Absolutely the worst subway I know. The staff is absolutely unfriendly and incompetent. The boys don't say please or thank you and laugh at the customers behind the counter. Wrong sauces are often used intentionally. There's no salad. You often cannot pay by card. But the worst thing is the rude young employees.

Super unfriendly service behind the counter. Baked incorrectly, there wasn't the bread we wanted... As so often! Personally I would never order or eat here, but unfortunately my other half loves the stuff!

A little expensive in terms of the products I was a little disappointed 😞 but hey when you're hungry it's okay(^.^)

Unfortunately the language skills of the conditions were not sufficient so I got the wrong sauce etc. :(

I ordered a sub with double meat in the group order. If anything, this one came with the usual simple amount. But the worst thing was that there wasn't even half the amount of meat on the other subs. Unfortunately, none of us liked the partly burnt bread with a little salad and some meat. Then it's better to go to Subway in Dülken

Broken floor, dirty tables and chairs, smelly toilets, broken drinks machine, 4G is blocked/doesn't get through, and the most important thing: the sandwich is miserably smashed together, falls apart and the contents onto the packaging, which you have to use as a replacement tray . It would be a blessing if this store closed and made room for something better.

Recommendation? Not really. The employees speak too quietly and hardly any German. The subs adjust to inflation. More bread less content. That seems to be the motto. It seems that you are better off at the kebab shop or the cooking spoon next door.

Absolute incompetence!! I accidentally specified an order in location (I wanted Detmolderstr. in Bielefeld) but what happened happened. We called the branch probably 20 times but no one answered... I had already paid. I then took the risk of driving 30 minutes there and picking up my order. When I asked the staff if they had a customer phone, she just looked and said yes. I then asked if no one could answer if you called 20 times? Apparently the place was packed 20 minutes ago, even though there wasn't a soul in sight when I was there! Regardless, I checked the order in the car and found that the cookies were missing and went back in to get the cookies. The woman said they were still very hot because they had just come out of the oven. Unfortunately I discovered that the cookies were still completely raw... never again!

We were there last week & I have to say the young waitress was completely overwhelmed with the cash register regarding the coupons on my cell phone & tried to convince me that it didn't work. When the time came, she seriously wanted me to split my order and pay for both separately. The tone she used was really underground. Yes, then do it today, something like that... Why should I pay for both goods separately with an EC card when I can do it together? This branch should train its employees on the customer card & app and the cash register and also teach them not to communicate with customers in juvenile slang.

Once and never again! You get ripped off and the food is disgusting! It is also done without gloves and without washing your hands! The WKD has already been informed.
