Ate a very tasty burger with goat cheese. Fries are nice and crispy. The homemade lemonade was also great! Super fast service and also very friendly (thanks, Anna!)

The dessert tasted bad, so it was rather stale/rotten. I didn't even eat 2 spoons. I wasn't allowed to give it back on the grounds that I just didn't like it

Unfortunately, the food wasn't that impressive: little sauce, dry brioche, unspectacular fries, and small portions for the price. On the plus side, the homemade lemonade is delicious, even the light version. Conclusion: A great place for the atmosphere, but the food still has a lot of room for improvement.

The taste is average, like almost all chains. Absolutely too expensive for what is offered. System gastronomy. Service friendly and quick. Ambience/rooms too dark and seating meaningless. Very loud. Hans won't eat here anymore.

Burgerheart Würzburg is definitely worth a visit if you like really good burgers! The selection is creative, the ingredients are fresh and the taste is absolutely convincing. The only small downside: the burgers could be a little bigger for my taste - but that's complaining at a high level. My personal highlight wasn't the burger, but the dessert: the crème brûlée was simply perfect! Crunchy caramel crust, creamy consistency – a real taste experience. Another big plus was the service: super friendly, attentive and in a good mood - so you immediately feel at home. Conclusion: If you're in the mood for good burgers with an excellent dessert and great service in Würzburg, you've come to the right place. I'd love to come back!

Unfortunately, our dining experience at your restaurant was marred by the arrogance and carelessness of one of the employees. When we asked him to close the front door (we served our food right at the door), he replied irritably that he would close it (which didn't happen immediately, but only after a second request). One negative point regarding the food is that the burger buns were really crumbled after the first bite. A restaurant that claims to specialize in burgers should know how to make their own burger buns. Ah and something else very important about service: the rules in the catering industry clearly state that you don't bother the customer if he puts the food in his mouth and asks how it is. Cleanliness: Cobwebs hung over the lamps and there was a very strong smell

Large selection of different burgers, also some vegetarian/vegan versions available. Unfortunately, the meat is always fried through, so it will be frozen. Otherwise there are also some local beers on the menu, which is not a given.

Mega delicious burgers and a super nice team in the restaurant! But: Advertising a lunch deal online, only to then see the regular, higher price when ordering online, has a bit of a twist and leads to disappointed customers. Please note that the price is only valid on site in the restaurant!

We had already had a disappointing experience a few years ago, but wanted to give the restaurant a second chance. Unfortunately, that turned out to be a mistake. Four of us went to Burgerheart and ordered, among other things, two veggie burgers. These were absolutely disappointing in terms of taste - they simply had no taste at all. When the waitress asked, I gave her honest feedback. She took it kindly and clarified with the kitchen that a spice was actually missing from the dough. As compensation, we only received a 20% discount on the price of the burgers - a nice gesture, but not very appropriate considering the experience. In other countries (USA, etc.) where customer satisfaction is very important, this would have been solved differently. The ambience also left a lot to be desired: There was an unpleasant smell, probably coming from the toilets. Unfortunately, trying to cover this up with room scent made the situation even more unpleasant. We also ended up having to wait a long time for someone to take our dessert order - but no one came, so we decided to leave disappointed. The truffle mayo and the homemade lemonades with sweeteners should be positively highlighted. Nevertheless: For just under €50 for two burgers, a portion of fries and two lemonades, we would have wished for a much better experience. Next time we'd rather invest a little more money for an all-round successful evening.

The food was very good and was prepared quickly after ordering by a really friendly service person. We were positively impressed and would be happy to come back for dinner. Prices were also reasonable. If you want cheap food, you should go to the Kistenwirt.

The staff is really very friendly and does their job commendably well. I already know BurgerHeart from other cities and knew that the quality wouldn't disappoint me. I would be happy to come back. Absolutely recommended. The space is nicely furnished, but everything is a bit squashed. But that doesn't make it any less likeable.

Leider riecht es im Burgerheart Würzburg wie in einer Kläranlage, es sind überall am Boden Febreze Spender verteilt aber die Belegschaft weißt mit keinem Wort auf die Situation hin. Schade war sonst ein guter Burger Restaurant aber auf einer Toilette isst es sich nicht so schön.

The fries also deserve special praise: crispy, perfectly seasoned and always fresh. The salads are not just a side dish, but really tasty and well thought out. If you're looking for something refreshing, you should definitely try the homemade lemonades - they're really recommended! The ambience and friendly service complete the experience. For me, Burgerheart is the perfect place to enjoy delicious food in a relaxed atmosphere. Absolute recommendation!

Burger tasted okay, fries nothing special, value for money not good. Burger as big as Cheeseburger at Mc, 1 drink, 1 fries, 1 burger about €27. It's not good if you go out hungry.

Excellent food with very good value for money and really nice service. In addition to normal meat and many vegetarian/vegan burger variations, you can also choose from organic meat. Cool store with a cool vibe. The mega burger selection, creative names, the nice interior and the cocktails make the whole thing great. I was surprised at how big the store is. The burgers were on point, a little lukewarm but not bad. There is a large selection of good products for veggies. No substitute product stuff, but really good alternatives to the meat patty. The service is ultra-friendly and reservations via open table are very easy. All in all great. Would come again.

I had lunch there. There is also an attractive offer price. Unfortunately, a sour cream dip with my sweet potatoes costs extra (a whopping 2.20 euros) and the offer also “only” includes homemade lemonade or iced tea. Other drinks also cost extra. The food was average and the atmosphere was too dark and uncomfortable for me. The service was very friendly and accommodating!

5/5 stars! I tried a double smash burger with fries and truffle mayo at Burgerheart and absolutely loved it! The burger was cooked perfectly - juicy meat, crispy edges and a wonderfully balanced taste. The fries were also wonderfully crispy and went perfectly with the aromatic truffle mayo, which took the whole thing to another level. The ambience in the restaurant was pleasant and inviting, and the service was friendly and quick. All in all, a thoroughly successful visit that definitely leaves you wanting more. I will definitely come back!

The food tastes very good, and I think burgerheart is really great, but the employees in Würzburg aren't the best, especially the waitresses. I was there and wanted to pay with a BURGERHEART voucher, which is supposed to be possible in every branch, but the waitress looked at it and had no idea and then said it would not be accepted here. So you go to Würzburg and this Burgerheart especially and then you have to pay for it yourself.

The service relies heavily on you viewing the menu online, but luckily they have a tablet for people who only have a very small screen and don't want to read on it. In the online reservation we were able to specify that it was our anniversary. I was all the more surprised to get a table right in the aisle and in front of the kitchen. My request for another table was politely declined. Luckily a table in a corner became available and we were allowed to move to it. Our service was very friendly and attentive. Unfortunately, the card was only available via a QR code, which didn't work straight away. Our drinks were very tasty. Unfortunately the peach ice tea took so long that I had already finished it. It wasn't that difficult because our burgers were only lukewarm. Otherwise it was very loud and not really suitable for a romantic date.

The food tasted very good. I ordered the Chuck Norris burger without cheese, but it was accidentally made with cheese in the kitchen. When the burgers came to the table and mine wasn't there, the waitress explained this "mishap" to me and was asked if I should be made a new one. Of course I also took the one with cheese. The service was so friendly and attentive that we felt very comfortable the whole evening. I shared the dessert with someone, the service staff heard this and put two forks on the plate without asking. Terrific! Keep it up. We'll be back.

We recommend making a reservation as it is always very full and you won't get any seats otherwise. The restaurant itself is loud and very narrow, so you are constantly being jostled. The food, the burgers (Chuck Norris and Crispy Fried chicken) are nothing special, but there's nothing wrong with it. The cole slaw was not convincing in terms of taste, but the onion rings are recommended. Have been there several times. Takeaway is also possible. The service was always very friendly. The price-performance ratio is right. The location is central and easily accessible. Card payment is possible. Toilets clean. A big plus point is the discount for Fit One members ;).

Es war wieder gut. Leider nicht sehr gut. Vor ein paar Jahren war es für uns noch der beste Burger Laden in Würzburg. Das war diese mal leider nicht der Fall. Schade 🤷‍♂️

Essen, Getränke und Service waren wie gewohnt wieder top. Wir hatten einen Tisch im Außenbereich. Dieser liegt an einer relativ stark frequentierten Straße. Die Fahrgeräusche, Abgase und vorbeifahrenden Fahrzeuge trüben das ansonsten positive Gesamtbild. Ich komme gerne wieder.

The food was good. The service is really worth mentioning. The only drawback was the position of fries for €8. Small bowl with some cheese and bacon cubes!!!! This is really overpriced. Of course everything has become more expensive, but that's really not justified.

Today we were teaching in Würzburg, my second home, for May 1st. We ate a delicious burger with fries at Burgerheart and the homemade lemonade tasted great. The service was very accommodating and very nice. The Café Viktoria, where I completed my apprenticeship 30 years ago, was in this building. Now I was surprised at what happened to the café. It's a shame that there is no normal menu but only a QR code for your cell phone. Food and service are great.

Wir waren am Ostermontag mit unserer Familie im Burgerheart essen. Hervorzuheben ist die ausgesprochen freundliche Bedienung! Burger waren sehr gut, jedoch für den Preis klein.

I was really pleasantly surprised by how fast they serve the food. In less than 10 minutes from ordering, all food and drinks are out. It wasn’t crowded at the time of visit (maybe around 5 tables?). Their potato fries were really yummy. Both the plain ones from kids meal and loaded fries were great (Fryan Gretzky). Homemade Lemonade (Birnen-Melone) was also great, love it. Chicken Fingers from kids meal - the flavors really absorbed into the chicken, they’re juicy and rather crunchy. Simply one of the best I’ve tried in Germany so far. Matterhorn burger was quite delicious too. New York Chili Cheese burger was rather underwhelming as I didn’t see the chili and it was also too salty for my taste. The place itself is good looking and quite neat. Background music is good and not too loud like some other places I visited. So people can talk civilly ^-^. They also have plenty of space and many tables. I came right before dinner time so it was just nice. The lady who served our dishes was so friendly and attentive (she came 2 times to ask if our meals were alright). Paying was also quick and can use card. Downside: Seemed like there is only 1 person who can receive and seat the guests (yet he also need to take order and serve food) so we waited for a while before anyone come to the reception - imagine if there are queue. Can’t other people help? *genuinely confused here Also the bathroom can be cleaner (piles of tissue were thrown onto the trash can instead of into it so it looks dirty and messy).

Burgers were good. Unfortunately, 10% discount for Fitone members was denied with the argument that the conditions would be renegotiated. Ugh, that was nothing. I was so looking forward to it and then after 50 minutes (almost 9 p.m. so off-peak, I live very close) it arrives: everything is ice cold, burger buns are completely soggy, the sauce for the poutine (Fryan Adams) was already added on site that the bottom fries (lying in the sauce) were completely soggy and the top ones were dry. On top of that, the cheese was missing. Really disappointing. The 3 stars are because the burgers would have tasted pretty good if they had been fresh.
