Hello everyone, I don't like leaving such a bad review, but when we went to Subway today we were wondering why the orders in front of us were taking so long. It turned out that Abdul and Babdul had no idea what we and those before us were ordering. The display of “fresh” ingredients also left a lot to be desired. The onions, for example, were in their own JUICE!!! The cheese had strips of meat on it, which is quite unpleasant for me as a vegetarian. The cheese also looked as if it had been in a barrel when America was discovered. The onions were at least as old. The 2 gentlemen behind the counter were incompetent, his great-grandfather. Please definitely and urgently require comprehensive training.

Well... I don't know what happened to the store... Used to be there regularly. Then Corona came and the disaster began and has now reached its zenith. After I've been driving to Alsdorf lately, I thought I'd try it here again... But that wasn't the best idea. Receipts, ballpoint pens and Post ITS in the hygiene area. You are ignored until you can't anymore because you're supposed to order. The bread is cut and then torn open so that it falls apart when eaten. Each wish must be repeated several times. Then the wrong sauce, stands out and puts the right one on top (customer, I stand in front of it and see it, but no one will have noticed). The fact that half the contents come out of the salt pot is noticed with a sigh, but you can still try to convince the customer. Well it was worth a try, it will be Alsdorf again next time. To the customers who order via Lieferando and are surprised about the 2 hour delivery time: you will be ignored. I stand there, the order arrives, the second employee comes, reads it, puts it somewhere and goes for a smoke. I'm done and when I go out I notice the other employee taking a break.

I'm not quick to complain, but the subway is truly a disaster. Bad staff, totally adjusted prices that are nowhere else. Change is rare, so it's better to have it down to the cent. You also have to be lucky with the opening times, I think they get up in the morning and decide whether the store is open today or whether the store stays closed. The old owner was really much better. Take your time and drive 10 minutes further to Alsdorf.

Ordered at 4:25 p.m. Food was supposed to arrive at 5:54 p.m. I called for the first time at 6:25 p.m. and was put off because Lieferando was having trouble and food would arrive in half an hour. Part of the order was a footlong sandwich (30 cm sub) consisting of a cheese oregano bread with the toppings of cooked ham, sliced ​​cheese and jalapeños, as well as the hot sauce, salt and pepper. There is nothing more to say about this great classic. 🙂 The Philly Supreme sub, however, did not live up to my expectations. The Philly beef seemed very bland to me - I missed the juicy and intense taste of a steak. I would have imagined a cheesier taste in a SUBMELT sub. On the other hand, I found the Chipotle South West Sauce to be very tasty with its spicy-fruity-sweet taste and I would highly recommend it on custom subs. The cookies (Chocolate Chip Rainbow Candy and White Chip Macadamia Nut) were excellent as always. A big compliment goes to the very courteous, friendly and patient staff. (As of: 11/8/24)

Ordered 2 sub meals, 6 of the chicken nugget things, a footlong cookie, and a footlong churro. It took around 2.5 hours for the delivery and the churro was missing the chocolate dipping sauce. The food was all cold and tasted like it had been sitting for well over an hour.

War heute nach langem mal wieder da. Und bin echt enttäuscht! Der Mitarbeiter war an sich sehr freundlich doch die subs waren sehr mickrig belegt von dem.belag hat man ausser sosse und Salat nicht viel geschmeckt. Ausserdem sollte man dem jungen Herrn mal sagen das er die Haare ordentlich unter der kappy verstaut oder ein haarnetz trägt wenn man schon lange Haare hat , denn Haare im sub sind nicht sehr lecker.

Die junge Dame hinten der Theke war unkonzentriert, makeup und Fingernägel scheinbar das wichtigste, einige Beläge leer nicht nachgefüllt bzw nicht nachfüllbar. Das Brot hat in den back Formen geklebt und ist beim heraus holen gebrochen teilweise sehr dunkel gebacken und nicht alle Sorten verfügbar. Cookies waren auch fast aus und nur zwei Sorten. Alles in allem das schlechteste sub was ich bisher hatte.

Endlich wieder offen. Freue mich schon. Bin Dauerkunde seit Jahren, und kann die schlechten Bewertungen hier nicht verstehen. Sauber ist es in dem Restaurant, die Subs waren immer gut belegt, frisch und warm. Mehrere Saucen oder extra Käse wird oft nicht extra berechnet. Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und immer gut für ne Unterhaltung zu haben. Die "blonde" hat vielleicht ne etwas ruppig Art manchmal, aber wenn man sich drauf einlässt und kein 2021 Schneeflöckchen ist, ist das nichts was auch nur im Ansatz unfreundlich rüber kommt. Alles in allem würde ich auch 6 Sterne geben und freue mich endlich wieder auf Subs :)

We have today. Ordered from Lieferando for the first time and sadly I have never eaten worse! The chicken salad, the meat was inedible, dry and old. The plate was full of coleslaw, a few chopped tomatoes, some green salad and an indefinable dressing! The salad ended up completely in the trash The Jägerschnitzel was the Oberwitz the schnitzel was soaked in warm curry sauce with onions and canned mushrooms! It also went into the bin and you could eat the croquettes The Köfte plate was thrown together carelessly with the soggy fries, totally dry and tasted more like ready-made cevapcici! The nuggets were no more than ok Pizza was edible but not a highlight My conclusion for tonight is never again And I go to bed hungry... Without words ! Gyros were inedible, the pita bread tasted hard and was definitely warm! The fries were wobbly and ice cold, the tzatziki bit your tongue! 27€ for the wind... Never again ! Sorry! ✌️🙂 Should be reported to the health department! -00000 stars
