Unfortunately very disappointing! While 5 family members ordered something to eat at Subway and the other one ordered fries and nuggets for the smallest (3 years old) next door, the food at Subway was ready. People asked how long it would take for the fries and nuggets. Just employees running back and forth (we were the only ones ordering) Everyone had finished eating. The little hunger. He didn't want the 🍪, nor did he want to take a bite of the bread! He just wanted his fries and nuggets. After more than 30 minutes it came. No excuse - nothing!!! I would give 0 stars if I could.

The autohof is ok, but I give a bad mark for those with private washing machines. It does not work with ches nor with cards from another country, for example Romania ING visa

It is a big autohof and even if you come late there are big chances you will find a free parking spot. I was there couple of times, twice after 21:00 (09 PM) and there was plenty of free parking spots. There is no ticket, the barriers open while entering and camera is reading your plate numbers. You pay at the cash register, 18 Euro per 24h; you get 10 Euro as restaurant coupon. They accept DKV card payment. The meals are quite expensive, if I do remember correct, I had to pay extra 8 or 9 euros to get a portion of schnitzel with champignon sauce and fries. They serve good meals but I believe the prizes are exagerrated (18-20 euros for a basic single meal without salad is quite a lot). The personel was OK. The "free internet" ran smooth but the speed was low, and I there were like 2-3 people at the restaurant with me at the time, none of them using any lapton or bandwith-consuming device. I didn't see there much frigos, so I imagine it can be called "a quite parking". All in all, it is an OK autohof. Don't expect anything "super special"; but if you are working late and your working and driving time comes dangerously to an end and you need an emergency parking to stay overnight , then this autohof is the best option.

A large and modern truck stop that is very conveniently located on the motorway. There are many e-charging stations, but things can get tight on weekends. However, in my case as a diesel driver, the tap was completely smeared. My hands really smelled like diesel. It can't be that you always have to use a cleaning cloth and gloves when refueling.

A very modern and large truck stop with a lot of selection. I haven't had any problems with the staff yet, which is why I can't agree with some of the reviews. The employees were always friendly. I go to the 24-Total Autohof at least once a month for the CarMeets and am always surprised at how organized, large and varied the events are now. Everyone treats each other with respect and can share their passion for cars and tuning. Compliments and respect for the development of the meetings to the operators!🤗

If you are looking for a service desert in Germany, this place would probably be here. Overwhelmed staff, one collects money, three stand around and discuss. Only SubWay employees were busy working. A sandwich €5.99, a cup of tea €4 🤷‍♀️. Anyone who complains about €7 kebab has probably not been here yet.

Was here at Subway, really bad! It was my 2nd and last visit to this Subway, although I will now generally avoid Subway. Like last time, I was planning on redeeming a coupon (2x15 cm for the price of 1x), but when it came to paying, I was told that coupons were not accepted here. When I explained that it worked the last time, they didn't understand me, either intentionally or because of language barriers, and replied again: "We don't accept coupons." I find that really unbelievable, I ended up having to pay twice as much and if I had known that, I wouldn't have bought anything to eat there in the first place. The next morning I wanted to drive off and found that the barriers were both open, so I just felt like I was being taken for a ride. I was asked in the shop There's nothing we can do to answer that, that's just the way it is. I think it's a disgrace to treat customers like that. We urgently need to work on it. As you can see in the pictures some lamps are simple looking. Please work urgently on dealing with the customer.

Nothing, but really nothing at all, two coffee machines, but strangely both are cleaning, so there's no coffee! The first point... the second point... nothing even remotely close to a sandwich there, I personally don't even like eating Bockwurst, but they didn't even have that, so... & the last & the saddest point, it There weren't even perfectly normal rolls. Where you could possibly have said I'll take 3 with me and spread my sandwiches in the truck if they're already fed up anyway. So it's true now that I've had a break twice here on the weekend. The shower and toilet aren't clean. The food is a disaster for the price. The staff isn't interested and rude. It's now one of the truck stops that I won't drive to anymore, so between us you just won't drive there and the truck parking lot isn't clean either

The first impression was ok, cramped and busy. The women's toilets were clean, despite there being no cleaning schedule and no disinfectant dispensers (neither in the washing area nor in the toilets), the men's toilets were the opposite of clean and had no disinfection options whatsoever. On the way to and from the toilet, we should also mention the overly intrusive children's toys distributed at child height. In order to make the long journey more relaxed for the children, I wanted to order a slice pizza (€5.99) for both of them at a counter that at first glance looked closed. “No, only whole ones (€16.99),” was what we were told after a long wait by the employee who had previously been called from the other corner of the store. After a while of waiting at a table that still contained the crumbs of its previous visitors, a pizza arrived that had been exposed to the heat of the oven for a little too long. With an additional charge of €4.49 for the 0.4l Coca Cola, the pizza literally stuck in our throats. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this rest stop and I will stay away from this chain in the future.

This truck stop is underground... I'm next door to Meesenburg twice a week and have to take my break there. I avoid this truck stop, unfriendly staff then a flatbed truck that constantly drives across the parking lot and makes a noise, sounds like a tuned car, but apparently the air filter and exhaust are missing. You just can't sleep... Then the overpriced prices, I wanted to buy something and they didn't want to take back my empty deposit bottles. Every gas station in Germany does that.
