They don't use the App or any coupons there. The young man looked like he hated his job and barely spoke up so you couldn't understand him. There are a lot of subs missing from the menu (like the Spicy Italian). Driving in and out of there is complete chaos. If none of that bothers you then the food was still good and looked/tasted fresh.

Service could be better, by that I mean the friendliness of the employees, who neither greet the customer nor know 'thank you' and 'please'...

Tasty and very nice. Polite staff and clean store. At the beginning of the 2000s, when the brand came to Germany, I almost got Subway as a client with my then advertising agency Headlab. It's amazing that people are looking for so-called sandwich artists. I didn't know that making sandwiches had already become an art...

Only at the checkout will you be told that you cannot use the app. This means no collecting points or redeeming vouchers from the official Subway app. I would have preferred to leave the sub at the checkout. No sign on the door or in the exit, stupid.

Sub was tasty and the tables and chairs were clean.

In any case, it tastes fresh, I'll happily go there for my sandwich, I can only recommend oregano bread with chicken teriyaki, cheddar cheese, vegetables of your choice (I use almost everything except corn, pickles and olives) and then the onion sauce, I still had it no better combination 😙👍🏻 But prices have become significantly more expensive, which is why I go to subway less often

Very friendly service, we were very disappointed with MTZ Sulzbach but here in Kriftel it was simply great, very friendly service with very friendly advice..... Always happy.....

Diarrhea about 20 minutes after eating the sandwich. My husband and I had stomach pains almost at the same time and we had to go to the toilet quickly! Something in the food was definitely spoiled. We definitely won't go there anymore. The cleanliness really needs to be checked...

Ezo is a nice employee, so it didn't bother me at all that there were no tablets for eating and no drinks dispenser. Please give this woman a raise ;)

It's impossible what's going on here. Unfortunately it's a common scam at Subway, but it's still an outrage. According to the app, Kriftel is a participating restaurant in the coupons (2 for 1 etc.). So you make your way and drive there, assuming you can activate your coupon there. Apparently the scanner breaks every time. Depending on the employee, you can still get your coupon without scanning it. Yesterday a clever employee tried to tell me that this wasn't possible. When I asked her about the app and showed her that Kriftel was listed as a participating restaurant, she funnily pointed me to a piece of paper that was stuck at the entrance. Absolutely ridiculous in my opinion. You drive several kilometers and then have to hope for a capable employee. If you don't want to give the coupons, then don't register as a participating restaurant! Especially since you can't collect any points there. In my opinion, a really bad scam to make money

A week ago: Nice employee scans her own paper vouchers, after all it wasn't my fault that the app scanner was broken, everything worked without any problems. Also promised to me in advance over the phone. But today the motto is: the app scanner is broken, but we are not allowed/have paper vouchers. Boss says that? Sound advanced. It's the third time this year that I have to sit through YOUR problems. No goodwill whatsoever. When will the scanner be repaired? No idea. Simply the most customer-unfriendly company I know. Catastrophe. UPDATE by -1 to 1/5 stars: Another branch confirmed to me that the employee in Kriftel was LYING and was able to give me the 2 for 1 discount without any problems. Who this is about has been explained in detail in several other 1-star reviews. Questionable personnel management.

Nobody answers the phone. Discount campaigns are advertised that are not honored and instead of a “We are sorry” or another discount you just get an annoyed look.

Enough has already been reported about customer service, cleanliness and friendliness, and I can confirm this. Nevertheless, because of the proximity and because I like the sandwiches, I have been a regular visitor ever since this branch opened (I was really happy when a Subway opened right in my neighborhood). Unfortunately, you can impressively witness how a company abolishes itself. Starting with the introduction of the "Signature Series", where you aren't even allowed to change the type of bread, to their horrendous pricing, to the decision to first remove peppers and later turkey from the range (there was no poultry for a while more in slices, now they finally have turkey again) to the current misery: the branch's refusal to work with the new Subway app. If we ignore the completely unnecessary and customer-unfriendly loss of points when changing the app (Subway was also able to remember user data and registration and did not have to be created again), then since then you have been held back in the branch with excuses like: "The cash register system knows the new one App not yet", "it's not linked yet", "The boss knows, we keep telling him"..etc.. Now, a full month later, it is obvious that this branch does not want to offer its customers any app benefits. You can neither collect points, nor can you redeem the app's rewards and offers (which you are eagerly spammed with - even by email) there! In addition to all the disadvantages, you now feel pretty fooled, while you can recognize the constant persistence with which Subway wants to minimize customer visits here as quite effective. If only this business policy could be used as a negative example for every business administration lesson. How you definitely shouldn't do it. Finally, we can only hope that the tragedy doesn't last too long and that Subway will soon clear the store for something new. Taco Bell is now expanding into the German market, that would be something. The location is brilliant, easy to reach, lots of parking spaces, a bottleneck for everyone who drives into the Taunus after work. @tacobellgermany How about it?

You should change the opening times from 11 a.m. to 9 a.m. Otherwise the store is recommended.

Always super friendly and the speed of preparation is perfect. All the ingredients were always there and I got it the way I wanted it. I always enjoy coming here! The only thing that's annoying at the moment is the new, non-functioning bonus app - the vouchers cannot be redeemed and collecting points doesn't work yet either. Of course the employees can't do anything about it, I'll send an email to Subway tomorrow...

I just can't find any tasty meat alternatives for vegetarian people & I've never met any nice people there, otherwise it's a cool shop :)

The food itself is very tasty. BUT that one lady (corpulent) is an absolute disaster. So unfriendly, it's really crazy. She didn't feel like working, not even a hint. The tables looked like crap. We first had to clean our table ourselves from the previous customers. That is not how it works! The lady deserves first place in being rude and doing nothing, respect! It was definitely the last time we were there. Because the last two times this lady was already so excited and at some point it's good.

Incredibly outrageous prices and poor quality

The staff is super friendly and the subs are prepared properly. Our favorite subway. Update 02/24/24 unfortunately it's no longer what it used to be - things are forced on you and you couldn't choose your bread either. If you want without onions, you'll be told that it's mandatory, just super unfriendly, unfortunately :(

We were served by two ladies, both of whom were very unfriendly. When asked whether one could deselect a sauce, the answer was immediately given without any explanation. Incomprehensible. We haven't had such bad service in a long time. Added to this are the hygienic needs, which were at zero. I really lost my appetite when I looked behind the counter and the whole place was filthy. The tables were so dirty that we had to clean them ourselves before we could even sit down. Greetings go out to Patricya for the worst service in a long time.

A small but clean and cozy Subway branch. You can eat outside on the terrace and there is parking in front of the door. The food is typical of Subway.

Noch nie in meinem Leben so unhöfliches Personal gesehen Mit mir wurde nur diskutiert obwohl ich der Kunde bin. Dabei zocken die auch noch einen ab in dem die 4 Halbe berechnen anstatt 2 Ganze was so auch teurer ist. Und der Knüller ist das die auch noch Sachen vergessen obwohl man es deutlich gesagt hat Also dieser Personal geht garnicht

Der wohl beste subway indem ich jemals war.Nette Mitarbeiter.Die subs genauso wie es soll (Warm , frisch und knackig) Sauber laden.Komme immer wieder gerne hin.

Der Wrap ist lecker, über den Rest lasse ich mich lieber nicht aus.

Mitarbeiter unfreundlich , guten Tag und auf Wiedersehen nicht vorhanden, Tische dreckig …Bestellung wurde nicht richtig erfasst, Essen wurde hingerotzt und Servietten in Soße auf dem Sub gedrückt …

Das Essen war wie gewohnt frisch und gut, dafür gibt es einen Stern. Die restlichen vier Sterne werden wegen folgendem Verhalten abgezogen! Die Mitarbeiter dort sind echt alles andere als Kundenfreundlich. Bestellungen werden nicht richtig umgesetzt und man wird angemotzt. Und zu guter Letzt werden Debitkarten der neusten Generation nicht akzeptiert. Ich wollte mit meiner Debitkarte zahlen und wurde sehr unhöflich angemacht man würde keine VISA Kreditkarte nehmen… jedoch ist diese keine Kreditkarte sondern eine reguläre Debitkarte. Solange da personell keine Veränderungen stattfindet werde ich dort nicht mehr als Kunde bestellen.

Personal freundlich und gewohnt lecker 😀

Obwohl ich grundsätzlich die Qualität der Arbeit in diesem Geschäft schätze, hatte ich bei meinen Besuchen leider wiederholt Schwierigkeiten, meine Bestellungen richtig abzuwickeln. Trotz meines Wunsches nach einem unkomplizierten Einkauf gegen den Hunger kam es jedes Mal zu Missverständnissen. Ein Beispiel war die Bestellung eines Chicken Teriyaki-Sandwichs, das mehrmals falsch interpretiert wurde und mich schließlich dazu zwang, erneut zu erklären oder sogar einmal zurückzufahren, weil das Hänchenfleiscgh komplett weggelassen wurde. Es wäre wünschenswert, wenn das Team sensibler auf Kundenbedürfnisse eingehen könnte. Das Feedback könnte dazu beitragen, die Bestellungsabwicklung zu verbessern und sicherzustellen, dass die Kundenerfahrung stets reibungslos verläuft ;-)

Sehr Sauber und lecker Frische Zubereitung.

Eigentlich ganz in Ordnung, auch wenn ich mir wünschen würde, dass der Chef (?) sein zum Teil mit Löchern versehenes Arbeits-Shirt täglich wechseln würde. Der Junior Chef wirkt oft mürrisch. Das war zur Optik. Das Essen als solches ist Subway konform solide und auch schmackhaft.

Ein sauberer Subway mit freundlichem Personal. Eine Schnellladesäule gibt es direkt auf der anderen Straßenseite.

Sowohl Personalfreundlichkeit als auch Qualität haben sich verbessert. Personal sehr bemüht aber teilweise fehlt noch die Übung. Essen im grossen und ganzen sehr lecker. Viele Variationsmöglichkeiten.

Sehr gute Filiale ( man könnte nochmal an den Öffnungszeiten arbeiten ) am liebsten lasse ich mich von dem älteren freundlichen Herren bedienen weil da merkt man das er seinen Job wirklich sehr gerne macht und Spaß dabei hat!

You can get sandwiches at Subway, there are many different flavors to choose from. you can find out how many calories are in your sandwiches. Vegetables were fresh. only issue I had was that the app didn't worked and the points didn't updated even after three days. There is plenty of room to sit and the staff is friendly.

Essen wie immer . Aber sehr seht teuer. Mitarbeiter sind nicht hoch motiviert, kann ich aber verstehen da ich nicht davon ausgehen kann das dort übertariflich gezahlt wird . Trotzdem man gibt sich Mühe. Vom Ambiente her ist es halt ein Subway was soll man sagen

As usual, it was an amazing experience, everything was fresh as always.

Öffnungszeiten abends recht kurz. Teilweise sind zu späterer Tageszeit einzelne Zutaten aus. Ansonsten keine Einwände.

Durch Zufall bin ich hier gelandet nachdem ich beim nahegelegenen Baumarkt eingekauft habe. Das Essen ist, wie bei Subway üblich gut. Der Laden gefällt mir von der Einrichtung nicht sooo gut, ist aber ein persönlicher Eindruck.

Ich fahre gerne dort hin, das Personal ist sehr nett, es gibt genügend Plätze. Mir schmeckt es dort sehr gut. Von mir Daumen hoch, sehr cool da.

Kein Sub des Tages mehr. Obwohl es im Internet beworben wird. Mit mir nicht mehr. Regulär viel zu teuer

Die Bestellung erjielt ich sehr schnell und auch das Essen war super. Sitzgelegenheiten waren vorhanden und swlbstvertsändlich komnte man sein Getränk so oft auffüllen sie man wollte :) Nette Beratung und sehr geduldig.

Sehr nettes Personal 👍 Zuvorkommend wollte 2 verschwinde Soßen auf das SAP war kein Problem . Essen vor Ort mit viel Platz.

Ein Menü bestellt und nicht bekommen.Nun gut das kann passieren, also der Kassiererin den Hinweis gegeben.Leider wurde uns dann separat alles berechnet, ein Menü ging aus ungeklärten Gründen nicht mehr. Sehr schlechter Service.Absolut nicht kundenorientiert. Leider auch sehr schwierige Kommunikation, da die Sprachkenntnisse der jungen Frau mangelhaft waren.

Gute Parkmöglichkeiten. Personal freundlich, angenehm klimatisiert. Alles wie es sein soll. Einzig die Songs könnten besser sein

You're average subway, standard selection and nothing special except a weird location directly next to a motorcycle workshop which creates a pretty loud athmosphere when sitting outside.

Wir haben heute Take-away bei Subway geordert. 1mal "glutenfrei" wurde zubereitet und 2mal Chicken-Terryiaki. Lief reibungslos und trotz Masken gab es keine Verständigungsschwierigkeiten. Dank "glutenfreien" Subs hat meine Tochter eine Möglichkeit mehr mal auf die schnelle den Appetit zu stoppen.
