped make the experience a positive one. Even though I had to wait about 2 minutes, the food was fresh and well prepared. I highly recommend this Burger King. I visited the place around 10:47 this morning.

I've been to this Burger King twice now. Both times really terrible. Fries cold. Salt and vegetable side dish on the burger are old and rotten, employees seem completely overwhelmed. If you get the chance, go to another one. Not recommended.

Very disappointing, drinks machine didn't work properly; the ice cubes were empty; Instead of Sprite, iced tea came out. Once you got the right drink, it tasted totally stale and warm. Staff very disrespectful and ignorant. Nobody cared that the drinks machine was broken. Several people complained. In addition, the staff forgot things every second time they ordered.

Warm drinks that tasted like pure water even though you wanted Sprite. No more ice cream. When you clicked on Fanta, iced tea finally came out. When you asked at the counter why that was the case, you were ignored and no one cared and nothing was done. Totally unfriendly and customer service non-existent. That's what I call good service! We went through the drive-thru, the service was friendly, even if it took a while to get everything at the serving window. Unfortunately, when we unpacked them, we discovered that the cheese was missing from both plant-based cheeseburgers and the chicken nuggets were chili cheese nuggets. We then complained about it to the restaurant. The checkout operator referred us to the responsible employee, who immediately took care of a replacement - without discussion, understanding, professional and friendly. As an apology, she even included three free chicken nuggets and a little something for the kids. Something can always go wrong, a new employee can make a mistake, things like that happen and are human. Dealing with it here was really great, which is exactly what I want. Big praise to the nice waitress who took care to correct the mistakes, thank you for that!

Worst BK I've ever been to. The Big King was so carelessly filled and didn't taste good at all. The nuggets were probably the ones that had been under the oven for 5 years. Never again!

Man man, this is really getting worse. What was given to us on the way today really didn't work. First another burger was missing, then the burgers and fries were totally soggy and the wrong burger was given. Staff don't know what they are doing. As already described in the previous reviews. They make no effort to satisfy the customer there.

After 2-3 bad experiences in a row, I never wanted to enter this BK again. Today it was supposed to happen quickly and it was supposed to happen again on the way home. Ordered to take away from the machine for a total of 3 people. Aborted 4 times when trying to pay and then re-entered everything from the beginning. Annoyed, I went to the counter and ordered it there. Everything would be received nicely and politely. The waiting time was reasonable, but there were only 3 guests in total. At home while eating we discovered that the onion rings were missing and the kids' nuggets were wrong. I think today was really the last time. After a total of 4 disappointments, it is better to remain hungry in the future in order to carry money here again. Today we spontaneously picked up dinner for the family for the first time. Drive in went relatively quickly. The waiter briefly checked his cell phone while waiting for the food. Then two King Crowns were folded and handed over without a word. Tables are dirty from food and previous customers, noone to clean that and later on one of the staf just také any table cloth and clean just Without any water or desinfection, food nôt raste good IS like old meat. After eating I had Bad diahrea so I will never ever come that place to eat. Never.
