I ordered two chili cheeses and one Christi. But I only received one of them: one chili cheese.

Indoor play area for children, 60 min. Free parking right outside. Best branch I've ever been to.

I really like this café; there's always plenty of space. The service is fast, and the food is much tastier than at McDonald's.

Because I can't write a review on Pizza.de anymore, since the food took over two hours to arrive anyway. And that's not even the record. Here's the kicker: I found a hair in a chicken nugget. It was stuck in the meat of the chicken piece. Disgusting! That's the last time I'll ever eat from this chain. Of course, I wasn't quick-witted enough to take a picture while it was still in there, otherwise I would have uploaded it as proof. I definitely won't be able to get that image out of my head.

I would gladly give 5 stars for the interior design, the soda machine, the seating plan, and the children's play area. However, the manager and the general manager should work on training their staff, both in the kitchen and at the cash register. I saw many employees working there, but they lacked discipline. They all watched the customers, didn't know how to greet them, how to serve food, or how to present it. I believe there are no more than 2-3 people working at the cash register, but they have loads of employees doing nothing else. The wait times are insane; in that respect, I'd say the kitchen is slow. So, a humble request: train your staff and ask them to prepare the food using the FIFO (first-in, first-out) principle, not the LIFO (last-in, first-out) principle. Focus on getting trained staff, not quantity.

A very long wait for a large portion of fries. Instead of gravy, I got ketchup. It was very little for a large portion of fries. The service was unpleasant. There was no organization at all. I won't be back.

Since the place started offering burgers for 💉 during the coronavirus pandemic, I haven't eaten there. Now I tried it again to see if the quality has at least improved. A complete disaster. The burgers are even smaller and taste terrible. The atmosphere is reminiscent of a cafeteria; the benches are no longer well-padded like they used to be. 5 stars are only for the friendly staff and the manager, who was very friendly and took the cash with a smile.

It can't be that burgers are served ice cold. It's just antisocial, sorry. The location and interior are nice. But people, please make sure the burgers are at least a little warm for the customer...

Nothing againt the burger, fresh, good and on a good/fresh bun. It was quite late in the evening, and the place could use a god cleaning up, hence not attractive to sit and hang out there

Burger King, as is well known, unfortunately only serves satisfactory food. However, the atmosphere is very nice.

- Long wait times for takeout - Food gets cold quickly - Coupons don't work at the terminal. First, they denied it, then another person joined in, and then the coupons only worked at certain branches, even though they were in the mailbox at the regional post office. - Incomplete orders when handed out (more than once a day) - Large and medium-small fries have the same bag size.

The food was actually ready quickly, although a bit dry. The atmosphere was relaxed; the second floor is quiet, and there's a children's play area outside with a slide and climbing frame—typical Burger King.

Absolutely terrible! The staff is incredibly slow, disorganized, and so unfriendly that you feel like a nuisance. Instead of serving customers, the employees seem annoyed and disinterested. I've rarely felt so badly treated—as if they'd rather not have any customers at all! Never again!

I received the wrong order, but that was due to Uber Eats. I was treated extremely rudely and snapped at on the phone. The dessert, churros with daim, was labeled as churros with caramel on the bill. But inside was chocolate sauce and Smarties. Please read your orders properly. This is a silly place.

It's fine, you can refill your soda, but when it's hot, the restaurant feels like a greenhouse because the sun shines through so many windows. The food and service were good.

It's already quite old, and the fries are so small they look more like second-rate fries. The food is filling, but unfortunately, it's not enjoyable.

My Long Chicken's bread was melting in my mouth, the chicken was so delicious and tender, and the sauce added a special flavor that made it more delicious.

We were there at 1 a.m., and there were several errors in our three orders. Ketchup was only served for the drive-thru, even though it was ordered and available. The strawberry milkshake wasn't available, and they offered a vanilla shake with strawberry sauce... and the fries were forgotten... The staff wasn't exactly accommodating...

The ambiance itself is very nice. Unfortunately, the wait times are very long for a fast food restaurant. The most annoying thing is the drinks. They've never had ice cubes, and the drinks are so warm they really don't taste good at all. Coke tastes like water. Iced tea is delicious. On top of that, you can almost never print receipts, and then the employee yells at you, asking why you don't have a "pickup slip." You should take photos if the printers in the machines aren't working. Food is okay. Cleanliness is acceptable.

The rudest staff ever, no hello, please, or thank you! Not even a second of eye contact. They just throw food at you and complain.

The food was of typical quality and correspondingly tasty. The only negative, which costs two stars in this case, is the drinks machine, where you can get whatever you want. Without ice, the drink is room temperature (very warm in summer!). Furthermore, there's no carbonation, which means it's just warm water with syrup.

I have been to this Burger King branch many times and have tried their Plant-Based Whopper burger, and each time it was really good, and I really liked the taste. The service is decent as well. Totally recommended ✅

Ordered via Lierando, 2 Whopper Juniors: meat inedible, unusual consistency, tasted rotten. Nuggets: undercooked. Curly fries: were more like curly mashed potatoes. Definitely good for people with swallowing difficulties. I didn't even know that BK now also delivers to retirement homes. Because I can't explain this liquid food any other way. (BUT I think it's good that BK is expanding its product range, hence the 2 stars for the food.) Salad: yellow in color, had probably been sitting around for several days. Delivery: after 45 minutes, delivery person lacks basic German and math skills, we had to calculate the change ourselves. Service: We called to complain and were simply hung up twice, saying they had a problem and couldn't do anything. This meal certainly had a comedic quality, but I would be very interested in the results of a food inspection... Hopefully, this fun doesn't lead to food poisoning... In any case, NEVER AGAIN and NO RECOMMENDATION. PS: It's been a year, but my review was censored. So here it is again ;)

Even reporting myself to Google for "defamation" four years after writing my original review won't stop me from writing this review again and again. By far the worst Burger King in all of Germany. If it were possible, I would give it 0 stars. Consistently unfriendly staff, fries either taste old or aren't salted properly, drinks don't taste anything like what you ordered, and you really have to check every time to make sure your order was served correctly/completely. Given the number of bad reviews, I can't understand why this store hasn't already had its franchise revoked. Instead of unfairly reporting reviews, the owner of the branch should take care of the countless problems in his store. I can only advise everyone not to eat at this Burger King!

Years ago!!! I was here once and had a very bad experience. The staff was unfriendly, and the burger left my body immediately afterward. I truthfully reported this here. BK then replied to me at a specific email address to receive compensation. I never received a reply to this email. Now – almost 7 years later – this truthful, albeit negative, review of mine has been reported by BK for "defamation," which has limited my account. Google is asking me for proof that I was actually there that day, like a receipt. After 7 years! Is this a tactic by BK to get rid of bad reviews? Such an accusation is not without merit, and I could take legal action against it. Very poor service from Burger King and reinforces my current stance of avoiding this company and continuing to tell everyone about it.

Addendum from 04/01/25: Problems remain. There is always a lack of regularly ordered food. We now always check our bags on site and talk to the employees about them - it is not uncommon for them to snidely claim that “everything is guaranteed to be in there” and “we don’t make any mistakes”. It's really cool that you have to wave your receipt around to finally get what you pay for... Original review: As a Würzburger, I always come here. I'm only reviewing the drive-thru experience, not the restaurant experience. Everything fits for smaller orders. BUT: if my buddy and I escalate again and order various burgers, side dishes, etc., then we can't avoid checking all the contents after receiving the bag. And every now and then something is missing. Sometimes just a mayo, sometimes a side dish or a whole burger. And if the order is really large with several people, you won't notice it until you get home, despite checking it on site. After two fries were missing today and we discovered when we got home that some onion rings were missing, we just had to vent our frustration. After several years, I'm probably "owed" several menus here. Mistakes can happen, but they happen too often here - and the customer should not be obliged to check their order for completeness. About the taste: Burger King - it fits. And the staff is actually always very friendly.

Yesterday we waited over an hour for what we ordered. Then I had to complain twice about the double cheeseburger. First a hamburger and then a double hamburger was packed. Mislabeled. Only the third time the double cheeseburger. Fries were then cold. Guys, there's a better way.

I ordered two whopper menus with fries and cola, and a Whopper+ Big King menu also with fries and cola, then I got 2 whoppers, 1 Big King 3 times fries and 3 times cola, a whopper was missing and I complained why one was missing, he then said that I only ordered a single Big King with cola and fries. So the order was canceled and I had to pay again for the Whopper+Big King menu with fries and cola. I have the menu now but one more Coke. Eternal discussion with the employee and not being rude to me again.

Actually like every Burger King, only on this day the employees seemed very stressed to me. Of course there can be days like that. The parking lot and the drive-in take a lot of getting used to. Customers like me who come there for the first time need something to find their bearings. The food itself, as usual, was very tasty.

Order was 70€. Stuffed into 2 bags, so it's not really possible to check and when we got home it actually turned out that the fries were missing. Conclusion: then back to the golden M.

After the wrong order was packed again today, which of course you only notice when you get home (ordered long chicken chili cheese, got normal long chicken), I can only give it one star. When there's something more going on, the entire store is overwhelmed, you're lied to about there being no WiFi because you're just too lazy to explain how to register to customers. Overall, the waiting time is okay, but it's no wonder if the orders are packed according to your mood. The customer before us had a similar problem, ordered a Beyond Meat Burger and received meat. I can only advise against visiting this branch. EDIT March 1, 2025 Apparently Burgerking still doesn't manage to correctly record a simple order. I once again ordered a Long Chicken BKS special burger with extra cheese and no salad. There was no cheese on it, but there was salad; Of course, the thing was still charged extra on my receipt. So I once again paid for goods that I didn't receive. Unfortunately, no one wants to deal with my concern and customer support ignores the review. And before an answer comes about “please report to the restaurant”: - When I order something to take away, I don't unpack every burger on site to check it. If the packaging even says that there should be extra cheese on it, I assume that too. I still can't recommend visiting the branch, the quality of the food continues to decline.

When you enter the store, you are greeted by the smell of feces, which is present in your nose throughout the entire meal. The food was very unappetizing and was absolutely no longer warm. My fries were just cold. Not lukewarm, not warm either, but really cold. The toys were missing from the children's menu, I had to run after the nuggets and my action burger was mud. I waited 20 minutes for my order because the kitchen is staffed by two people. No matter what time it is. If I have to pay 17 euros for a hamburger and a children's menu, I also want to see the performance.

Mein Essen steht innen bereit, es ist bezahlt, er müsste mir nur noch die Tüte geben- aber er wurschtelt an seiner Kasse und nimmt eine Bestellung auf. Läuft nach hinten, kommt wieder, nimmt eine neue Bestellung auf. Quatscht mit der Kollegin…. Wie gesagt, er müsste mir nur die Tüte herausreichen - macht er auch nicht auf Nachfrage. Eine Unverschämtheit. Ganz wichtig war ihm der Sensor, der unten außen am Fenster hängt. Den hat er allein als ich am Fenster stand ca 5 mal berührt. Ich hab keine Ahnung wozu. Sorry- geht einfach gar nicht!

Everything is automated on poorly functioning machines. The burgers are disgusting. I don't like it at all
