McDonald's in Würzburg

Dieser Ort ist sehr unsauber. Überall liegen Essensreste auf den Stühlen und Fliegen, sogar in der Toilette. Die Putzfrau ist sehr undankbar; entweder weil das Geld nicht reicht oder weil sie wütend ist, weil man nichts bezahlt hat, wird sie handgreiflich.

Einfach nur widerlich! Überall Fliegen. Essensreste und Soßen auf Stühlen und Boden. Man kann wegen der Fliegen nicht mal richtig essen. Ein dreckiges und ekelhaftes Restaurant. Die Putzfrau am Eingang war total undankbar und unfreundlich. Nachdem ich ihr Trinkgeld geben wollte, gab sie mir mein Geld zurück, weil es angeblich nicht genug war.

Was auf der Speisekarte als Cola bezeichnet wird, ist eigentlich Wasser mit einem Hauch Cola-Geschmack.

Das Badezimmer war voller Fliegen und alle waren total verdreckt. Widerlich. So etwas habe ich noch nie gesehen.

Iced Matcha Latte wird hier mit Kaffee gemacht. Zumindest originell, wenn auch nicht einsichtig…

Am besten 0 Sterne Total unfreundliches Personal, sowie auch die Toiletten Dame sehr unfreundliches Auftreten und auch keine Reinigung, mucken sind rumgeflogen und dabei noch Geld verlangen…. Hat sehr unangenehm gerochen. Essen war ok :/ Cola schmeckt einfach Künstlich… kein Deckel bekommen und auch kein Strohhalm auf Nachfrage nur Patzige Antwort :( Also wirklich nicht zu empfehlen

Ich war gestern in dieser McDonald’s Filiale und leider war mein Besuch nicht angenehm. Besonders die Toiletten waren in einem schlechten Zustand. Es gab keine gute Luft, da kein Fenster vorhanden war, und der Mülleimer neben dem Waschbecken war komplett voll, sodass man seinen Müll kaum wegwerfen konnte. Außerdem waren überall Mücken an den Wänden und rund um die Toilette. Insgesamt wirkte der Toilettenbereich sehr ungepflegt und unhygienisch. Zusätzlich saß neben den Toiletten eine Frau, die Geld für die Nutzung verlangt hat, obwohl die Toiletten in keinem guten Zustand waren. Für Sauberkeit und Hygiene sollte in so einer Filiale deutlich mehr getan werden.

Das Essen war gut und man musste nicht lange warten, aber meine Nummer wurde nicht auf dem Monitor auf dem die Warteliste stehen angezeigt und die Kassiererin hat probiert sich etwas Geld einzustecken.

Ist halt ein normaler Mc Donalds. Das Personal ist extrem lieb aber es ist schade, dass kein Tischservice vorhanden ist.

Kann man sagen was man will, der neue Spicy chicken scheppert ich war montag nacht. allles ging schnell und war für den preis lecker :)

Nicht schlecht für ein schnelles Mittagessen

Wir waren am 14.02.2026 gegen 18:00 Uhr in der McDonald's - Marktplatz und sind sehr enttäuscht. Unsere Bestellung enthielt unter anderem zwei Cola Zero in Mehrwegbechern. Bereits bei der Übergabe war auf der Oberfläche ein deutlich sichtbarer öliger Film. Wir haben dies sofort reklamiert – die neu befüllten Getränke wiesen jedoch erneut denselben öligen Film auf und hatten zudem kaum Kohlensäure. Das ist absolut inakzeptabel. Leider war dies kein Einzelfall. Wir haben die Filiale bereits mehrfach besucht und die Getränke waren jedes Mal qualitativ mangelhaft. Etwa 30 Minuten nach dem Essen bekamen sowohl meine Frau als auch ich starkes Magenbrennen. Da wir zuvor mehrere Stunden nichts gegessen hatten, liegt der Zusammenhang mit unserem Besuch dort für uns sehr nahe. Wir haben selten eine so schlechte Qualität in einer McDonald’s-Filiale erlebt. Sehr enttäuschend – wir erwarten hier dringend eine Verbesserung der Hygiene und Qualitätskontrolle.

Bevor ich raus bin hab fest gestellt das es Pommes sind und keine curlys, da ich dachte sie haben vielleicht beides rein obwohl man nur eines zu Auswahl hatte und die neue Mitarbeiterin hat nur komisch geschaut statts das Sie eig zu mir den Augenkontakt halten sollte und hat dumm gegrinnst, dem war auch Chicken Burger total komisch verpackt hab ich festgestellt und alles und in der kompletten tüte verteilt war, natürlich passieren solche Sachen mal, die der älteren Dame trägt das keine Schuld und den Burger gescheit eingepackt und haben dann doch auch meine curlys bekommen und als Entschuldigung eine Apfeltasche, leider musst ich dann feststellen das die neue Mitarbeiterin vorher den falschen Dip rein hat und wäre nicht passiert wenn man auf mein beleg geschaut hätte und die neue Mitarbeiterin bei der Sache geblieben wäre und das hatte nichts damit zutun das sie neu war/ist sind unterschiedliche paar Schuhe, diese Filiale lässt stark nach ob das jetzt hinten der küche ist wie sie was ein zupacken haben oder eben hinter dem Tresen

Der wahrscheinlich schlechteste McDonald's der welt, ich war schon in einigen in anderen Ländern und auch in anderen Städten, das ist absolut unterirdisch. Kommt in die kategorie, man hat sich stets bemüht. Aber leider wohl in zu guter Lage und deswegen sehr gute Umsätze.

Wo soll ich anfangen.. dieser Mcdonalds ist leider einfach nur ein Witz. Ich habe über Uber Eats bestellt, nach 10 Minuten ruft mich der Fahrer an und fragt ob das so richtig ist, weil er nur 2 Getränke bekommen hat (natürlich falsch). Netter Weise hat sich der Fahrer darum gekümmert dass die Bestellung storniert wird und mir gesagt ich soll einfach nochmal bestellen. Gesagt getan, ich bekomme die Benachrichtigung dass der Fahrer unterwegs ist und „freue“ mich auf mein Essen. Der Fahrer kommt an, gibt mir die Tüte, ich schau rein. ALLES falsch, es war nicht eine einzige Sache richtig und trauriger Weise war das nicht das erste Mal. Die Inkompetenz der Mitarbeiter in diesem McDonalds ist unfassbar. Ich meine dass das mal passiert ist ja ok, wir sind alles nur Menschen. Aber wie kann es sein, dass in gefühlt 8 von 10 Bestellungen irgendwas fehlt oder man einfach eine komplett falsche bekommt??? Auch wenn ich wirklich manchmal gerne dieses fettige Zeug esse war das wohl das letzte mal dass ich da bestellt/gegessen habe. An jeden der überlegt zu diesem McDonalds zu gehen, tut es nicht. Geht lieber zum Bahnhof oder gar zu Burger King. Diese Filiale sollte am Besten wegen Inkompetenz geschlossen werden.

Abgesehen davon, dass man extra für die Toilette bezahlen muss, ist sie miserabel, und die Reinigungskräfte sind total respektlos.Die Dame, die vor der Toilette stand, kam nach uns und schimpfte mit meinem Kind, weil es angeblich auf den Boden gepinkelt hatte. Das stimmte aber nicht, denn als wir reinkamen, roch es nach Urin und der Boden war sehr schmutzig.

Haben beim essen die 3 von 7 soßen und den Zucker zum Kaffee vergessen. Bei den Leuten vor uns haben ausschließlich Sachen gefehlt. Die Tablettablagen standen die ganze zeit in einem engen Durchgang so dass man nur schwer durchkam.

Frühstücksmenü bestellt. Der erste Burger war eine Enttäuschung: Das Brot war steinhart und komplett kalt. Nach einer Reklamation wurde der Burger zwar ausgetauscht und war dann in Ordnung. Leider ging es danach weiter: Der Wrap war ebenfalls eiskalt. Nach erneuter Reklamation kam diesmal der sogenannte „Leiter“ – extrem unhöflich und unverschämt. Er behauptete, das könne alles nicht sein und der Burger müsse frisch und gut gewesen sein. Den Wrap wollte er nicht einmal austauschen. Die Lage des Lokals ist super, Ausstattung wenig einladend. Das Personal – insbesondere die Führungskraft – ist eine absolute Frechheit. So ein Umgang mit Kunden ist nicht akzeptabel.

Ist ziemlich teuer geworden für Fast Food. Leider auch lange Wartezeit und zu wenig Personal. Das war mal deutlich besser

Unter aller sau! Wie kann es denn heutzutage sein, das es keine Möglichkeit gibt ein Kind zu wickeln?! Das sollte Konzern intern geprüft und umgehend abgestellt werden! Lächerlich!

Ein MC Donalds wie man in so kennt . Service ist super freundlich. Sanitäre Anlage könnte sauberer sein. Da der MC schon gut besucht war ging die Bestellung sehr schnell.

Die Kapazität des Restaurants war im Verhältnis zur Lage unzureichend. Die Tische waren schmutzig, außerdem war das Fleisch in den Hamburgern aufgrund des Andrangs nicht richtig durchgegart. Dass die Toiletten extra kostenpflichtig sind, ist ebenfalls absurd – man geht zum Essen in ein Restaurant und muss für die Toilette zusätzlich bezahlen. Ich empfehle dieses Restaurant definitiv nicht. Es ist ein Lokal, das dringend eine umfassende Renovierung und bessere Organisation benötigt.

I've noticed that I smell like a normal person – neutral to exceptionally neutral. Since neutrality, as we all know, doesn't exactly make an impression, I decided to align my scent with the delightful aroma of burgers and frying fat. So, I set off, packing up my clothes and belongings, to this fantastic fast-food establishment and, to the bewildered stares of onlookers, scattered my textiles across the furniture. After a brief explanation of my plan, my efforts were met with enthusiastic tossing of half-eaten potato and beef products. What can I say? Even my industrial washing machine can't remove the intense aroma of this royal meal from the fabric fibers. Mission accomplished. The envious glances of those with neutral scents speak volumes. I love it!

Service is now more or less only available at the terminal. What about cleanliness on site?

I recently visited a McDonald's to get a burger. I'm usually satisfied with the quality and the fast service, but this time my experience was extremely disappointing. The burger I ordered wasn't just unappetizing, it also had serious hygiene issues. Even when I opened the package, I noticed that the burger had been carelessly assembled: the bun was crooked, the cheese was half-squeezed out of its packaging, and the meat patty looked old and dry. But the worst moment came when, with my second bite, I suddenly discovered a long, dark hair in the food. Such an incident is not only disgusting, but it clearly demonstrates that basic hygiene standards were not being met in the kitchen. I immediately informed the staff about the incident. The reaction was polite, but rather indifferent. They merely offered to replace the burger—there was no apology or serious explanation of how such a mistake could have happened. This left me with the impression that cleanliness and quality control are not high priorities at this branch. Hygiene should be a top priority in every food service establishment, especially in an international chain like McDonald’s, which stands for consistent quality. A hair in your food is not only unappetizing, but it can also permanently damage customer trust. I would have expected such incidents to be prevented by the wearing of hairnets, regular inspections, and clear staff training. Overall, my visit was extremely disappointing. I didn't feel taken seriously and will avoid this branch for the time being. Cleanliness and attention to detail are among the most important criteria for me when I eat out – and in this case, both were clearly neglected. I hope that McDonald’s takes this feedback seriously and more strictly enforces hygiene regulations in the future so that something like this doesn't happen again.

In Bavaria, it can sometimes be very difficult to get something to eat at night, so McDonald's comes in very handy. We eat everywhere, but there's a nice view of the old town from the first floor.

My experience here used to be better. The restroom attendant witnessed it. I had curly fries in my French fry, which isn't normally a problem, but can be for people with food intolerances. Ordering displays are standard these days. The friendliness is okay. What's annoying is that you have to ask for salt and pepper. You used to be able to just take them. Now you get looked at like an alien. What a shame.

So it's okay for a city McDonald's. The food has always been good so far. But what really annoys me (yes, I know there are kids and yes, McDonald's is family-friendly!!) is that it's almost impossible to order food between 1 and 2 p.m. The McDonald's is full of students between 8 and 12 years old, I guess. These pests dawdle around endlessly, shouting, and after tapping on the terminal for 5 minutes, they order a maximum of one cheeseburger... and at least half of them hang around and order NOTHING. Lines all the way to the exit, sorry, I spend my lunch break somewhere else. I don't want to know how much business has been lost because of this.

I ordered McPlant Nuggets and received regular chicken nuggets in a McPlant Nuggets wrapper (you can tell by the shape of the nuggets these days). The McPlant wrapper, however, tells me that this isn't an oversight.

There were no strong drinks available, even though you could order them. Only after paying were you told that they weren't available, which I personally find disrespectful.

Actually 0 stars!!! Food is either wrong, 'tipped' into the box, or ice cold. Service is nonexistent. Employees are extremely unfriendly and become rude if you complain. The whole place is completely filthy. Tables, benches, and floor are simply disgusting, and you never see anyone wiping tables or anything like that. Restrooms are absolutely horrible. There are puddles of urine and paper on the floor everywhere. There is someone sitting in front of the restroom, but they are usually on their phone and are rude if you don't put money in your plate. If you say what it looks like inside and you definitely won't get any money for it, you will be insulted vilely in their language. Absolutely not recommended in any area!!!

Very dirty, tables not cleared. The service is disgusting, I ordered coffee in the maximum volume - as a result I got half a glass and the rest was foam. French fries are put on the tray in such a way that half of it was scattered on the tray. I ordered three meals, which were supposed to include three fries and three burgers. I only got two fries and two burgers. Then I went back and was discussed with very disrespectfully. They didn't understand me. After five minutes of explaining that one fry and one burger were missing, I finally got them. When I wanted to eat and opened my burger, I saw that my burger had bacon in it, meaning pork, even though I specifically ordered it without because I can't tolerate it! My cheeseburger in my McSmart meal also had bacon pieces stuck on top. Simply rude and disrespectful.

"Family restaurant"? Not really. A woman sits in front of the restrooms, taking money and telling us that they can't change a toddler's diaper. In the end, we had to change the little one on a bench next to the restrooms 🙄 – absolutely unacceptable. The service was extremely slow, and the food, as usual, was average for McDonald's. Definitely not recommended for families.

Hello. I was at this McDonald's last summer. Everything is delicious, the prices are normal, but I tried one black ice cream like Oreo and chocolate. This ice cream is for a connoisseur. I didn't really like it. But I like sweets. McDonald's is nice, big, two-story. Fast service. I recommend it)

In general, McDonald's is always good for quick hunger. I bought the minecraft film menu today and got it but unfortunately I got one of the figures that is for the children's menu instead of the one from my menu 😂🤣 I still think it's a shame and I can't get an answer as to why I don't get the right figure.

I ordered around 11pm on Saturday and was told to wait 6 minutes for cleaning. I waited 20 minutes and still ended up having to get coke instead of coffee. This all happened first when I arrived back and asked about my order again. In the meantime I ordered nuggets and selected table service. I ended up having to pick up nuggets myself. The first thing I noticed outside was that I didn't get any sauce with it. 👎

Worst McDonald's, half a Coke was spilled and didn't get a new one. Employees are cheeky. Food tastes like my ass. Never again

The woman who is assumably Indian and plus size at the cash register, didn’t just give me less money back then I was supposed to but also lied about it when I confronted her about 5€ missing. I only noticed it after a few minutes before she started to lie, yell and throw me with my food out of the restaurant.

Das Fleisch wird immer dünner es schmeckt überhaupt nicht und der Preis ist viel zu hoch wir kommen nicht mehr 😕 ich kann nur sagen macht weiter so und es kommt keiner mehr zu euch

It's like any other McDonald's, but there's no table service here. The displays are stacked behind the counter, so no one has to go up the stairs... One star for the stroppy answer and the statement that McDonald's forbids the staff from climbing the stairs. Just wondering how it works in the other branches. Haven't seen anyone yet where the MC Menue arrives with the elevator.

I like visiting this branch, I'm not a big fan of fast food, but I really like eating something here. The crew is extremely nice. My impression here is that a great working atmosphere goes hand in hand. Toilets are clean...it's not like that everywhere. So gladly again...

Worst McDonald's I've ever been to. The order machines don't work, but they accept the code and then nothing works anymore. The code then no longer works in the app. impudence. This way you can cheat your customers with expensive food.

I was on a call and planned to use the self-service machine to order, but then a waitress came over and offered to take my order manually. I figured, “Okay, might as well, since I have to wait in line anyway.” However, I couldn’t remember the names or details of the meal sets, so I tried to look at the big screen behind her for information. I started to stumble through my order, and she directly asked me which burger I wanted. Not remembering the options, I told her I needed to see the pictures, but she kept pressing me for a choice and gave me a harsh, impatient look while I was trying to decide. I ended up just picking one at random. When it came to choosing a drink, she looked even more annoyed. It was a really uncomfortable experience.

Maybe this is a juice shop. You arrive at half past seven in the evening and are no longer allowed to sit down on the upper floor, where most of the seats are, because the upstairs is supposedly closed just because cleaning has already been done. The lady at the counter showed me to a place on the ground floor where someone was already sitting. A little privacy is probably too much to ask for. In any case, I won't be spending my money here again so quickly. In Lengfeld or Heidingsfeld you are treated much friendlier.

We ordered to be picked up at the counter, but I have to note that the evening management/shift management at McDonalds is very cheeky and condescending towards their employees, which is not possible at all. She also has an unsympathetic attitude towards the guests.

This is the dirtiest McDonald's I've ever been to. I couldn't change my child there either, I had to do that outside on a bench in front of the Mac. I haven't even gone to the toilet myself, what a disgusting intention. The food itself was okay. I don't think the tables and chairs had been cleaned for a week or something. All in all a sad intention.

My McCrispy was completely dried out and the breading was hard. Complaints are responded to rudely. Absolutely rude, uncouth restaurant manager, can barely speak proper German, but happily takes our money. In unclean restaurant, staff eats in the preparation area. What is noticeable is that no employee smiles or at least has a friendly face. Definitely not a model McDonald's.

Unfortunately, due to the service, we cannot recommend this McDonald's at all. If I could, I would give less than one star for service. The employee, who is often mentioned in other reviews, unfortunately ruins every visit here. On our last visit, our order of 4 McFlurries was executed incorrectly several times. When we politely asked to correct the order, we were accused of putting on our glasses and reading correctly, even though we were also right. This employee is also constantly annoyed and loudly takes it out on the guests. Without this employee I could probably recommend this location without any problems, but it doesn't work that way.

The food tastes the same as everywhere else in the burger joints. Hygiene in the toilets needs to be improved. There is a woman sitting at the front with a plate for the money. Apparently this woman cares more about finances than about cleanliness. At least that was my impression yesterday.

There are no questions about the staff and food, everything is wonderful and fast, but there are a lot of complaints about the cleaning lady who doesn’t speak German. The first time I went with a friend to the same stall and held the doors because the lock was broken, and this lady reproached us for “what are you doing there for so long, my visitors are leaving”, she forced us to remove the toilet paper from the floor that it was not me who scattered (I came in into the booth and it already happened there), this lady stood up and blocked the exit with her hand so that neither I nor my friend would get out, and another friend began to pull her hands and burst in, and this was because I didn’t give her the money that I had there wasn’t, although in fact I bought food in the establishment, and the second time, I already gave her 1 cent since there was no other money, this lady didn’t like it either, in the end she shouted “Hey” to me and with such anger and force throws this cent at me, I ask her “Warum?” she rolled her eyes and said nothing. Top location with a great view of the market square (first floor). The entrance is a bit small but it is more spacious upstairs. Thanks to the franchise, continuous quality. I love it....

The cleaner probably scratched your armpits for a good half hour and then smelled it and that really makes you hungry so McDonalds is not recommended

I am a regular customer of ours and only pay 200 euros in this shop every week, but the old Indian saleswoman works for us and we take food from her, or this is her shop, or unfortunately I don't know her racism. I didn't come back here again. Thanks.

Terrible, sucked-up McDonald’s in downtown Würzburg. Outside table completely broken, no trash can outside dirty. I don't understand why nobody makes controllers.
