McDonald's in Würzburg

The man who took the order was super friendly.

Unfortunately, no matter which McDonald's restaurant you visit in Germany, the quality continues to decline. My crispy chicken was cold and I had cucumbers on it, and they were really thickly sliced. It's a shame that, considering the money it costs these days, they no longer pay any attention to quality and order.

Fast food always gets a maximum of 3 stars.

The last order was missing an MC Chicken, 2 weeks ago a cheeseburger - it's just annoying

It's just McDonald's. Service was very fast. The burgers were just your typical fast food fare. Not exactly attractive, but they tasted as good as always.

The wait time for a small meal was 27 minutes, despite the restaurant apparently being empty. Including offensive, offensive comments from an employee.

Yes! Plenty of places to sit! Breakfast was freshly made since we were there at 6:45 a.m. The latte macchiato was very good here. In others, it's very bitter and strong, despite the milk. This one was just right for me. The food was also perfect. Thanks also for being greeted with a smile and not with the annoyed looks of the employees in the Augsburg area. Maybe we were just lucky today! 🌞 Thank you anyway! 🌹

I visited the McDonald's at midnight. Despite the late hour, the service was surprisingly fast and friendly. The food was served fresh and hot—it tasted truly delicious. A very positive experience for a late-night visit.

I ate there on the way home. The sauce tasted expired. It was the same. I threw up the whole time the next day 🤮 Because I was almost completely dehydrated, I even had to get an IV. Luckily, I was fine again the next day. I tried one of their current burgers. You've made me afraid of McDonald's. Because of you, I won't eat McDonald's anymore. Just thinking about it makes me sick. Besides, this review made me sick 🤮🤮🤮🤢🤢🤢Why don't you check the ingredients you use in your burgers? WHY NOT!? Or do you want to lose even more customers? The one plus point (that I have to give) goes to the ambiance because it was renovated. This happened on April 27th. I prefer to go to the competition, because at least the food is still good and not expired. Honestly, people, stay away from this "store." Unless you want to get it yourself like I did. I literally vomited up all my stomach acid that day. I can't recommend it, really!

Simply fantastic! We stopped here at 3 a.m. while passing through. Fast service, the food was really hot, and the fries were perfectly crispy. Everything was excellent. We'd love to go back!

The store seemed relatively well-maintained. I went to the McDrive. The person ordering was friendly and was able to take my order quickly. Preparation was very quick despite the apparently busy interior. I received hot food quickly, which is exactly how it should be. All in all, I would recommend the store.

Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience at this McDonald's. Part of my order wasn't delivered, which was annoying. The staff seemed stressed and unhelpful. The cleanliness of the restaurant was also unsatisfactory. The fries were particularly disappointing – they were cold and seemed stale. For the price, I would have expected fresh, warm fries. This unfortunately significantly diminished my confidence in the quality. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and makes improvements. For me personally, it was one of the weaker McDonald's experiences.

Food is sometimes cold. Burgers are soggy, fries are hot...the quality fluctuates with every visit, even when it's not busy.

The lady at the cash register, presumably the shift manager (light blouse, short orange hair), after asking why the food hadn't arrived for 20 minutes, slammed the tray down on us, causing the fries to fall to the floor. This was done to several customers. When we pointed out that a friendlier approach was possible, the answer was, "We can always go somewhere else to eat." It's a shame she's taking up space for more competent staff.

The employee at the drive-thru is by far the friendliest you could ever meet. Absolutely friendly, understandable. The best man.

I had to wait about 10 minutes for a McWrap! It wasn't busy, and there was no rush behind the counter. More than five orders were served before me. I asked the waiter about it. The response was a smile and a somewhat ironic thank you. I didn't find that very pleasant or confident. I would have expected at least an apology for the wait!

The cashier was very friendly and competent and helped me use the mobile phone app. I was also given an order number board and I was supposed to take a seat with my children, so that the order would be brought here. After a short time the order came. This was perfect. Everything was freshly prepared. Simply TOP!

I placed my order online, sat down at the table, and received my hot meal within 5 minutes. I highly recommend this restaurant; the service is excellent. My only complaint is the cleaning of the tables and trolleys, which were overflowing. Otherwise, the service was excellent; very friendly. There's plenty of parking.

Well located in the Nürnbergerstr commercial area. .easy to reach by car. The citizens are just getting smaller and smaller, like in every McDonald's branch... I think that's a shame...

My stay at this hotel was just perfect! From the moment I arrived until the moment I left I was pampered. The staff is incredibly friendly, professional and very attentive. When I checked in I was warmly welcomed and given all the information I needed. The room was spacious, very well equipped and absolutely spotlessly clean. I particularly liked the cozy atmosphere, which really invited you to relax. Breakfast was an absolute highlight – a huge selection of fresh, high-quality food. From warm dishes to fresh juices, cereals and pastries, there was everything you could wish for. It really was the perfect start to the day! The location of the hotel couldn't be better - central, but still quiet, so you could relax well in the evening. There are great restaurants and cafés in the area and the main attractions are within easy reach. I was completely satisfied with my stay and can only recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for an unforgettable experience. Everything is just right here – service, comfort and atmosphere. I will definitely come back!

I specially ordered online to pick up because I don't have time to wait forever. I said 15 minutes before I got there that I was on the way so that the order would be ready as soon as I was there... I've already paid for it... I arrived, the employees were completely rude... I got it a piece of paper with the order number in my hand and was told to wait... there were still 15 orders in front of me, I waited for a while and was increasingly under time pressure and then left without eating! I don't come here anymore

Complete disaster. The second time after a short time I got regular Cola instead of Cola Zero. Of course great for diabetics. Staff is absolutely unreasonable and slow, you wait over 10 minutes for your order.

After a not so successful club evening, myself and two friends went to this McDonald's again. The service was good and the food was tasty. But the experience suddenly changed after my friends were on the toilet and I was sitting alone on the upper platform. An employee started cleaning up and blocked the paths where we ate with chairs. The shed is open 24/7. When my colleagues came from the defecation tub, their path to me was blocked and they were forbidden to return to their place where we had our midnight meal. The tide turned rapidly when the good lady lost all the utensils from a tray and the still full Cola cup hit the floor. This brought some joy to us at the end. ;)

Toilets totally filthy. Paper on the floor in the toilet. No soap, no paper towels at the sink and the hand dryer was broken. It's not the first time, the toilets have often been dirty.

The first order to the table via the app was no problem. We then ordered something more and it just didn't come. After 30 minutes we tried to talk to employees about it. A total of 4 employees, only one of whom could speak at least a little English. Unfortunately, no one could or wanted to help us and we were referred to the manager, who would come in about 30 minutes. That just wouldn't have been worth the time and stress. I just hope that the employees involved always have a pillow that is too warm and regularly stub their little toes. I used to always be very happy here but somewhere this shop just took a wrong turn. I will think about eating there three times in the future.

I went to this branch this morning around 9:30 a.m. to have a coffee and a butter croissant for breakfast. Paid at the checkout and I was told to sit until it was ready. So far so good but the lady had everything on her mind except my breakfast!!!! There was nothing going on and after 15 minutes of waiting I asked for my money back. I haven't been to McDonald's in a long time but I didn't think the service would be so bad. Please address the team to the customer first and then you can chat as much as you want!!!!

Maybe the most poorly managed McDonalds I have ever been in. The bathrooms have no soap. The soap has been empty for weeks. The hand drier does not function. TP is issued by the sheet. Waiting for a breakfast order averages 7 min. I am just thinking that if I am on a breakfast schedule that breakfast items would be pre prepared. Are employees washing theirs hands after restroom use? Possibly if they use the wash sinks and dish soap, but considering the impression of laziness, it suggests not. Be ashamed.....

Basically a normal McDonalds restaurant. But the toilets are so underground dirty and unhygienic... That's not possible, almost like a typical rest area toilet.

The McDonald's you shouldn't visit. Ordering via app is technically not possible, the employees at the counter are hopelessly overwhelmed. It took a woman and her son 12 minutes for the employee to have two menus in the system.

I'm always amazed at how well organized the staff is here. For me personally it is very important how organized the employees are and how friendly they are. You can't complain in any way... No matter what they earn, it's not enough... The rest... well, McDonald's is just McDonald's... Taste and quality are consistent

What's really bad here is the disgusting smell in the toilets. It hits you, just disgusting.

I think the soft ice cream with chocolate is good. Burgers are OK, but somehow not enough to fill you up. Still a good selection. The quality is very good.
