Ömür Sofrasi in Osnabrück

We ordered online – a mixed grill, pizza, and a kids' meal. The toy was forgotten, but the driver immediately said he'd get it and come back. And he did! Very friendly! The prices were really good too!

I ordered from them twice. Once, a driver came by in the morning and just handed me some random pizza. After a phone call to the shops, the delivery driver picked it up again. Then in the evening, a different delivery driver brought me the pizza, but only to the same street, 30 minutes away. Today I ordered food and it arrived 45 minutes later than the delivery time. And unsurprisingly, the food was cold.

We were in Osnabrück today and had a reservation for today, July 14, 2024. I even sent a booking request yesterday with a voucher. We arrived here today and it was closed. I'm furious. It's absolutely outrageous. I want my voucher replaced because the next nearest store is in Cologne or Hamburg, which is much too far. I'm from Salzbergen, I'm severely disabled, and I can no longer travel that far. Osnabrück is about the limit of what's bearable for driving. Sorry, but never again Henssler!

Nice restaurant. We've celebrated there twice already.

We only had drinks, but we were thrilled with the system. Ordering at the table via QR code and then even paying online. It was perfect for us.
