There were countless flies sitting on the food. Everything is out in the open, even the meat. I ordered veggie chicken teriyaki and got real meat, which of course I only noticed after I tried it at home. There were probably maggots in the meat. Everyone should know that flies lay their eggs on meat and fish. It's the second time that the employees simply don't listen to you or are deaf! Never again!!!!!!!!!

Broken floor, dirty tables and chairs, smelly toilets, broken drinks machine, 4G is blocked/doesn't get through, and the most important thing: the sandwich is miserably smashed together, falls apart and the contents onto the packaging, which you have to use as a replacement tray. It would be a blessing if this store closed and made room for something better.

Recommendation? Not really. The employees speak too quietly and hardly any German. The subs adjust to inflation. More bread less content. That seems to be the motto. It seems that you are better off at the kebab shop or the cooking spoon next door.

Beware of rip-offs! The app advertises a 30% discount on a footlong sub. Participating restaurant at Leipzig/Halle Airport, see attached image. Because of this, I didn't pick up the sub from my local restaurant (the promotions always work there), but waited at the airport, knowing full well that subs cost €1 more here at the airport. After waiting 20 minutes, we were served by the only (!) employee present. The line in front of and behind us was extremely long; it's incomprehensible why no other employees were there to help. During the payment process, the app was scanned, the discount was recognized, and the employee immediately manually deleted it from the register, explaining that she was sorry, but her boss had forbidden her to accept it. Of course, our order was already completely ready, and we had to catch the plane, so we avoided further discussion, especially since the employee was obviously uncomfortable with it. Advance notice would have been helpful. The second star is only because the Asian-looking employee was friendly and the sub was tasty. I hope Subway headquarters reads this and takes action against this rip-off and its franchisee.

Was there at 8:59 p.m. and to my horror there was no bread to top it with. Although this is the only meal to be eaten there. This circumstance made me deeply indignant. Card payment didn't work at the ordering terminal. I then tried to pay normally at the cash register, but the employee told me that cash payment wasn't possible, even though it was available as an option at the ordering terminal.

I actually enjoy coming to Subway, but the new self-service machines make the whole process much more inconvenient. Instead of ordering directly from the employee as before, you now have to enter everything via a touchscreen - this slows down the process significantly. What's worse is that you can no longer control what the employee is doing. As a result, several of my orders were processed incorrectly. In the past you could say what you wanted or correct it straight away - now you only notice it when the sandwich is already ready. This has nothing to do with the service or the quality of the food, but this system is really a step backwards. I hope we go back to the old routine.

Absolutely outrageous!! Not even worth a star! We were just there to get food for the two of us and the kids using the current vouchers. They told us at the checkout that they only accept one voucher per order. I asked where this was stated, because it's not in the terms and conditions. The woman at the checkout said that her boss had instructed her to only accept one voucher. This is fraud! There's no indication anywhere that you can only redeem one voucher. We are very disappointed and will avoid this store.
