It was a lovely evening with my wife and the wonderful smell of burnt rubber – I'd gladly do it again.

This is probably the most delicious kebab dish I've had in Germany. Parking is €18 a day, shower is €4. You can buy €10 off.

Great event today, November 8th, 2025, at the truck stop. We'd love to come back! The food in the restaurant was also excellent, the service was friendly, everything was clean and tidy, and the overall atmosphere was fantastic.

My family and I were looking for something to eat and there was this rest stop. The food was terrible and way too expensive. The burger was cold and the currywurst was absolutely disgusting. The bratwurst looked three days old, and the staff were unfriendly. I will never stop here again. Pure disappointment!!!!!

There are almost always seats available. Planes fly low, so if that bothers you, this isn't the place for you.

We stopped to eat and lost our wallet. When we went to look for it, it was in the cashier's hand, with nothing else inside, and no one could explain what happened.

Nothing special. You can use the restroom (for a fee, of course). It was reasonably clean. Food and drinks are also available at exorbitant prices.

Bad truck stop. Ordering at Subway from the vending machine. People preparing the food? None. After about 10 minutes, I had to speak to the "regular" cashier. He then called his colleague to prepare the food. He had already seen the people waiting. Initiative? None. The colleague seemed listless. Never again at this service station.

Unfortunately I have to give this a 6 because at 9pm the pizza oven was off and not all food was available. I am really disappointed with this truck stop, I would rather go to another one! First there was no pizza, then various schnitzel dishes were not available and in the end a dry schnitzel and at least edible croquettes and well, 1/4 pepper as a pepper schnitzel, thanks, not a second time.

At Autohof 24 in Leipzig, at the Großkugel exit, I had a dead battery and was really grateful for the quick help. The caretaker was very friendly and immediately gave me jumper cables, which I used to start my car right away. We also had a pleasant conversation. Great service and a very helpful employee – thank you very much, I'll be back!

Actually, the 24-Total truck stops are great because some of them have a Subway. However, the service at this truck stop is so abysmal. They keep trying, but it just doesn't get any better. Today, another new phenomenon occurred: I wanted to buy a can of Effect with a DPG deposit and I had an empty can of Africola with a DPG deposit, but it wasn't accepted because they didn't sell it. It's not about the product, it's about the deposit. That's why I buy a product, but no, it doesn't work. Okay, so I drove away without buying anything and will soon just drive to the truck stop before or after. They also have Effect and accept other cans, because these truck stops simply want to sell something.

The women's restroom was closed, and the staff at the service counter (serving coffee here) were unfriendly. We're from Berlin and know what musty is, but this is even worse. A rest stop, supposed to be a truck stop, is loud and crowded, but not for us anymore.

I ate here and was initially charged a higher amount at the checkout. Later, it turned out that part of my order wasn't available, and I had to pay again. When I inquired, I was told I would have to come by in person, which is completely unrealistic at a truck stop. It's called "Total Autohof" on Google Maps and, even from the outside, looks exactly like a typical Total gas station. So I wanted to redeem a Total fuel voucher here. After filling up, a completely exhausted employee explained to me that they don't accept vouchers here because they supposedly aren't a Total gas station. Completely incomprehensible to me, but perhaps something like this should be clearly communicated from the outside and not just at the cash register. Afterwards, I had to listen to the employee complain that he would rather sleep... The only consolation: the fuel prices here are surprisingly low compared to the gas stations in the surrounding area and considering that it's a truck stop close to the highway.

We were there for a motorcycle meeting. Actually, it was pretty cool: gas station, shop, pizzeria, and sandwich counter. Plus, a boxing machine, a children's rocking animal, very spacious seating inside and outside, restrooms. Plus, a bikini exhibition, a games room, and probably something else we didn't discover... 1 point deducted for the gas station prices.

So Subway is not at all what you are used to from Subway!

Waren im Subway. Achtung! Riesen Katastrophe. Es gibt keinen Salat. Weder auf den Subs noch im „Salat“. Hatte Philly Beef Salat - ohne Salat - und mit den restlichen Zusataten. Letztendlich waren die übrigen 4 Zutaten flach in die Salatbox gelegt und das Ganze hat mich knapp 10 Euro gekostet!

2025-06-26. 21:00 a young girl specially did not give a shower key after an hour when a lot of truck drivers gathered then she got nervous and gave 4 shower keys, the saleswoman plays more on the phone than serves customers...

A large and very modern truck stop where you can fill up on gas and get food. The layout is very classic, with a large sales area where you can pay for your gas, eat at Subway, or simply order drinks from the refrigerated section or the coffee machine.

I ordered something from Subway there, had to wait an incredibly long time, and employees from other areas were touching the sandwiches (without washing their hands first). Employees would rather spend more time talking about when they'll take a smoke break than focusing on the customers. I still haven't received a response to a complaint email from March...

I bought a bag of tobacco there (around 1 a.m.) and quickly realized that the tobacco was completely dried out (probably damaged packaging??). Less than ten minutes later, I went back to complain. The "salesperson" told me: "No exchange of tobacco products" - I should come back during the day. After I told this boy (I think he's very mentally handicapped) that he works at a truck stop and that 10 hours later the customers would be several hundred kilometers away, he yelled at me: "No entry,... I'll give them 10 minutes to leave the store" (he meant 10 seconds, of course). Well, in the end, I had to throw away my tobacco worth 54.95 without recourse.... By the way: when the "salesperson" pulled out my receipt, he made it clear to me that the day shift wouldn't do anything for me either... Anyway, mentally handicapped people shouldn't be abused for night shifts. I kind of feel sorry for the boy, too.

Last time, I stood at the checkout for over 30 minutes – only five people in front of me, but the cashier couldn't handle the simplest processes. Filling up, a cup of tea, that was it – but it still took forever. The tea alone: ​​10 minutes. No second employee, just total standstill. Cigarette shelves? Often empty. No idea if they're ever refilled. It always affects the same brands. (You should learn from your mistakes, right?) Then yesterday was the absolute highlight: Around 11 p.m., I wanted to fill up – the pump was dead. I tried several times, no response. Someone who had been there before me was already waiting at the checkout. The cashier? Completely disinterested, calmly counting money, saying nothing, ignoring everyone. I stood in the sales area for over five minutes – nothing. No help, not a word. I left empty-handed and looked for another gas station. I've really grown tired of this place by now; every time I go there, something's wrong. Conclusion: Disorganized, slow, unreliable. Anyone who wants to fill up at night/in the evening (after 8 p.m.) should find another gas station.

Neues Bestellsystem, dass Bestellung zulässt, obwohl vieles am Ende gar nicht verfügbar war. Vier Sandwichs bestellt. Auf allen 4 fehlten bestellte Zutaten, wie Salat, Rucola oder Gurke. Kaum Sauce. Dadurch alles sehr trocken. Die Brote waren zu lange gebacken und sehr fest. Alles in allem nicht zu empfehlen.

It's a joke! You park your trailer for 4 days, pay €72, arrive back here early at 9:30 a.m., want breakfast, and there's nothing. The only staff member should have been there by 6 a.m.!!
