I was in the mood for a Big Mäc again but I spontaneously lost it at a price of 6.20 euros. At the good butcher Naser in Sanderau, two neatly filled rolls from the hot counter for 5.90 euros and the world looked better again.

The McDonald's you shouldn't visit. Ordering via app is technically not possible, the employees at the counter are hopelessly overwhelmed. It took a woman and her son 12 minutes for the employee to have two menus in the system.

I'm always amazed at how well organized the staff is here. For me personally it is very important how organized the employees are and how friendly they are. You can't complain in any way... No matter what they earn, it's not enough... The rest... well, McDonald's is just McDonald's... Taste and quality are consistent

What's really bad here is the disgusting smell in the toilets. It hits you, just disgusting.

I think the soft ice cream with chocolate is good. Burgers are OK, but somehow not enough to fill you up. Still a good selection. The quality is very good.

It was quite crowded. Had to wait almost 25 minutes for an iced coffee even though the order had already been paid. It was super chaotic

Citizens look like a craft kit in the package. Some toilets were broken and that hadn't just happened. The speed of preparation and the fact that the tables in the shop are cleaned regularly are positive.

Everything was ok during the current visit, nice seating, air-conditioned, striking: floors and tables are constantly cleaned. Despite being a holiday and therefore a family business, it was clean and tidy, orders were taken quickly and brought to the table quickly. Food and drinks without complaints, ambience good and quite pleasant inside despite the high outside temperature of 33 degrees. Staff always attentive and friendly.

One of the nicer McDonald's restaurants, very large and the staff tries to keep it clean, unfortunately you can't say that about all branches. So a clear recommendation.

Went to the drive-thru and had coupons via the Mc App, just say the code and enjoy the discounts.

I have to write the review because of the great employee (older man) we noticed him positively. He cleaned everyone's table immediately, helped everyone see when there was work. So wow...!!! He went to work at 3pm today...

Dear Megges employees, The fact that it is not possible to process an order with 2 menus at 10:40 p.m. without having to wait an unbelievable 35 minutes is very weak. The house was almost empty and at least 3 people waited as long as we did. Even without a transaction, you should be able to complete an order within 10 minutes. Apparently it had already been behind the counter for 15 minutes, resulting in COLD FOOD. The Golden Seagull is no longer what it used to be. I hope I won't be disappointed the next time I visit!!!!!!

Tables full of trash and tablets. The cashier was very unsympathetic and just wanted to cash out even though I wanted something else.

Basically, I like going to this McDonalds. But the Indian gave me 1x mayo and 4 sweet and sour sauces instead of 2x mayo and 3 sweet and sour sauces. My colleague played the same game with 1x mayo instead of 2x mayo. No problem at all, but when asked, the guy defended the mayo with his life. If there had been a third one, I wouldn't have asked again because I would have expected the guy to jump at my throat. In the future, I recommend only hiring employees who know numbers 1-3 and paying higher salaries, then the employees wouldn't look as if they were severely depressed.

McDonald's. Nobody made a flick-flack while serving or anything else. A completely normal McDonalds and if it's busy, it can take a while to get your food.

Three of us went to this restaurant on Saturday. Food is ok... fries a disaster! But the worst thing was that it was dirty and you lost your food. The chairs were dirty and sticky. My jacket got it too. Thanks !

I would have liked to give 1 star at first because I was extra clean and asked if there was any ketchup shower gel left and I was told yes. Then I redeemed my points at the machine and had a shower gel on the receipt. But there was none when I ordered. When I asked, I was told that they were out. Since I went there specifically and saved my points specifically for it and then asked about it and my points were deducted, I found that really annoying. However, the employee in question really tried everything to resolve the situation as best as possible, which is why I gave it 5 stars thanks to his friendliness.

It's just McDonald's. Service was very quick. The burgers were just the typical fast food meal. Not necessarily attractive, but tasted as always.

Lots of seating where you can dine and relax in peace and quiet - be careful! The parking lot displays signs stating the maximum parking time is 2 hours. Unfortunately, the new era has completely taken hold - there are only touchscreens instead of human employees, where you can do your wishes better and more easily. The prices have increased exorbitantly for years (the entire industry) and in my opinion are far too high. The service staff who work in the guest area have a high workload, but with a lot of enthusiasm and friendliness they don't let the guest feel it.

Wurden im Restaurant eingesperrt und mussten uns zum verlassen auf schließen lassen. Es kommt auch oft vor, dass später Abends die Türe verschlossen wird obwohl es 24h geöffnet haben sollte. Personal gibt auf Frage zum Warum keine Antwort und ist abweisend.

Ich war heute bei Mc wieder mal was essen. Unter andern waren 2 Mc Rib dabei und ich muss sagen die Dinger waren eine Katastrophe, sowas trockenes würde ich mir nicht mal unter die Schuhe nageln,das war nicht mit früher zu vergleichen, da war noch richtig BBC Soße drauf. Mir gehen die Sparmaßnahmen eindeutig zu weit. Die Cheeseburger waren leider auch nicht besser.

An einem Samstag-Abend um 22:40 funktioniert KEIN Terminal zum bestellen. Natürlich wurde das auch von den Mitarbeitern schulterzuckend hingenommen.

trotz mobiler Bestellung waren die Burger kalt, obwohl es immer heißt, dass die Ware mit Nennung des Abholcodes, frisch zubereitet wird, Besonderheiten die ich beim Personalisieren in der App angebe, werden zu 90% nicht berücksichtigt - Schade

Großartig, das meiste Essen ist gut, aber manchmal bin ich auf alte Pommes gestoßen, und ihre Erfrischungsgetränke sind nicht original und zu viel mit Wasser und Eis gemischt, und deshalb gehe ich nicht länger als zwei oder drei Monate zu McDonald's dreimal im Jahr. .

Essen viel teurer, als in Niedersachsen. Zu wenig Personal bei hoher Besucherzahl. Extrem voll besucht. Zu wenig Parkfläche.

Gute Unterhaltung sehr orientalisch besucht durch und durch 5/5 Sternen

Irgendwie bekommen die es jedes 2te mal wenn ich dort bin nicht hin mir Monopoly aufkleber auf meine Menüs zu kleben und das obwohl ich immer das selbe bestelle... Hin und wieder fehlt auch mal ein Getränk wenn man zb die apfelschorle wählt...

Wer's mag... Service wirkt gestresst, aber freundlich. Cafè leider nicht besetzt, also fürs Getränk wieder an die Schlange der Kasse oder des Automaten anstellen. Haben dem Veggie Burger nochmal eine Chance gegeben, aber bin enttäuscht, kam lauwarm und schmeckt mir nicht. Alternative für Vegetarier sind die Plant based Nuggets, die fand ich gut. Fazit: gehe lieber zum Asiaten, für das Geld bin ich dann auch satt und habe eine bessere Nährstoff- und Abfallbilanz

Personliche Meinung: Ein Standard MC' mit Drive-in und MC Café. Wer einen kennt, kennt fast alle.

Leider seit geraumer Zeit kein Salz auf den Pommes! Gerade dies macht die Pommes bei McDonald's aus. Sehr enttäuschend. Auf Nachfrage gab es eine patzige Antwort und darauf hin wurde uns der Rücken gekehrt....
