A very modern and large truck stop with a lot of selection. I haven't had any problems with the staff yet, which is why I can't agree with some of the reviews. The employees were always friendly. I go to the 24-Total Autohof at least once a month for the CarMeets and am always surprised at how organized, large and varied the events are now. Everyone treats each other with respect and can share their passion for cars and tuning. Compliments and respect for the development of the meetings to the operators!🤗

If you are looking for a service desert in Germany, this place would probably be here. Overwhelmed staff, one collects money, three stand around and discuss. Only SubWay employees were busy working. A sandwich €5.99, a cup of tea €4 🤷‍♀️. Anyone who complains about €7 kebab has probably not been here yet.

Was here at Subway, really bad! It was my 2nd and last visit to this Subway, although I will now generally avoid Subway. Like last time, I was planning on redeeming a coupon (2x15 cm for the price of 1x), but when it came to paying, I was told that coupons were not accepted here. Terrible experience when we were there on November 3rd, 2024 (SUN) around 6:00 p.m. The toilets were so dirty that they could be described as unusable. The rest stop itself was dark as only half of the lights were on. The pizza stand, although advertised as open, was not occupied at all. When asked at the neighboring stand (subway and completely overcrowded, chaotic and dirty (counter, windows, counter)) they were assured (and in a snotty, unfriendly manner) that the pizza stand was very well occupied... a few minutes later the waitress came. .. Quarter pieces would be fine, half pieces would work... Haha, lousy sales trick... €18 for a pizza, €5.80 for a cola! Pizza arrived after 20 minutes and was really bad... tough, bland... Dr.'s cousin's brother-in-law... Oetker can do it better. The tables were dirty and the seating areas had no light. Terrible shop...

You begin to ask yourself what kind of status you have as a truck driver, you come by at night, just want to take your mandatory break, and what do you get at your truck stop? Nothing, but really nothing at all, two coffee machines, but strangely both are cleaning, so there's no coffee! The first point... the second point... nothing even remotely close to a sandwich there, I personally don't even like eating Bockwurst, but they didn't even have that, so... & the last & the saddest point, it There weren't even perfectly normal rolls. Where you could possibly have said I'll take 3 with me and spread my sandwiches in the truck if they're already fed up anyway. But my biggest thanks go to “Bifi Germany" I like you & thanks to the xXL Bifi 🫶🏻

The first impression was ok, cramped and busy. The women's toilets were clean, despite there being no cleaning schedule and no disinfectant dispensers (neither in the washing area nor in the toilets), the men's toilets were the opposite of clean and had no disinfection options whatsoever. On the way to and from the toilet, we should also mention the overly intrusive children's toys distributed at child height. In order to make the long journey more relaxed for the children, I wanted to order a slice pizza (€5.99) for both of them at a counter that at first glance looked closed. “No, only whole ones (€16.99),” was what we were told after a long wait by the employee who had previously been called from the other corner of the store. After a while of waiting at a table that still contained the crumbs of its previous visitors, a pizza arrived that had been exposed to the heat of the oven for a little too long. With an additional charge of €4.49 for the 0.4l Coca Cola, the pizza literally stuck in our throats. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this rest stop and I will stay away from this chain in the future.

I avoid this truck stop, unfriendly staff then a flatbed truck that constantly drives across the parking lot and makes a noise, sounds like a tuned car, but apparently the air filter and exhaust are missing. Solving problems with beatings is very cowardly behavior!!! Then I also find it very disorganized when it comes to truck drivers. Do they even think about the fact that they also have to work? Nobody wanted to let the truck driver through so he could start his work or maybe even go to his family... After all, it is a public street and is no longer part of your area. Simply allow a limited number of vehicles onto the site - you know how many can fit on it - and then offer tickets online. Avoids traffic jams on the road and ending disappointments... If you looked at the license plates, it was amazing how many people had to take the journey just to be able to leave again at the end. We definitely won't come by again but do the others a favor and plan your event better! It's best to hire people who don't have any aggression problems and who jump straight into action over small things. After all, it was just a good tip and everyone should be able to accept criticism when it comes to improvements. The e-charging stations and gas pumps should also be kept clear soon so that they can be used, after all, the area was still public for everyone and not cordoned off for this event! It's a shame that absolutely no criticism from your side will be accepted, the answer to my message is very ridiculous.

Parking 18 € per night is unfortunately now normal in Germany. When I see the showers (see pictures) I understand that there is nothing going on here at night. Paid €4 for a totally dirty shower at 9:30 in the morning. I would be ashamed to offer something like that. Dirt everywhere. Remains of razors, no toilet paper left. I didn't take a photo of the toilet itself, as I don't want anyone to feel sick here. If you ask the young man at the checkout whether no one is cleaning here, you will get an eye roll. It's a shame, they don't appreciate the paying customers here.
