Wir waren alle sehr zufrieden 🤩 Was mir leider nicht so gefällt… warum werden mittlerweile die Tische nur für eine bestimmte Zeit reserviert? Ist ja fast überall in Restaurants, finde ich persönlich gar nicht gut.

We ordered the Loaded Fries Special and were simply shocked by the portion size. For €8.50, you get a handful of fries in your dessert bowl. In our opinion, it's a complete rip-off. For comparison: 1. Loaded Fries from a few years ago. Not exactly the same, but the same product. Of course, a lot has changed since then, but this was adjusted with a price increase, which still doesn't justify such a drastic reduction in portion size. 2. This is how Loaded Fries are advertised on Instagram. 3. This is what we received at our table.

The smashed burgers are absolutely delicious. I'm not a big fan of the "regular" burgers. I can also highly recommend the loaded fries, and the sodas are very tasty too.

Delicious burgers and very friendly staff. We spontaneously decided to go out for dinner with nine people on December 21st. I actually thought it would be impossible to find a table, but we got a great spot right away. The food was very good and arrived very quickly for everyone at our table. The service was very friendly and always attentive. All in all, a pleasant atmosphere and a lovely evening!

Nice to see more in the future. 🙈 The vegan burger one I tried was tasty, as werl as the double smashed burger my friend tried. The service was good, and they nicely addressed the Neotaste discount (in contrast to other bad experiences we had in other businesses collaborating with the app).

Yesterday, after a long time, I went back to Burgerheart Würzburg to get takeout – along with my 5-year-old daughter – and I was really very satisfied. The cashier and the waiter were extremely friendly and helpful. The food was excellent; the burger was really delicious and fresh. But most important to me was the loving way they treated my daughter. As a father, I really appreciate that kind of care. A big thank you to the two young employees who were there yesterday, and of course, a big thank you to the kitchen staff as well. We'll definitely be back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The best burgers in all of Würzburg and excellent fries. We regularly get lunch here and have also eaten in several times. The staff is super friendly, and if you order to go, the food is ready exactly on time as predicted.

Durch die Übernahme wurden viele der vegetarischen Burger gestrichen. Es gibt nur noch "taste like meat pattys", was mir persönlich nicht schmeckt. Den leckeren Halloumi-Burger gibt es nicht mehr. Der Salat, den ich dann statt eines Burgers bestellt habe, war leider nicht mehr frisch. Fast alle Blätter waren übersät mit braunen, verwelkten Stellen. Selbst die nette Bedienung musste zugeben, dass er nicht mehr gut aussah und hat uns dann einen Nachlass gegeben. Schade, fand den Laden früher vom Essen her echt gut.

The atmosphere is great, very cozy, with cool illuminated signs, nicely decorated, and plenty of space in the back. The service was very friendly, however, we often had to follow up for drinks, and the first drinks arrived after we'd already eaten. The sweet potato fries were good, but the burgers were a bit dry. I had the "Oh My Goat" burger—cool name—but unfortunately, it was dry, with very little goat cheese and no sauce at all.

We've been there several times and have also ordered takeout several times. The menu is very diverse and offers something for every taste, especially for vegetarians and vegans. So far, our ordered burgers and fries have always been perfectly prepared and tasted excellent. The staff is always very attentive and friendly; you immediately feel welcome when you enter the restaurant. For us, Burgerheart is the best burger restaurant in Würzburg, and we highly recommend it!

Burgers ordered for home delivery arrived lukewarm and, in one case, with the wrong bun. When I asked by phone whether just the bun or perhaps the entire order had been swapped, the response was that I should just try the burger, and if it wasn't vegetarian, they could, of course, send a replacement, but that would take an hour. Apart from that, delicious burgers.

With 3 - 5 tabel free , we come there 3 person and they said no place , old marketing things so the people thinks they are popular, never go there, besides i was 3 times before

I went to Burgerheart Würzburg and had the Double Smash Burger along with the Fryan Gretzky – both were absolutely delicious! For dessert, I had the lava cake with vanilla ice cream, which was also really good. The atmosphere is very nice and cozy, and the service was super friendly. Definitely a recommendation if you want a really good burger in Würzburg!

We each had cheeseburgers, once with fries and once with a side salad, and found them very tasty. The service was very friendly and accommodating, and above all, the food was delivered very quickly. The ambiance is also very pleasant. We'd be happy to come back.

We entered the restaurant at 2:45 p.m. Not a single table was occupied, yet no one served us. It wasn't until 3:02 p.m. that the waitress came and took our order. He then told us, "Lunch ends at 3:00 p.m.," and we didn't get our order. After pointing out that we hadn't been served yet, we received the response, "My shift didn't start until 3:00 p.m.!" Apparently, no one had been assigned to us beforehand. No "sorry," nothing. No recommendation!

Simply unbelievably delicious food and a fantastic and extensive selection. The staff were incredibly friendly and made you feel very comfortable. We'll definitely be back.

September 1, 2025 BURGERHEART won us over immediately. Super friendly service, delicious burgers, and super-tasty sweet potato fries. There was virtually no wait for our order. I highly recommend this restaurant.

I'm thrilled with the selection of vegetarian and even vegan burgers. The food was delicious and not run-of-the-mill. Service was fast and friendly. The seating is also quite comfortable. Overall, I definitely recommend it.

Not only are the burger creations great, the staff is also exceptionally attentive and friendly, and the kitchen is flexible, even with food intolerances! Everything is just right here! That's why we ate delicious meals at Burgerheart twice during our weekend. It's a shame we don't live in Würzburg; we'd eat here every day ;)

The service, or rather the staff, was really great. Very friendly and they accommodated every request. The sides, fries, and loaded fries were great. However, I found the burgers a bit lackluster. The patty was overcooked, a bit dry, and the bun was unexciting. The burger tasted good, but it was just nothing special—which is why I wouldn't go back.

Overall, a great restaurant to eat with friends and family. For my taste, there's a bit too much garlic in the sauces, but of course, to each his own :)

The allergens in the dishes are clearly marked on the menus, and vegetarian/vegan labels are also available. Generally, a recommendation for anyone looking for a good alternative to fast-food burgers. The only criticism is the price, which, however, is still within the usual range.

The burgers at Burgerheart tasted really good—juicy, well-seasoned, and lovingly prepared. Unfortunately, the portions were significantly too small: If you want to feel full, you'll have to order more of the side dishes. Given the prices, the value for money isn't right in my opinion. It's a shame, because the flavor definitely had more potential.

This time the staff was very nice and attentive, stopped by the table often and was quick to pay, which is unfortunately not the case otherwise. The burgers and the starters were very tasty, there's nothing to complain about. The only thing that always bothers us is the very, very unpleasant sewer smell, which on some days is really unpleasant and doesn't invite you to linger.

Schönes Restaurant. Leider wurden wir in einen Nebenraum gesetzt. Von der schönen Ambiente haben wir dort leider nichts mitbekommen. Preis/Leistung Die Burger waren alle frisch und geschmackvoll 😋 Beilagen mussten extra bestellt und bezahlt werden. Da die Burger schon um die 12€ gekostet haben find ich das im gesamten etwas übertrieben. Selbst Ketchup etc. Musst gegen Aufpreis geordert werden. Die Getränke sind überteuert (Bier 4,90€) Service war Super 👍 freundlich und ist auf Wünsche eingegangen. Trinkgeld hat sie sich verdient. Fazit : alles in allem Moderat doch Nix für den kleinen Geldbeutel . Das Lokal hebt sich nicht zwingend von Burgerketten ab.

Unfortunately, the food wasn't that impressive: little sauce, dry brioche, unspectacular fries, and small portions for the price. On the plus side, the homemade lemonade is delicious, even the light version. Conclusion: A great place for the atmosphere, but the food still has a lot of room for improvement.

Essen und Service im Burgerheart sind durch die Bank weg einfach wunderbar. Wir kommen sehr sehr gerne wieder. Einziger Verbesserungsvorschlag ist das Ambiente. Es wirkt schon leider sehr trist und kühl. Bei warmen Wetter ist der Außenbereich allerdings sehr schön und auch deutlich angenehmer.

Burgerheart Würzburg is definitely worth a visit if you like really good burgers! The selection is creative, the ingredients are fresh and the taste is absolutely convincing. The only small downside: the burgers could be a little bigger for my taste - but that's complaining at a high level. My personal highlight wasn't the burger, but the dessert: the crème brûlée was simply perfect! Crunchy caramel crust, creamy consistency – a real taste experience. Another big plus was the service: super friendly, attentive and in a good mood - so you immediately feel at home. Conclusion: If you're in the mood for good burgers with an excellent dessert and great service in Würzburg, you've come to the right place. I'd love to come back!

Zum Burger essen gehe ich eigentlich immer ins Burgerheart. Gestern war ich jedoch enttäuscht, denn der Smashed Burger mit Double Patty entpuppte sich als Mini Portion. Ich hatte zwar zuvor nach der Größe gefragt, wurde aber leider falsch beraten.Jeder Saucenklecks kostet extra, aber dass ist ja immer so. Ich bin hungrig nach Hause gegangen.

Reservierung hat problemlos funktioniert, wurden direkt am Anfang freundlich begrüßt und bedient. Servicekraft war sehr aufmerksam. Gerne wieder.

Wir waren schon öfter bei Burger Heart und daher auch bei unseren letzten Besuchen enttäuscht. Auch wenn die Sides lecker waren, waren die Burger dafür sehr spärlich belegt, was deren Preis nicht rechtfertigt. Die Getränke waren unheimlich süß, falls Sirup zum anmischen verwendet wird, sollte davon weniger verwendet werden. Was wirklich unangenehm war, war der Geruch. Bereits beim Betreten des Ladens riecht es unterschwellig nach Toilette oder Chlor. Am Platz hielt sich der Geruch weiterhin hartnäckig in der Luft, auch wenn er nur stoßweise zu riechen war. Positiv war aber das Personal, sehr freundlich und kompetent. Da wir diese Erfahrungen nun bereits öfter machen mussten werden wir erst einmal nicht mehr in das Restaurant gehen. Aber vielleicht ändert sich ja zukünftig wieder was.

Unfortunately, our dining experience at your restaurant was marred by the arrogance and carelessness of one of the employees. When we asked him to close the front door (we served our food right at the door), he replied irritably that he would close it (which didn't happen immediately, but only after a second request). One negative point regarding the food is that the burger buns were really crumbled after the first bite. A restaurant that claims to specialize in burgers should know how to make their own burger buns. Ah and something else very important about service: the rules in the catering industry clearly state that you don't bother the customer if he puts the food in his mouth and asks how it is. Cleanliness: Cobwebs hung over the lamps and there was a very strong smell

Mega delicious burgers and a super nice team in the restaurant! But: Advertising a lunch deal online, only to then see the regular, higher price when ordering online, has a bit of a twist and leads to disappointed customers. Please note that the price is only valid on site in the restaurant!

We had already had a disappointing experience a few years ago, but wanted to give the restaurant a second chance. Unfortunately, that turned out to be a mistake. Four of us went to Burgerheart and ordered, among other things, two veggie burgers. These were absolutely disappointing in terms of taste - they simply had no taste at all. When the waitress asked, I gave her honest feedback. She took it kindly and clarified with the kitchen that a spice was actually missing from the dough. As compensation, we only received a 20% discount on the price of the burgers - a nice gesture, but not very appropriate considering the experience. In other countries (USA, etc.) where customer satisfaction is very important, this would have been solved differently. The ambience also left a lot to be desired: There was an unpleasant smell, probably coming from the toilets. Unfortunately, trying to cover this up with room scent made the situation even more unpleasant. We also ended up having to wait a long time for someone to take our dessert order - but no one came, so we decided to leave disappointed. The truffle mayo and the homemade lemonades with sweeteners should be positively highlighted. Nevertheless: For just under €50 for two burgers, a portion of fries and two lemonades, we would have wished for a much better experience. Next time we'd rather invest a little more money for an all-round successful evening.

The food was very good and was prepared quickly after ordering by a really friendly service person. We were positively impressed and would be happy to come back for dinner. Prices were also reasonable. If you want cheap food, you should go to the Kistenwirt.

The staff is really very friendly and does their job commendably well. I already know BurgerHeart from other cities and knew that the quality wouldn't disappoint me. I would be happy to come back. Absolutely recommended. The space is nicely furnished, but everything is a bit squashed. But that doesn't make it any less likeable.

Leider riecht es im Burgerheart Würzburg wie in einer Kläranlage, es sind überall am Boden Febreze Spender verteilt aber die Belegschaft weißt mit keinem Wort auf die Situation hin. Schade war sonst ein guter Burger Restaurant aber auf einer Toilette isst es sich nicht so schön.

Burger tasted okay, fries nothing special, value for money not good. Burger as big as Cheeseburger at Mc, 1 drink, 1 fries, 1 burger about €27. It's not good if you go out hungry.
