Only at the checkout will you be told that you cannot use the app. This means no collecting points or redeeming vouchers from the official Subway app. I would have preferred to leave the sub at the checkout. No sign on the door or in the exit, stupid.

In any case, it tastes fresh, I'll happily go there for my sandwich, I can only recommend oregano bread with chicken teriyaki, cheddar cheese, vegetables of your choice (I use almost everything except corn, pickles and olives) and then the onion sauce, I still had it no better combination 😙👍🏻 But prices have become significantly more expensive, which is why I go to subway less often

Diarrhea about 20 minutes after eating the sandwich. My husband and I had stomach pains almost at the same time and we had to go to the toilet quickly! Something in the food was definitely spoiled. We definitely won't go there anymore. The cleanliness really needs to be checked...

It's impossible what's going on here. Unfortunately it's a common scam at Subway, but it's still an outrage. According to the app, Kriftel is a participating restaurant in the coupons (2 for 1 etc.). So you make your way and drive there, assuming you can activate your coupon there. Apparently the scanner breaks every time. Depending on the employee, you can still get your coupon without scanning it. Yesterday a clever employee tried to tell me that this wasn't possible. When I asked her about the app and showed her that Kriftel was listed as a participating restaurant, she funnily pointed me to a piece of paper that was stuck at the entrance. Absolutely ridiculous in my opinion. You drive several kilometers and then have to hope for a capable employee. If you don't want to give the coupons, then don't register as a participating restaurant! Especially since you can't collect any points there. In my opinion, a really bad scam to make money

A week ago: Nice employee scans her own paper vouchers, after all it wasn't my fault that the app scanner was broken, everything worked without any problems. Also promised to me in advance over the phone. But today the motto is: the app scanner is broken, but we are not allowed/have paper vouchers. Boss says that? Sound advanced. It's the third time this year that I have to sit through YOUR problems. No goodwill whatsoever. When will the scanner be repaired? No idea. Simply the most customer-unfriendly company I know. Catastrophe. UPDATE by -1 to 1/5 stars: Another branch confirmed to me that the employee in Kriftel was LYING and was able to give me the 2 for 1 discount without any problems. Who this is about has been explained in detail in several other 1-star reviews. Questionable personnel management.

Enough has already been reported about customer service, cleanliness and friendliness, and I can confirm this. Nevertheless, because of the proximity and because I like the sandwiches, I have been a regular visitor ever since this branch opened (I was really happy when a Subway opened right in my neighborhood). Unfortunately, you can impressively witness how a company abolishes itself. Starting with the introduction of the "Signature Series", where you aren't even allowed to change the type of bread, to their horrendous pricing, to the decision to first remove peppers and later turkey from the range (there was no poultry for a while more in slices, now they finally have turkey again) to the current misery: the branch's refusal to work with the new Subway app. If we ignore the completely unnecessary and customer-unfriendly loss of points when changing the app (Subway was also able to remember user data and registration and did not have to be created again), then since then you have been held back in the branch with excuses like: "The cash register system knows the new one App not yet", "it's not linked yet", "The boss knows, we keep telling him"..etc.. Now, a full month later, it is obvious that this branch does not want to offer its customers any app benefits. You can neither collect points, nor can you redeem the app's rewards and offers (which you are eagerly spammed with - even by email) there! In addition to all the disadvantages, you now feel pretty fooled, while you can recognize the constant persistence with which Subway wants to minimize customer visits here as quite effective. If only this business policy could be used as a negative example for every business administration lesson. How you definitely shouldn't do it. Finally, we can only hope that the tragedy doesn't last too long and that Subway will soon clear the store for something new. Taco Bell is now expanding into the German market, that would be something. The location is brilliant, easy to reach, lots of parking spaces, a bottleneck for everyone who drives into the Taunus after work. @tacobellgermany How about it?

Always super friendly and the speed of preparation is perfect. All the ingredients were always there and I got it the way I wanted it. I always enjoy coming here! The only thing that's annoying at the moment is the new, non-functioning bonus app - the vouchers cannot be redeemed and collecting points doesn't work yet either. Of course the employees can't do anything about it, I'll send an email to Subway tomorrow...

The food itself is very tasty. BUT that one lady (corpulent) is an absolute disaster. So unfriendly, it's really crazy. She didn't feel like working, not even a hint. The tables looked like crap. We first had to clean our table ourselves from the previous customers. That is not how it works! The lady deserves first place in being rude and doing nothing, respect! It was definitely the last time we were there. Because the last two times this lady was already so excited and at some point it's good.

Update 02/24/24 unfortunately it's no longer what it used to be - things are forced on you and you couldn't choose your bread either. We were served by two ladies, both of whom were very unfriendly. When asked whether one could deselect a sauce, the answer was immediately given without any explanation. Incomprehensible. We haven't had such bad service in a long time. Added to this are the hygienic needs, which were at zero. I really lost my appetite when I looked behind the counter and the whole place was filthy. The tables were so dirty that we had to clean them ourselves before we could even sit down. Greetings go out to Patricya for the worst service in a long time.

Das Essen war wie gewohnt frisch und gut, dafür gibt es einen Stern. Die restlichen vier Sterne werden wegen folgendem Verhalten abgezogen! Die Mitarbeiter dort sind echt alles andere als Kundenfreundlich. Bestellungen werden nicht richtig umgesetzt und man wird angemotzt. Und zu guter Letzt werden Debitkarten der neusten Generation nicht akzeptiert. Ich wollte mit meiner Debitkarte zahlen und wurde sehr unhöflich angemacht man würde keine VISA Kreditkarte nehmen… jedoch ist diese keine Kreditkarte sondern eine reguläre Debitkarte. Solange da personell keine Veränderungen stattfindet werde ich dort nicht mehr als Kunde bestellen.

Obwohl ich grundsätzlich die Qualität der Arbeit in diesem Geschäft schätze, hatte ich bei meinen Besuchen leider wiederholt Schwierigkeiten, meine Bestellungen richtig abzuwickeln. Trotz meines Wunsches nach einem unkomplizierten Einkauf gegen den Hunger kam es jedes Mal zu Missverständnissen. Ein Beispiel war die Bestellung eines Chicken Teriyaki-Sandwichs, das mehrmals falsch interpretiert wurde und mich schließlich dazu zwang, erneut zu erklären oder sogar einmal zurückzufahren, weil das Hänchenfleiscgh komplett weggelassen wurde. Es wäre wünschenswert, wenn das Team sensibler auf Kundenbedürfnisse eingehen könnte. Das Feedback könnte dazu beitragen, die Bestellungsabwicklung zu verbessern und sicherzustellen, dass die Kundenerfahrung stets reibungslos verläuft ;-)

You can get sandwiches at Subway, there are many different flavors to choose from. you can find out how many calories are in your sandwiches. Vegetables were fresh. only issue I had was that the app didn't worked and the points didn't updated even after three days. There is plenty of room to sit and the staff is friendly.

Went to the Engel restaurant for my brother's 70th birthday. Unfortunately, half the family was very disappointed. The food was really on the edge terrible. Three of us had the gyros bifteki plate (me too) and it was - except for the fries - terrible. As a Greek, I wouldn't serve something like that to my guests as Greek food. Both the bifteki and the gyros were probably frozen and/or very poorly prepared. Both were “fried” absolutely dry. The discounters Aldi and Lidl have frozen gyros, the same thing looks good (cut up very small) in the microwave but doesn't get as dry. The Bifteki wasn't any better. There’s no need to say a word about the “side salad”. It's a shame and almost embarrassing for the guests. The ambience is quite nice and the owner is very nice, but that doesn't help if you want to ruin a family celebration. Nowadays all restaurateurs are complaining and many restaurants and pubs are fighting for survival. The angel was still full to capacity with boomers on this Tuesday evening, which is very surprising... What a shame!

Seit dieses Jahr hat das Restaurant einen neuen Besitzer.Die neue Einrichtung besonders die Leuchtung gefällt uns sehr gut. Wir wurden von einer sehr netten Bedienung bedient.Jetzt bieten die auch Sushi und authentische asiatische Gerichte.Das Essen war lecker,Preis für die Portion und frische Zutaten völlig okay,
