I think if I had accidentally lost the €22 I would have been less annoyed than spending it there. The plate and the box were both really inedible. As my uncle always said, “hunger drives you in.” But I didn’t finish eating. The vegan sauce was indefinable and the salad was bland. The falaffel were sooo dry but at least the fries were good. The service was really nice. Were there with children and everything was kind of dingy. The high chair hadn't seen a rag in a long time. It's a total shame because the location is so good. There is even a games corner that has been a bit neglected but the potential is there. As soon as it gets better quality I'll come back

Thank the gods I like to form my own opinion. We went there today after the playground with our 3 boys, despite some negative reviews. The portions were more than fair, reasonable prices, we enjoyed it too, and there was a small play kitchen and toys for the little ones. Finally, I had a nice conversation with the owner, who, as I saw it, had a smile and a few nice words for every customer. We are only in Würzburg every few weeks, but we are already looking forward to the next time.

Even one star is actually too much because of the extremely unfriendly behavior of the owner! The food is OK, nothing more, but the owner regards any special requests etc. as a total impudence!!! The location advantage obviously frees you from wanting to behave in a friendly manner towards your guests!!!

I thought for a long time whether I should write a review here. After seeing that many people have had the same experience, I have now decided to tell you about it. The boss at this store clearly has problems with people! I wanted a normal kebab with everything. Then came the question of which meat, he had 2 different meats to choose from. I didn't think about it for two seconds and immediately said calf, then he put one of the two in himself. And by chance it wasn't the one I said... after that he said expressions when taking the meat out again and was really unfriendly. The best thing is that there were no other customers standing behind me who were waiting. So all the time... even while I was eating there he continued to mumble and get excited. Really totally unpleasant in this store! The kebab was also just mediocre, nothing special. The others are better there. I just happened to get one there because I was shopping at Rewe before... never again!!!

We are very satisfied, the portions are very generous and freshly prepared. The meat is very well prepared and seasoned perfectly. I can only recommend it again and again.

I eat at Usta Döner regularly. There I eat either the vegetarian kebab with falafel or the kebab with veal. I always enjoyed it very much. The special sauce is particularly great. The boss and the staff were always very nice. I would be very happy to come back.

Perfect stop after shopping or a walk at the new Hubland. Salad and superbly seasoned meat are what make this kebab shop special. Both veal and turkey were really tasty. Love being there every week. The portions are super fair and you'll definitely go home full. Turkish tea is also available on the house. On and on. Thanks!

Recently called shortly before closing time and asked if I could order another kebab. Unfortunately the kitchen was already closed, but I was offered a portion of fries as an alternative. Since I was hungry, I agreed and wanted to pick them up after the store closed. I received a very friendly welcome on site and was even offered half a chicken on top. All together for a special price! We then had an interesting conversation with the boss for 10 minutes. Among other things, it was about the negative Google reviews, some of which I can't understand at all. Taste is of course individual, but some reviews are quite disrespectful and insulting. Not every absurd special request can be fulfilled (cutting a kebab 3 times so that the 3 children can share it), but there are children's kebabs for that. Even if the store is empty, you may, for example, E.g. service is not served immediately at lunchtime, when a lot of telephone orders have been received and staff are absent (this has happened to me before). Annoying, but understandable. No reason to react unfriendly to the staff. In addition, there are also people who say “please” at the bakery next door, but then when they order food they say “make a kebab”. Kindness is reciprocal. Greetings go out :)

I agree with the previous speakers... the boss is impossible and extremely unfriendly! I just kindly asked that the sauce in the kebab box be included separately. After complaining several times (with my back turned), I was then rudely told: “That’s not normally possible and if you want it, you’ll pay €1.50 more.” I then agreed to that too. And because it apparently wasn't enough, he then had to add: "Come here once and you'll want the extra sauce too!" Nobody else wants to…!” OK no problem! I/we will no longer bother this store with our orders!

Eight of us wanted to eat kebab. 4 adults and 4 children. When we sat down (we chose a free table) a couple offered to give up their seat so we could all sit together. As a note - the store was mostly empty. When we wanted to order the food, we were told: “What do you just sit down without asking?” Then we were accused of driving away other customers. We were a bit irritated and after a little discussion, we just wanted to order our food. Whereupon we were told: if you want to eat something, you have to wait an hour. Since he has no staff and a lot of orders - although the store was almost empty. At that point we said we were leaving the store. The kids were hungry and we had to leave... we won't be going to the store again!

Hands off! Juice shop Be careful, if you are more than 4 people you have to make a reservation or you will be kicked out. I have never experienced such treatment in Germany. You are shouted at and insulted for no good reason. It's incomprehensible how a shop like this can survive under such a boss.

Danger!!! I have never been treated so unkindly and condescendingly in my life. The boss of the kebab shop should attend a etiquette school, or better yet, a "How do I deal with customers" course. Children are definitely not welcome!!! If you like insults, you can listen to plenty of them there, for everyone else, the store really isn't worth it! Nobody has to put up with something like that! Of course we left without food. It's not worth it!

At first I was a bit put off visiting this kebab due to the number of negative reviews. But then I decided to buy a “monster bread bag” and I was more than surprised. The welcome was very friendly and the order was taken without any problems. You have three skewers to choose from: turkey, veal and chicken. The kebab is apparently very well attended, which of course ensures that the meat of the kebab (especially the veal) is very, very good. The vegetables are fresh and attractive. The sauce was perfectly balanced and well distributed. Overall, Usta Döner surprised me more than positively - in terms of taste it was the best Döner in Würzburg.

The boss clearly has a problem with people. He seems extremely irritable and is often unfriendly. We've tried it four times now and four times it was really unpleasant to sell and we'll let it go now. The food, at least the vegetarian and vegan offerings, simply don't taste good either. Everything is cold. He put the falafel fresh in the deep fryer when we ordered, but the one that ended up in our meal was ice cold and tasted really pale. A special sauce is terrible and all in all there are many, many better kebab shops in the city.

With the best Falafel Dürüm in Würzburg. The sauce is excellent, the falafel are very tasty and spicy and the Dürüm is filled better than anywhere else in Würzburg: There is lettuce, cabbage, onions, a pepperoni, cheese and grilled vegetables with the falafel. This is an absolute unique selling point. However, there are also two downsides: the Dürüm could have been baked more and the falafel were probably already pre-cooked and no longer hot. It's a shame, but the other great vegetable filling compensated for that somewhat. The ambience is very nice, the shop is clean and tidy and the man at the counter is very polite. All in all, a great snack bar with a nice vegetarian offering.

The boss seemed very irritated after I asked if the vegetarian kebab was available in small sizes! I was told that there are small kebabs only for children in a tone that was inappropriate for me! Why? Should I buy a large kebab and throw the rest away? Many reviews confirm my experience about the boss, then I'll go to another kebab shop... Luckily there are enough of them... That's it for me, and goodbye, not goodbye!

Ich finde geschmacklich ist es echt sehr lecker dort. Einer der Besten in der Region(große Salatauswahl).Leider wird man sehr unfreundlich und respektlos behandelt. Man darf nicht nachfragen, wenn man ihn(Chef) nicht verstanden hat(wird gleich aggressiv).

Der Dönermann hat mich als "bekloppter Mensch" und "Idiot" beleidigt. Das fehlt's halt im Kopf.

Mega UNFREUDNLICH ! - Ich geh da schon gar nicht mehr hin, aber 2 mal im Jahr muss ich leider. Und jedesmal hat der Chef einen Spruch parat den er mir wieder an die Backe werfen kann. Ich hatte sehr oft Sand im Salat. Der Salat war nicht gut gewaschen.

Wir haben ganz ehrlich sehr freundlich zwei Döner bestellt mit zwei Tee. Der junge an der Theke war sehr unfreundlich und hat gesagt, Tee kannst du vergessen ich gehe nicht dadrüben für den Tee du kannst selber von Bäckerei kaufen. Und noch später an der Kasse hat die Dame Fehler gemacht und sollte noch 2.70€ bezahlen und er wollte uns noch dazu zwei Getränkte kaufen damit ich das Geld mit Karte zahlen kann. Ganz ehrlich nie wieder und ich wollte alle meine Bekannten und Freunden auch sagen dass sie woanders gehen sollen.

Wie auch viele andere habe ich den unfreundlichen Chef kennen gelernt. Hat mich richtig blöd angemacht. Essen durchschnittlich, Chef unterirdisch. Dann eben wo anders.

Der Verkäufer war sehr unfreundlich und man hat als Kunde jegliche Wertschätzung vermisst. Als der Döner dann nach 10 Minuten fertig war, wurde einfach eine beliebige Fleischsorte und Soße daraufgegeben, obwohl mehrerer Möglichkeiten gegeben waren !!! Trotz des üppigen Preises von 6,70€ wurde noch dreist nach Trinkgeld gefragt. Das Dönerfleisch, welches am Spieß mehr als unappetitlich aussah. Schmeckte Grund solide, jedoch war die Verteilung des Döners so miserabel das man nur trockenen Salat ohne Soße und dann in Soße getränktes Fleisch aß. Nie wieder Uster Döner am Hubland!!!

Das Essen ist lecker. Der Inhaber freundlich, trotz brechend vollem Laden. Dann aber die Bestellung anzunehmen, um nach 25 Minuten Wartezeit auf ein Dürüm mit Falafel zu sagen, dass für das ebenfalls bestellte Grillgemüse nicht mehr genug Zutaten vorhanden seien und er jetzt auch keine Alternative anbieten könne, ist enttäuschend.

Essen war aus meiner Sicht sehr gut. Jedoch ist der Service nicht der aller freundlichste. Wenn man sich darauf vorbereitet und drüber weg schaut, ist es insgesamt sehr gut.

Wir waren heute mit Familie für einen kleinen Snack da. Als wir draußen standen hat uns ein Mitarbeiter gesehen, das wir einen Hund hatten und nichts gesagt. Kein Schild oder Hinweis das,ein Hund "nicht"mit rein darf. Unser Hund, nicht groß und bellt auch nie haben wir dann mit rein genommen. Als wir uns einen Tisch suchten, kam gleich vom Besitzer der Hinweis sie müssen herkommen um zu bestellen ( schon klar wollten jedoch erstmal schauen was wir essen). Als wir dann zur Theke sind und die Bestellung aufgeben wollten kam gleich der Satz:Moment bitte ich brauche einen Zettel und Stift. Ok auch nicht so schlimm, aber dann als die Pommes zur Abholung auf der Theke standen und mein Ehemann Ketchup darauf machen wollte wurde er gemaßregelt bitte nicht hier das ist Glas ( er meinte seine Theke). Mein Enkelkind (10 Jahre)ist dann vor und holte noch essen, diese wurde auch gemaßregelt das sie die Schüssel bitte mit zwei Händen nehmen soll und nicht mit einer Hand trägt,unfassbar!!!!!!! Als wir das Restaurant verließen regte er sich auf das wir uns mit dem Hund versteckt hätten, jedoch gab es kein Schild Hunde verboten, er meinte dann dies sei beim Putzen abgegangen. Sooooo ein schlechten Service und Gastronom habe ich noch niiieee erlebt. Maßregelt seine Kunden und dann unterstellt er ihnen auch noch das sie sich versteckt hätten mit dem Hund. Seine Mitarbeiter hatten uns jedoch schon vor dem Imbiss gesehen und nichts gesagt als wir rein sind. Es gibt in Würzburg ja genug wo gute Döner haben, dieser Laden ist nicht empfehlenswert, auf gar keinem Fall!!!!!

Großartig! Anders kann ich das nicht ausdrücken. Der Ladenbesitzer ist ein sympathischer Koch welcher genauso gut das Essen zubereitet wie er mit Menschen umgeht! Ich hatte einen lahmacun mit Fleisch und Salat. Welches equivalent zu der Vorstellung ist, die man sich als Kind ausgemalt hat und nämlich wie es ist auf wolken zu laufen zu können. Perfekt balanciertes Gericht zwischen weich und knusprig. Die Spezialsoßen war vielfältig mit überraschenden Geschmäckern. Ein Gaumenschmaus von Anfang zum Ende. Höchstens empfehlenswert!

Der Döner all in all sehr solide, aber bei weitem nichts besonderes. Der Service des Herren hinter der Theke ist allerdings wirklich unterirdisch. Unfreundlich, Launisch, Unhöflich. Ich konnte, während ich auf meinen Döner gewartet habe, 4 Situationen beobachten, wo der Herr Kunden belehrt & angeschnautzt hat, obwohl sie normal gefragt / mit ihm gesprochen haben. Achso & Bargeld nimmt der Herr leider nicht an. Wurde mir ganz unfreundlich mitgeteilt.

Der Chef reagiert auf Fragen sehr sehr unhöflich. Man sollte am besten schon vorher wissen wenn man den Laden betritt was man möchte und draufhaben will. Wenn man seine Wahl z.b. von Kalb auf Pute umwählt so bekommt man gleich einen bösen Blick und Spruch zu sich. Der Döner oder Lahmacun sind spitze und gut belegt und auch vom Preis daher akzeptabel. Normalerweise wäre er auch 4 Sterne wert. Aber der Chef geht halt nicht. Entweder er braucht dringend Urlaub oder er sollte sich einen Ruhetag pro Woche gönnen oder er muss 2 Arbeiter einstellen.

Terrible service. Firstly, the guy was about to give me pizza instead of my dönnerbox and even tried to convince me that i ordered pizza. Secondly, he didnt give me my change. When i asked for a change he insisted on the fact that i gave him tip money of €2.30, when i wanted to round up €17.70 by giving him €0.30. After giving me my change he complained that i give him too less tip money. Finally, i asked for a beef in my box and somehow 1/5 of meat was chicken:/

Dreimal die Woche gibt es ein halbes Hähnchen(4,50€) mit Pommes für 7€. Leider sind die Hähnchen nur warm gehalten und nicht frisch vom Hähnchengrill, daher leider nicht so knusprig. Die Portion mit Pommes und Ketchup war dafür sehr groß. Service war sehr freundlich. Aber der Dönerpreis(Brottasche) für 6,70€ finde ich schon unverschämt.

5€ döner hätte ich nicht gedacht aber war wirklich lecker dönermann von allem extra und kostenlos gegönnt 😍

Was mir sofort ins Auge gestochen ist, ist die Gestaltung der Inneneinrichtung. Modern und freundlich gestaltet, sodass man direkt Lust hat zu bleiben und sich an einen Tisch zu setzen oder alleine wegen dem Ambiente wiederzukommen! Dürüm und Döner waren lecker. Unterhaltung mit dem Servicepersonal war nett.

Ich gehe hier mehrmals die Woche essen und bin immer Top zufrieden. Mega Portionen und einfach megaaaaa lecker. Ich kann das Kalbfleisch nur empfehlen! Ich kann die negativen Rezensionen nicht verstehen.

Einer der besten Dürüms den ich je gegessen habe. War jetzt schon zum 3. mal hier, schmeckte immer super lecker.. gerade die Gemüseauswahl ist außergewöhnlich gut, lecker und passt perfekt. Mein Geheimtipp: Dürüm, Kalbfleisch, Zitrone und OHNE Soße !!! Die Kommentare die von einem unfreundlichen, erbosten Chef reden kann ich absolut nicht bestätigen, im Gegenteil.. er hat mich sehr freundlich gefragt ob es geschmeckt habe und danach mein Geschirr abgeräumt, was alles andere als selbstverständlich ist. Einfach Top !

Das war das erste Mal, dass ich mich schlecht fühlte, die Dienstleistung in einem Restaurant in Anspruch genommen zu haben. Leider muss ich den vielen vorausgegangenen Bewertungen zustimmen und auch von einer eher unangenehmen Erfahrung berichten. Ich wurde vom sehr gestresst wirkenden Angestellten (obwohl eigentlich nicht viel los war) in einer schwer verständlichen Art und Weise gefragt, was ich auf meinen Dürüm möchte. Ich bestellte “alles und gerne etwas schärfer”, woraufhin er die Chilisauce auf dem ordentlich gefüllten Fladen verteilte. Da ich eigentlich mit dem scharfen Gewürz gerechnet hatte und so schnell gar nicht reagieren konnte, bat ich ihn, ob er nicht zusätzlich auch noch “ein wenig” der Knoblauchsauce hinzugeben könnte. Seine Antwort war nur: “Kann ich nicht machen, kostet 1€ extra. Wenn ich das bei jedem machen würde, müsste ich jeden Tag nen Eimer Sauce mehr kaufen. Der kostet 50€. Und dann mach ich keinen Gewinn mehr”. Danke dafür. Leider etwas unflexibel, da es ja mehr oder weniger ein Missverständnis war, das leicht hätte behoben werden können. Hab mal geschaut: einen 10-Kilo-Eimer (!) bekommt man für 25€ und ich bezweifle, dass man den jeden Tag zusätzlich bräuchte, nur wenn man ab und an noch n Löffelchen mehr auf dem Essen verteilt. Schade, dass also auf den Extrawunsch nicht eingegangen wurde; kenne ich so von sämtlichen anderen Dönerläden in Würzburg anders, da war das bisher nie ein Problem. Ich denke, beim mittlerweile stolzen Preis von 7€ wäre das noch zu verschmerzen gewesen, ohne dass der Laden bankrott gegangen wäre. Das schlimme war aber eigentlich nicht die Tatsache, dass mir der Wunsch verwehrt wurde, sondern die Art und Weise. Es kam wirklich sehr unfreundlich, abwertend und arrogant rüber, sodass ich mich danach wirklich schlecht gefühlt habe und dieses Lokal nicht mehr besuchen möchte. Schade, die Zutaten waren eigentlich frisch, wenn auch etwas sehr gemüse- und salatlastig und der Standort und Einrichtung ist super. Vielleicht ist die Lage aber auch dermaßen gut, dass man nicht darauf angewiesen ist Stammkundschaft zu gewinnen; andernfalls würde man anders mit den Gästen umgehen.

Modern ausgestatteter Imbiss. Karte war ein wenig durcheinander, irritierend mit den bewegenden Flammen in Hintergrund. Auf meine einfache Bestellung von Dönerteller würde ich direkt mit ein unfreundlichen anstarren Contest von den Mitarbeiter empfangen. Anstatt Empfehlungen oder näher auf meine Bestellung einzugehen, war der Mitarbeiter ein wenig beleidigt, dass ich nur ein Dönerteller bestellt habe mit Knoblauchkartoffeln. Die Info war ihn anscheinend nicht genug, um die Bestellung durchzuführen. Fleisch ist richtig gut, der Imbiss bietet alle drei Möglichkeiten (Kalb, Hähnchen und Pute) an. Vielfältige Auswahl an Gemüse für den Döner. Was ich sehr schade fand, war die Knoblauch Soße, die nach Kräuter Soße geschmeckt hat. Keinerlei Knoblauch Geschmack vorhanden.

Selten einen Dönerladen mit Spielecke für die kleinen kids gesehen Top. Über die Qualität und des Geschmackes kann ich mich nicht beschweren. Bedient wurden wir vermutlich nicht vom Chef (Laut Resonanz ) soll der ziemlich nett sein zu seinen Kunden (>Nicht <) .Der uns bedient hat, hatte Reichlich Geduld und war ziemlich nett.
