Pizza Hut in Osnabrück

We went into the restaurant, but came out after 10 minutes. The server was on the phone privately and did not deal with us. It was cold inside and quiet, there are only 3 tables. Very depressing, this is not how a Pizza Hut should look. Disappointment, even though we really wanted to eat there, since there are no restaurants in Bielefeld anymore.

I just had a very unpleasant experience at the branch. I announced in advance that I wanted to use a Cityfor2 coupon and I ordered it. After I redeemed my coupon, I showed the operator my display for verification. I clicked further to be sure to give me a 5 star review. I refused because I always judge based on experience. The operator felt that since I got a pizza for free, I should give the 5 star review. I continued to refuse and I said I would leave then. He said goodbye! I left without pizzas and with a redeemed coupon.

I always like to order pizzas, they arrive hot and taste good. Eating there isn't very comfortable, but the restaurant in town was definitely more inviting. Unfortunately, it must be added: the employees hardly speak any German and they are not asked whether they can communicate in English. So I couldn't order today, which was a shame

Ordered 2 large pizzas. Both. The dough was raw inside. Inedible for me. The seller/pizza maker speaks neither German, English nor Italian. 0 stars. The shop looks okay, but the chairs are a bit uncomfortable.

We stood in front of the counter for 5 minutes, the waitress sat outside and smoked and didn't pay any attention to us. Left the restaurant without food.

Pizza was quite tasty. The service was just the minimum you would expect. The order was taken and the food was brought to the table. Ambiance is very uncomfortable.

The pizza was very good very very good but the cheese noodle casserole was terrible everyone would miss not ordering it unseasoned it just has a disgusting taste now I have a stomach ache omg please noodle dish not to be missed the pizza was super good just because of the pizza you three have Stars don't get because of the pasta casserole because of the pizza, so hats off to the pasta but the hat remains on

I ordered two pan pizzas from Pizza Hut, by way of Lieferando: one in size Medium (26cm) and one in size Large (33cm). Both pizzas were delivered cold; the larger one was completely dried out/ overcooked. Instead of a Medium pizza they delivered a size Small (22cm). Immediately after delivery, I called to try to come to some kind of solution (new delivery or reimbursement). The employee told me to reply to his WhatsApp number by sending a photo of the pizza. I sent a photo with a measuring stick held over it (21,5 cm). He lied and told me that this was a size Medium, then proceeded to ignore me. I called the Pizza Hut in Hannover and they confirmed that the employee in Osnabrück had lied to me and they told me to file a complaint with Lieferando. I had to file a complaint by PayPal and Lieferando. This is the second time Pizza Hut, in Osnabrück, has sent the wrong order, then refused to refund my money or deliver us a new pizza. Awful customer service and fraud!!

Excellent! Although the employees were very busy due to the high volume of customers, we received our order very quickly. We ordered 4 medium-sized pizzas and two salads and received them after about ten minutes. The food was great and there is nothing to complain about!

I ordered a vegan tuna pizza and got one with real tuna. But I only noticed it quite late, sometimes things are really close to the original. But not that close in all respects. What's that supposed to mean? When I order something vegan, as a customer I trust that I will also get something vegan. That's not possible, I won't order here again!

Service who speaks no German and only a little English. So ordering via video phone call with another employee (possibly the owner?) Constant loud and annoying tinkling in the store. Food takes forever to finish. Lasagna was quite expensive for the taste and only lukewarm. Vegan tuna pizza tastes more like vegan mince but tastes good.

I was here and wanted to order. The guy at the review couldn't speak a word of German and said he would rather try it in English. After I placed the order in English, the person typed it incorrectly repeatedly and didn't understand a word. Then I went and ordered somewhere else.

We wanted to go there on Thursday afternoon Looking for a parking space and heading to Pizza Hut Unfortunately the branch was closed 40 minutes after regular opening time. There was a light on, but there was no response to our knock. We then walked a few meters to L'osteria

We wanted to stop here as part of our shopping trip. Opening times according to the internet and at the door are 12 p.m. to 11 p.m. We were there at 12.20. Door was locked and no one answered our knock. We were really looking forward to pizza from Pizza Hut. So we had to go to L'osteria ☺️ it was delicious! We can only recommend it.

I recently ordered here when the food wasn't delivered after about 2 hours and I called and was told that it had simply been forgotten...that's something you hate to hear as a customer. I recommend simply ordering from a local pizzeria, in my experience they handle orders more carefully.

We ordered a small Margherita pizza and a medium salami, as well as a medium mushroom. The employee was neither friendly nor unfriendly. It wasn't until we got home that we realized it was a Margherita pizza and two salami pizzas. We were very disappointed. My sister was looking forward to a vegetarian mushroom pizza and now had to look for the salami on the pizza. I recommend checking in the store to make sure the correct pizzas are in the boxes.

I ordered but the driver couldn't find the street and didn't show up

The pizzeria is very quiet and a little away from the city center, which would actually suit pizza lovers who want to eat in peace and quiet. Wait time for the pizza was about 10 minutes. With the large portions you really have to be careful that they are really big 😅 two large pizzas were too much for two people, one should be taken home. I gave one star less for the ambience because there was a strange person there. Who came to our table and asked for some money or a pizza order for her with a nice “sorry” when I took my first bite of the pizza (which stuck the pizza slice straight down my throat). Of course I declined such a great offer 🫣😥 But it wasn't the pizzeria's fault. Otherwise the pizza was good 😌 and really tasty 😋

Pizza thin and sparingly topped, extremely greasy and way too expensive. Consisted almost entirely of very thick, partly still wet dough. However, it tasted quite good because it was cross on the outside and mushy on the inside. However, due to all the fat, there is a real risk of nausea. Service friendly, but completely disinterested. Ambience loveless and on the verge of unhygienic. Was an attempt to take another look at what Pizza Hut is like today. The last try. You get significantly more for the money elsewhere. If you like greasy pizza dough, this might be the right place for you, but you can also get baking equipment from A*** and add extra fat to it...

Unfortunately not recommended. Pizza was edible but very greasy... Don't think we'll go there again, it's a shame that Pizza Hut in the pedestrian zone is gone! It's a real shame that we can't recommend eating here. Every chip shop in a parking lot has more flair... what a shame!

the worst Pizza Hut I have ever seen. Obviously you don't expect any customers there, you just want to process deliveries? I can't explain it any other way a) the entrance door is "stuck" so that you think the shop is closed b) it is far too cold in the guest room c) there are no glasses for drinks, only from the bottle d) there are no spices as usual at Pizza Hut (Tabasco, Parmesan, oregano, chili flakes). My pan pizza was baked far too dry and dark. once and never again.

Delivery should take 1 hour. .. after 2 hours there was still no one there!!!!!

Smelly pizzeria for 3 tables. Very faintly reminiscent of chain restaurants Pizza Hut. The pasta was terribly over-salted, served not on a plate but in a disposable foil box like in a kebab shop. I don't recommend it

Käserand ist geil. (Nichts gegen AliBaba in Vechta, dazwischen liegen Galaxien), der Laden leider etwas klein.

Die Pizza 🍕 war super lecker, Chessecrust ninja turtle Donni und ein Chesse lovers Pan Pizza. Pizzen 🍕 waren super lecker und schnell da. Der Laden an sich ist etwas klein 2 4er-Tische 2 2er-tische und zwei Tresen. Ansonsten die Bedienung war mega freundlich und die Pizzen waren sehr schnell fertig.

Pan Pizza lecker...kann man nicht oft essen sonst wiegt man bald 400 Kilo aber dann und wann...geht immer

Essen wie eine Pizza bei Pizza Hut eben. Dient eher als Imbiss. Kaum Tische. Und ziemlich schmutzig. Zum vor Ort essen nicht sehr angenehm.

Das Essen ist sehr, sehr lecker. Ich weiß nicht, wie diese Pizzen im Vergleich zu anderen abschneiden. Der Service ist gut, nur der Herr ist sehr ernst. Trotzdem bietet es einen guten Service. Die Atmosphäre ist kalt, es wird so sein, dass die Zeiten, in denen ich gegangen bin, in niedrigen Stunden waren. Das Wichtigste ist: guter Service, leckeres Essen, saubere Badezimmer*** und sauberer Ort. Brunnen. Manchmal vergessen sie die Tische.

Es hat mit dem alten Laden in der Stadt nichts zutun. Im Laden stehen 4-5 Tische. Sieh er aus wie ein Schnell Restaurant. Der Mitarbeiter war sehr nett. Die Pizzen waren ok aber nicht das was wir uns vorgestellt hatten. Sahen gut aus aber geschmacklich nichts besonderes und nicht heiß, sondern etwas weniger wie lau warm. :)

Kein großes Restaurant mit nur wenigen Tischen, aber hier kann man auch drinnen Essen. Die Pizzen sind lecker und schnell serviert. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ohne die Bewertungen gelesen zu haben, bin ich in den kleinen Laden gegangen. Ich kann mich den Bewertungen nicht anschließen, die Margarita Pizza war wie üblich bei Pizza Hut, es gab ebenfalls auch normales Besteck.

Habe heute eine schmackhafte Pizza mit Hähnchen bekommen in medium Größe. Ich fand sie echt lecker, Herzlichen Dank nochmal dafür.

Kleine Filiale mit Fokus auf Abholung/Lieferung: es gab nur eine Theke und wenige Tische für den Verzehr vor Ort. Die Klimaanlage war auch im Winter sehr kalt. Das Personal war freundlich und die Pizza lecker in gewohnter Pizza Hut Qualität. Es gab auch Getränke und Eis im Kühlschrank. Zum längeren Verweilen aber leider etwas ungemütlich und leider auch keine gewohnte umfangreiche Speisekarte und auch kein Service am Platz wie in den normalen Restaurants üblich. Es handelt sich hier eher um ein Schnellrestaurant-Filiale zur Abholung.

Leider keine Heizung an, daher nur bedingt zum vor Ort essen geeignet. Pizza war lecker

Es war sehr freundlicher Service und sehr leckeres Essen.

Wir haben hier bestellt und die Pizza war fast verbrannt, was bei den extrem hohen Preisen sehr ärgerlich war. Ich würde hier eher nicht mehr bestellen.

Leckere Pizza, lohnt sich für uns aber erst mit einem 2 für 1 Gutschein. Sehr nettes Personal.
