“Very disappointing” I recently went to Subway in Osnabrück and it was a really disappointing experience. The employees were extremely rude and seemed annoyed from the start. Questions about the ingredients were answered rudely and you felt completely unwelcome. Particularly annoying: Even though I was there 30 minutes before closing time, I was told that I was no longer allowed to eat on site. Instead I was asked to take my food away - which was anything but customer friendly. I have never experienced such poor service in a subway. I definitely won't go here again!

Hello, Today at 2 p.m. I placed a larger order for my family at the Subway on Pagenstecherstrasse as part of the Cupon promotion, which consisted of 4 30cm subs, one 15cm subs, two cookies and four drinks. I handed the four affected paper coupons to the employee so that he was aware of my order. 1.) He left out an entire sub despite repeated requests from me 2.) Despite my request to keep the receipt, the employee then took it and threw it away after something was exchanged back and forth between the two employees in Arabic, which meant that I could no longer understand the order 3.) For some reason, the four coupons had to be debited individually (?) and the employee at the checkout was visibly overwhelmed and, even though I asked him several times to add the one 30 cm sub to the order, he didn't do so did. 4.) The employees threw the subs into the paper bag in a very rude and annoyed manner, which caused one of them to open and the contents of the sub to spread throughout the bag. As a result, I paid more than what I got because the 30 cm sub was billed based on the coupon, but as I said, I never received it. We tried to call several times afterwards, but no one answered. I can well understand that the job is stressful, especially since the store only has one cash register and it took up a lot of time and space. Nevertheless, I paid for both the food and the service and expect that I will be treated accordingly and that the food will be handled carefully and my order will be put together sensibly.

I love Subway but every time I go there the occupancy is so uneven. Sometimes there's a lot of cream cheese on it and sometimes it's just very thin. And if you say that you would like a little more cheese on it, you will simply be charged twice. So maybe you should train the employees better or find a regulation so that the baguettes are always topped with the same amount as best as possible.

Employees are too slow and don't even manage to accept deposit bottles, although as an employee of a SUBWAY I know exactly what you have to enter in the cash register and THAT it works. Benches much too narrow. If you want a little more dining space or legroom than a tall man, this isn't the place for you. The portioning is also not even, I had a lot put on it by a lady and a friend of mine had very little put on it by a young gentleman. All in a disgrace and a disaster for someone who works in a restaurant of the same chain.

The new cashier in the black shirt is incompetence personified. Yesterday I wanted to redeem a voucher for 1 sub and half for free. At the checkout, when I scanned the subcard, the cashier told me that I had chosen the wrong voucher because she didn't see half the sub. She immediately became emotional and yelled at me that I was stupid and had misunderstood the voucher. The end of the story was that she didn't see half of the sub next to her and that's why she thought she would shit on a customer so much that he would never come back

Oh well. So it's normal that the food never looks like the pictures. But so far away in reality? The Nacho Chicken Cheese had absolutely nothing to do with nacho or cheese. You couldn't even taste the 3 thin slices of cheese. The store also informs you that only 1 coupon per person can be redeemed per day. But this is not on the coupon, not even in the small print. The legality of this should therefore be questioned. On the Internet it also says “per transaction”, which would be the usual way for coupons. All in all weird and not worth the price. I used to be completely full after a 15cm sub, but now I wasn't even slightly full because the sub was so sparsely topped. The tables were also dirty, which struck me as negative, especially because the store was busy.

I was there three times today, the service today was great and everything went smoothly. The other two times it was a complete disaster. The first time I waited there for over 30 minutes because the two men (waiters) said one was just doing the checkout and the other was just standing around at the checkout. At the. The second time there was only one of the two there and it wasn't really any better, not really keen and not really friendly. In addition, my sub was hardly topped with salad etc. and I had to point out to him that I would like more salad. So all in all a real disaster. Except for the nice lady today who put her heart and soul into it.

Incredibly incompetent. It takes 40 minutes for 8 people at lunchtime for such a huge franchise. One takes the order, fills it, puts it in the oven and then fills it again. The second employee relaxes at the checkout, where someone only arrives every 5 minutes. craziness!

The food itself is okay, but the manager saves a lot on the ingredients, so the price-performance ratio is no longer right. 3 small pieces of onion and hardly any meat are placed on the sub. The bread was burnt and black, and you have to pay more than 10 euros for it. The shop is often dirty, the tables are sticky with sauces and covered in crumbs. However, most of the employees are nice (apart from the manager). Wait times are also often very long, especially on Thursdays when the sub of the day is the fajita. Then it's better to go to another location, even if it's a little further away, because you get something for your money there!!

Staff worked very inefficiently, there were at least 4 people working there, one of whom was trained. One was standing outside and talking on the phone, the other was on his cell phone at the back by the cold storage rooms. The newly trained employee made the subs, and the other employee stood next to them and just watched to make sure he wasn't putting too much topping on them. I took a daily sub, and because I said - out of habit - that I would also like cucumbers on it, I had to pay €1 more for 4 slices of cucumbers! The employee who was outside to make a phone call then said very cheekily, “You used different vegetables than those specified”. I was there almost every week, a loyal customer was scared away!

The staff are friendly and the restaurant has been clean on every visit so far. The food is generally delicious, even if some bread or cookies were in the oven for too long. Unfortunately, ordering is sometimes very difficult, meaning the waiting time can be up to 15 minutes, even if there is only one person in front of you. The boss (?) was apparently very stressed today (6/6/24) and hissed at the employee who was preparing my order several times, so my order was actually executed incorrectly (wrong cookies, half of the salad was missing). Admirably, the employee remained calm. In my opinion, something like this should never be “held out” in front of customers. It was a very unpleasant atmosphere.

Online order: paid twice for cheese - got no cheese, paid twice for meat - only come once, ordered without sauce - received with mustard sauce, and all of that for a single sub - annoying... And because when you order online you can't watch how the subs are made and only see what you paid for and didn't get when you get home, you have to be able to rely on it. So please stick to your order exactly! Otherwise, the staff is very friendly and works quickly. The subs taste good. PS: It would be nice if you could send feedback directly to the location, e.g. by email, then you don't have to write a Google review if you were dissatisfied...

I have had a particular fondness for Subway branches for years. However, over the last twelve months I have noticed that I always turn back when the store manager is present. His disrespectful treatment of the employees, the constant nagging and the resulting demotivation of the team have led to the quality of my orders significantly deteriorating compared to other franchise branches (the subs are very meager). The unfriendly looks and inappropriate heckling towards customers also contribute to the store's reputation suffering significantly. For this reason, I plan to file a formal complaint with Subway. Such leadership behavior is unacceptable and must not be tolerated in any company. Despite this negative experience, I appreciate Subway's staff and food and continue to look forward to Tuna Day, which I enjoy once a month on Friday. I wish the staff a lot of strength and endurance.

Unfortunately it's not really what it used to be. Many of my favorite subs have been replaced with simpler, and unmodifiable, versions. Choosing the ingredients was exactly what Subway did well. It's okay to make it easier for new customers by offering fixed subs, but not at the expense of the other options.

The food is very good. However, you always have to point out to the employees that you want the entire sub to be occupied and not just the middle. Let's not even start with the lack of friendliness (especially the branch manager). I find it negligent that the man works as an employee. Be it hygiene, in which he doesn't set a particularly great example (we should suggest the Haccp concept to him again!!!). The way customers are treated is really cruel. Subway should think about whether the branch would run better under different management.

-The staff at this subway is quite unfriendly and rude. -The store is extremely dirty. -There are no toilets. - Scanning the app apparently didn't work for several people, so no vouchers could be redeemed (with a lot of negotiation they then entered the vouchers manually) -No individualization is possible with Series Subs (you cannot use another bread or swap an ingredient) Overall, I really can't recommend this subway branch.

Schlechtester Subway in dem ich je war. Ich was hier zwei mal am Wochenende. Es war jedes Mal Mittagszeitszeit und vor mir waren 3 bis 4 Kunden. Ich musste beide Male gefühlt eine halbe Stunde warten bis ich mein Essen hatte. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr langsam und teilweise unfreundlich.

Eine Mitarbeiterin war sehr Höflich, die Zweite, ich Schätze eine Ranghöhre, ehr nicht So. Die Erste fragte die Zweite wie Teuer Guacamola ist. Die Zweite Sagte 30ct, ich sagte Okay nehm Ich, Plötzlich sagte die Zweite ne 60ct und auch nur für ein halbes Sub. Die erste Nette hatte mir aber auch schon ein Ganzes damit bemschmiert.... Die Erste hat mir kurz zugezwinkert, nach dem Motto du musst das aber nicht bezhalen. Dann war die Zweite sehr hektisch dass sie mich abrechnen kann, sagte der Ersten so nach dem Motto mach mal bitte dies und das, ich rechne hier ab. Tja und so musste ich 1,20 Euro statt 30ct. Für ein wenig Guacamola zahlen. Nicht das ich knauserig bin, aber ich hab nicht damit gerechnet und auch nicht so viel Geld Mit und musste meinen Kollegen nach 20ct. Fragen LOL. Wenigstens aus Kulanz hätte ich erwartet dass Man sagt: Komm passt schon. Aber 3 Sterne weil die 1. Nett war und ich glaub sie wird auch nicht so Freundlich behandelt von ihren Kollegen.... Schmecken tuts aber....

Was ist los bei euch? Seit MONATEN keine kontaktlose Zahlung möglich. Zudem sind die Mitarbeiter immer schlecht gelaunt. Aus diesem Grund habe ich Subway seit fast einem halben Jahr gemieden. Nun war ich doch mal wieder da - und es war katastrophal. Die Kundin vor mir bestellt ein Meatless Chicken Teriyaki. Die Dame hinterm Tresen macht allerdings ein Sandwich mit Fleisch. Die Kundin fragt 3x ob es wirklich vegan ist - Die Mitarbeiterin bestätigt dies 3x. Die Kundin fragt ein viertes Mal den "Manager" Andreas. Dieser stellt zwar sofort fest, dass es kein Meatless Sub ist, gibt jedoch direkt der Kundin die Schuld. Wortwörtlich: "Ich bitte Sie, da müssen Sie auch mal aufpassen aus welchem Behältnis die Zutaten genommen werden." Einfach unglaublich. So jemand ist kein "Manager" sondern ein unprofessioneller Niemand der auf gar keinen Fall in Kundenkontakt treten sollte. Er kann weder seine Mitarbeiter, noch seinen Laden auf Spur halten. Das zeigte sich auch daran, dass es um 12 Uhr Mittags keine vollständige Cookie-Auswahl gab. Die waren "noch zu warm". Missmanagement auf ganzer Linie. Einfach nur peinlich für das Unternehmen. Der krönende Abschluss: Das falsch zubereitete Teriyaki wurde einem anderen Kunden geschenkt. Dieser durfte dann die Schlange überholen. Auch ich durfte überholen, weil das meatless Teriyaki für die Kundin vor mir ja nochmal zubereitet werden musste. Die Kundin musste also wesentlich länger warten. Und wer hat vom "Manager" nun ein Cookie geschenkt bekommen? Genau - der andere Kunde der nun ein Sub geschenkt bekommen hat. Für die Unannehmlichkeiten. Muss man das verstehen?

Trotz großem Anlauf (Samtag ca 18 Uhr) haben die Mitarbeiter immer ein lächeln im Gesicht. Ich weiß wie stressig es zu solchen Zeiten werden kann, deshalb finde ich das echt super von den Mitarbeitern! Leider gibts keine Toilette.

Das war der letzte Besuch bei Subway :-(, wenn ich diese Mitarbeiterin ( Co - Managerin) noch einmal sehe. Personal sehr nett und freundlich, Essen wie immer sau lecker. Doch was mich als Kunden derbe STÖRT: Die "Co - Managerin" asiatischer - Typ (bin KEIN RASSIST).... schreit die Mitarbeiter an, ich als Kunde konnte den Mitarbeiter, der mir das Sandwich machte NICHT verstehen. Kundenfreundlichkeit?.... ääää ? Hatte mein E scooter mit rein- genommen. Wurde höflich darf hingewiesen, diesen nach draußen zu bringen. Gerne :-). Während man draußen in RUHE essen will, kommt die "Co - Manager" mit einem Lappen und will meinen Tisch sauber machen..... warum ? Was soll das ? Warum lässt diese Mitarbeiterin die Menschen in Ihrer Umgebung NICHT in Ruhe ? Finde es sehr ekelig während man isst, mit einem Lappen vor dem Gesicht und Essen zu wedeln. Habe mich Dank der Co- Managerin aehr UNWOHL gefühlt. Andere Kunden haben zu Twil den Laden deswegen einfach wieder verlassen, die armen Mitarbeiter. .... Subway BITTE ändert das.

Zu Stoßzeiten ist manchmal zu wenig Personal da für den großen Andrang. Die Zutaten sind immer frisch und das Personal trotz des Stresses immer noch freundlich bei der Bedienung. Das Restaurant ist genauso wie man sich ein klassisches Fast Food Restaurant vorstellt. Die Tische und Toietten sind sauber.

15 Minuten vor Feierabend sind wir hier sehr freundlich und kompetent von einem jungen Mann beraten worden. Dazu muss ich sagen, dass ich mich nach einer schlechten Erfahrung lange nicht mehr getraut habe, dort etwas zu bestellen. Am Sonntag Abend habe ich genau das erwartet und gebraucht. Hervorragender Service und absolute Schnelligkeit bei gleichzeitiger Perfektion. Das Team war so gut eingespielt, dass wir nur 10 Minuten gewartet haben... Trotz einer beachtlichen Schlange.

Wow, der erste Subway zu dem ich immer wieder zurück kehren würde, die Schnelligkeit drei eurer Mitarbeiter ist bezaubernd. Igor,Ieva&Mugtada hieβen die drei wenn ich mich nicht irre. Sehr Kommunikationsfähig und super nett!!! Bin sowas von zufrieden mit allen Mitarbeitern die heute Abend gearbeitete haben, weiter so!!!🤩🥳

The service was sometimes nice, but often unreliable. It wouldn't have been so crazy if the food had been tasty. But these frozen gnocchis with half a “buffalo” mozzarella and a generous amount of tomato sauce were incredibly disappointing. A disaster in terms of taste. I wonder where all these great photos of the pasta dishes come from, because ours didn't look anything like that.

Anything other than pizza is forgettable. The table service was good until there were problems with the voucher. As a result, I was cheated out of €8… the subsequent telephone and email communication was unsatisfactory. I should come to the restaurant for a replacement voucher….

We were there on Saturday with a group of 7. When booking we referred to the internet prices which look like this -> €24.80 When we wanted to start eating, we accidentally discovered a completely different price on the menu than what was advertised on the internet. €32.80, a significant increase. After we discussed this, we were directed to Facebook where the current prices should be. But even on Facebook these are outdated. The waitress then said she would pass it on to the boss. The next negative point was the waiting time for the next order. You have to wait a full 20 minutes before you can place the next order. That means a maximum of 7 rounds, as you can only order food for 2 1/2 hours. While some of us had already eaten all of our food, the others didn't get their food at all. Sometimes there was only one sushi per selection. The map is also very slimmed down. So you don't have much choice there. Unfortunately it doesn't taste good at all. The sushi reminded me of packaged discount store sushi. It's a shame when you've been looking forward to eating out for so long. If the quality was good, we would have been perfectly okay with paying the money. But the quality was very disappointing. In addition, you were only allowed to order one scoop of ice cream per person for dessert; each additional scoop costs €1. Ultimately, we wouldn't go there again and therefore wouldn't recommend it to others.
