Delicious food. However, I was disappointed by the ambiance and the general presentation.

American fast food, of course. The meat was rather tough and lukewarm. The fries looked like they'd been to the hairdresser twice.

The food was quite good, everything was fine until it came to paying. EC card payment, the machine showed around 27 euros, I entered the code, and the young lady quickly took the bill. Later, my wife received a message from her bank app, saying around 32 euros had been deducted. A 5 euro tip was secretly added without us asking, and that's completely unacceptable 👎 Get the bill, or only cash is real.

The topped onion burger was delicious and a good size; the side dish was best shared. Friendly service and a nice location. Good value for money with the gourmet block. I'd definitely go back! Parking is available in the adjacent parking deck/garage for a fee, or a few minutes' walk away on parallel streets.

We were here on Wednesday for the all-you-can-eat wings. Friendly service, good wings, and a real diner atmosphere. Refills were always requested quickly. So, everything was top-notch!

Only with the parking spaces it is bad, you have the possibility to park for free from 4 pm on Monday to Friday in Beethovenstrasse, I think from 1 pm on Saturdays and always free on Sundays, otherwise you have to go to a paid parking garage

Absolutely fantastic restaurant. We had a lovely waitress, Johanna. She was so kind and attentive. We barely had to wait, and the food and drinks were great.

Nice service, some of the food was a bit expensive, but good. It's very loud and the tables are a bit crowded. The ambiance is classic American diner. There's a large selection of dishes, so it's hard to decide at first, and everyone will find something to eat and definitely be satisfied. Both visits there have been great, and I'd love to come back from time to time.

The service was nice and friendly. We didn't have to wait long for our food, and we were surprised by how good the food was. My personal recommendation: the best chicken wings and spare ribs I've ever had anywhere. Highly recommended.

We were there for lunch. There are outdoor seating areas, unfortunately located on a very busy street. Traffic noise during the break wasn't an option for us. You're seated inside. Everything is empty, but you have to wait until a staff member "sacrifices" themselves to offer you a seat. So far, so good. There's no "hello"; you're shown to a table in silence, and as a guest, you feel rather intrusive and annoying. The music inside was, in my opinion, very loud. During the break, you want to chat or relax... pleasant music in the background, no problem... This was far from it. When the drinks arrived, there was no "please"; the drinks were put down without a word. We had plenty of time until the food arrived. The staff were listless, with annoyed looks; you really couldn't believe they enjoyed their work. We thought the food was good, except for the wilted salad. How can you put something on other people's plates that you definitely wouldn't eat yourself? An absolute no-go. As we left the restaurant, we managed to squeeze out a "goodbye," which we weren't expecting at all. Bottom line: I won't be going back.

The food is usually really good! Today (03.08.25) we were really surprised by how unfriendly the entire staff was. No "hello" when we walked in, everyone was in a really bad mood. There were repeated, and this is also the reason for this review: significant delays in preparing orders, meaning you might have to wait 30 minutes or more at the counter for your order. This is especially disappointing for those picking up food, as you could have just eaten on the spot after such a long wait, if circumstances allowed.

I think Kullmann's was a great choice. My mom and I visited the restaurant for my birthday. The food was amazing! We had the BBQ grill, which was generous and definitely filling, and the sirloin steak, which was cooked to perfection. The staff was very friendly and reliable. When I asked, they even gave me a free slice of cake of my choice (with a sparkler 😊) because it was my birthday. The prices were fair, and all in all, it was a great experience. I highly recommend it!

Very tasty American food. The burgers were very good, and the fries and wedges tasted exactly as you'd expect. The staff was very friendly. The portions are very good for the money. It wasn't our first time, and it won't be our last.

Kullman's recently came to our rescue: We were able to place a large takeaway order for a private party with about 40 people, relatively spontaneously and without any hassle. Our guests were thrilled with the delicious wraps and Chicken Feast platters! The wraps were not only delicious, but also beautifully packaged and perfect for pick-up and delivery. We've eaten at the diner itself several times before and were always extremely satisfied.

The food was well-seasoned and served very quickly. Unfortunately, something on the grill plate for one person wasn't good. I've been battling food poisoning for days now, with severe pain, nausea, and so on. So, unfortunately, I won't be coming back. What a shame.

The pastry-quality cakes are a real treat. A wonderful, light finish to a burger meal—especially in summer. The price is reasonable, as you can really taste the craftsmanship.

Room for improvement. Frozen fries aren't really necessary these days, especially not for the extra cost. The burger was relatively dry; it's rare for a pretzel-style bun to taste dry.

Reception and order-taking were very friendly and efficient. The food and drinks arrived quickly, two dishes. The classic burger was good, the fries were dry, BUT: Selling a salad that's already yellow, wilted, and partially spoiled is outrageous. For that price, I expect a fresh, crisp salad like the ones I have in my vegetable drawer at home, even after days. The bad salad I was given was supposed to be the SoHo Sunday Salad. I can't say "It tasted good," let alone "Goodbye."

We had reserved a table for Saturday. Because our schedule had changed a bit, we had to postpone the reservation for another hour, but that wasn't a problem either. Took 1 hour to bring the burger. 3 Out of 5 were not we ordered. Ketchup was cheap, actually pasta sauce. Drinks were OK. Over all view burgers were bad. Staff is the only 5 star thing here.

We've been eating here for years, last time we were actually forgotten and we had to wait ~1 hour for our starter, and then another ~45 minutes for the main course. Meanwhile, a couple came to our neighboring table and they were through their starter, main course and dessert before we even got our starter. Of course, our appetite and mood completely disappeared. Nevertheless, we found a solution in a friendly manner, our bill was halved and we received a generous voucher for our next visit. It didn't really make things any better that day, but it shows that the store is trying to be there for the customers.

The food was delicious, no question!!! But!!! Burger 1 with fries arrived at the table after 3 minutes. Burger 2 with sides and the grilled vegetables arrived 2 minutes later!!! Normally, the food comes together...so no one has to wait. Then I was surprised by the speed...so fast it came...could it really have been freshly prepared?? I don't want to claim anything, but I doubt it...the fact that the food was more warm than hot also speaks for that!!! ...oh yeah, my iced tea was also delivered incorrectly...tasty but wrong!!! All in all, the food was tasty but warm...and as quickly as it arrived at the table...well... ...it was a nice experience, but I probably won't go there again

My boyfriend and I visited Kullman's Diner yesterday to try the all-you-can-enjoy ribs. Since we're from Kiel, we checked the website in advance and reserved a table. Unfortunately, it didn't say that you had to make a note for the offer when making your reservation, so we were told on the spot that it wasn't possible. The server's name was Lea, and she was really nice. She had a brief conversation and arranged for my boyfriend to try the all-you-can-enjoy ribs. She was very attentive and friendly, and we were happy to have met Lea. We'll be visiting the diner again tomorrow. This time they're serving all-you-can-enjoy wings, and we made a note in our reservation! We're excited!

The burger meat is kind of mediocre, I haven't tried the other dishes. Update 2025 I gave the diner another chance. Unfortunately, my burger was very dry (patty). My friend's smashed burger was better. Although you can't really sell it as smashed when the patties are 0.7 cm thick. 😝

We happened to be there for the first time. With a gourmet block. The ambiance is very appealing and stylish. You expect delicious food. But unfortunately, we were disappointed in the taste and freshness. The reality is different! The pulled pork and fries were cold. When we asked the waitress about it, they brought replacements. That was very positive. 👍 The Alpine Hut Burger and the baked potato were also not great. Here, too, almost cold and not freshly prepared. The cheese was not at all tasty. The patty wasn't fresh, but only warmed up, as if it had been briefly heated in the microwave. The same was true of the baked potato. It was also only heated slightly in the microwave. Half of the potato was inedible, as it was completely dried out. Charging €5.20 for this is outrageous. The first waitress who took the food and the one who came to the table didn't even ask if everything was okay. All in all: A stylish diner, but everything else leaves something to be desired. The price/performance/quality ratio isn't right here. There's plenty of room for improvement. There are better burger restaurants.

First, the good news: The waitress was friendly and clearly trying hard – but that was unfortunately the only bright spot of our visit. The chaos began with the drinks: After a long wait, they weren't served at the table, but had to be passed from hand to hand across several tables – an absurdity in a restaurant. The disappointing impression continued with the food. We ordered burgers, spare ribs, steak, and schnitzel, among other dishes. The steak was initially missing the accompanying baked potatoes, which were only served after repeated requests and with a significant delay. Instead of the requested vegetable side dish, fries were mistakenly brought. The dips seemed unimaginative and tasted interchangeable. To match: The schnitzel was extremely thin and seemed more like deep-fried than properly fried – another disappointment. Overall, a lackluster and unprofessional impression – we won't be back.

It's generally acknowledged that the kitchen is overwhelmed. Main courses come before drinks. You have to fight for the attention of the wait staff; you're discreetly ignored. Simple dishes are served after more elaborate meals, after everyone else at the same table has finished eating. You're asked if you're in a hurry when you want to pay, and you have to wait even longer for the bill.

We went there with the Schlemmerblock (a German snack bar). The burgers were delicious and reasonably priced. They have a variety of beers on tap. We'd love to go back.

The Caesar salad and service were decent, but the sirloin was a huge disappointment — tough, with unpleasant tissues running through the meat. The poor cooking and low-quality cut made it nearly impossible to cut or chew. Overall, a forgettable dinner I wouldn’t recommend if you’re want a good dinner.

We were here on our lunch break and were at the restaurant at 12:05. It took almost half an hour for our order to be taken and after waiting for over an hour, the waitress informed us that they were short-staffed today and that the food would take some time. Ultimately the food arrived at 1:20 p.m. In other words, we had to wait over an hour for the food. Really bad style. If it had been transparently communicated at the beginning that the store was unfortunately understaffed and that there would be longer waiting times, then that would still have been justifiable. But coming to the table after an hour and only then communicating the fact that it will take time is very weak. Lost and unproductive waiting time. If they had at least apologized and, for example, offered an espresso or a drink on the house (as part of customer satisfaction), then that would at least have been the right step on the part of the waitress. But there was no apology or concession. I can't recommend this restaurant, at least not if you don't want to wait over an hour for your food. The taste of the food was mediocre to good.

A really really great American Like Diner. Lots of choice whether burgers, wings or steaks. We had your roadside burger, tender fillets and cake and iced chocolate/coffee as dessert. Really very very good. Burger lovers will get their money's worth here, fully recommended. The bedside tables were also wonderfully delicious. Absolutely recommend the Chocolate Loving Spoon Cake for all chocolate enthusiasts. What I would also like to mention is that the service is very great, always very caring but never intrusive; just like it should be everywhere. We'll definitely be back for more.😊

Luckily we had the gourmet block and didn't have to pay the full price, otherwise we would have been even more annoyed. The service staff had no interest at all, was unfriendly and had no idea about the food and drinks. For example, she didn't know if there was beer on tap. I asked if the pulled pork burger could also be ordered with a lettuce leaf instead of cole slaw. That was a huge problem. I ordered the burger as it was on the menu with the request that the coleslaw not be served on the burger but separately. The waitress replied that the coleslaw wasn't on the burger anyway. The burger came with coleslaw in the bun and no garnish on the plate. The ribs and curly fries that we also ordered were totally cold and this complaint was also rather problematic. Very tasty food and good service. We each had a family chicken platter with fries and the mac and cheese with pulled pork for two. If you arrive hungry, that's enough food. The selection of food and drinks is large. We'll definitely be back.
