McDonald's in Würzburg

Leider eine sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung. Ich hatte zwei Cheeseburger, Pommes und Chicken Wings bestellt und musste dafür etwa 20 Minuten warten. Grundsätzlich kann ich bei einer etwas größeren Bestellung eine gewisse Wartezeit nachvollziehen. Umso enttäuschender war es jedoch, dass die Pommes und die Cheeseburger bei der Ausgabe bereits kalt waren. Nach meiner Reklamation erhielt ich zwar "eine" neue Portion Pommes, was ich positiv sehe. Allerdings stellte ich anschließend fest, dass auch die Cheeseburger kalt waren. Nach einer Wartezeit von rund 20 Minuten erwarte ich eigentlich, dass die Speisen zumindest frisch und warm serviert werden. Besonders unverständlich ist für mich, wie es dazu kommen kann, dass Pommes offenbar schon deutlich vor dem restlichen Essen eingepackt werden und dadurch auskühlen. Gerade bei einer Systemgastronomie sollte der Ablauf so organisiert sein, dass die Produkte warm beim Gast ankommen. Schade. wirkt auf mich chaotisch und schlecht organisiert. Vielleicht übernimmt ja mal jemand Verantwortung. Ich hoffe dir Bewertung hilft besser zu werden.

Fiscmäc "Filet-O-Fish" bestellt. War kalt und ungenießbar. So nicht.

Wurde neu renoviert, Ladestation für Fahrzeuge vorhanden, top. Ich führe es auf Personalmangel zurück, dass die Nummer weggedrückt wird, bevor die Zeit abläuft; das ist wohl gängige Praxis.

Sonntagabend, sehr viel los und für MC eine echt lange Wartezeit 😕

Fleisch auf dem Burger war kalt und alt! Ekelhaft! Und dafür bezahlt man viel Geld.

Schade nach dem Umbau ungemütlich. Alles verdreckt. Alles läuft über, obwohl nicht viel los war. "Personal" grimmig und unfreundlich. Versteckt sich in der neuen "Küche ". Toiletten und Boden klebrig. Letztes Jahr war noch alles sauber und die MitarbeiterInnen waren motiviert und freundlich. Schade, auch die McDonalds Zeit gehört wohl der Vergangenheit an. Wer gibt dafür ernsthaft noch Geld aus?

Sehr schlechtes Benehmen der "Chefin". Ich bin rein gekommen mit einem Kind auf dem Arm und einem an der Hand. Ich habe insgesamt über 30€ liegen lassen, bin nur wegen einem Glas hergekommen. Da ich die Hände voll hatte und die App nicht zur Hand hatte bekam ich kein Glas, ich habe die Bedingung freundlich gefragt ob ich trotzdem eins bekomme, diese meinte nur das ich zur "Chefin" gehen soll, diese hat nur in sehr schlechtem Deutsch gesagt "nur diese mit Coupon", so geht man nicht mit seinen Kunden um, mir ist das Glas egal es geht mir darum wie mit mir gesprochen wurde. Bitte nicht vergessen eure Gäste halten euren Laden am laufen

Sooo soll ein MC sein sauber, freundlich und schnell und bei MC Café gibt es den gewohnten Service inkl Milch , Deckel ect

Ich fahre extra jedes Mal zu dieser McDonald’s-Filiale in Würzburg – und das aus gutem Grund. die einen kostenlosen Parkplatz bietet. Gerade in Würzburg ist das wirklich ein großer Pluspunkt und macht den Besuch deutlich entspannter. Neben dem Parkplatz stimmt hier aber auch der Rest: Das Restaurant ist sauber, das Essen ist wie man es von McDonald’s kennt, und man kann hier in Ruhe sitzen und essen. Die Atmosphäre ist angenehm und nicht so hektisch wie in manchen anderen Filialen. Für mich persönlich ist diese Filiale deshalb die beste Wahl in Würzburg. Wer ohne Stress parken und entspannt essen möchte, ist hier genau richtig.

Der McDonalds wurde umgebaut. Leider sieht er jetzt aus, wie in einer Bahnhofshalle. Schade!!! Auch nur noch Selbstbedienungstationen zum eingeben (6 Stück). Sind eigentlich zu wenig.

Nach Umbau auf neustem stand. 2 Spuren Drive Inn . Dafür innen modern aber gefühlt weniger Sitzplätze als vorher. Leider ist das Konzept von Burger King in Sachen Getränke ( Getränkeautomat Selbstbedienung, befüllen sooft Du willst!!) besser.

Was ist in den vergangenen Jahren passiert? Vor 10 Jahren, zu der Zeit als es auch den Signature-Burger gab, hattet ihr eure Hochphase: Jedes(!) Gericht war heiß... also heiße Pommes, heiße Curley Fries, heiße Burger Patties, heiße Nuggets. Die Burger wurden sorgfältig zubereitet und sahen schon fast aus wie auf den Fotos. Und heute? Seit einigen Jahren geht es stetig mit der Qualität bergab. Ich hatte schon lange keine heißen Pommes mehr, die Burger sehen lieblos dahingeklatscht aus, die Patties mit Glück noch warm. Von den drastisch gestiegenen Preisen der letzten Jahre ganz zu schweigen... da passt die gebotene Qualität in Relation überhaupt garnicht mehr zusammen. Sehr schade.

Das Essen ist richtig heiß gewesen.

Seid der Neueröffnung läuft alles schief.... Ich war keine 20 min im Restaurant gesessen, mir haben sauce, Spielzeug und Servietten nicht an den Tisch gefehlt. Bei dennen die neben uns saßen wurde das falsche und auch nicht die vollständige Bestellung gebracht! Und geschmeckt hat es auch nicht... Pommes zu lang drin etc.

Es war ein sehr gemütlichen McDonald's, Mann konnte die Mitarbeiter bei der Zubereitung sehen, tolle Kaffetheke, extra lounge Bereich. Nach dem Umbau ist es sehr eng und ungemütlich. Es wirkt überhaupt nicht gemütlich. Bei der Abholung starrt man nun nicht mehr in die Küche, sondern gegen eine Wand. Das McDonald's typische laute "biepen" kommt nun in stereo (Küche und SB Terminal). Im Außenbereich/Parkplatz gibt's Kunstrasen statt echtes grün. Naja, ganz ehrlich - Fahrt lieber zu einen anderen macces

Meine Bestellung ist nie korrekt. Ständig fehlt etwas, wenn ich sie am Drive-in abhole. Schrecklicher Service. Ich habe schon viel Geld verloren, weil ich das bestellte Essen nicht bekommen habe. Nicht empfehlenswert.

Nach dem Umbau schlecht. Personal total überfordert an der kleinen Essensausgabe. Burger war kalt, nach Rückgabe musste ich an der Essensausgabe auf den neuen Burger warten.. nach fast 10 min war der Rest von meinem Essen auch kalt, und der neue Burger war auch nicht heiß. Chef macht Mitarbeiter vor Kunden dumm an, Personal unter sich auch. Bin enttäuscht..

Es reicht! Der Umbau ist ein Totaler Reinfall! Von absoluter Klasse mit durchdachtem Konzept zu einem hippen wild aufgebauten Haufen an Bestellterminals. Zudem kann man dank fehlender Tür nicht unbemerkt „vergessen“ Hände zu waschen. Von einem Top laden zu einer Durchfallgrotte! Besten Dank McDonald’s!😡😡

Alles zu, die Arbeit mal die Öffnungszeiten zu aktualisieren, hat sich niemand gemacht. Schlechter Service, ganz klassisch. Keiner denkt an den Kunden mehr.

Bin heute hingefahren. Wegen Baustelle geschlossen. Öffnungszeiten waren nicht gepflegt. Damit rechnet man nicht bei täglich hunderten Kunden.

Die rothaarige Frau war sehr unfreundlich zur kaufwilligen Kundschaft. Wir wurden durch falsches Zeichen sehr unfreundlich von rothaarige Frau behandelt. Fazit: Diese rothaarige Frau hätte ruhig etwas netter uns sagen können, dass der McDonald's geschlossen ist und uns nicht direkt bis aufs letzte fertig machen müssen.

Netter Personal, aber das Essen ist einfach nur Müll! Ambient? Nix...

Irgendwas im Burger hat mir Übelkeit verursacht und ich saß den ganzen Morgen wie festgenagelt auf der Toilette.

Dieser mäc macht einen etwas ungepflegten Eindruck und es ist für meinen Geschmack zu laut. Ich bin froh wieder draußen zu sein.

Die Verpackungen sind ungeöffnet schon dreckig und Eis war schon fast geschmolzen als es gebracht wurde. Man findet keine Ausschilderung für ein Klo wenn es eins gibt

Gut gelegen. Entweder sehr nette Mitarbeiter vor Ort oder Mitarbeiter die gar keinen Bock auf ihren Job haben. Definitiv wichtig! Wenn hier Essen zum Abholen bestellt wird, genau überprüfen! Die letzten Male hat immer! ! ! etwas gefehlt. Hierbei spielt es keine Rolle ob viel oder wenig los ist…. Die Mitarbeiter bekommen es einfach nicht hin

Ich finde es einfach nur unverschämt wie lange man in diesem laden auf normale chicken Nuggets wartet wenn im Laden nichts los ist. Meine bekannten und ich haben mindestens 25 min gewartet und das personal ist auch unhöflich. Absolute Enttäuschung ich persönlich empfehle diesen Mc‘donalds niemandem

Moderne Einrichtung. Essen frisch zubereitet. Freundlicher Service. Sauberes Lokal. Geschmack und Preise wie von Mekkes bekannt.

1 Stunde auf Frühstück gewartet weil ältere blonde Dame das bestellte Essen als to-go verpackt hat und die Heißgetränke (wie bestellt) sofort in Tassen an den Tisch gebracht wurden. Unfähig sich für den Fehler zu entschuldigen! Keine Kommunikation obwohl wir mehrmals reklamiert haben.

Ein McDonalds wie man ihn kennt. Essen zu anständigen Preisen, nettes Personal, sauberes Ambiente.

2x Royal TS waren kalt, Pommes zur Hälfte kalt, Double-Cheeseburger wurden erst vergessen, dann auf Nachfrage nachgemacht, während das restliche Essen kalt geworden ist und waren dann so in Ketchup getränkt, dass man das "Ketchup mit Burger" nennen muss...

Alles top , obwohl Stress sind alle ruhig und freundlich . Gern wieder 🙂. Am Nachbartisch fehlte auch der Aufsteller für die Bestellung auch das wurde ruhig geklärt und nachgefragt .

Your employees can't even process an order I placed just two minutes earlier. I ordered a 9-piece nugget at the register and went to pick up my food shortly after. The cashier then accused me of forging the receipt – even though I placed the order with him exactly two minutes before. (December 12th, around 4:15 am) 0 stars, an almost unparalleled level of service. I would fire such an employee immediately.

The best thing about this McDonald's... It's open 24/7. So if all else fails, there's always something here.

You guys ruined my evening 😭 I specifically paid full price for a Big Rösti instead of using the voucher for a Big Rösti party. Unfortunately, when I got home, I discovered that there was a party tomorrow anyway... I had to throw it away immediately, it was inedible... Great, everyone around me is eating and I'm stuck with fries. What a great evening...

The restaurant is clearly showing its age. The interior is badly worn – some of the upholstery is torn, and the grout in the restrooms shows significant damage. Overall, the hygiene standards leave much to be desired.

Some of the food was cold. Burgers were lukewarm, fries were hot, but sometimes raw...the quality fluctuates with every visit, even when it's not busy.

Absolutely terrible store. Due to a technical error, my vouchers weren't accepted. What a service. Never, ever again!

The burger had a really bad topping, some of the ingredients were lying next to the bun in the box. The staff seemed extremely unmotivated. Otherwise, everything was typical McDonald's.

They always push orders through saying they're "ready," even though there's still a long wait. To falsify the statistics. Sometimes they even forget to pack everything.

I went there for dinner with a few colleagues at 6 a.m. after the club. The cashier was in such a good mood that, after eight hours of perverse alcohol consumption and nonstop dancing, I still had a smile on my face when he served me. The food was relatively good for the time of day.

I have visited this McDonald's around lunch time. The staff was highly professional and the order was prepared very fast.

Very disappointed we ordered the mango and Baci McFlurrys and as you can see from the image the Baci had very little sauce in it meaning it ended up being a plain McFlurry with a little chocolate sauce and the mango was not mixes meaning it also did not taste the way it should have. If you order make sure you check that the Baci McFlurry actually looks like the image and is brown and filled with Baci sauce

One of the longest-running McDonald's in our area. Open 24/7, sometimes very busy, with a corresponding wait time.

Order, pick up, and ideally, don't ask any questions. Some of the burgers look like they've been eaten before, slapped into a wrapper, and smothered away. Things used to be much, much better.

McDonald's is always a good choice, of course – and the Würzburg branch is no exception! I especially like the regular coupons with great savings – they make for a really affordable meal. The food is fresh, delicious, and exactly what you'd expect from McDonald's. The location is also great: easy to get to, with plenty of parking right on site. When the weather is nice, you can also sit outside comfortably – perfect for a quick break. All in all: everything was great – we'd gladly go back!

This review is primarily for a great tattooed employee! (I think he has a snake tattoo on his arm) This employee seems to be in the drive-thru often (usually when we're in the drive-thru, he takes our orders). He's incredibly personable, kind, accommodating, and always has a smile on his face. He clearly loves his job. Many of his colleagues could learn a thing or two from him. Unfortunately, no matter which McDonald's restaurant you visit in Germany, the quality continues to decline. My crispy chicken was cold and I had cucumbers on it, and they were really thickly sliced. It's just McDonald's. Service was very fast. The burgers were just your typical fast food fare. Not exactly attractive, but they tasted as good as always.

Yes! Plenty of places to sit! Breakfast was freshly made since we were there at 6:45 a.m. The latte macchiato was very good here. In others, it's very bitter and strong, despite the milk. I visited the McDonald's at midnight. Despite the late hour, the service was surprisingly fast and friendly. The food was served fresh and hot—it tasted truly delicious. A very positive experience for a late-night visit.

I ate there on the way home. The sauce tasted expired. It was the same. I threw up the whole time the next day 🤮 Because I was almost completely dehydrated, I even had to get an IV. Luckily, I was fine again the next day. I tried one of their current burgers. You've made me afraid of McDonald's. Because of you, I won't eat McDonald's anymore. Just thinking about it makes me sick. Besides, this review made me sick 🤮🤮🤮🤢🤢🤢Why don't you check the ingredients you use in your burgers? WHY NOT!? Or do you want to lose even more customers? The one plus point (that I have to give) goes to the ambiance because it was renovated. This happened on April 27th. I prefer to go to the competition, because at least the food is still good and not expired. Honestly, people, stay away from this "store." Unless you want to get it yourself like I did. I literally vomited up all my stomach acid that day. I can't recommend it, really!

Simply fantastic! We stopped here at 3 a.m. while passing through. Fast service, the food was really hot, and the fries were perfectly crispy. Everything was excellent. We'd love to go back!

The store seemed relatively well-maintained. I went to the McDrive. The person ordering was friendly and was able to take my order quickly. Preparation was very quick despite the apparently busy interior. I received hot food quickly, which is exactly how it should be. All in all, I would recommend the store.

Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience at this McDonald's. Part of my order wasn't delivered, which was annoying. The staff seemed stressed and unhelpful. The cleanliness of the restaurant was also unsatisfactory. The fries were particularly disappointing – they were cold and seemed stale. For the price, I would have expected fresh, warm fries. This unfortunately significantly diminished my confidence in the quality. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and makes improvements. For me personally, it was one of the weaker McDonald's experiences.

The lady at the cash register, presumably the shift manager (light blouse, short orange hair), after asking why the food hadn't arrived for 20 minutes, slammed the tray down on us, causing the fries to fall to the floor. This was done to several customers. When we pointed out that a friendlier approach was possible, the answer was, "We can always go somewhere else to eat." It's a shame she's taking up space for more competent staff.

The employee at the drive-thru is by far the friendliest you could ever meet. Absolutely friendly, understandable. The best man.

I had to wait about 10 minutes for a McWrap! It wasn't busy, and there was no rush behind the counter. More than five orders were served before me. I asked the waiter about it. The response was a smile and a somewhat ironic thank you. I didn't find that very pleasant or confident. I would have expected at least an apology for the wait!

The cashier was very friendly and competent and helped me use the mobile phone app. I was also given an order number board and I was supposed to take a seat with my children, so that the order would be brought here. After a short time the order came. This was perfect. Everything was freshly prepared. Simply TOP!

Of the many McDonalds I've been to, it's one of the cleanest and most pleasant :)
