Auch wen man gestresst ist, gibt es kein Grund einen Kunden grundlos unfreundlich zu behandeln. Das war das letzte Mal das ich mir dort was geholt habe!! Leider kann man da auch nur mit Bargeld zahlen, was in der heutigen Zeit ein schlechtes Beigeschmack hat.

Bester Döner in Würzburg weit und breit. Der auch Kalbfleisch anbietet was in der Region echt rar ist. Alles sehr lecker. Top

Heute gingen wir dort etwas essen, der Koch servierte Shawarma in einem Lavash-Brot, es war sehr abstoßend, ein sehr widerlicher Mann und außerdem im Weg.

Teilweise sehr unfreundlich und es war nicht möglich für zwei Kinder einen Döner zu teilen! Geht gar nicht. Essen war geschmacklich gut

Wir waren nun schon öfters dort Döner essen und wir waren jedes Mal sehr zufrieden. Man wird sehr freundlich begrüßt, die Auswahl ist groß, die Portionen sind sind absolut ausreichend. Für uns einer der besten Döner in ganz Würzburg! Wir kommen immer gerne dort hin.

Ich habe hier einen Dönerteller bestellt. Als ich darum gebeten habe, etwas mehr Soße zu bekommen, wurde ich unfreundlich angemacht und gefragt, ob ich ihn verarschen will. So ein Umgang mit Kunden ist absolut unangebracht.

War mit der schlechteste Döner, den ich je hatte. Auch die Pommes waren total lapprig und innen noch roh. Der Laden lässt permanent schlechte Rezensionen entfernen (u.a. von 2 Freunden). Schon allein deshalb sollte man den Laden unbedingt meiden. Nie wieder.

Ich kann mich vielen der bisherigen Bewertungen anschließen. Der Döner ist aus meiner Sicht höchstens durchschnittlich. Deutlich problematischer empfinde ich jedoch den Umgang im Laden. Bei mehreren Besuchen habe ich den Inhaber wiederholt als schlecht gelaunt und wenig kundenorientiert erlebt. Kritik oder Nachfragen wurden nach meinem Eindruck nicht konstruktiv aufgenommen. Zudem wurde sich in hörbarer Lautstärke über anwesende Gäste geäußert, was ich als respektlos empfand. Auch der Zustand der Toilette hinterließ bei mir keinen guten Eindruck. Meine eigene Bewertung wurde entfernt. Vor der Veröffentlichung hatte ich mehrfach das persönliche Gespräch gesucht. Stattdessen wurde uns schließlich ein Hausverbot erteilt. Für mich steht fest: Ich werde dort nicht mehr hingehen und kann den Besuch nicht empfehlen.

Guter Service, Besitzer ist sehr nett und hält immer netten Smalltalk.

Super Lage ! Super Service ! Sehr nettes Personal ! Das Essen war Top! Der Inhaber ist immer sehr freundlich zuvorkommend sehr großzügig ich kann jedem weiter empfehlen. Der Döner schmeckt sehr lecker und wir bekommen vom Chef immer Baklava mit dazu.

Ich komme hier seit über 2 Jahren her, der Döner schmeckt immer top und sonst auch nie Beschwerden gehabt. Sauberer, gut geführter Laden. Die Beschwerden zum Umgang kann ich nicht nachvollziehen - wurde selber immer freundlich und respektvoll vom Chef und Personal behandelt, es liegt auch an einem selber wie man sich dem Service gegenüber verhält :) Sehr zu empfehlen wenn man gut und schnell essen möchte!

Ich kann die negativen Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen, wir sind jeden Sonntag dort, der Döner is jedes mal riesen groß und schmeckt traumhaft und frisch. Also für alle auf jeden Fall eine Empfehlung

So einen unprofessionellen Service habe ich selten erlebt. Auf eine ganz normale Nachfrage zu zwei verschiedenen Saucen hat der Mitarbeiter mit einer respektlosen Geste („Vogel zeigen“) reagiert. Das ist absolut unangemessen und zeugt von mangelndem Respekt gegenüber Kunden. Freundlichkeit scheint hier leider ein Fremdwort zu sein. Der Döner mag okay sein, aber der Service ruiniert das gesamte Erlebnis.

The doner kebab itself isn't bad, but it's nothing special either. We've often been to this place for our classes. I can only agree with the previous reviews regarding the service. Card payments used to be accepted only reluctantly, and now they're not accepted at all. If you try to pay for a €7.50 doner kebab with a €20 note, you'll get a dirty look. I've never been offered or given a receipt. A colleague took a while to choose her food, and then the owner scolded her, telling her she should make sure she decided faster next time. The one star is only for the doner kebab. The service is abysmal.

Hab hier abends einen Döner geholt. Der Herr an der Theke schien nicht wirklich motiviert zu sein und geschmeckt hat der Döner auch nur durchschnittlich. Er war nicht schlecht , aber auch nicht wirklich gut. Kann man mal machen, aber gibt bessere.

Unserer Meinung nach der Beste Döner in ganz Würzburg! Absolut zu empfehlen! Das Ambiente ist sehr stimmig und das Personal war steht's freundlich zu uns. Das Essen ist einfach top. Auch die kleine Spielecke hinten ist optimal wenn es mal länger dauert. Ja, ab und an ist dort echt viel los. Kann ich auch verstehen bei der Qualität :) Aber es lohnt sich aufjedenfall wenn man mal ein bisschen länger warten muss!! Wir werden Ihn weiterhin besuchen👍🏼😇

Ich habe hier einen ganz normalen Döner gegessen – und der war richtig lecker! Frisches Brot, saftiges Fleisch und super abgestimmte Sauce. Der Inhaber ist total freundlich und man fühlt sich sofort willkommen. Besonders das Flugzeug-Ambiente ist ein echtes Highlight – sowas habe ich in keinem anderen Dönerladen gesehen. Absolut empfehlenswert, ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder! ✈️🥙

Very disappointing! The manager was completely unfriendly and seriously blamed us for the order not coming out right – even though we had said everything perfectly. No apology, no understanding, instead the comment that it would be better if we didn't come back. This kind of behavior is simply disrespectful. I was treated extremely rudely here. A few weeks ago, I wanted to share a kebab with my husband, but we were told we could only sit down if we ordered two dishes... Today, the manager's tone was extremely rude and disrespectful, and my question was met with condescending responses. Unfortunately, the service was unfriendly. When I politely asked if I could have water for the dog, the answer was that it was only available if I had some with me, and that he would have to pay for the plastic bowl. I then voluntarily paid €1.50 for a mini plastic bowl. Otherwise, there was no sign of friendliness or politeness. Worst kebab in Würzburg! The kebab isn't really good. The meat is at the very bottom of the bread, and the rest is just slapped on top. When the kebab was placed on the plate, half the topping, including the sauce, fell out onto the plate. As a result, the kebab tastes very watery at first. In the middle, where everything is a bit mixed together, it's okay, but after that, unfortunately, it's just meat and a bit of dry salad. Anything but amazing. The sauce also had no flavor, and you couldn't even taste the chili spice. The service was also quite unfriendly. It's unacceptable to yell at people who are looking at the menu because they don't know what they want to order within 10 seconds and are still looking at the menu. Stopped coming here for quite some time because the staff responsible was repeatedly disrespectful and impolite. I decided to give it another chance, but unfortunately, the same unprofessional behavior happened again. I canceled my order and left. I would strongly recommend taking just a few extra steps to Uni Döner instead, where you’ll have a much better experience.

The lahmacun we ordered were fine. All three came with feta cheese. It tasted of yeast and was noticeably expired or no longer good. The seller also said the cheese was bad and that he was sorry. We still had to pay the "normal" price, even though my wife couldn't eat hers. Absolutely not recommended!

Well, I actually thought the store was quite nice, but we need to learn how to serve customers again. It would be best to start from scratch and get a sales apprenticeship and learn how to interact with customers and listen, and not immediately act rudely and blame the customer. I find that so unprofessional to the extreme that I'll never set foot in the store again. And I was even a new customer!!! PS: The customer I spoke to was 100 times friendlier.

The first time I was there, it was actually OK. The food was worth three stars. The second time, the kebab man made some rude comments, which wasn't OK. Service was 0 stars. Third time, no thanks!

The kebab itself tasted quite delicious, but the service was truly disgusting. The employee insulted us, calling us stupid and like we were little kids because we wanted to order something other than a kebab. He then said that they only served kebabs, which isn't normal, as the shop was still open for another hour. I also thought it was bad that we couldn't wash our hands after eating because the toilet was apparently broken, even though the toilet door was open and it was clearly visible that it was.

Worst kebab ever! The restroom, seriously, it's just not acceptable. Nothing against unisex, but there's a urinal for men in the front area, with a restroom right next to it. Not to mention the cleanliness. To top it all off, the manager was so unfriendly, I'm honestly never going back to that place.

The chef is always friendly and on the ball 👌🏻 The food is always freshly prepared, and great emphasis is placed on quality. Meat has often been cut from the spit far too early...barely seared and still felt raw. Therefore, it's not really edible.

Juice shop how can a kebab shop not offer a meat box. Then you just pay €2 more and leave out the salad. Excuse meat has become expensive, etc. Yes, then you charge a little more but that doesn't mean you're a bad entrepreneur.

Food was very tasty. Great sandwiches, perfectly seasoned meat, lots of sauce and salads. In terms of price, 2 bread bags and a drink for €17.50 couldn't be better. As of today it is one of the best 3 kebab shops in Würzburg. Happy to come back :)

Good food, unfriendly boss Unfortunately the shop owner is very moody. Sometimes he's friendly, sometimes he makes fun of you if you have special requests. He also likes to have people work for him and prefers to smoke and talk on the phone. If there is another good kebab shop in Hubland in the future, I will no longer go to Usta.

We had an extremely unpleasant experience at this restaurant. From our perspective, the boss was disrespectful and loud, and my wife was so upset afterwards that she had to cry. We've never experienced anything like this before. It is clear to us that we will not visit this restaurant again and unfortunately we cannot recommend it to others.

I've been going to the gym for several years and am forced to go near this shop. A man who works in this snack bar (thin, smoker, fat, around over 40) constantly harasses the young women who use the entrance to the gym next door . He is constantly chatting up the young girls/students and making lewd comments/remarks. Such behavior in 2024... Just don't annoy us...
