Every time we want something from the sale, it's sold out. It doesn't matter whether it's on the first day or a week later during the campaign. Then leave the offers alone if you can't manage to obtain enough quantities. Not recommended.

Unfortunately, our visit to Burger King was a disappointment. The burgers were cold and tasteless, the drinks only tasted like syrup and had no carbonation whatsoever. Absolute juice shop. They're on Lieferando, but they don't deliver 90% of the time. And when it's delivered, it takes about 2 hours. I can only report on my experiences with the drive in. The staff are friendly and the food is what I expect from a fast food restaurant. It's nice to be able to quickly grab something to eat at night.

I love this fast food restaurant and its burgers. I prefer the "Double Whopper Menu".

Depending on the shift crew and the constellation (amount of guests, time, mood of the employee), everything here is very variable. Most of the time the food is fresh and good, but there have been days when you have things that taste like they are an hour old. The service is usually good, unless something doesn't work with the app or you need a moment longer, because then the employee is often unfriendly. Another complaint is that the employees eat in the kitchen while the customer is waiting and don't wash their hands afterwards. All you can say about the ambience is that the Burger King looks like any newer and modern Burger King. However, the difference here is that the restaurant inside is really clean and tidy most of the time.

Absolutely rude drive-thru employee (strong and bearded), just gets loud because you're not sure about the coupon code. Someone like that has no place in the service area. As a customer you can expect to be treated with respect and if Burger King insists on using your app, you can say so in a polite tone. In any case, that's not how you sell anything. If you had an iPhone with Siri connected to the headset, you would have better service. That was my last time at this store.

I went to Burger King at 3am even though they're open until 5am and originally planned to stay at McDonald's. However, after I decided to switch to Burger King, I discovered that the Crispy Chicken coupon was no longer available. I then wanted to order the Long Chicken menu, but this was also out of stock. It is incomprehensible that a fast food restaurant would not have common products in stock in the middle of the night. The inadequate service and lack of options was extremely disappointing. I ended up going back to McDonald's. Better service and product availability would be desirable.

What happened to this store? 3.2 stars. This is honestly the worst Burger King I have ever experienced. Just 20 years ago, the whole of Würzburg ate here. Everything was freshly prepared. This was a meeting place for young people. And now ???? Hamburger buns totally dry. Meat not cooked through. Tomato slices are missing from the Whopper. Some Whoppers were not coated with mayo. Hamburger is falling apart because it has been sitting for too long. Some liquid comes out when the chicken nuggets are packaged.

Perfect place to grab something to eat after work at night as they are open until late. The design has been changed in the past. Now it's super modern and pleasant.

The delivery of the food to your home takes between 60 and 120 minutes. Sometimes you are completely forgotten. Travel time actually: approx. 6-13 minutes. The fries are always almost raw and almost cold, the burgers are loveless, often only smeared with mayo (ketchup is missing or barely on it), topped with rotten lettuce and just taste “old”. after cardboard. The ketchup packets that came with the raw fries are often expired. Totally overwhelming even at the car counter during off-peak times. You wait, even though there is no car in front of you (the restaurant is almost empty), sauces are paid for but are not in the bag (of course you only notice when you get home), ... The last time I was in the store: despite asking, the drinks machines weren't refilled ("Not now."), the floor was sticky and full of rubbish, seats were completely trashed, tables weren't cleaned and the food was pretty so-so. - The store used to be good, but now it's terribly bad. The food inspector should stop by here more often and the boss should perhaps look for a new job. It doesn't work at all. One star too many. You'll never see me again.

Order via Lierando, 2 times Whopper Junior: Meat inedible, unusual consistency, tastes rotten. Nuggets: not through. Curly Fries: were more like curly puree. The children's section is beautifully done - I've never seen anything like it anywhere else. A “Play BurgerKing” was recreated there - very imaginative. Rich in detail and a real eye-catcher :)

I often go to this BK but am very dissatisfied with the new drinks machine. There is no caffeine-free zero drink anymore. The selection used to be much better. In addition, not every coupon works anymore and the plant based products are no cheaper than other branches. So that must have been a market-specific decision that I would respect even if it weren't for the issue of the new, worse drinks machine. Almost less power than before.

A single catastrophe. Employees were completely overwhelmed. Ordering via coupon at the terminal is not possible. Nevertheless, it was apparently not possible to order at the checkout. Strange........ In addition, one of the few stores that does not provide WiFi for customers. However, reception for orders from the app is extremely poor. The parking lot is also a mogul slope in the entrance and exit areas instead of a road.

I cannot understand the negative experiences of other reviewers. My girlfriend and I had a very positive experience. The staff was friendly and the food was prepared quickly.
