Pizza was good but what really convinced was the seller, the dude just has a very relaxed atmosphere

The ambiance was okay. Service was friendly and prompt. The food was always tasty.

After a fantastic match of football at our wonderful club, we were quite curious about the flavors of the well-known Pizza Hut. Upon arrival, no one was there at first, and when someone did arrive, they lazily and casually asked what we wanted to eat. The wait was quite long, and when our pizza arrived, we were shocked. A rather large pizza for a hefty price, it was completely soaked with liquid and tasted like Ruprecht's big toenail. The atmosphere was very grim, and we were sick by the time we finished the pizza. All in all,... yuck. I would never go there again.

This was my first time ordering from Pizza Hut (Lieferando). I had a Pepperoni Pan Pizza S. €12 for the size (about 22cm in diameter). I was expecting a bit more... the pizza was really small for the price. It might be helpful if you could also specify the diameter of the pizzas in centimeters (e.g., on Lieferando). The driver was polite and the order arrived relatively quickly.

Unfortunately, the waitress didn't speak a single word of German. When asked what size a medium/large size was, he made hand signals. Also, the back door was open, where he seemed to be chilling with a friend. He was on his phone the whole time we were ordering, so we had to say "Hello!" to get him to write down the Coke. I think it's a disgrace and I won't be coming back.

So my husband brought me a pizza yesterday (sausage + hollo). When I first saw the price, €16.50, I had to swallow. I opened the box and saw it: a little bigger than a cake plate, a 3cm edge without anything on it, 7 slices of susuk and some hollo. The dough was soft, like a cake. The toppings were delicious. The price is absolutely amazing (cheeky). I'm happy to spend a little more money for good food. If I'd ordered the pizza myself, it would have stayed there. For that price 😡😡😡😡😡

There was a time when Pizza Hut was very good. Today, it's better to erase it from memory. Even this star is too much.

Orders were placed, some vegan, some non-vegan. The vegan pizza wasn't delivered at all, and the vegan melts were placed next to the non-vegan melts in a box, making it impossible to distinguish and likely contamination. No one was available by phone on several occasions. The service was poor. I won't order from here again. My money is gone and all the vegans are hungry... unbelievable!

A bottomless disgrace! My family received the wrong pizza, which wasn't the problem. We called several times and were hung up on six times! When you're going all the way to the branch to resolve the issue, you expect the employee to be courteous and try to resolve the situation professionally. Instead, we were greeted by disrespectful, contemptuous service that was also insulting. Do yourself and us a favor and quit! Conclusion: irrelevant, unprofessional, and simply brazen!!!!

This place is a complete disaster! The employees are extremely unfriendly, incompetent, and completely unapologetic about their mistakes. It led to a long argument before I got my money back, as the food was delivered incorrectly and was cold to boot. The person who answers the phone doesn't speak or understand a word of German. Simply outrageous! If I could give zero stars, I would. I ordered food online and received the wrong products, which isn't a problem at first, since anyone can make mistakes. After trying to call several times, I got a gentleman on the phone who didn't speak or understand a word of German. Why would they answer the phone then? I then went there in person and tried to explain the problem. But the gentleman serving at the front was even more rude and didn't understand anything I said. In the end, I was given my money back after being insulted. I quote, "God makes mistakes too." Absolute outrage. It ended with me being kicked out and told not to come back. Simply a disgrace, and from a human perspective, a 6.

Wanted yesterday 6.03.25. eat a pizza there. We pre-ordered everything via the app because we had an hour's drive. Only to find out that it is closed. Very bad service, no notice in the app, on Google or in the store door. We drove for free for an hour.

So, the service was good. Also, the man there didn't ask me what sauce I wanted anymore, he just chose one for me himself. But the sauce was good so I don't mind lol. The food was okay, but somehow I expected more. The pizza was really small, and €13 is way too much for such a small pizza. Plus, even though I ordered a Cheese Lovers, it was more bread than cheese. There was maybe 3mm of cheese on it, and I thought it would be more for that price. The melts were delicious. I don't know if it was because I was hungry, but they tasted good. In total I paid more than €20. In my opinion it was good to try it, but I would rather go to a regular restaurant where you can get a larger pizza for €13. Oh, and the door was way too difficult to open! I was already having problems with it, and after a few minutes two families came and couldn't do it either. They even thought Pizza Hut was closed. 😭

I just found out when ordering on the phone that with the 2 for 1 voucher you only get the exact same pizza twice. Unlike before, when the cheaper pizza was free. In my opinion, this makes absolutely no sense and is also stated differently in the voucher conditions.

We went into the restaurant, but came out after 10 minutes. The server was on the phone privately and did not deal with us. It was cold inside and quiet, there are only 3 tables. I just had a very unpleasant experience at the branch. I announced in advance that I wanted to use a Cityfor2 coupon and I ordered it. After I redeemed my coupon, I showed the operator my display for verification. I clicked further to be sure to give me a 5 star review. I refused because I always judge based on experience. The operator felt that since I got a pizza for free, I should give the 5 star review. I continued to refuse and I said I would leave then. He said goodbye! I left without pizzas and with a redeemed coupon.

I had to file a complaint by PayPal and Lieferando. This is the second time Pizza Hut, in Osnabrück, has sent the wrong order, then refused to refund my money or deliver us a new pizza. Awful customer service and fraud!!

Excellent! Although the employees were very busy due to the high volume of customers, we received our order very quickly. We ordered 4 medium-sized pizzas and two salads and received them after about ten minutes. The food was great and there is nothing to complain about!

I ordered a vegan tuna pizza and got one with real tuna. But I only noticed it quite late, sometimes things are really close to the original. But not that close in all respects. What's that supposed to mean? When I order something vegan, as a customer I trust that I will also get something vegan. That's not possible, I won't order here again!

We wanted to stop here as part of our shopping trip. Opening times according to the internet and at the door are 12 p.m. to 11 p.m. We were there at 12.20. Door was locked and no one answered our knock. We were really looking forward to pizza from Pizza Hut. So we had to go to L'osteria ☺️ it was delicious! We can only recommend it.

I recently ordered here when the food wasn't delivered after about 2 hours and I called and was told that it had simply been forgotten...that's something you hate to hear as a customer. I recommend simply ordering from a local pizzeria, in my experience they handle orders more carefully.

We ordered a small Margherita pizza and a medium salami, as well as a medium mushroom. The employee was neither friendly nor unfriendly. It wasn't until we got home that we realized it was a Margherita pizza and two salami pizzas. We were very disappointed. My sister was looking forward to a vegetarian mushroom pizza and now had to look for the salami on the pizza. I recommend checking in the store to make sure the correct pizzas are in the boxes.

the worst Pizza Hut I have ever seen. Obviously you don't expect any customers there, you just want to process deliveries? I can't explain it any other way a) the entrance door is "stuck" so that you think the shop is closed b) it is far too cold in the guest room c) there are no glasses for drinks, only from the bottle d) there are no spices as usual at Pizza Hut (Tabasco, Parmesan, oregano, chili flakes). My pan pizza was baked far too dry and dark. once and never again.

Die Pizza 🍕 war super lecker, Chessecrust ninja turtle Donni und ein Chesse lovers Pan Pizza. Pizzen 🍕 waren super lecker und schnell da. Der Laden an sich ist etwas klein 2 4er-Tische 2 2er-tische und zwei Tresen. Ansonsten die Bedienung war mega freundlich und die Pizzen waren sehr schnell fertig.

Das Essen ist sehr, sehr lecker. Ich weiß nicht, wie diese Pizzen im Vergleich zu anderen abschneiden. Der Service ist gut, nur der Herr ist sehr ernst. Trotzdem bietet es einen guten Service. Die Atmosphäre ist kalt, es wird so sein, dass die Zeiten, in denen ich gegangen bin, in niedrigen Stunden waren. Das Wichtigste ist: guter Service, leckeres Essen, saubere Badezimmer*** und sauberer Ort. Brunnen. Manchmal vergessen sie die Tische.

Es hat mit dem alten Laden in der Stadt nichts zutun. Im Laden stehen 4-5 Tische. Sieh er aus wie ein Schnell Restaurant. Der Mitarbeiter war sehr nett. Die Pizzen waren ok aber nicht das was wir uns vorgestellt hatten. Sahen gut aus aber geschmacklich nichts besonderes und nicht heiß, sondern etwas weniger wie lau warm. :)

Kein großes Restaurant mit nur wenigen Tischen, aber hier kann man auch drinnen Essen. Die Pizzen sind lecker und schnell serviert. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ohne die Bewertungen gelesen zu haben, bin ich in den kleinen Laden gegangen. Ich kann mich den Bewertungen nicht anschließen, die Margarita Pizza war wie üblich bei Pizza Hut, es gab ebenfalls auch normales Besteck.

Habe heute eine schmackhafte Pizza mit Hähnchen bekommen in medium Größe. Ich fand sie echt lecker, Herzlichen Dank nochmal dafür.

Kleine Filiale mit Fokus auf Abholung/Lieferung: es gab nur eine Theke und wenige Tische für den Verzehr vor Ort. Die Klimaanlage war auch im Winter sehr kalt. Das Personal war freundlich und die Pizza lecker in gewohnter Pizza Hut Qualität. Es gab auch Getränke und Eis im Kühlschrank. Zum längeren Verweilen aber leider etwas ungemütlich und leider auch keine gewohnte umfangreiche Speisekarte und auch kein Service am Platz wie in den normalen Restaurants üblich. Es handelt sich hier eher um ein Schnellrestaurant-Filiale zur Abholung.

Leider keine Heizung an, daher nur bedingt zum vor Ort essen geeignet. Pizza war lecker

Es war sehr freundlicher Service und sehr leckeres Essen.

Wir haben hier bestellt und die Pizza war fast verbrannt, was bei den extrem hohen Preisen sehr ärgerlich war. Ich würde hier eher nicht mehr bestellen.

Leckere Pizza, lohnt sich für uns aber erst mit einem 2 für 1 Gutschein. Sehr nettes Personal.
