100% satisfied. Service, waiting time, ambience and taste were more than satisfactory. The fries were the best I've eaten in a long time, still crispy and tasty even after 20 minutes at the table.

Despite the many empty tables in the back of the restaurant, we had to wait a long time for a table that had just become free to be cleared away. The waitress forgot us at the entrance several times. With the door left open at all times by the staff and the curtain at the entrance, we all sat in the pass-through area of ​​the door with our jackets on. The burger was at best mediocrely prepared and not very extensively topped. We weren't offered any cutlery or napkins; we only got some after we actively approached the waitress. The service was completely understaffed compared to the size of the store

The food tastes very good, and I think burgerheart is really great, but the employees in Würzburg aren't the best, especially the waitresses. I was there and wanted to pay with a BURGERHEART voucher, which is supposed to be possible in every branch, but the waitress looked at it and had no idea and then said it would not be accepted here. So you go to Würzburg and this Burgerheart especially and then you have to pay for it yourself.

Service is really gooood!! From the kitchen to the customer service!! And the drinks?? 100% I had the Long Island Blue Berry honey and I had to come again the next day for the same drink!

In the online reservation we were able to specify that it was our anniversary. I was all the more surprised to get a table right in the aisle and in front of the kitchen. My request for another table was politely declined. Luckily a table in a corner became available and we were allowed to move to it. Our service was very friendly and attentive. Unfortunately, the card was only available via a QR code, which didn't work straight away. Our drinks were very tasty. Unfortunately the peach ice tea took so long that I had already finished it. It wasn't that difficult because our burgers were only lukewarm. Otherwise it was very loud and not really suitable for a romantic date.

The burger was very good. The fries were ok. The service relies heavily on you viewing the menu online, but luckily they have a tablet for people who only have a very small screen and don't want to read on it. The ambience is a modern deluxe burger joint. So what? I am not impressed. But - and this deserves special praise - they are child-friendly! Top!

The food tasted very good. I ordered the Chuck Norris burger without cheese, but it was accidentally made with cheese in the kitchen. When the burgers came to the table and mine wasn't there, the waitress explained this "mishap" to me and was asked if I should be made a new one. Of course I also took the one with cheese. The service was so friendly and attentive that we felt very comfortable the whole evening. I shared the dessert with someone, the service staff heard this and put two forks on the plate without asking. Terrific! Keep it up. We'll be back.

We recommend making a reservation as it is always very full and you won't get any seats otherwise. The restaurant itself is loud and very narrow, so you are constantly being jostled. The food, the burgers (Chuck Norris and Crispy Fried chicken) are nothing special, but there's nothing wrong with it. The cole slaw was not convincing in terms of taste, but the onion rings are recommended. Have been there several times. Takeaway is also possible. The service was always very friendly. The price-performance ratio is right. The location is central and easily accessible. Card payment is possible. Toilets clean. A big plus point is the discount for Fit One members ;).

Essen, Getränke und Service waren wie gewohnt wieder top. Wir hatten einen Tisch im Außenbereich. Dieser liegt an einer relativ stark frequentierten Straße. Die Fahrgeräusche, Abgase und vorbeifahrenden Fahrzeuge trüben das ansonsten positive Gesamtbild. Ich komme gerne wieder.

Ordered a double smash burger to take away. Unfortunately we noticed too late that the patties were completely burnt (black), otherwise we would have complained about it on site... no further recommendation.

The food was good. The service is really worth mentioning. The only drawback was the position of fries for €8. Small bowl with some cheese and bacon cubes!!!! This is really overpriced. Of course everything has become more expensive, but that's really not justified.

We ate the burgers, triple cheese and the crispy fried chicken. Both were tasty 👍. The staff was also very friendly and on the ball. The price per head is around €20-22. Overall 5/5. We definitely recommend coming back.

Today we were teaching in Würzburg, my second home, for May 1st. We ate a delicious burger with fries at Burgerheart and the homemade lemonade tasted great. The service was very accommodating and very nice. The Café Viktoria, where I completed my apprenticeship 30 years ago, was in this building. Now I was surprised at what happened to the café. Super great burger restaurant! LG DH

It's a shame that there is no normal menu but only a QR code for your cell phone. Food and service are great.

Wir waren am Ostermontag mit unserer Familie im Burgerheart essen. Hervorzuheben ist die ausgesprochen freundliche Bedienung! Burger waren sehr gut, jedoch für den Preis klein.

I was really pleasantly surprised by how fast they serve the food. In less than 10 minutes from ordering, all food and drinks are out. It wasn’t crowded at the time of visit (maybe around 5 tables?). Their potato fries were really yummy. Both the plain ones from kids meal and loaded fries were great (Fryan Gretzky). Homemade Lemonade (Birnen-Melone) was also great, love it. Chicken Fingers from kids meal - the flavors really absorbed into the chicken, they’re juicy and rather crunchy. Simply one of the best I’ve tried in Germany so far. Matterhorn burger was quite delicious too. New York Chili Cheese burger was rather underwhelming as I didn’t see the chili and it was also too salty for my taste. The place itself is good looking and quite neat. Background music is good and not too loud like some other places I visited. So people can talk civilly ^-^. They also have plenty of space and many tables. I came right before dinner time so it was just nice. The lady who served our dishes was so friendly and attentive (she came 2 times to ask if our meals were alright). Paying was also quick and can use card. Downside: Seemed like there is only 1 person who can receive and seat the guests (yet he also need to take order and serve food) so we waited for a while before anyone come to the reception - imagine if there are queue. Can’t other people help? *genuinely confused here Also the bathroom can be cleaner (piles of tissue were thrown onto the trash can instead of into it so it looks dirty and messy).

Burgers were good. Unfortunately, 10% discount for Fitone members was denied with the argument that the conditions would be renegotiated. At the same time, the advertising is hanging in the gym and that was one reason for our visit. He has a taste, one would have at least expected the goodwill to grant the 10% upon explicit request...

Ugh, that was nothing. I was so looking forward to it and then after 50 minutes (almost 9 p.m. so off-peak, I live very close) it arrives: everything is ice cold, burger buns are completely soggy, the sauce for the poutine (Fryan Adams) was already added on site that the bottom fries (lying in the sauce) were completely soggy and the top ones were dry. On top of that, the cheese was missing. Really disappointing. The 3 stars are because the burgers would have tasted pretty good if they had been fresh.

Last Friday we went to Burgerheart again after a long time. The menu can only be read using a QR code on your cell phone. I don't find it really clear on the small display but it's not a big problem. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the most important thing: the burgers. I ordered the TRIPLE CHEESE and unfortunately the overall size was anything but impressive. The caramelized onions were cold. Not at room temperature, but really cold, like they just came out of the fridge. And the slices of cheese were just freshly placed on top. There hasn't been a bit of melting yet. So far, Burgerheart has always been my favorite when it comes to burgers in Würzburg, but after this visit I unfortunately have to revise that.

Four of us spontaneously went out to eat there and were seated straight away (but it was also a Monday evening). The service was friendly, although there was a brief mix-up with the order, but that was resolved very quickly, so it wasn't a big deal. The restaurant itself is beautifully decorated, but the highlight was of course the food. I had the “Easy Cheesy” and it was really tasty, the fries with it were also really good and the homemade, sugar-free lemonades are also recommended. Overall, really good food and highly recommended! A bonus on the day was that Monday was study day and we had an additional 20% discount, so a small recommendation for all pupils, students and trainees :)

We wanted to place a large order (150 EUR) over the phone, but according to the staff this is only possible online. Since there is a 20% discount for students picking up items on Monday and you cannot enter this discount online, I asked the restaurant how the discount is calculated. The answer... not at all, this is only possible in-house. Please note the enclosed flyer which has no reference to in-house on study day. I think it's impertinent to entice you with a discount and then retreat to a statement that has no evidence and, so to speak, laugh cheekily in the guest's face. Radio Gong may also be interested in a face about advertising promises not being kept. The star only exists because zero stars is not possible.

Unfassbar leckeres Essen. Etwas teurer, wobei mittlerweile alles teuer geworden ist. Mit 25€ pro Kopf muss man auf jeden Fall rechnen. Dafür die besten burger Würzburgs. Das Personal ist auch immer sehr freundlich!

Burger und Fries wie immer lecker. Service super nett, auch ein kleiner Kritikpunkt wurde freundlich aufgenommen. Einzig der Preis für die Limonaden mit €5,50 - auch wenn selbstgemacht - ist meiner Meinung nach etwas überzogen. Unterm Strich alles gut und ich war sicherlich nicht das letzte Mal dort.

Stylish shop with decent burgers at rather upscale prices. The fries are quite good, but the lemonade is unfortunately overpriced. When it comes to the heart of the matter, the burgers, it's generally ok depending on the day. I've eaten better burgers, but also many significantly worse ones. Not necessarily an insider tip, but all in all solid and highly recommended.

Very, very cool burger restaurant in Würzburg. I was in Würzburg for work and spontaneously came here in the evening with a colleague. The cheeseburger was super tasty! Delicious brioche, good patty and delicious sauce. There are also cool specials during the week. On Wednesday you spin the price of your drink on the wheel of fortune. That was fun and the Moscow Mule was super tasty too! Nice waiters and a super stylish restaurant. If I'm in Würzburg again, I'll come back!

Been here several times now, just solid burgers and good fries, you can't say anything. I particularly like the truffle mayo! It's not available everywhere. A big compliment to the waitresses! I have rarely experienced such friendly employees.

Von der Reservierung, über den Service bis hin zum Essen alles top. Reservierung wird online bestätigt und einen Tag vorher nochmal daran erinnert. Das Ambiente für ein Burgerlokal angemessen. Trotz relativ offenen Räumen bleibt der Geräuschpegel angenehm. Der Service ist super freundlich und auf Zack. Wir mussten weder auf Getränke noch aufs Essen lange warten. Burger sind saftig und lecker, Pommes cross und die Salate frisch und knackig. Preise für die Qualität absolut angemessen.

Unfortunately expecting too much... Were on February 11th. at the Burgerheart on Neubaustraße and was unfortunately a bit disappointed... One burger alone won't fill you up, and we also had a pound of sweet potato fries with bad guacamole but good ajoli. You can't go wrong with sweet potato fries if you choose frozen goods. Unfortunately, the castles were presented very carelessly on a metal tray with a piece of paper - which dissolved when cutting and stuck to the burger. Our sweet potato fries were initially served as normal fries but were promptly replaced. Unfortunately, the man from the service didn't like it that much - at least that's how he came across as annoyed - after all, he apologized for the inconvenience afterwards and offered us an espresso on the house. In terms of taste, the burgers were ok but not a highlight. When it comes to the ambience, it has to be said that it is cozy but the music was far too loud for a restaurant.

The homemade lemonade and the NY cheese cake with caramel and the chocolate cake were also really tasty! Only the “iced coffee” was actually a frappe. Very friendly and attentive service!!! Wir haben für 2 Personen reserviert und am Samstag doch einen Tisch für 3 Personen gebraucht. Nach einem kurzen Aufenthalt an einem Bartisch wurde uns ein toller 4er Tisch im hinteren Bereich zugeteilt. Das war richtig toll! Essen, Service und Getränke wie immer top.

We were here on a Sunday evening and had a reservation. But it wasn't too full so there would definitely have been room for a smaller group. The selection of burgers is great. Everyone can really find something here. Whether veggie, vegan or with meat (beef or chicken). There are also various buns, brioche, whole wheat, lye and sesame (if I'm not mistaken 🫣). We sat at the back and waited for more people. But we were able to order the drinks early. I actually wanted to try the vegan No Chicken Chicken Burger, which unfortunately was already sold out. On the one hand I understand, but on the other hand it's a month's worth of burgers and I'm of the opinion that after three weeks you can calculate how much of it will be ordered. So I had to make a different decision at short notice and chose a vegetarian burger with a lentil buckwheat patty and chili cheese sauce. The food came relatively quickly and was really tasty. What was a bit annoying were the trays on which the burgers were. If you ate with a knife and fork, the tray would constantly shift as you cut. There's definitely something you can do to prevent that from happening again. Otherwise everything was good from the drinks to the service to the burger and fries.

Die Qualität des Essens war wie immer gut. Leider war es laut und die Burger dieses Mal sehr klein. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt nicht mehr.
