Update: die Frau die immer in der Nachtschicht arbeitet ist immer wieder extrem freundlich.

Wenn es etwas weniger fliegen geben würde wäre es angenehmer

Seit schon immer zufrieden 🍟 Ich kann dieses McDonald’s Restaurant wärmstens empfehlen. Service ist freundlich und schon wie damals auf zack, Danke 👑 Die Burger sind auch zu späterere Stunde oder während der Stoßzeiten stets zu meiner Zufriedenheit. Was soll ich sonst noch so schreiben.. Lokalität sowie WC sind tadellos. Ich wüsste nicht wann ich dort mal etwas zu beanstanden hatte. Gerne lange weiter so 🙂‍↕️🍔

Wie alle McDonald's. Aber nahe gelegen.

Toller Service, das gesamte Personal ist super freundlich, sehr aufmerksam und gepflegt. Auch das Restaurant sauber, ordentlich und gut geführt. Ich pendel viel zwischen oberfpalz, Bayreuth und Frankfurt, wenn's geht halte ich immer besonders bei diesem McDonald's! 😃

Hatte ne Fanta bestellt und ne Cola bekommen, meine Soßen war nicht Barbecue wie bestellt sondern Ketchup. Außerdem hatte ich keine 6 Nuggets sondern nur 5. Bin sehr enttäuscht

Essen war auf jeden Fall gut und lecker sowie frisch. Personal war ebenfalls umsichtig.

Toller Kundenservice. Hatte eine spezielle Anfrage für einen besonderen Anlass und mir wurde ein überragender Kundenservice geboten. Vielen, vielen Dank noch einmal!

Es ist ein großartiges Restaurant in Deutschland. Ehrlich.

Sauber und warm, damit unsere kleinen Bäuchlein sich wohlfühlen.

Wir kommen hier öfters zu einer kleinen Rast hin,wenn wir auf der A3 unterwegs sind. Zu- Und Abfahrt zur A3 sind nicht weit weg, trotzdem meistens nicht zu frequentiert - außer zb zu Anreisezeiten in den Ferienanfängen. Parkplätze sind ausreichend vor Ort, Toiletten gibt es ebenfalls im McDonalds. 4 Selbstbedienungsbildschirme vorhanden und genug Sitzplätze im McDonalds/McCafé und an der frischen Luft. Außen auch eine Rutsche für Kinder zu finden. Essen in gewohnter Art und Weise vorhanden, Bestellungen über die App an den Tisch funktionieren schnell. Auch wenn einmal viel los ist, scheint das Personal der Lage gut Herr zu werden und die Bestellungen werden in einem adäquaten Tempo abgearbeitet und zu den Kunden gebracht. Alle waren stets freundlich, das Restaurant wird gut sauber gehalten. Von unserer Seite aus eine klare Empfehlung 👍

Man spricht "deutsch" nix verstehen... Essen kann ich nicht bewerten weil es keins gab. Ich wollte am Tresen das smart Menü bestellen, mir wurde gesagt dafür muss ich die App runterladen.Gesagt getan > bin mit dem Handy zu selbigen Verkäufer,der noch einen Kollegen dazu holte und der mir dann erklärte das es dafür momentan keine Coupons gebe.Ich kann aber normal Menüs bei ihm bestellen. 10 km weiter hat es dann geklappt. Normal bestellt und bekommen.

Ich habe soeben mit meinem freund essen bestellt. Pommes waren halb roh, chicken nuggets waren nicht fertig. Burgerfleisch war schwarz, servierten waren keine dabei. Ich war dort öfters, es ändert sich dennoch nichts am essen

Einer der besseren McDonalds Etablissements. Ambiente ist schön und Öffnungszeiten im Vergleich zu anderen Würzburger McDonalds Geschäften auch sehr gut. Fehlern in der Bestellung werden auch immer schnell und zuverlässig gelöst. Im allgemeinen ein Top McDonalds. Nur 4 Sterne jedoch da es immer noch „nur“ ein McD ist.

War sauber, alle sehr freundlich. Zuvorkommendes Personal. Pommes richtig knusprig u. heiß. Habe ich in anderen Filialen schon anders erlebt.

Ich bestelle seit langer Zeit fast jede Woche bei McDonald’s und habe trotz wiederholt schlechter Qualität meistens positive Bewertungen abgegeben, weil ich selbst arbeite und Verständnis hatte. In den letzten zwei Bestellungen war die Qualität jedoch nicht akzeptabel: • Essen war alt und kalt • Salat war dunkel/schwarz • Bei einem Bestellwert von ca. 40 € ist das nicht hinnehmbar Deshalb habe ich ehrlich 3 Sterne vergeben. Danach wurde mir offen gesagt, dass ich nicht mehr bestellen darf, weil ich eine negative Bewertung abgegeben habe. Das ist für mich inakzeptabel: • Kunden sollten das Recht haben, ehrlich ihre Meinung zu äußern, • ohne dafür vom Service ausgeschlossen zu werden. Kritik bedeutet nicht Respektlosigkeit. Ich erwarte bei diesem Preis frisches Essen und einen professionellen Umgang mit Feedback.

Bin fast täglich hier und immer toll und schnell bedient. Absolut tolles Personal. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist der Filet o Fisch. Selbst für den Angebotspreis einfach zu wenig Belag und "Pfortstrocken". Waren heute hier und total enttäuscht : anscheinend wird hier nicht mehr geheizt, was mir auch etliche Stammgäste bestätigt haben. Sie waren sonst täglich hier und haben mittlerweile das Lokal gewechselt. Schafe

Das Ambiente hat mir sehr gut gefallen. 😀 Das Essen ist halt Fastfood 😜 Also dies bedeutet ja, kein Gourmet kann hier glücklich 🐷 werden 💗. Aber mann kann hier mittlerweile einen guten Kaffee trinken. ☕ Dazu bringt man selbstgebackenen 🍰 mit. Für feiern empfiehlt sich da schon 🪉 lieber eine 🎂 mit zu bringen. Vorzugsweise in einer Box. Damit diese nicht ihr gutes Aussehen verliert. 😂 Besteck und Geschirr aus modernen abspühlfreien Plastik Material, steht in ausreichenden Masse zur Verfügung. 🍽️ Für mehrere Personen empfiehlt sich die zweite Etage. Und ein Vorbestellung, ausreichender Plätze. Rings herum gibt es genügend 🅿️ Flächen. Je nach Größe des Fahrzeuges, könnt ihr auch davor, Rechts 🤎 oder links ♥️ parken. 😂 Die Preise sind mittlerweile auf dem Niveau einer guten Sterne Gaststätte. ⛲ Empfehlen könnte ich als Alternative, den neuen Kult Tempel 🏛️ in der 🔨 street. Leider gibt es keinen veganen Burger, was für mich ein Grund ist, nicht mehr hinzugehen.

Klingt vielleicht dumm aber... überraschend sauber... überraschend schnell... 4 Menüs waren innerhalb 5 Minuten fertig ... Weiter so.

Randsteine an den Parkplätzen viel zu hoch, die beschädigen die Front des Autos (schon bei normalen Fahrzeugen). Drinnen wird je nach Team aufgeräumt oder eher nicht. Essen eher durchschnittlich. Zuletzt im November 2025

Einen mc Rösti mir gekönnt alles super

Scheinen nicht fähig zu sein zwei Autos und zwei Kunden im Restaurant zu bedienen. Wartezeit lange für die kleine Bestellung. Burger dann auch noch in der Mitte kalt. Freundlichkeit auch ehr nicht so. War alles in allem schlecht.

Ist das euer Ernst? N Haufen Geld für Schrott?Ein Paket voll Soße. Das ist echt ein Witz!!!!Wenn die Mitarbeiter nachts um 01:30 keine Lust mehr haben sollen Sie es bleiben lassen.

We had muffin fresh chicken, the chicken was very dry and the bun was a bit hard, which is different from what we're used to.

Even after three complaints about missing items, they still tell us to contact Lieferando. That's not customer-friendly. 👍 Then please deliver yourself and not via Lieferando. Best regards, Peter & Hans

At McDonald's, it seems to be common practice these days to serve a cappuccino in a porcelain cup without a saucer or spoon. However, if the right staff is on hand, this isn't a problem.

Absolutely filthy place, a case for the public order office...any train station toilet is cleaner. I've posted photos of the toilets, sinks, and chairs inside...I've never seen anything like it, even in the depths of Africa.

As always, McDonald's has gotten older, but it's still tasty. Breakfast is okay if you don't eat much in the morning.

I ordered an iced coffee shake with chocolate and twice said I wanted it in a glass. She brought it in a cup and said it wasn't served in a glass. A month ago, I was already drinking it in a glass, and there are signs for glass. I passed it on, but no one was interested in me, and she was also very rude afterward, removing a sign from the staff. The service was also very poor.

You can't make this stuff up... I placed an order at the drive-thru one evening and received a half-eaten (!) cottage cheese instead of my snack salad in the package... No further description is needed here (see photo)... As if that wasn't bad enough, my order was subsequently canceled in the app – which clearly shows that the employees knew exactly what had happened... Instead of actively taking responsibility for my complaint, I, as a customer, was then asked to call the restaurant manager myself to "resolve" the matter. For me, this is not only a gross failure in the areas of hygiene and customer service, but also a poor reflection of how complaints are handled. Just stay away from this McDonald's...

I visited McDonald's today, and unfortunately, my first impression was negative. The restaurant had an unpleasant smell, and the air quality was poor. The tables and chairs appeared dirty, significantly spoiling the overall impression. The menu offers far too little variety. The staff was friendly, but the cleanliness and variety of offerings left much to be desired. Hopefully, more attention will be paid to hygiene, regular cleaning, and a more varied menu soon.

The quality is what you'd expect from McDonald's. Outside, you can watch trains on the nearby bridge.

The McDonald's in Bietigheim is truly a disgrace. The cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired, and if you have a problem with the food you ordered, you're insulted. We wanted to eat two ice creams and ordered the new flavor. The ice cream was ready quickly, but it was only a third full. When we asked why the bottom was covered like that, we were turned away with the words, "That's how the machine does it." We wanted to return the ice cream and get our money back, but that wasn't possible, and we were left standing there. We've had similar encounters several times in this branch now, and we will avoid it and advise against going there. Go to a competitor; at least they give you a full ice cream and not just three scoops. No understanding of customer service at all. Don't spend your money there!

Food as usual at McDonald's Service was unfortunately not so great. On the one hand, it was very child-friendly, on the other hand, there were unfortunately no burgers, and they immediately checked again to see if that was true or if we wanted something free. With a €50 spend, we won't need to ask for something free. And other guests at the same time had the same experience. Something was missing and had to be asked for. Plus, there were a lot of wasps in the restaurant. Sure, that's nature, but we've never seen that number before. So next time, we'll head back to Geiselwind; it was more pleasant there.

No real German-speaking staff member who understands you; the branch management is not at all service-oriented and the food is not brought properly either

Disgusting! Everything is sticky and dirty! Restrooms are a no-go! The quality of the food is also questionable... They should simply close the restaurant for two weeks and do a thorough cleaning!

Dirt everywhere. The floors are dirty. You walk, and your shoes stick to the floor. The tables are wiped, and all the crumbs land on the chairs and the floor.

There was no chocolate shake, so the food only got one star. Unfortunately, the restrooms had a rather strong smell. Otherwise, the atmosphere and offerings were just standard McDonald's, and the service was very attentive.

Great! Fast service, very clean. Super friendly staff, even the restrooms were super clean. Otherwise, it was just a McDonald's, with decor that seemed a bit dated.

It always tastes good. Whenever we're nearby, we always eat there. Highly recommended 👍

If you know one, you know them all

Washing hands is only possible to a limited extent. There's no soap in the dispenser, and unfortunately the dryer doesn't work either. Food is good. Had a coffee and a MC wrap with egg. Tastes great.

The salad was already slightly brown and no longer appetizing, so I didn't eat it out of concern, even though I paid for it. Unfortunately, as far as salad goes, it got a 6, and it went in the trash.

Worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Incredibly rude at the drive-thru counter. No hello, no thank you, no goodbye—nothing. And the lady who gave us our food at the second window ate our fries right in front of us! Totally unacceptable!

Food was okay, but the wrap was put in the new package the wrong way round and therefore fell apart while eating. Also, the takeaway strawberry cake didn't come with a fork.

This was one of the better McDonald's I've been to. The fries were really well salted and had a good bite to them. The burgers were also tasty considering the conditions, although the McCrispy had more lettuce on the side of the burger than on it. The biggest criticism was the waiting time: I had to wait almost 12 minutes for my food, even though I was almost at the top of the waiting list. Others who came after me, and sometimes significantly more than me, were preferred for whatever reason. Otherwise, the branch is definitely recommended in terms of taste.

By far the best McDonald's I have visited so far, the food is always freshly prepared and you even have to wait because the food arrives very warm before the customer can eat. Other branches can also take a lesson from the staff, I'd love to come back!

Every time something is missing from the order. They haven't even managed to give me my entire order in over 10 years. You really have to look carefully! I now unpack it right in front of them and make sure everything is there. We usually order with the app's coupons and also small items. Either the second burger in the coupon or the one ordered separately is always missing. Sometimes entire menus are even missing. My children also received Happy Meals with only fries in them, the rest was simply forgotten. It also often happens that the Happy Meal ends up with nuggets instead of the cheeseburger you ordered... It's damn annoying. Waiting times are also extreme. Despite the empty store and only one order in front of me, I had to wait 15 minutes to realize that again not everything was there... How much money I've lost by rushing and not checking. Then at home there was a nasty surprise...

The store itself is nice and clean, the staff is friendly. The problem with forgotten extras or incorrectly prepared dishes has now been resolved. However, sometimes there are extreme waiting times at the McCafe as it is not always staffed.

A bit very crowded, but everything was ok

Well, when we went to McDonald’s back then, the food was warm. It arrived quickly and the ambience with the fireplace is also cozy. I can't say anything negative.

Food was lukewarm. Apparently the advertising is "you don't have to order without it".

The young waitress was very, very nice and friendly, she is a dream. Burger works like this, cheese should melt even more

An incredibly long hair was found in my fries and it seems like the staff at K+S don't wear hairnets. This is absolutely unacceptable and unhygienic.

Unfortunately, for the second time in a row, I got a Mcwrap cold to (with a lot of love, perhaps) lukewarm - that was the last time in the branch.

Typical McDonald's. The staff seems good. The manager is helpful. Cleanliness failed. They clean up, but the tables and chairs are covered in food. Moreover, the seats are covered in age-old dirt. .

To be honest, we ordered nuggets for a child, a 4-year-old son, they were not nuggets, but complete horror, they were not fresh...

Well-kept restaurant but every time something is missing. This time it was fries. Unfortunately I just checked to see if all the burgers were there. And they were lying carelessly in the packaging.

I know it depends on the day, but that was the dirtiest McDonald's today.

A very good and well-maintained McDonald's with a toilet, children's playground and spacious outdoor area as well as a second floor. This is a McDonald's that you can only dream of. Especially since it has a toilet, unlike other McDonald's in the city of Würzburg. These toilets are very clean and also have a wall hook for your jacket when you go to the toilet. I have to wait a maximum of 5 minutes for my food, but usually only two to three minutes. That's ultra fast and I've never experienced that at any other McDonald's! There is also a McCafé in this McDonald's with a spacious seating area. However, the music there is usually a bit loud. Otherwise I'm very satisfied, McDonald's is very clean, the food comes very quickly, and in many places I have a socket where I can charge my cell phone. The sockets are even marked specifically for this purpose. I would come here again and again, especially since the McDonald's is right next to the tram stop and it only takes me about 15 minutes to get there. I can highly recommend McDonald's to everyone, the staff is very friendly, quick and accommodating.

The entire floor from the toilet to the dining room was full of grease and very slippery.

I recently ordered from this Mcd and was thoroughly impressed! My food arrived on time, and the quality was exceptional. The customer service was friendly and attentive.

It was very stressful there. I just wanted a frappe and had to wait almost 25 minutes after ordering because apparently the ones with burgers were preferred. I also got hit on because I was a little annoyed. But I wasn't rude or anything
