Thank you so much for this perfect gluten-free Pinsa Tonno. It was really incredibly tasty and my husband was even a little jealous because this pinsa was better than his "normal" one. Please keep it up!!!

Been there once is enough, nothing special.

First of all, the good: the restaurant itself is very nice, but the food we ordered to pick up was tasteless and unbearable, and far too little and clearly too expensive. We were very disappointed

Unfortunately the food was totally bland. Neither the Cesar salad, the pasta with mushrooms nor the tomato soup tasted like anything. The drink gave the impression that it was stale. The service can hardly be rated because there is simply none. Considering the prices, this is an absolute disgrace. In principle, of course, there is no objection to the concept. However, this should be noticeable in the price, which is definitely not the case. The employees on site are polite. However, this should be taken for granted and does not deserve a good assessment of the service (which simply does not exist). Overall, it is audacious to charge such a price for such an offer. Any cheap convenience food from the supermarket tastes better.

Food was mediocre- glutenfree pizza and a salat. Service: friendly and helpful, though their service system is slightly weird and lacks efficiency (with drinks order, but also time for food preparation considering there was harsly anybody in!) What really bugged us: noodles were prepared locally, which is nice. Unfortunately, the person doing it, handled all food without gloves (cook had gloves on: yeah!)

Nice staff, pretty quick processing from ordering to picking up at the counter, so it can also be done during the lunch break. It's great that there's also a little Pinsa!!! All dishes are beautifully presented, the pinsa on a board (there are even scissors for cutting) or the pasta in a beautiful bowl! Pleasant atmosphere as the tables are not placed so close to each other. Gladly again!

We were there for the first time today and were pleasantly surprised! The staff is very friendly and attentive. A big compliment to the chefs! It was very tasty! We will be back! Update: last time here on July 10, 2024, in the summer. I can't recommend it as there is no air conditioning here. Very uncomfortable and not recommended. Paid €75 for 3 people.

A nice location in itself, parking is possible right next to it in the L+T parking garage. Reservations are only accepted for groups of 10 or more, but it wasn't a problem to get a table like that. The seating is rather modern, most of it a kind of small high chair with a low backrest, a few armchairs, a piece of upholstered bench. Only the bench seat was comfortable for my taste. (However, given my age, I don't necessarily belong to the target group; younger guests are probably not so critical...) At the entrance (barrier-free) you get a menu, possibly instructions on how the concept works and find your seat. High chair for children available. Drinks and food are ordered at the counter, the amounts are booked onto the card, and you receive a beeper that announces when the finished food can be picked up. Dishes and glasses can remain on the table after the meal and will be cleared away by the staff. Very clean toilets!!! The consumption card is scanned at the exit. You can pay cash or card or pay mobile. For tips, there is a box set up (for the entire team) into which you can throw cash. Staff very friendly, asked beforehand when paying whether everything was OK. We enjoyed the food very much, but the price (as well as the drinks) is on the high side, especially since you are not served at the table and have to take care of everything yourself. Due to the light hall character, it is not quite as comfortable and sometimes difficult to communicate. But we still liked it. Small addition: I took a portion of pasta with me for my husband. This was packed in a sturdy plastic box, and the portion of Parmesan was included separately in a paper bag. If you like, you can continue to use the box at home after rinsing.

Das essen war sehr gut, die Bedienung an der tehke wo die Bestellungen auf genommen werden eher durcheinander und überfordert, meine Bestellung wurde nicht aufgenommen und ich musste demnach hinterherlaufen und der Küche bescheid geben.

I ate a pinsa funghi. The dough is too thick and the tomato sauce doesn't taste good at all. You get scissors and no cutlery. Unfortunately the pinsa could not be cut. The prices are completely out of control. I can understand that it is difficult for the catering industry at this time, but 12.95 is too much. My companion got fusili with tomato sauce. Same thing... sauce has no taste!

Went there late in the afternoon today with my wife and our granddaughter. We had 2 pasta dishes and a salad. All the dishes far exceeded our expectations, we've rarely eaten so deliciously, we'll be visiting this restaurant again in no time, highly recommended.😊

For me, a visit to Vapiano is not worth the money, neither the quality nor the service are at restaurant level. It's too expensive for what it offers, it's loud and the service feels constantly overloaded.

We had pasta and pinsa. The pasta was great as usual, the pinsa (a mix of baguette and pizza) wasn't really my cup of tea. All in all, I would recommend it and just stick to the pasta.

Somehow I can't believe the bad reviews or I don't understand it. I found my visit to this restaurant to be a real highlight. The service staff was very friendly. Everything was very well maintained and clean. The quality of the food was also really great. I have nothing to complain about and I don't understand the bad reviews on this site.

I haven't eaten so badly in a long time. Service disaster. The restaurant only consists of minors. The lady in the kitchen with the black shirt and glasses should consider whether gastronomy is right for her. You have to change something!

Well, it could have been better. Unfortunately, not all of the shrimp were cooked through, which isn't really an option for me personally. The noodles, on the other hand, were very good, neither cooked too long nor too short. They had a slight bite, weren't too mushy and the Bolognese also tasted great. The bread, on the other hand, left something to be desired. So it seems to really depend on what you order here. So there are things that are really good, others unfortunately still have potential for improvement.

Pasta with tomato sauce was okay but compared to that it was very bad (€8.95). The pasta with basil pesto couldn't be eaten...far too oily and just a strange, stale taste (€10.95). Price-performance is no longer worth it, you could rather go to a real Italian restaurant and get a lot more. You were asked if you wanted any more garlic and chili, but you couldn't see or taste any of it in the food.

You didn't taste anything except salt and we had to wait a long time, even though it was pretty empty. We remembered it differently. The price was ultimately too high for that. A pity.

Unfortunately, the food was catastrophic. Both the pasta and the pinsa, a frozen pinsa tastes 100 times better. Prices are absolutely exorbitant, the food is not even at the level of a beach snack. How the store can survive in this condition 😅

Food is really okay for the price, but a bit too greasy for me. You're also welcome to actually ask if it's what you want and not just add it on top. In contrast to the other guests, the music is very loud. Preferably a little quieter.

The taste is disastrous, I think the chef forgot to buy the spices over Easter. We also waited over 30 minutes for 3 portions of pasta. Since Vapiano's core competency is based on pasta dishes, it is unfortunately shocking to note that the chain's “good” reputation is not lived up to, at least at the Osnabrück location.

Unfortunately I have to give a bad review here. I was really looking forward to the food, but unfortunately the taste wasn't as good as in Bielefeld, shrimp weren't fried properly. Please take Bielefeld as an example, we had to wait an additional 45 minutes for food.

In terms of taste, the food was a disaster and the service also left a lot to be desired. The shrimp were only half cooked and there was still yeast visible in the bread, which is just disgusting. The prices are absolutely excessive for the quality offered. Overall, a disappointing experience that we don't want to repeat. There are certainly better options in the area where you can better invest your money. 0 stars!!!!!

Wir haben uns kurzfristig für das VAPIANO entschieden. Wir hatten Nudeln mit Tomatensause und Beef für jeweils 17,-€. Leider war die Soße so la la und weit weg von einer leckeren italienischen Zubereitung (sehr matschig) und das Beef war wirklich ekelig und erinnerte an Hundefutter. Weniger Hundefutter und mehr Qualität wäre da in der Tat besser gewesen. Wir haben es nicht aufessen können.

The gluten free pinsa was good and filling. The gluten-free version costs 2.50 euros extra. It is difficult for me to judge whether it is 100% certain that no contamination will occur. The preparation seems to take place in the same kitchen. But I didn't have any problems.

Very good food! I ate spaghetti aglio olio, it was very good. Prices are a bit too much but otherwise everything is good! You can tell that Vapiano is a big chain And therefore cannot be compared with, for example, a small traditional pizzeria or something else, but it is still very pleasant to eat there. I took a break here during a short stopover in Osnabrück. Cool atmosphere, delicious food and good espresso. Staff very friendly. Only the ordering process could be improved. People who don't yet know what they want line up and block.

The food wasn't that good, no taste, the spaghetti was still hard. The pizza was too small for that price and the drinks were the price I thought I was in a nightclub. I'll never eat there again. There is absolutely nothing about service that seemed to me to be in a youth hostel. You have to get everything from the corner, that's a no go for a restaurant. As I said, not for us, you feel like I'm eating at Ikea. Food and drink are all too expensive 😡

Der auf der Vapiano Homepage beworbene Lunch-Deal für 12,50 € (der explizit auch für Osnabrück ausgeschrieben ist) kostet in Osnabrück 15,00 €. "Da müsse man sich nicht dran halten" ließ die Betriebsleitung über die Servicekraft ausrichten. Ein entsprechender Hinweis auf der Homepage wäre ja zumindest nett gewesen oder eine angemessene Reaktion auf unsere Reklamation. Für uns somit der letzte Besuch.

The food was okay. Unfortunately, it was the wrong one. So we couldn't eat together. We miss the basil pot that we always had in the past. It was also excessively loud and really cold because the door was left open all evening and that in the cold temperatures.

I haven't eaten so badly in a long time. Went there with my two daughters and wife for dinner at 6pm on a weekday. After about 3/4 hours our food was ready and we were able to pick it up at the counter. My daughter and I had lasagna. Completely over-seasoned and tasted like a convenience product. My daughter feels sick after eating and is about to throw up. My wife's spelled noodles were ice cold. When she asked, she was told that was just the way it was because the sauce was cold and was left by the cook. Only when the supervisor came over did he apologize and prepare the pasta dish again. This time it was warm, but the noodles were soggy and oily. If you want something to drink you have to wait in line to order something. The price-performance ratio in no way matches the lack of service and certainly not the quality of the food. We haven't eaten so badly in a long time. Every canteen offers better food.

Schönes Ambiente und nettes Personal. Zum Essen hatte ich Spaghetti Bolognese die gut geschmeckt hat. Mir persönlich war es nur etwas zu laut.

Tolle Vapiano Filiale mitten in der Altstadt, welche sich von den üblichen abhebt durch die Gestaltung und Aufteilung. Gefällt mir sehr gut und ich komme gern wieder.

Leider wieder nicht überzeugt! Habe dem Restaurant wieder eine Chance gegeben und musste feststellen, dass sich nichts geändert hat.

wir waren kurz in Osnabrück und haben dort die Pinsa gegessen. Für den Preis ein Stück Brot mit Belag, der überhaupt nach nichts schmeckt. Der Käse?? war ebenfalls geschmacklos. Preis für eine kleine Flasche Cola sehr hoch. Für mich keine Empfehlung für dieses Restaurant.

Hier hatte ich heute die schlechteste Bolognese meines Lebens 😫 Das Personal hat auf meine Beschwerde nur mit bedauern regiert und das Essen normal in Rechnung gestellt.

Drei Mal anstehen für eine Rhabarberschorle? Dann nochmal anstehen für ein Doggy Bag... Trotz zwei Karten wurde alles auf nur eine Karte gebucht - getrennt zahlen war angeblich nicht möglich. Das neue "Konzept" erschließt sich uns gar nicht. Jede Mensa ist besser organisiert.

Für mittags oder zwischendurch ganz gut - das Essen ist frisch und lecker. Das Konzept erinnert leider an Autobahnraststätte, was wirklich schade ist. Der Service ansich ist gut und immer freundlich.

Ewig nicht mehr bei Vapiano gewesen. Früher war ich nicht so begeistert von dem Konzept, aber heute war es wirklich toll und sowohl Service, als auch Essen waren prima!

Great Vegan options available plus a variety of make-your-own pastas and flatbread pizza. They have their own name for those. They adjusted their format, now you go place your order, wait for the pager, and pickup your food and still pay on the way out. Great ambience, and right near the parking garage, so easy to get to, eat, and shop. Clean, good food.

Essen gut und frisch, Preis ist aber zu hoch

Preis-/Leistung passt hier einfach nicht mehr. Zwei Pizzen, zwei kleine Bier, Vierzig Euro. Zu wenig Servicepersonal (wenn auch freundlich!) an einem Sonntagabend (Tische wurden erst nach Aufforderung abgewischt, viele nicht abgeräumte Tische). Essen war dennoch lecker, Hähnchen auf der Pizza jedoch viel zu kalt, Fehlalarme des "Piepers". Restaurant 4/5 leer, sicher nicht ohne Grund, dadurch sehr komische Atmosphäre.

Kann man mal machen, aber eher als Ausnahme.

Ich war vorhin zjm Essen im Vapiano. Das Ambiente ist ganz ok, die Pizza war auch in Ordnung. Allerdings stimmt das Preis-- Leistungsverhältnis nicht wirklich. Milchkaffee 5€?! Naja kann die gemischten Bewertungen auf jeden Fall nachvollziehen.

Das Essen war sehr lecker. Die Lasagneportion hätte größer sein können. Der O-Saft klein und teuer mit 6 Euro. Warum kann man nicht gleich beim Bestellen bezahlen, dann muss man sich nicht noch einmal anstellen.

Wir waren vor kurzen in einer anderen Vapiano-Filliale einer größeren Stadt und waren sehr zufrieden. Nun haben wir uns wieder mit Vorfreude zu Vapiano begeben, diesmal in Osnabrück. Noch in Jacken mitten im Raum stehend wurden wir darauf hingewiesen das wir am Tresen bestellen müssten und weg war die Servicekraft, die ich noch versuchte, nach einem wenigstens abgeräumt Tisch zu fragen. Ich fragte eine andere ob Sie uns einen Tisch frei machen könnte. Sie nahm freundlich das Geschirr von einem Tisch und.....stellte es auf einen anderen vollen Tisch. Dann ließ sie uns mit vollgeöltem Tisch und dreckigen Stühlen am Tisch stehen. Zuständig fühlte sich weiterhin am Tisch stehend niemand, schlimmer noch wir wurden bewusst ignoriert. Wir entschieden uns darauf hin lieber wo anders an sauberen Tischen und mit bemühtem Service Essen zu gehen.

Hat im Vergleich zum alten Vapiano in allen Punkten abgebaut

Eine sehr gut Konzept Idee... bei Eintritt erhält man eine Karte, auf die man alles buchen lässt, ruck zuck zum Tresen und Bestellung für Getränke abgeben- Getränke können zeitnah mitgenommen werden, für das Essen erhält man einen Pieper, der vibriert, wenn das Essen fertig ist, das kann beim Koch abgeholt werden. Super Idee

Super tolles Essen sieht nicht nur lecker aus schmeckt auch sehr gut. Preise finde ich geht noch. Finde die Tische für 5 Personen nur leider etwas zu klein wenn alle ihr essen haben mit Getränke. Ansonsten schön gestaltet der Innenbereich.

Ein etwas anderes Konzept in Zeiten des Fachkräftemangels, aber echt lecker, super frisch, zu "normalenPreisen"!

Ein VaPiano wie andere auch. Ambiente und Essen sind gut. Abzüge gibt es für einen Aufschlag von 1,50€ für ein paar Käseflakes auf dem Salat - vorab nicht angekündigt. Und auf den Hinweis "Im Vapiano in Xyz ist das gratis" bekam ich die Antwort "Wir sind aber nicht in Xyz"... (kein Kommentar)

Ich habe eine Pinsa gegessen 14,95 €, völlig überteuert, und satt wird man auch nicht.

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passt für mich einfach nicht. Zwei Portionen Nudeln für 34€ zum Mitnehmen. steht für mich in keiner Relation. Zumal die Scampi in den Nudeln nicht ganz durch waren und sehr fischig schmeckten. Bei jeder Bestellung die ich in der Vergangenheit getätigt habe, habe ich immer gesagt viel Knoblauch, wenig Chili, aber das funktioniert einfach nicht. Entweder ist gar kein Knoblauch drin und enorm viel Chili oder gar nichts von Beidem. Wir sind sonst gerne nach dem Shoppen dort essen gegangen, aber die Preise und die Qualität stimmen für mich nicht mehr überein. Sehr Schade.

Das Vapiano Osnabrück wurde vor circa 2 Jahren renoviert. Das neue Konzept, bestellen und am Tisch auf das Essen warten ist super gut. Das Essen finde ich für die Qualität und dem Geschmack schon sehr teuer.

Bis vor einigen Jahren sind wir wirklich gerne ins Vapiano gegangen. Das „neue“ Konzept weiß aber unserer Meinung nach nur durch die optische Umgestaltung zu überzeugen. Der Standard-Wein ist für den angebotenen Preis leider absolut überbewertet. Und die Entscheidung, nicht mehr auf Pizza zu setzen, sondern auf Pinsa, ist sicherlich Geschmackssache. Mir ist das ganze zu teigig, zu trocken und zu wenig Käse und Belag. Hier haben wohl hauptsächlich wirtschaftliche Gründe eine Rolle gespielt. Die Trüffelpasta sind ein Schatten ihrer selbst. Die Soße ist einfach handwerklich nicht gut gemacht.

Wir waren am 3.09.22 hier abends essen. Für uns etwas besonderes, denn unser Sohn hat Zöliakie. Heißt, wir müssen schauen dass es was glutenfreies gibt und dazu auch Kontaminationsftei. Dies war hier absolut gegeben. Zwar gab es "nur" Plinsen glutenfrei, aber das hat gereicht. Unser Sohn wollte schon sehr lang mal wieder eine Salami Pizza. Noch dazu war sie groß genug. Auch unser Essen war 1a... geschmacklich richtig top... uns hat es nicht gestört das essen selbst an der Theke abzuholen... immerhin wird alles frisch zubereitet. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und vor allem satt.

Die Plätze waren Inside out. Saßen total im Durchzug. Die Briese hat total genervt. Dadurch war ganz ungemütliche Stimmung. Das Bruschetta Brot war Steinhart und ungenießbar. Darüberhinaus kam es zeitlich zum Hauptgang. Als Vorspeise!! Unmöglich… Fazit: Gottlos, nie wieder in meinem ganzen Leben und auch nicht danach falls ich wiedergeboren werde (oder eingefroren werde)

Wir waren seit langem mal wieder im Vapiano Osnabrück. Voller Erwartungen für das neue Konzept haben wir die neue Pinsa bestellt, eine angeblich gesündere Alternative zur Pizza, was sich als eine überteuerte Enttäuschung für satte 13,45 Euro für eine Vegetaria offenbarte. Der Teig war viel zu dick, steinhart, geschmacksneutral und alles andere als eine beworbene knusprig-luftig italienische Lebenslust. Jede Standard-Pizza vom Italiener um die Ecke bietet mehr Spaß und Leckerigkeit. Auch die Lasagne für stolze 11,45 Euro mit zwei Brotscheiben konnte nicht überzeugen. Schade, aber wir gehen wieder zu einem Anbieter mit knusprig-dünnen Pizzen.
