McDonald's in Würzburg

Never again. Extremely dirty. There was also a smell from the toilet on the 1st floor. Food hygiene should take a look at this. The dirt from the tables is simply dumped onto the floor.

This is just terrible! I've never seen a dirtier place! The toilets were incredibly dirty and they charged money to use them. I don't recommend this place!

I was on a call and planned to use the self-service machine to order, but then a waitress came over and offered to take my order manually. I figured, “Okay, might as well, since I have to wait in line anyway.” However, I couldn’t remember the names or details of the meal sets, so I tried to look at the big screen behind her for information. I started to stumble through my order, and she directly asked me which burger I wanted. Not remembering the options, I told her I needed to see the pictures, but she kept pressing me for a choice and gave me a harsh, impatient look while I was trying to decide. I ended up just picking one at random. When it came to choosing a drink, she looked even more annoyed. It was a really uncomfortable experience.

Unfortunately there were pigeons. The restaurant wasn't that appetizing

Maybe this is a juice shop. You arrive at half past seven in the evening and are no longer allowed to sit down on the upper floor, where most of the seats are, because the upstairs is supposedly closed just because cleaning has already been done. The lady at the counter showed me to a place on the ground floor where someone was already sitting. A little privacy is probably too much to ask for. In any case, I won't be spending my money here again so quickly. In Lengfeld or Heidingsfeld you are treated much friendlier.

We ordered to be picked up at the counter, but I have to note that the evening management/shift management at McDonalds is very cheeky and condescending towards their employees, which is not possible at all. She also has an unsympathetic attitude towards the guests.

My McCrispy was completely dried out and the breading was hard. Complaints are responded to rudely. Absolutely rude, uncouth restaurant manager, can barely speak proper German, but happily takes our money. In unclean restaurant, staff eats in the preparation area. What is noticeable is that no employee smiles or at least has a friendly face. Definitely not a model McDonald's.

This is the dirtiest McDonald's I've ever been to. I couldn't change my child there either, I had to do that outside on a bench in front of the Mac. I haven't even gone to the toilet myself, what a disgusting intention. The food itself was okay. I don't think the tables and chairs had been cleaned for a week or something. All in all a sad intention.

I'm just happy that I can sit down and turn around, but it was comfortable. It was looked at strangely, but that's why I only gave it 3 stars

Unfortunately, due to the service, we cannot recommend this McDonald's at all. If I could, I would give less than one star for service. The employee, who is often mentioned in other reviews, unfortunately ruins every visit here. On our last visit, our order of 4 McFlurries was executed incorrectly several times. When we politely asked to correct the order, we were accused of putting on our glasses and reading correctly, even though we were also right. This employee is also constantly annoyed and loudly takes it out on the guests. Without this employee I could probably recommend this location without any problems, but it doesn't work that way.

The food tastes the same as everywhere else in the burger joints. Hygiene in the toilets needs to be improved. There is a woman sitting at the front with a plate for the money. Apparently this woman cares more about finances than about cleanliness. At least that was my impression yesterday.

I think this is just rude behavior towards visitors. There is also a man sitting there, there are no questions for the man, a good guy, but this is a lady, it feels like they are not giving her a salary and she is sitting and begging like a beggar. This is not the first time I have received boorish behavior from this lady.

Top location with a great view of the market square (first floor). The entrance is a bit small but it is more spacious upstairs. Thanks to the franchise, continuous quality. I love it....

Food was fresh, not stocked. Just not the salad! Even though the label was still on for 6 hours, the salad at the bottom of the box was mushy and tarnished. Since only the lower part was open for sitting, you had to make sure you could find a clean table and seat. Upholstery has had better days.

The cleaner probably scratched your armpits for a good half hour and then smelled it and that really makes you hungry so McDonalds is not recommended

I am a regular customer of ours and only pay 200 euros in this shop every week, but the old Indian saleswoman works for us and we take food from her, or this is her shop, or unfortunately I don't know her racism. I didn't come back here again. Thanks.

Instead of my plant based burger they gave me one with meat. As a vegetarian, I don't find it as funny as the employees found it, they have a new one with me, but I still don't expect to bite into meat...

Upper floor closed. Tables not clean, Cola Zero had almost no carbonation, nuggets were luke warm.

Most of them very dirty, the toilets are terribly stuffy and very dirty. And it's been that way for years!! I'm there every week and nothing changes. My order was made incorrectly several times or incorrect orders were given. How incompetent can you be and not even give out the correct order? Once is ok but not several times!!

Of course, you don't go into a McDonald's with the highest expectations, but this time they weren't exceeded either. Here it is advisable to take the food with you and simply eat somewhere in the city.

A comparatively small McDonald's if you only look at the ground floor, but there is plenty of seating on the first floor. In general, this branch is a bit "worn out". And the cleanliness on the floor and at the tables wasn't necessarily world class either. But this is probably also due to the high number of customers throughout the day. During my visit I had to wait quite a long time, even though it was just a small McSmart menu. 4 people who ordered after me got their food before me. The quality of the food was of the usual high quality.

I'm not the biggest fan of McDonald's, but sometimes it tastes good. What's really good are the plant nuggets. This McDonald's is very central in Würzburg, right on the market square. Everything was clean and the staff is friendly.

I bought MCWrap here and was poisoned. I had one of the worst days of my life. I was admitted to the hospital at night. I never thought I would experience something like this in a downtown restaurant. NEVER buy it.

Simply not my thing, just my emergency when all the restaurants in Würzburg are already closed after my late shift. The three stars 🌟 are mainly for the plant based hamburger.

Today there with the family, typical MC like anywhere else. Only the toilets are a disaster, visually relatively clean, but they smell very strongly of urine. There's a toilet attendant sitting in front of it, but either she's not interested or she's already smell-blind. It really makes you sick in there. Next time it would be better to go somewhere else.

What can you say? McDonald's. Entrance area a bit narrow. Value range too small. Upper floor available and actually quite spacious. But this McDonald's is completely overcrowded. It's also in the city center. It's enough to sit down and eat quickly. But if you want to sit down for a bit and just chat with friends, it's just too loud and overstimulating in there.

It was really mid. I did not enjoy. Dont bother come here. I hate this place. I want it to close its so bad. I hope it burns down.

Leider werden ziemlich oft die Bestellungen nicht vollständig verpackt, und wenn man nicht direkt nachschaut sondern erst zuhause (15km) entfernt von mc gibt's da oft böse Überraschungen. Leider nicht so toll

+ Essen ist warm und sieht im Vergleich zu anderen Filialen gut aus + freundliches Personal ~ Essbereich könnte etwas sauberer sein ~ manchmal extrem überlaufen

Wurde von so nem Kanacken angeschrien und das Personal ist auch ab und zu mit den Bestellungen überfordert

Also wenn die kassenkraft zu dumm ist und ne 3stellige Nummer eingibt um dir zu sagen das nu nichts bestellt hast, du ihr deine Bestellung schilderst und die dir dann was komplett anderes zeigt dann komm ich sicher nicht mehr her

Keine Parkmöglichkeiten, Schiebetüren für behindertengerechten Eingang aber die Treppe rauf geht nicht und die Esstische sind zu hoch. Ich habe zwar keine Behinderung aber das war sehr auffällig. Toilette vorhanden. Ab 10 wird die hälfte des Restaurants gesperrt und nur noch der untere Teil steht zum Vorortessen zur Verfügung. Am Terminal und bei Personal bestellbar.

Leckeres Essen, aber Ambiente wegens kann man von Fast Food Restaurants nix erwarten.

Kein schöner Ort mit Kindern. Das Essen war nur noch lauwarm, das wäre ja noch zu verkraften. Im OG war es leider sehr dreckig - Boden und Tische. Und das WC Damen wie Herren eine Zumutung, was Sauberkeit und Geruch anbelangt. Das geht wirklich besser!

Für ein schnelles Essen prima. Aber meist sehr voll. Zum gemütlichen Essen fehlt der Flair.

Waren heute in Würzburg, haben mit Kids bei Mc Donalds gegessen. Essen war in Ordnung. Haben einen Burger zu wenig bekommen, bei Reklamation kein Problem. Fanta war mit Wasser verdünnt, fast nach nichts geschmeckt, das fanden wir frech. Aus diesem Grund nur zwei Sterne. Es gab keine Strohhalme und keine Deckel für Getränke mehr. Anscheinend auch fast keine Fanta??? Service war ok. Nächstes Mal gehen wir woanders hin.

Bestellung per Lieferung kommt innerhalb 15 Minuten ( Altstadt ) Das Essen ist heiß 🔥 und die Lieferheldenin sind super freundlich. Teilweise sind bei den Menüs aber nicht alle Getränke verfügbar. Wenn etwas vergessen wurde.. kein Problem..wurde sofort nachgeliefert. Leider hat MC noch sehr viel Schachteln... daß kann BK besser.. Im Restaurant befinden sich genügend Plätze um vor Ort zu essen. Öffnungszeiten variieren Online teilweise stündlich was die Lieferung angeht. Teilweise ist das Restaurant auch überlastet.. z.b wenn Märkte oder Festivals in der Innenstadt stattfinden. Aber macht Euch selber ein Bild.. Diese Rezession ist für MC Würzburg Marktplatz Update: Der neue BigMac hat wirklich mehr Sosse. Auch der Doppel BigMac ist viel besser geworden. Der Mc Donald in der Innenstadt war schon immer kult. Leider sind unten fast keine Sitzplätze mehr. Das einzige was mich wirklich stört, sind die stinkenden Toiletten. Ich weiß nicht was der Wc Mann immer macht, anscheinend nicht viel, denn es ist jedesmal furchtbar da reinzugehen. Die Klo´s sind da drin ja eh schon immer sau eng und ich versuch schon nichts anzufassen...bin immer froh, wenn ich die Hände gewaschen habe und draußen bin . Das muss dringend überarbeitet werden.

Die Toiletten bitte !!! Warum muss man dafür Geld geben ich verstehe das einfach nicht!!!
