Pasta here is outstanding. All the noodles and bread are freshly made making them tender and taste extra delicious. Pizza here isn’t my favorite. Highly recommended salmon pasta cream sauce with garlic and chilli and surf and turf. Interior is stylish and well thought through. Staff are nice and helpful. However, here’s more like self service where you have to order food at the counter, pick the food from the kitchen counter and pay at the cashier before the exit. They provide complimentary bread with olive oil and balsamic vinegar to dip in.

Difficult for wheelchair users. There are many high tables and few low ones suitable for eating.

The shop looks great. Friendly staff. The food… partly overpriced for a salad that only contains three leaves. My bruscetta bread burnt. The noodles only taste like onions. We didn't really want to pay for something like that...

Hello, after VAPIANO's reaction, I'll write something about it. The pizza was okay. A little hard. My companions found the noodles with the shrimp delicious. The furniture is not mine. I find both the "high chairs" uncomfortable. The tables don't fit either. Are too low for me. The armchairs with the tables aren't that comfortable either 😅 But that's just my feeling. Other people might like it. In terms of price, I think it's a bit high since you're not served at the table. Overall it's pretty nice and you can take the food with you in nice boxes if you can't manage your portion. Best regards

Yes, I can only recommend Vapiano in Osnabrück. The food was great and what I found very nice is that I was there with my dog ​​🐕 (Labrador) and what can I say, the staff first brought my dog ​​a bowl of water! Simply great!

Large room with enough space between the tables, beautiful bar that bathes the restaurant in a nostalgic light. The pizza is very tasty, also available in gluten-free form, you don't have to wait long and the Pinsa also comes with scissors for practical cutting...don't forget the napkin 😉

I loved it there! I come from Fürstenau and was pleasantly surprised by the tasteful interior there! The non-alcoholic W beer tasted excellent...but they must have forgotten to turn the heating high enough as it was the cold week of February...brrrr...We were a little cold 🥶...! 😁 Otherwise an Italian restaurant that is great for a lunch break!

Hygiene leaves a lot to be desired, especially the changing room. The pizza we ate was tasty but nothing special. In my opinion you only pay for the name. Far too expensive, a small cola for 5 euros is very bold. You pay less for a beach holiday!!!

Unfortunately, our reunion was a disaster. If this store is full, please don't go in. Organizationally very bad. 2 hour wait for 2 pizzas? After our complaint, the service was a disaster in terms of complaint management. L'Osteria can do that much better... We can't rate the food at Vapiano because unfortunately we didn't get it.

Vapiano is always happy, but your service lady who distributes the tables when it's quite full is horrible. Totally bitchy and makes facial expressions all the time as if it was her own fault that she had to work.

I would wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant. The food is incredibly delicious. The prices are nothing to complain about and the staff is very nice. I will also recommend it to my family.

We had dinner on Sunday last week (the picture on the right). The food was very nice and tasty. We were there again yesterday, but this time the noodles weren't cooked through and were sticky and raw. When we wanted to pay at the checkout, the employee asked if everything was OK. We addressed this that the pasta was undercooked or strange. The employee reacted unfriendly to this. I'll cook the next one myself

I miss the Vapiano when one could customize their order. Order pasta, add shrimp, other things... Now, it seems, you basically order your meal. Pizzas you customize, but if you order a pasta type of your choosing, and arrabiata sauce, you get a bowl of pasta and sauce. No adding allowed of chicken, or shrimp etc... we asked to add shrimp and no was the answer, only extras allowed to order for pizza. The place is good, I just think they have changed quite a lot and not quite for me as the options are now limited. Great staff, nice atmosphere.

Vapiano was my number 1 go-to restaurant in Osnabrück for many years. Unfortunately, prices have exploded over the years. There is now a new menu with adjusted prices and dishes; But the fact that the desserts, for example, have become more expensive but come in smaller portions is quite amazing. The coffee (latte macchiato) also comes in smaller glasses. Nevertheless, the dishes are delicious and most of the employees are very friendly and customer-oriented. Silke in particular is a treasure of gold! The toilets urgently need to be renovated but at least kept cleaner. It always looks terrible there.

We definitely won't be coming back. We ordered two pizzas and only got one because our colleague made a mistake. So I had to wait for my pizza while my husband was eating. Simply impossible. The prices for drinks are also way too high. If you had proper service this wouldn't be a problem. The tables aren't really cleared here. It can take 30 minutes for a table to be clean. And there really wasn't that much going on. And the smell of the toilet is decent at the front. I wouldn't sit there. It actually dropped sharply. It was the last time for us.

Unfortunately, the food has diminished. But what's much worse is the toilet smell that is spread throughout the entire branch. Very unpleasant to eat because of the smell.

The "new" pizza with sourdough simply doesn't taste good and was also very indigestible. Vapiano's original pizza with yeast dough was very good. But this pizza had to be replaced by Pinsa from Vapiano.

Wir waren vor ein paar Jahren letztes Mal hier und jetzt wieder. Früher war das Essen deutlich besser. Man hat die Schlange immer in Kauf genommen, weil das Essen gut war. Inzwischen ist die Pizza Mittelmaß und mein Burrata für 12,50 Euro war auch weniger als Mittelmaß. Wie gehen nicht mehr hin.

I think the atmosphere is really cool. Something different. Not so rigid with the tables in a certain arrangement, but more or less randomly placed. Large table islands for (I think) 12 people, where you can sit comfortably, even with people you don't know, without getting in each other's way. The service is almost completely non-existent. To order drinks and food, you go to the bar and pick up your own food. I didn't find the staff to be particularly friendly, except for the gentleman at the checkout. The staff also clears the table, but leaves a feeling of "well, great, that too" The quality of the food has decreased in my opinion. The pasta dishes are almost completely unseasoned and the pinsa is simply small, hard and carelessly topped. If you don't feel like making them, you shouldn't make them, but perhaps offer more than 6 different pizzas. Conclusion from me: 2 drinks and 2 meals = €44.60 Sorry, But with that money I could have eaten better somewhere else.

We always enjoy going to Vapiano. The selection of food and drinks is really very good, even if it is a bit higher priced. But we're happy to accept that because the quality is good. The service from the chefs and the waitresses at the counter is really good and there is nothing to complain about.

Unfortunately the food was totally bland. Neither the Cesar salad, the pasta with mushrooms nor the tomato soup tasted like anything. The drink gave the impression that it was stale. The service can hardly be rated because there is simply none. Considering the prices, this is an absolute disgrace. In principle, of course, there is no objection to the concept. However, this should be noticeable in the price, which is definitely not the case. The employees on site are polite. However, this should be taken for granted and does not deserve a good assessment of the service (which simply does not exist). Overall, it is audacious to charge such a price for such an offer. Any cheap convenience food from the supermarket tastes better.

Food was mediocre- glutenfree pizza and a salat. Service: friendly and helpful, though their service system is slightly weird and lacks efficiency (with drinks order, but also time for food preparation considering there was harsly anybody in!) What really bugged us: noodles were prepared locally, which is nice. Unfortunately, the person doing it, handled all food without gloves (cook had gloves on: yeah!)

Nice staff, pretty quick processing from ordering to picking up at the counter, so it can also be done during the lunch break. It's great that there's also a little Pinsa!!! All dishes are beautifully presented, the pinsa on a board (there are even scissors for cutting) or the pasta in a beautiful bowl! Pleasant atmosphere as the tables are not placed so close to each other. Gladly again!

A nice location in itself, parking is possible right next to it in the L+T parking garage. Reservations are only accepted for groups of 10 or more, but it wasn't a problem to get a table like that. The seating is rather modern, most of it a kind of small high chair with a low backrest, a few armchairs, a piece of upholstered bench. Only the bench seat was comfortable for my taste. (However, given my age, I don't necessarily belong to the target group; younger guests are probably not so critical...) At the entrance (barrier-free) you get a menu, possibly instructions on how the concept works and find your seat. High chair for children available. Drinks and food are ordered at the counter, the amounts are booked onto the card, and you receive a beeper that announces when the finished food can be picked up. Dishes and glasses can remain on the table after the meal and will be cleared away by the staff. Very clean toilets!!! The consumption card is scanned at the exit. You can pay cash or card or pay mobile. For tips, there is a box set up (for the entire team) into which you can throw cash. Staff very friendly, asked beforehand when paying whether everything was OK. We enjoyed the food very much, but the price (as well as the drinks) is on the high side, especially since you are not served at the table and have to take care of everything yourself. Due to the light hall character, it is not quite as comfortable and sometimes difficult to communicate. But we still liked it. Small addition: I took a portion of pasta with me for my husband. This was packed in a sturdy plastic box, and the portion of Parmesan was included separately in a paper bag. If you like, you can continue to use the box at home after rinsing.

Das essen war sehr gut, die Bedienung an der tehke wo die Bestellungen auf genommen werden eher durcheinander und überfordert, meine Bestellung wurde nicht aufgenommen und ich musste demnach hinterherlaufen und der Küche bescheid geben.

I ate a pinsa funghi. The dough is too thick and the tomato sauce doesn't taste good at all. You get scissors and no cutlery. Unfortunately the pinsa could not be cut. The prices are completely out of control. I can understand that it is difficult for the catering industry at this time, but 12.95 is too much. My companion got fusili with tomato sauce. Same thing... sauce has no taste!

Went there late in the afternoon today with my wife and our granddaughter. We had 2 pasta dishes and a salad. All the dishes far exceeded our expectations, we've rarely eaten so deliciously, we'll be visiting this restaurant again in no time, highly recommended.😊

We had pasta and pinsa. The pasta was great as usual, the pinsa (a mix of baguette and pizza) wasn't really my cup of tea. All in all, I would recommend it and just stick to the pasta.

Well, it could have been better. Unfortunately, not all of the shrimp were cooked through, which isn't really an option for me personally. The noodles, on the other hand, were very good, neither cooked too long nor too short. They had a slight bite, weren't too mushy and the Bolognese also tasted great. The bread, on the other hand, left something to be desired. So it seems to really depend on what you order here. So there are things that are really good, others unfortunately still have potential for improvement.

Pasta with tomato sauce was okay but compared to that it was very bad (€8.95). The pasta with basil pesto couldn't be eaten...far too oily and just a strange, stale taste (€10.95). Price-performance is no longer worth it, you could rather go to a real Italian restaurant and get a lot more. You were asked if you wanted any more garlic and chili, but you couldn't see or taste any of it in the food.

The taste is disastrous, I think the chef forgot to buy the spices over Easter. We also waited over 30 minutes for 3 portions of pasta. Since Vapiano's core competency is based on pasta dishes, it is unfortunately shocking to note that the chain's “good” reputation is not lived up to, at least at the Osnabrück location.

Wir haben uns kurzfristig für das VAPIANO entschieden. Wir hatten Nudeln mit Tomatensause und Beef für jeweils 17,-€. Leider war die Soße so la la und weit weg von einer leckeren italienischen Zubereitung (sehr matschig) und das Beef war wirklich ekelig und erinnerte an Hundefutter. Weniger Hundefutter und mehr Qualität wäre da in der Tat besser gewesen. Wir haben es nicht aufessen können.

I took a break here during a short stopover in Osnabrück. Cool atmosphere, delicious food and good espresso. Staff very friendly. Only the ordering process could be improved. People who don't yet know what they want line up and block.

The food wasn't that good, no taste, the spaghetti was still hard. The pizza was too small for that price and the drinks were the price I thought I was in a nightclub. I'll never eat there again. There is absolutely nothing about service that seemed to me to be in a youth hostel. You have to get everything from the corner, that's a no go for a restaurant. As I said, not for us, you feel like I'm eating at Ikea. Food and drink are all too expensive 😡
