Long wait, food came before drinks, medium steak was cooked, after repeated requests to pay we waited 40 minutes and the waiter smelled like a Colombian herb garden

Wanne be American Diner Disappointing experience – unfortunately, I don't recommend it. First, the good news: The waitress was friendly and clearly trying hard – but that was unfortunately the only bright spot of our visit. The chaos began with the drinks: After a long wait, they weren't served at the table, but had to be passed from hand to hand across several tables – an absurdity in a restaurant. The disappointing impression continued with the food. We ordered burgers, spare ribs, steak, and schnitzel, among other dishes. The steak was initially missing the accompanying baked potatoes, which were only served after repeated requests and with a significant delay. Instead of the requested vegetable side dish, fries were mistakenly brought. The dips seemed unimaginative and tasted interchangeable. To match: The schnitzel was extremely thin and seemed more like deep-fried than properly fried – another disappointment. Overall, a lackluster and unprofessional impression – we won't be back.

It's generally acknowledged that the kitchen is overwhelmed. Main courses come before drinks. You have to fight for the attention of the wait staff; you're discreetly ignored. Simple dishes are served after more elaborate meals, after everyone else at the same table has finished eating. You're asked if you're in a hurry when you want to pay, and you have to wait even longer for the bill.

We went there with the Schlemmerblock (a German snack bar). The burgers were delicious and reasonably priced. They have a variety of beers on tap. We'd love to go back.

The burgers are good. Fries, salad and spare ribs were not very convincing, very blandly seasoned and a little carelessly presented. Our service was very friendly and quick.

The Caesar salad and service were decent, but the sirloin was a huge disappointment — tough, with unpleasant tissues running through the meat. The poor cooking and low-quality cut made it nearly impossible to cut or chew. Overall, a forgettable dinner I wouldn’t recommend if you’re want a good dinner.

We were here on our lunch break and were at the restaurant at 12:05. It took almost half an hour for our order to be taken and after waiting for over an hour, the waitress informed us that they were short-staffed today and that the food would take some time. Ultimately the food arrived at 1:20 p.m. In other words, we had to wait over an hour for the food. Really bad style. If it had been transparently communicated at the beginning that the store was unfortunately understaffed and that there would be longer waiting times, then that would still have been justifiable. But coming to the table after an hour and only then communicating the fact that it will take time is very weak. Lost and unproductive waiting time. If they had at least apologized and, for example, offered an espresso or a drink on the house (as part of customer satisfaction), then that would at least have been the right step on the part of the waitress. But there was no apology or concession. I can't recommend this restaurant, at least not if you don't want to wait over an hour for your food. The taste of the food was mediocre to good.

Sometimes it takes a long time for the food to arrive. The food is quite good, relatively wide selection, but nothing extraordinary, no one expects that from a burger joint.

Prices like in Monaco but everything else is good.

Update: The food and the vegetarian burger were much better today than about 7 years ago and the service was more attentive. I was there about 2.5 years ago and had a vegetarian burger. The pattie was definitely frozen (it tastes better from the American company with the golden M). The burger also sat heavy on my stomach for a very long time, which I don't think should be the case. I haven't been there since.

A really really great American Like Diner. Lots of choice whether burgers, wings or steaks. We had your roadside burger, tender fillets and cake and iced chocolate/coffee as dessert. Really very very good. Burger lovers will get their money's worth here, fully recommended. The bedside tables were also wonderfully delicious. Absolutely recommend the Chocolate Loving Spoon Cake for all chocolate enthusiasts. What I would also like to mention is that the service is very great, always very caring but never intrusive; just like it should be everywhere. We'll definitely be back for more.😊

Luckily we had the gourmet block and didn't have to pay the full price, otherwise we would have been even more annoyed. The service staff had no interest at all, was unfriendly and had no idea about the food and drinks. For example, she didn't know if there was beer on tap. I asked if the pulled pork burger could also be ordered with a lettuce leaf instead of cole slaw. That was a huge problem. I ordered the burger as it was on the menu with the request that the coleslaw not be served on the burger but separately. The waitress replied that the coleslaw wasn't on the burger anyway. The burger came with coleslaw in the bun and no garnish on the plate. The ribs and curly fries that we also ordered were totally cold and this complaint was also rather problematic. It was a very disappointing evening with poor service and not really good food.

That's how it has to be! The food was delicious, the prices were fair. Big praise to the super nice service. Not intrusive and super accommodating. I just don't like the parking situation; there could be a discount if you eat something. Gladly again!

We were here for the first time and had the following impression: Furnishings & Decoration: It is furnished exactly as you would imagine a diner to be. Stylish leather seats and benches. An absolutely great bar and rockabilly music to match. Simply fantastic. Staff: The staff was always available and super friendly. Waiting time: After less than 15 minutes we had our food. Top! Taste: There are actually no words to adequately describe the taste. In fact, I've never eaten so well. We will come here at least once a month from now on. Conclusion: 5 stars are actually not enough here. If possible I would give 10 stars or more

We were there for a burger on March 11, 2025. I've never had fries like this for extra :( they were lukewarm and hard! The burgers were lukewarm and the bacon cold and hard. I expected better quality and preparation. We weren't asked if everything was right. Service was friendly.

I had the classic cheeseburger. The meat tasted not very well seasoned. It did not particularly impressed me, I must say. However, I am not into thick patties, maybe that's the reason why the meat did not taste well seasoned. Plus, I am picky when it comes to meat as I eat it only in certain forms. Therefore, I am not sure if I can be a good reference. The atmosphere and the people were nice. I liked the location.

Totally nice service, some of the food was a bit expensive, but good. It's very loud and a bit cramped at the tables. Ambiance is classic USA diner. Large selection of dishes, it's hard to decide between delicacies and everyone will find something.

The ambience for event gastronomy is there. The waitresses, some of whom are very young (male and female), seem to be quite overwhelmed. The store was full, but all the reorders took a long time, once you were able to do them. The food was a disappointment. The fries were very limp, definitely not crispy. Actually, I hardly ever write reviews, but I have to do it now. Ordered spare ribs there. To be honest, I've never eaten worse. They tasted like they were from last week, just reheated. The fries and coleslaw were the best part. Service and ambience were great, 0 out of 5 stars for the food. I will definitely never order here again.

Mega cool location. Super friendly staff, make a lot of effort. It is served quickly and cleared away quickly. Despite not having a reservation, we got a table on Saturday evening after we had already had a drink at the bar with the friendly bartenders. Great evening. We would definitely recommend it. I can only confirm the many negative experiences. The last 20 reviews speak volumes, what a sad average store. Food absolutely loveless in terms of content. Ice cold sauce for the ribs. Supplements were not paid for in full, but of course - there was no return of money for this. The kitchen says the order was complete, then you as a customer were probably out of luck. Burgers and ready-made patties are an insult to any cook. As a restaurateur you should be ashamed of this. This store is so run-of-the-mill that you seriously doubt the wisdom of the occasional positive star reviews. This has absolutely nothing to do with an honest “Grill & Diner”.

I rate the takeaway. 30 minutes of waiting time and a friendly waitress who took care of me after she attentively realized that I had been sitting at the bar for too long...2 extra stars for you. The rest is terrible. Ribs without sauce...not well done and certainly not fall of the bone...one half was driven by hunger and the other half is in the trash. Onion rings not tasty either. Fries work like this... No cutlery...so no rating for the coleslaw possible. 22 euros ended up in the trash and when I get a stomach ache I go to the lawyer... that's as horrible as I've ever experienced... no hello at the bar, nothing... that is, if I wasn't lying in bed in the hotel ...I would really storm the store...never ever again

Food was good. One of the few addresses for smash burgers. The service wasn't that special in my case. The reference to missing cutlery when bringing the food and thus the request for another set of cutlery was commented on with "we can do that" and in the end I got it myself because the lady was standing around at the counter doing nothing. It was my third time eating here and I was never disappointed. I would definitely order the Caesar salad again, I'm generally a fan of it. I've tried enough burgers and they're also recommended. The selection of sauces is nothing to complain about; you can even buy some on site. There is also a good selection of drinks. As a rum fan, I really liked the Maracujito and would order it again if no other rum cocktail shows up. Went here with the gourmet block, so the price was absolutely right, but you can also treat yourself here!

Thanks to the nice service employee. With the hot chili burger you only taste sauce that completely covers the meat. No, that's not the “better original”. Unfortunately not a recommendation at all :(

We got a nice table and a nice lady asked us directly if we needed a high chair. The fries were cold and limp and tasted like oven fries. The portion of the fries wasn't enough because they weren't included with the burger, the coleslaw was too vinegary for me, the serving on the plate didn't appeal to me, The burgers were solidly middle class After about 2 hours a lady came up to us and said that we had to leave in 15 minutes because they were completely booked. 18€ for all you can eat frozen nuggets? The nuggets are all frozen, the only difference between the different types is the sauce on top. Unfortunately, this is also ready-made sauce. Basically not that bad, but it doesn't taste good. We also ordered a burger, which comes with a small side dish as standard. When the waitress asked me if I wanted fries with that, I replied, “No, just the closeslaw.” Another coleslaw was then brought to me. When I sent it back, it was still credited to my invoice and left out of the list of products. The whole thing was clearly planned. Thanks but no thanks! Quite a rip off ;)

So as disappointed as I am with the Wings, only my parents could be disappointed with me... These are TK wings from Lidl across the street for a cheeky extra charge for a pair of sauces. So if you want to get ripped off, go there and find so many hairs in your food🤮🤢 But the ambience is quite ok

I really can't recommend the store to anyone at all. We went to Kullmans to eat the all you can eat chicken wing offer on Wednesday. The whole thing costs €17.90 and for that you can actually expect to get normal chicken wings, but this restaurant ONLY serves frozen dishes, all chicken wings, fries, onion rings etc. were frozen goods from the supermarket. That's a huge impudence, the waiter was also very unfriendly. This was by far the worst restaurant visit I've ever had. I can only recommend everyone to miss this

I was here for the chicken wing all-you-can-eat and I am completely disappointed with the food. The wings look and taste (and probably are) like frozen food. I would have easily gotten twice as much of what I ate for the same money at the Lidl opposite (all-you-can-eat food, who doesn't know that). The Kullmans beer is also terrible. The waitress seemed very annoyed, but if I worked in the store, I don't think I would be in a different mood than my colleague. The ambience was stable, but not special. All in all a very bad experience. P.S. If you ever want to take advantage of this offer, just order normal wings, the lime chili wings are absolutely ass, you can hardly get rid of them

How exactly did you come up with the idea of ​​simply serving non-vegan coleslaw with vegan burgers without asking? I find this to be extremely negligent, as people with intolerances are not adequately informed. If I order a vegan meal and mention again in detail that it is vegan when ordering, I expect a note that the salad served with it is not vegan - and a suggested solution as to what can be offered to me as an alternative. I am aware that the focus of Kullmans is on dead animals. But you have to create such a poor selection for vegan people first. There are a thousand times better restaurants in Würzburg.

First you wait over an hour for the food and then the fries are soggy and pretty much everything is cold. Drinks either didn't come at all or were wrong. And the same drink in two different sized glasses? Food would be good if it was warm... The tables wobble extremely when you try to cut something, so you have to worry about your drinks. And we waited almost half an hour for the bill despite the store being half empty. The entire wait staff was eating and you had to personally ask for the bill. I understand that you need a break but maybe someone should still be productive. Unfortunately it was my last time.

I am a regular customer and unfortunately I have to say that the food has deteriorated significantly since the beginning of the year. Among other things, I ordered the Classic Schnitzel to pick up. There were what felt like 4 cold fries & a small schnitzel in the packaging. There was also brown, old lettuce underneath the schnitzel as a “decoration”. In general, you should optimize the packaging so that it keeps you warm. Unfortunately this wasn't the first time...

I received a friendly welcome and the advice was perfect, which means that the old municipality's five-star service is justified. I had a great burger with fries and later some kind of pancakes which looked good so far. But as professionals, the Hamburg cheeseburger was served too cold for me and that's why it only gets three stars. I'd be happy to come back when I'm in the area and would be happy to correct the stars when the food is served hot.

Very unfortunate. There were 8 of us there and no one was really happy. The employees come across as if they don't care at all. The food wasn't the best. My brother-in-law had a piece of plastic from packaging in his food and a hair. We ordered cheesecake with strawberry sauce and received it without sauce. When we waited for the waiter again to ask him where the sauce was, we were told that it was out. You could just say that instead of just being given half of it. We also ordered herb butter with our steaks and got oil instead. The food is too expensive for the quality and “service”.

I was very excited to go for dinner but was very disappointed.We waited 20 mins for the drinks after we ordered. Than they brought out the starters together with the main dish, the table behind us came after us and got the same starters together with the drinks. My main dish came 5 mins later. I never had fries so tasteless like those, the c.slow didn’t taste like anything. The chicken burger was alright. The starters nachos with 3 dips u get in any movie theater. The service horrible, didn’t come once to ask if we need anything. Waste of money and I feel back to say that, five guys is than a five star restaurant compared to that food there.

For anyone who thinks the service isn't attentive enough, people it's a restaurant business. At Full House, someone should imitate you first. We ate there today as a small group. We said right at the beginning that we have a gourmet block. We ordered drinks, which took a while until they reached us. Ordered food, including 2 spare ribs all you can eat and 3 burgers plus 2 starters. After the starters were eaten, it took forever for the main courses to arrive. The service used to be much better, it's a shame that it has become so bad. The waitresses kept walking past us and didn't take any empty plates or glasses with them. The table was very full after the main courses and none of the waitresses tried to clear anything away. When we paid we said again that we had a gourmet block. End of song we couldn't redeem it because it can't be offset against the all you can eat offer. Nobody pointed out to us that this wasn't possible, even though we had redeemed the gourmet block in previous years and suddenly not today. The waitress could or should have told you from the start that you knew or you didn't add it to the offer. We were very annoyed and are considering entering this store again.

I was really looking forward to the salad, but unfortunately the experience was anything but pleasant. The ingredients were mostly boring, the avocado was unfresh and partly brown, which was really unappetizing. The taste also left something to be desired. The salad was far too light and had little substance. It lacked a balance of textures and flavors, making it seem more like a side dish than a main course. The dressing was also disappointing. For the price (almost €19) I definitely expected more. Unfortunately, it was a total failure and I cannot recommend this salad. I also think I discovered mold on the surface of the white bread. It's frustrating to find something like this, especially when you're looking forward to some fresh and delicious bread. This not only spoiled the appetite but also raised concerns about quality and hygiene. It is a bad sign for the freshness and storage of the bread.

Nice atmosphere, friendly staff, bad food. My wife's veggie burger was ok, but my schnitzel was really bad. Bone-dry thin cloth, bacon on it that didn't taste like anything, so dry that it was dusty, carelessly prepared mushrooms that didn't taste like anything and a cola... no, it was more like brownish water. All in all, a culinary disaster in an authentic diner atmosphere.

Very nicely decorated American diner, our absolute favorite restaurant. A pleasure every time, except that spontaneous visits are a bit difficult as it is very popular. But luckily you can also order everything to take away. We actually always eat the Roadside Burger and the BBQ Shake Burger with curly fries and sweet potato fries with a homemade peach iced tea. The milkshake is an absolute recommendation from us. Service is super friendly and quick when ordering, as well as when food is delivered and cleared away. It's simply a dream. You simply have to visit this restaurant. Absolute top tip. A great little touch is that every meal comes with a Coleslow salad.

The ambience fits a typical American diner. The avocado burger was solid, but you could barely taste the avocado, which was a bit of a shame. Still, all in all a good dish. The Kullman's BBQ Plate was a delight. The steak was perfectly medium, the bacon was nicely fried, the pulled pork was super tender and the spare ribs were a culinary delight. Clear recommendation at this point. For just under 22 euros you get a great selection of meat here and a huge portion. The chocolate cake is also very good and so powerful that one was more than enough for two people. The only (small) point of criticism is the Cuba Libre. The buffalo wings are highly recommended. But the Burger Patty was disappointing. It was too dry and well done. Point deduct for that.
