Terrible!!! Ordered at the terminal, half of the order was forgotten, it was ordered toasted, we received it untoasted... When the order was supposed to be handed over to us, the phone rang and we were made to wait 30 minutes with the finished order. Baguettes were then soggy and, strangely enough, completely squashed... Not the usual quality from Subway... First and last time in Krefeld!

They only had one job... So yesterday I and my husband were at Subway because we were a bit hungry and there was nothing going on in the store (my husband and I were really the only ones) so we decided to do it, but here too we used the order panel, which is now in We took advantage of various other fast food restaurants and gave us two subs of the day (NachoCheese and The BTH) and one that we put together ourselves for me and my husband. Apart from the fact that at the time when we ordered and the order was finally punched together, a total of 4 other customers entered the store, which apparently overwhelmed them both so much that our order was neither completely fulfilled nor really paid attention to what was on the subs or rather not That's what happened, the two subs of the day consisted of a touch of sauce, tomatoes, cucumbers and a huge pile of iceberg lettuce... Nothing else, neither cheese nor the nacho cheese, chicken pieces or anything else that would have been added. The other day's sub was exactly the same tragedy, I've rarely eaten something so bad in a subway.... The hopes were still in the self-made subs, but the actual topping, which consisted of a small piece of chicken fachita, didn't outweigh it a pile of lettuce on a torn roll that was supposedly toasted (no, otherwise it wouldn't have been so torn when cut). Except for the cookies, it was a total failure, never again. It's a shame really

So the store doesn't see me here anymore. The last time I was there I easily had enough points on my app for a large sub. When I wanted to redeem it, there was apparently a system error with only cash payment. So far so good. Now I check in my app that all points have expired due to the launch of the new app. Very customer friendly. That's it.

Employees are unfriendly, not even a greeting when you enter. I ordered at the terminal, my friend wanted at the counter. When I was finished I went to him. Only after pointing out several times that he would also like to order did we take notice. The terminal is regularly broken during visits and the answers the boss gives here scare away even the last remaining customers.

Here you can get baguettes that you didn't order for quite a bit of money. Why? Because the components to be selected on the terminal don't work that way. So far so good! But the lady decided independently whether I would like to have another bread or forego toasting it. But it's also my own fault, I've already paid. What that has to do with me not being asked if something doesn't work would only be answered with an annoyed eye roll. It should actually just be a nice note that you should simply speak to customers briefly. But I actually don't have to go through a discussion about why this is my fault. 30 minutes later I was finally out.

Meat is in the cheese compartment. This is absolutely unacceptable for vegetarians or vegans. Apparently there is no emphasis on cleanliness. All 3 employees seemed new and had absolutely no idea. Our vouchers were not accepted despite being valid. Why do you have to click on the federal state for the vouchers on the Subway Germany website if the branch in Krefeld does not accept vouchers valid for NRW? There's a lot going wrong here. _ Addendum to management's comment: The employees were forced to call another colleague twice. 1x regarding a question about the voucher and 1x because they had problems using the checkout. The fact that these employees were not new indicates even more the lack of internal training. A restaurant that advertises vegetarian and vegan options should ensure that these options are offered appropriately and correctly. It is unacceptable to offer vegan cheese with meat. It would make sense to ensure a clearly defined separation between vegan and non-vegan ingredients, perhaps through separate counters for vegan and non-vegan products. Describing such concerns as "vegan extremism" shows a lack of maturity on the part of the comment's author and suggests that he personally feels threatened by the discussion of vegan options in his own diet. Just embarrassing. I want to emphasize that I don't want to tell anyone what to eat or what options to offer. However, it is important that a restaurant that specializes in specific dietary preferences also appropriately cares for this clientele and respects their needs. The lack of this care is unfortunate and disappointing. It is unfortunate that instead of accepting and learning from constructive feedback, a defensive and aggressive response occurs.

Ordered 2 baguettes, first bread = wrong bread, ingredients didn't match the order and too little sauce. 2.Bread real bread wrong ingredients completely, something with tuna. What was happening? Ich liebe das Thunfisch Baguette. Es sollte sich aber ausreichend Thunfisch auf einem 14 EUR Baguett befinden. Diesmal wurde leider so wenig Thunfisch auf mein Brot aufgetragen, dass die Menge nicht einmal ausreichte, um das footlong Baguette komplett bis zu den Rändern damit zu bestreichen. Als man mich fragte, ob mir das Essen schmecken würde, entgegnete ich dass leider zu wenig Thunfisch aufgestrichen wurde. Die Reaktion der beiden anwesenden Mitarbeiter war nur ein lautes Lachen. Da ich die Bestellung diesmal am in Shop Terminal aufgegeben hatte, sah ich bei der Zubereitung nicht zu und war erst dann entsetzt, als ich ins Brot gebissen habe und sich kaum Fisch darauf befand. Nächstes mal dann lieber zum Subway am Diessemer Bruch.
