My stay at this hotel was just perfect! From the moment I arrived until the moment I left I was pampered. The staff is incredibly friendly, professional and very attentive. When I checked in I was warmly welcomed and given all the information I needed. The room was spacious, very well equipped and absolutely spotlessly clean. I particularly liked the cozy atmosphere, which really invited you to relax. Breakfast was an absolute highlight – a huge selection of fresh, high-quality food. From warm dishes to fresh juices, cereals and pastries, there was everything you could wish for. It really was the perfect start to the day! The location of the hotel couldn't be better - central, but still quiet, so you could relax well in the evening. There are great restaurants and cafés in the area and the main attractions are within easy reach. I was completely satisfied with my stay and can only recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for an unforgettable experience. Everything is just right here – service, comfort and atmosphere. I will definitely come back!

I specially ordered online to pick up because I don't have time to wait forever. I said 15 minutes before I got there that I was on the way so that the order would be ready as soon as I was there... I've already paid for it... I arrived, the employees were completely rude... I got it a piece of paper with the order number in my hand and was told to wait... there were still 15 orders in front of me, I waited for a while and was increasingly under time pressure and then left without eating! I don't come here anymore

Complete disaster. The second time after a short time I got regular Cola instead of Cola Zero. Of course great for diabetics. Staff is absolutely unreasonable and slow, you wait over 10 minutes for your order.

After a not so successful club evening, myself and two friends went to this McDonald's again. The service was good and the food was tasty. But the experience suddenly changed after my friends were on the toilet and I was sitting alone on the upper platform. An employee started cleaning up and blocked the paths where we ate with chairs. The shed is open 24/7. When my colleagues came from the defecation tub, their path to me was blocked and they were forbidden to return to their place where we had our midnight meal. The tide turned rapidly when the good lady lost all the utensils from a tray and the still full Cola cup hit the floor. This brought some joy to us at the end. ;)

Toilets totally filthy. Paper on the floor in the toilet. No soap, no paper towels at the sink and the hand dryer was broken. It's not the first time, the toilets have often been dirty.

The first order to the table via the app was no problem. We then ordered something more and it just didn't come. After 30 minutes we tried to talk to employees about it. A total of 4 employees, only one of whom could speak at least a little English. Unfortunately, no one could or wanted to help us and we were referred to the manager, who would come in about 30 minutes. That just wouldn't have been worth the time and stress. I just hope that the employees involved always have a pillow that is too warm and regularly stub their little toes. I used to always be very happy here but somewhere this shop just took a wrong turn. I will think about eating there three times in the future.

I went to this branch this morning around 9:30 a.m. to have a coffee and a butter croissant for breakfast. Paid at the checkout and I was told to sit until it was ready. So far so good but the lady had everything on her mind except my breakfast!!!! There was nothing going on and after 15 minutes of waiting I asked for my money back. I haven't been to McDonald's in a long time but I didn't think the service would be so bad. Please address the team to the customer first and then you can chat as much as you want!!!!

Maybe the most poorly managed McDonalds I have ever been in. The bathrooms have no soap. The soap has been empty for weeks. The hand drier does not function. TP is issued by the sheet. Waiting for a breakfast order averages 7 min. I am just thinking that if I am on a breakfast schedule that breakfast items would be pre prepared. Are employees washing theirs hands after restroom use? Possibly if they use the wash sinks and dish soap, but considering the impression of laziness, it suggests not. Be ashamed.....

The McDonald's you shouldn't visit. Ordering via app is technically not possible, the employees at the counter are hopelessly overwhelmed. It took a woman and her son 12 minutes for the employee to have two menus in the system.

I'm always amazed at how well organized the staff is here. For me personally it is very important how organized the employees are and how friendly they are. You can't complain in any way... What's really bad here is the disgusting smell in the toilets. It hits you, just disgusting.

I think the soft ice cream with chocolate is good. Burgers are OK, but somehow not enough to fill you up. Still a good selection. The quality is very good.

Citizens look like a craft kit in the package. Some toilets were broken and that hadn't just happened. The speed of preparation and the fact that the tables in the shop are cleaned regularly are positive.

Everything was ok during the current visit, nice seating, air-conditioned, striking: floors and tables are constantly cleaned. Despite being a holiday and therefore a family business, it was clean and tidy, orders were taken quickly and brought to the table quickly. Food and drinks without complaints, ambience good and quite pleasant inside despite the high outside temperature of 33 degrees. Staff always attentive and friendly.

One of the nicer McDonald's restaurants, very large and the staff tries to keep it clean, unfortunately you can't say that about all branches. So a clear recommendation.

Dear Megges employees, The fact that it is not possible to process an order with 2 menus at 10:40 p.m. without having to wait an unbelievable 35 minutes is very weak. The house was almost empty and at least 3 people waited as long as we did. Even without a transaction, you should be able to complete an order within 10 minutes. Apparently it had already been behind the counter for 15 minutes, resulting in COLD FOOD. The Golden Seagull is no longer what it used to be. I hope I won't be disappointed the next time I visit!!!!!!

Tables full of trash and tablets. The cashier was very unsympathetic and just wanted to cash out even though I wanted something else.

Basically, I like going to this McDonalds. But the Indian gave me 1x mayo and 4 sweet and sour sauces instead of 2x mayo and 3 sweet and sour sauces. My colleague played the same game with 1x mayo instead of 2x mayo. No problem at all, but when asked, the guy defended the mayo with his life. If there had been a third one, I wouldn't have asked again because I would have expected the guy to jump at my throat. In the future, I recommend only hiring employees who know numbers 1-3 and paying higher salaries, then the employees wouldn't look as if they were severely depressed.

Three of us went to this restaurant on Saturday. Food is ok... fries a disaster! But the worst thing was that it was dirty and you lost your food. The chairs were dirty and sticky. My jacket got it too. Thanks !

I would have liked to give 1 star at first because I was extra clean and asked if there was any ketchup shower gel left and I was told yes. Then I redeemed my points at the machine and had a shower gel on the receipt. But there was none when I ordered. When I asked, I was told that they were out. Since I went there specifically and saved my points specifically for it and then asked about it and my points were deducted, I found that really annoying. However, the employee in question really tried everything to resolve the situation as best as possible, which is why I gave it 5 stars thanks to his friendliness.
