Ömür Sofrasi in Osnabrück

The pan pizza was really good and also tasty. The service was really not good at all. The service could hardly speak German and was very unfriendly. I even had to say how much money I would get back, I redeemed a 2 for 1 voucher... so the man was completely overwhelmed. Seats were quite good and it was relatively quiet.

I ordered the lunch menu, but the terms and conditions didn't ask me what kind of meat I wanted or what kind of salad I wanted on my kebab plate. The menu included a drink, but I wasn't even told. The meat was taken from the box and not even freshly cut. This was the last time I'll eat there.

We were in Osnabrück today and had made a reservation for today, July 14, 2024. I have a voucher and even made a booking request yesterday. We're arriving here today and it's closed, and I'm furious. It's absolutely outrageous. I want my voucher replaced because the nearest store is in Cologne or Hamburg, way too far. I'm from Salzbergen, severely disabled, and can't drive that far anymore. Osnabrück is the limit of what's bearable for driving a car. Sorry, but never again.

Had a delicious tomato soup because we got cold from the rain. Small portion was already big!

Great pub on the corner! Sabri is the best, he's always in a good mood and the atmosphere of the pub is really unique. Highly recommended!!!
