Subway Airport Leipzig/Halle in Schkeuditz

Friday, November 1st around 5 p.m. The four of us came to the subway at Leipzig airport. A lady with a headscarf took the orders alone. The first two worked quite well. Only the receipt was gone and she couldn't get to the spare rolls. Luckily, a dark-skinned colleague came along. Together they managed to create a new role. It then took a while until she printed out the correct receipt. But the whole thing is taking an unusually long time. I don't want to talk about a "fast food restaurant" anymore. But well, the second colleague could support the first. Wrong thought, colleague 1 now goes to the back and talks on the phone for minutes. The new colleague can take care of our orders. 6 other customers are waiting to be able to order something to eat. But it doesn't bother colleague 1 at all. The 3rd SUB goes through again without any problems, although very slowly. Receipt no problem. The colleague with the headscarf came to the front for a moment. Then it was my turn. Italian sub, footlong with extra barbecue rib in the menu. Of course I forgot about Rib. I remembered again. After my sandwich was in the oven, she disappeared again. The two customers behind us decided to go to the competition after waiting for over 20 minutes. The dark-skinned colleague wanted to cash in on me and told me the amount. I pay and point out to her that I already have the drink and would like a cookie. By the way, I didn't get any change in my hand either. She took my 20 and that was fine. But the cookie would cost extra?! I kindly pointed out to her that I had ordered a menu and, as the advertising behind her said, it included +1 drink +1 cookie/chip bag/waffle fries. She refused me the cookie, even after we actively and repeatedly pointed out the advertising to her. I asked her to call her colleague. She came at some point and explained to the probably new employee that the cookie was included. However, she hadn't booked a menu, but the bottle as an extra. The sum was therefore incorrect. I should pay again. Just pay the rest? It does not work.... Quick reminder, I still haven't received my change. I said I couldn't pay again and wanted my money back including change. So I came back with €5.87 in cash as change then she looked to see if she could also give out the other €14.13 with her limited supply of change. Her money wasn't enough again. Meanwhile I felt like I was on a hidden camera. I gave her the change and asked for my 20 back. That even worked. A tragedy. The lady with the headscarf then entered the items correctly into the cash register and collected my money. There was also a cookie. I was then allowed to choose the salad and sauce for my now cold sub and then the food was carelessly thrown onto the counter. Now I was looking forward to the sub. We received a baguette with holes in it, dried out and crumbly, which fell apart as soon as I looked at it. All the baguettes hadn't even been halved properly. 4 slices of cucumber on a footlong isn't exactly a lot, especially since my salad selection was limited to cucumber and iceberg. So I got over €15 for the worst SUB of my life as well as the absolute worst service. I ate it anyway. By the way, with 4 subs it wasn't even possible to get a bag. Costs extra. With a turnover of €60? We don't even want to talk about compensation for the almost 30-minute waiting time. After eating: The remaining budget was enough for 13 of the actually delicious cookies. Both colleagues were there. The lady with the headscarf took my variety requests, while the other wanted to charge 13x 1 cookie. I had to point out the offer to her. She didn't understand again. Some absolutely untrained staff. I can only advise everyone not to eat there. End..

Ranz Laden! I wanted to redeem my points and I set them up in the app as usual before I scanned them. Afterwards I saw that the woman at the checkout had taken it out of the system again (the price had changed back). When I asked, she told me they don't accept the coupons, even though I specifically checked the Subway app to see whether this branch took part in the Subway program. Was fully deducted. If you don't take the coupons, you should write that down clearly somewhere.

5 p.m. no longer feel like doing your job...great. After saying "Hello" several times, the employee came up to us with an annoyed expression on her face and wanted to know what we wanted. When she took the order, a second colleague came immediately and wanted to collect immediately, but no cash please, there would be no change. During the checkout process, colleague one also wanted to know the compilation and was annoyed that we were just paying. Then there was a very careless throwing of the ingredients together...culminating in the product being thrown onto the counter.

Totally incompetent staff! You put extra emphasis on it with a little sauce and a whole load is slapped on it! After I emphasized again that I wanted very little sauce, there was no response and not even an apology. Baguette unpacked and totally dried out because it was in the oven for too long. You couldn't eat both ends!

Not even worth one star. I couldn't be served because they didn't have change. But they also didn't bother to take care of change. The boss was called at my request... it stayed that way, nothing was sold to me. By the way, it was about 9 ct. But all other reviews are also negative. They probably don't rely on customers 😡Addendum: The owner tried to have my review deleted 🤔

Hello, I was eating there today, the food was very tasty and there was a very friendly lady, her name was Nada, she is super nice and friendly, helpful and funny, the waiting time was about 2 minutes Ali

Standard sub 15 cm €6, the footlong €10. Airport prices.

The worst sub I've ever eaten. The bread tasted old and dry and one ingredient was obviously moldy! Unfortunately, I could no longer complain about the sub because I was already in the security area.

Great subway. Ingredients fresh. Operators have a sense of humor and give good advice. Preparation time under 3 minutes.

It was pretty empty today, the service was very friendly and nice, everything was great.

So first of all: at first glance you often think: "SUBWAY is closed!" - but to ensure the freshness of the goods, the employees folded down the glass walls. Therefore: don't get irritated and just go for it :) I find the staff very friendly. Previously I had a young man who was very humorous - and always had a casual saying on his lips. The other team was also very friendly and complemented each other well. The only drawback is that the staff sometimes takes a long time to put the subs together... There is plenty of parking space in front of the door - including the option to charge your electric car. The restaurant is stylishly furnished and you can discover all sorts of things during your stay :) Nevertheless, I can recommend it :) EDIT, 11/10/23: The team has now changed (or was expanded) and everything is going much faster :)

Selection like any other store, but unfortunately the "Sub of the Day" promotion is not available here and is really expensive!

Just one employee who was completely overwhelmed on his own. The food was already cold and what annoys me the most is that my rewards points weren't counted even though I asked 3 times. I'm disappointed, very much so.

Very long waiting time, I think the employee was new, wasn't supported by her colleague, was super insecure, she couldn't even do the math when paying, there wasn't even a receipt where I could have gotten my money back if that was still the case We've all started somewhere, but when there are several customers, you don't let your colleague down

Extrem langsamer Typ Wenn man es eilig hat seinen Flieger zu bekommen, dann sollte man dort nicht hin gehen! Ich stand locker 20min und 4 Personen waren vor mir

Wurden heute von einem Sehr sympathischen und zuvorkommendem jungen mann mit braunen haaren und einem lächeln bedient, hat alles eins A gemacht und war extrem freundlich uns gegenüber. Nur zu empfhelen 👍

Flughafen Subway, da man im Flieger meist nix mehr bekommt genau der richtige Ort für Verpflegung

Das Personal war leider unfähig und sehr unfreundlich.. Geschmeckt hat es gut, dafür gibt's wenigstens noch zwei Sterne

Ich hatte eine angenehme Erfahrung. Die Bedienung war freundlich, dass Essen lecker und es ging trotz viel Verkehr zügig vorran.

Sabrina ist einfach die Beste! Immer ein Lächeln auf den Lippen, sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Nach und vor dem Flug holen wir uns oft und gern etwas bei ihr!

Wie von Subway erwartet, die Subs 🥖 sind gut, Personal wusste was es macht.

Sehr freundlich :) ist ja verständlich das es manchmal länger dauert da es auch nur Menschen sind die dort arbeiten aber die Hauptsache ist der sub schmeckt immer gut, und das tut er aufjeden fall

Leider stark nachgelassen, Servicepersonal unfreundlich und genervt, mein Salat war nur eine halbe Portion und zudem auch noch nicht frisch.... schade sehr enttäuschend heute für mich und ich esse hier 2× die Woche....

Typischer Subway mit dem Unterschied, dass nur sehr kleine Auswahl vorherrscht, es kein Sub des Tages gibt, die Preise erhöht sind und das Gemüse zum Teil nicht mehr das frischeste ist(erst auf Nachfrage wurde bemerkt).

Subway im Flughafen Leipzig (LEJ). Kann man nicht verfehlen ;)
