Didn't pack the halves with my order. Worst service ever!!!

I have a voucher for 2x extra long chilli cheese + fries + Cola for 14.99. In return I got two cold burgers. The fries were also cold and tasted like old fat. The cool machine where you could add flavors like grape etc. is no longer there either .will not visit the store again. An update I got severe stomach pains and had to go to the toilet 5 times

Absolute juice shop. They are on Lieferando, but they don't deliver 90% of the time. And when it's delivered, it takes about 2 hours. I went to Burger King at 3am even though they're open until 5am and originally planned to stay at McDonald's. However, after I decided to switch to Burger King, I discovered that the Crispy Chicken coupon was no longer available. I then wanted to order the Long Chicken menu, but this was also out of stock. It is incomprehensible that a fast food restaurant would not have common products in stock in the middle of the night. The inadequate service and lack of options was extremely disappointing. What happened to this store? 3.2 stars. This is honestly the worst Burger King I have ever experienced. Just 20 years ago, the whole of Würzburg ate here. Everything was freshly prepared. This was a meeting place for young people. And now ???? Hamburger buns totally dry. Meat not cooked through. Tomato slices are missing from the Whopper. Some Whoppers were not coated with mayo. Hamburger is falling apart because it has been sitting for too long. Some liquid comes out when the chicken nuggets are packaged.

Perfect place to grab something to eat after work at night as they are open until late. The design has been changed in the past. Now it's super modern and pleasant.

The delivery of the food to your home takes between 60 and 120 minutes. Sometimes you are completely forgotten. Travel time actually: approx. 6-13 minutes. The fries are always almost raw and almost cold, the burgers are loveless, often only smeared with mayo (ketchup is missing or barely on it), topped with rotten lettuce and just taste “old”. after cardboard. The ketchup packets that came with the raw fries are often expired. Totally overwhelming even at the car counter during off-peak times. You wait, even though there is no car in front of you (the restaurant is almost empty), sauces are paid for but are not in the bag (of course you only notice when you get home), ... The last time I was in the store: despite asking, the drinks machines weren't refilled ("Not now."), the floor was sticky and full of rubbish, seats were completely trashed, tables weren't cleaned and the food was pretty so-so. - The store used to be good, but now it's terribly bad. The food inspector should stop by here more often and the boss should perhaps look for a new job. It doesn't work at all. One star too many. You'll never see me again.

Our visit today was a disaster. Waiting time for 3 burgers and two portions of fries 37 minutes. The burgers were lukewarm at best. The dips for the fries were missing. This branch will not see us again in the future.

I often go to this BK but am very dissatisfied with the new drinks machine. There is no caffeine-free zero drink anymore. The selection used to be much better. In addition, not every coupon works anymore and the plant based products are no cheaper than other branches. So that must have been a market-specific decision that I would respect even if it weren't for the issue of the new, worse drinks machine. Almost less power than before.

A single catastrophe. Employees were completely overwhelmed. Ordering via coupon at the terminal is not possible. Nevertheless, it was apparently not possible to order at the checkout. Slowest fast food restaurant in Germany. Waiting 30 minutes for an order is normal here. Strange........ In addition, one of the few stores that does not provide WiFi for customers. However, reception for orders from the app is extremely poor. The parking lot is also a mogul slope in the entrance and exit areas instead of a road.

I cannot understand the negative experiences of other reviewers. My girlfriend and I had a very positive experience. The staff was friendly and the food was prepared quickly. This Burger King has always been one of the better branches for me.

Was just there to order something at the drive-thru. After not being served for 5 minutes, I drove a few kilometers further to the competition. As I was driving away, I saw a few employees who were probably only hired to pick their noses. There were almost no customers in the store. Well, at least I was served immediately by the competition.

A beautifully designed restaurant with very friendly, good and quick staff. As usual, the food tasted delicious and we enjoyed the delicious golden sticks. Criticism can be expressed regarding Burger King's pricing policy (unfortunately always and more and more expensive, despite vouchers). It's nice to notice that this BK also offers vegan products at a discount. Also a nice place to spend the day with children, both a slide outside and a small, very funny mini play kitchen inside. The toilets were clean, as was the entire restaurant. It's worth filling out the receipt because you get delicious fries for free, thanks for that! However, I found the cola a little too cold. Ordered a vegan version and received the one with meat... it's happened several times now. I think it's a really bad number and would therefore avoid stopping by there. You really don't have to worry about this anymore: A friend and I ate at the 'restaurant'. His food was almost completely cold, mine was lukewarm (both burgers and fries). I was looking forward to the extra bacon. Too early! A lukewarm piece of meat that drew its warmth from the paddies. The bacon has never seen a pan, grill or other heat source and was therefore neither crispy nor acceptable in terms of consistency. This also applies to the waiting times, which are unreasonable. The name should be called slow restaurant. And no, it wasn't due to the high number of guests, a total of 5 guests shouldn't normally lead to overload, in this case it obviously did.

Well, where should you start?! The food has little to do with quality food and more with conventional cuisine. The staff has little to no training and is certainly not a specialist, which is noticeable in the service and then unfortunately also in the product and its unsightly prepared dishes. The employees are usually more busy discussing things with each other or other things other than the quality of service... Hardly anyone goes to BKW anymore because all the discrepancies reflect the price-performance ratio, which is very unbalanced for all customers.

Drecksladen! Ich warte seit 2 Stunden auf meine Bestellung und der Fahrer hängt seit dem an der selben Stelle fest laut Tracker! Das ist nicht das erste mal, dass man ewig wartet obwohl der Laden 2km entfernt ist! Aber Hauptsache bezahlt ist die Bestellung sofort! Nächstes Mal einfach wieder McDonalds.

Service war nett und Bestellung war schnell fertig. Die Burger selber schmeckten eigentlich gut wie immer, allerdings ging es mir nicht so gut.

Essen war leider fast kalt. Wir haben selbst im Laden gefroren. Besonders sauber war es auch nicht. Da ist Luft nach oben.

Selbstbedienung auch an Weihnachten geöffnet

Kamen ausgehungert an und freuten uns auf das Essen. Essensbestellung elektronisch eingegeben und am Tisch gewartet. Komisch war, dass vor der Ausgabe und auch an den Tischen die Menschen auf ihr Essen warteten. Teilweise regten sich manche über die Wartezeit auf. Einige Zeit, ca. 35 Minuten später verstanden wir auch warum! Unsere Zahl 512 wurde aufgerufen. Ich ging an die Ausgabe und teilte der Person mit, dass wir über 40 Minuten auf das Essen in einem "Fastfood"-Restaurant warteten. Ich bekam die flapsige Antwort, dass es schon 45 Minuten sind. Ein oh, sorry oder Entschuldigung hörte ich nicht!

Also bei aller Liebe aber die Burger waren kalt (trotz direkter Zubereitung) die Nuggets super matschig und die pommes steinhart und dann zahlt man für 2 Menüs fast 30€. Hmm Und das war nicht der erste BK bei dem ich war.

Sehr schicke Einrichtung! Das Personal war bisher fast immer freundlich und zuvorkommend. Was uns (Partnerin und mir) aufgefallen ist, ist dass das Essen oft nur lauwarm ist und dass die heiße Schokolade fast ausschließlich nach heißer Milch schmeckt. Ungeschickt finden wir auch, dass man von der ersten Etage aus nicht einsehen kann, welche Bestellung abholbereit ist. Wir würden uns zudem wünschen, wenn die Toiletten in kürzeren Zeitabständen geprüft bzw. gereinigt werden würden.
