I know it depends on the day, but that was the dirtiest McDonald's today.

A very good and well-maintained McDonald's with a toilet, children's playground and spacious outdoor area as well as a second floor. This is a McDonald's that you can only dream of. Especially since it has a toilet, unlike other McDonald's in the city of Würzburg. These toilets are very clean and also have a wall hook for your jacket when you go to the toilet. I have to wait a maximum of 5 minutes for my food, but usually only two to three minutes. That's ultra fast and I've never experienced that at any other McDonald's! There is also a McCafé in this McDonald's with a spacious seating area. However, the music there is usually a bit loud. Otherwise I'm very satisfied, McDonald's is very clean, the food comes very quickly, and in many places I have a socket where I can charge my cell phone. The sockets are even marked specifically for this purpose. I would come here again and again, especially since the McDonald's is right next to the tram stop and it only takes me about 15 minutes to get there. I can highly recommend McDonald's to everyone, the staff is very friendly, quick and accommodating.

The entire floor from the toilet to the dining room was full of grease and very slippery.

I recently ordered from this Mcd and was thoroughly impressed! My food arrived on time, and the quality was exceptional. The customer service was friendly and attentive.

It was very stressful there. I just wanted a frappe and had to wait almost 25 minutes after ordering because apparently the ones with burgers were preferred. I also got hit on because I was a little annoyed. But I wasn't rude or anything

Today - like every other time - the vouchers in combination with the electronic order didn't work. It's probably happened 5-7 times now. The employee then wanted to do it manually, but instead of paying the voucher price I was forced to pay in full. I said let's leave it and left. I feel most sorry for the employees. The main thing is to digitize it. Works great in theory. In practice, customers and employees alike suffer from such rubbish. I wish the employees all the best <3

Very bad branch. Every, absolutely EVERY order we make is missing something. The fries or the cheeseburgers, we already suspect the employees are doing this on purpose. The burgers are very poorly stacked, careless, crooked, the fries are old and mushy, which I know better from other branches. The restaurant is basically dirty. Really not recommended, unfortunately we live nearby and don't want to go anywhere else

Food was freshly prepared and of the usual Mc quality. Came relatively quickly via table service. The toilets and tables were pretty dirty, which is something I'm used to from the branch.

The food was cold and the cheese wasn't melted. The waiting time was also really terrible

There's nothing special going on

Unfortunately, I had a very unpleasant impression of this McDonald's. The restaurant seemed unclean to me with grease stains and dirt on many surfaces. Even though there were few guests in the restaurant, I couldn't find a clean table and decided to clean the table with my own wet wipes. Most of the food I received was not warm and seemed like it was not freshly prepared. The bacon seemed undercooked to me. The seating seemed unsanitary to me, as if it hadn't been thoroughly cleaned in a long time. I plan to file a complaint with McDonald’s.

Very pleasant restaurant with extremely friendly staff! The branch manager in particular tries to ensure that everything runs smoothly and quickly. Even when there is a rush of customers, the employees strive to fulfill customer requests. 5 out of 5 stars!

Very friendly service when ordering in person.

This place has amazing staff and a great quality of McDonalds food. We gave a large order in advance for a party (120 Burgers) and where some of the order McDonalds in Würzburg refused to do it the manager of this one, the amazing lady Delia immediately said they would do it. The order arrived on the minute and everything was exactly as previously agreed. Big shout out to Delia, such an amazing and capable lady, thank you so much!

Hygiene could be better, toilet paper was gone!

In a nutshell / without words = nothing works, not even the app.

Unfriendly and inedible. Even after explicitly asking whether a double espresso also included a double shot, it was only done twice. The food was rarely bad.

The store itself is nice and clean, the staff is friendly. Unfortunately, burgers, side dishes or sauces are often forgotten when ordering to-go. Just happened again today, even though it wasn't a big order.

McDonald's has remodeled. Everything beautiful, everything new. There are no more red tablets and the cafe has become brighter. Ordering is now possible via a terminal. Delivery to the table. Alternatively, order from person a and have it delivered. Or take it with you? What hasn't changed is the range. That's still the same. All in all... turned out nice. ... but I hope that soon you will be served quickly at the cafe again and won't have to wait for someone to come.

My first choice in Würzburg and for me also one of the best branches in the region. Food comes quickly, staff is friendly, the location near the A3 is good. I come here regularly and have never had any problems. Clear recommendation.

The whole business stinks. A sub-critical toilet, where our fellow brown people, who are not even aware of the traces of the European cultural tour, collect money. In a quality that is obsolete for the store.

Simply cheap and good 😺 only VAT applies. But the food is okay and tasty. The price is okay too.

Can you start cutting the chicken into small pieces in the wrap again and not pack it in the whole piece? Every other McDonald's can do this too...

Of course, you can't expect anything close to restaurant quality, but at least you can expect a minimum level of commitment to the preparation of the food when there's not much going on in the store or at the drive-thru. I have attached a picture of a burger from our order as an example. The staff there is always so nice, especially the slightly older lady who feels like she has been working there for 20 years. The kitchen staff will then have to step up their game a bit!

Problems with the online order were solved on site in an accommodating and friendly manner. Burgers freshly prepared and delicious.

The prices here are better than at the train station. The fries are fresh. Everything goes quickly and the cashiers are very nice and helpful. You can also buy beer with your meal. They have an indoor fireplace which is quite fun. Of course it's not a real open fireplace but you can see it behind glass walls. April 2024: more expensive and no more beer.

I've eaten around 50 Big Tastys in total so far and they've always been warm and delicious. And today I had the first Big Tasty where the cheese was already melted on the outside of the packaging. That means the thing has been back there for 20 minutes! The Big Tasty had nothing to do with a Big Tasty except for its appearance.

There is no straw for the drink. Straw is cardboard and you have to get it yourself. There's also a disco at 11 p.m., the radio is blaring so loudly that your ears will fall off. Cheeseburger is really small for almost 3 euros.

Ordered food at the table. Was delivered quickly but hot. I was lucky because less than 15 minutes later it was lunch time and there was a lot going on

McDonalds is slowly but surely making its way. You enjoy going there and feel comfortable. Great go on

I've been there 3 times within 2 weeks, shortly before or after midnight. The seating was always clean and tidy and the food was hot and ready less than 5 minutes after ordering. Some of the employees only speak very broken German, but they are still very friendly. In terms of taste, it's just like McDonald's. You get what you expect, although the individual menu items are not thrown into the packaging or bags as carelessly as is sometimes the case in other branches. Overall one of the best McDonald's branches in the region.

Classic McDonald's as you know it😅

We came with 25 people and were given a very warm welcome, were spontaneously allowed into our own compartment, the food came very quickly and there was a “greeting from the house” on top of that. Thank you!

My favorite McDonald's branch in Würzburg and the surrounding area. There's nothing wrong with the menus. Special requests are fulfilled to my satisfaction. My table was clean and the tables were wiped regularly. The floor is also clean, you feel comfortable. I also think the employees are great, very friendly. I could observe that it is a very well-coordinated team. The working atmosphere also has a very positive effect on me. Keep it up. Small point of criticism. The waiting time at the MC Cafe counter could be shorter. You should always keep an eye on this area.

McDrive...., Forgot parts of the order. It wasn't that there was an incredible amount going on, but there was probably enough going on that the manageable order was incomplete. Food...., the Filet o Fish now only has at most half a slice of cheese on it anyway and half of this mini slice is actually always hanging on the box. Yesterday was the crowning glory, see picture... At least the burger saw the cheese :-(

Overall I give it 3 out of 5 stars. Positive: • The location is very central and easy to get to, which is definitely a plus. • The staff were friendly and helpful, despite the obvious work pressure. Needs improvement: • The cleanliness in the dining area left a lot to be desired. Several tables had not been wiped down and there was leftover food on the floor. • The waiting time for the order was longer than expected. Even though there were only a few customers in front of me, it took about 15 minutes to receive my order. • The food was okay, but didn't quite meet my expectations. The fries were a little too salty, and the burger didn't seem freshly made. Conclusion: My visit to McDonald’s was average. While the staff was friendly and the restaurant's location is convenient, there is clear room for improvement in terms of cleanliness and food quality. I hope these points will be addressed in the future to improve the customer experience.

Eigentlich ganz gut gelegen und nett eingerichtet. Überhaupt nicht gefallen hat mir, dass ausnahmslos alle Tische verschmiert waren. Ebenso waren die Toiletten unangenehm.

War eiskalt in dem Mc, leider haben die die großen guten Burger nicht mehr im Programm. 😭

Klassischer mc Donalds. Vor kurzem renoviert und digitalisiert, große Kapazität an Sitzplätzen und ein Außenbereich. (-) Parkplatz umfasst ca 20 Plätze. Außerhalb der Stoßzeiten aber ausreichend

McDonald's halt. Man kommt her und isst so viel bis einem schlecht wird und dann geht man halt.

Always good to stop in McDonald’s after a long trip in the car. The food is the usual and like the separate area where you can enjoy a nice coffee. They offer good service overall in toilets. If I use them I always make sure to consume a meal as toilets for free and clean in public places are not common.

Betinung war nicht freundlich hat gesagt es wied nicht an Tisch serviert weil kein Schilder da sind aber kurz danach hat die andere Schilder in getan.

Kleinere McDonalds Filiale. Aber war ausreichend für unsere Gruppe. Essen kam schnell und schmeckte, wie Mces halt schmeckt.

Ich war im Drive-in, musste trotz Vorbestellung ungewöhnlich lange warten.

Bei meinem letzten Besuch bei McDonald's war der Service in Ordnung und das Ambiente angenehm. Leider waren die Pommes etwas kalt, was die Erfahrung etwas getrübt hat. Preislich empfand ich McDonald's jedoch als etwas zu teuer, es sei denn, man hat einen Coupon auf dem Handy, der eine Ausnahme darstellt.

I ordered a coffee to drink at the place. They give coffee in paper cup instead of ceramic cup. There was only one employee to handle drive+counter service.
