Gaststätten, Restaurants Waschund Barsalon in Osnabrück

We were in Osnabrück today and had made a reservation for today, July 14, 2024. I have a voucher and even made a booking request yesterday. We're arriving here today and it's closed, and I'm furious. It's absolutely outrageous. I want my voucher replaced because the nearest store is in Cologne or Hamburg, way too far. I'm from Salzbergen, severely disabled, and can't drive that far anymore. Osnabrück is the limit of what's bearable for driving a car. Sorry, but never again.

Osnabrück Atter, a small village in the Osnabrück district. It has a sports field, a kindergarten, and a daycare center, as well as an elementary school, half of which was recently demolished. Containers were set up to replace the buildings, and the classrooms are now located there. The bus stop toward the city is near the elementary school. The bus stop near the kindergarten goes in the opposite direction, to Ikea and Kaufland.

It's really annoying that the online prices only apply to online orders. I ordered by phone and had to pay a whopping €6.56 more for three pizzas – without any prior notification. When I inquired, they simply said, "That's just how it is." In my opinion, that's no way to treat customers – this isn't what transparency looks like.

I ordered from them twice. Once, a driver came by in the morning and just handed me some random pizza. After a phone call to the shops, the delivery driver picked it up again. Then in the evening, a different delivery driver brought me the pizza, but only to the same street, 30 minutes away. Today I ordered food and it arrived 45 minutes later than the delivery time. And unsurprisingly, the food was cold.
