Subway in Metzingen

Ordered online - wrap with lettuce, olives, jalapeños & chicken T... there wasn't a single lettuce leaf or olive or anything else in it plus a RIDICULOUSLY small amount of chicken with a lump of mayo or something like that in the middle. I'm really not picky about food (I eat everything even if it's not that tasty) but the thing actually ended up in the trash.. you can forget something when you order and that can happen. But getting something like that for that price is really bad. What my husband ordered was at least in the same order and was great. .. you could almost think I got some leftover leftover food from a customer on his plate delivered here, but luckily the jaw marks were missing. Too bad.

Delivery service is a complete disaster. Food arrived 1 1/2 hours later, everything completely cold and inedible. Ordering there is not recommended!

Just before the return trip we treated ourselves to a subway and it was absolutely amazing. The sauces Combi were the banger, South West Chick bottle & Cheaser directly from Mourad & Hamza! If car repair will be here again!

Just totally unfriendly! We had to take deposit bottles with us and hand them over to Kaufland, although we had paid the deposit for them in the store. The reason: They wouldn't have room for the bottles! Ambience totally weird. Tables and floor dirty.

So I don't know why Subway even gives such a license to people who don't have anything under control. There are hardly any side dishes on there, so you can't be more than stingy with them in Metzingen, it's top notch, I've been to so many subway chains and have definitely never experienced anything like that, it really only happened in Metzingen, where else it's much more pleasant. We had ordered several times and something was always forgotten and especially if you complained, we would do it well next time, but nothing arrived until today. Food also arrives cold and packaged so unkindly, the times are all top drawer 55 minutes songs time and it's actually 1:45 hours so you should learn a little more with mathematics. Never order there again, I thought several times that everyone makes mistakes, but they just don't learn, they don't pay attention to customers, they just really want to empty their pockets, so it happens that everyone has a different opinion.

I personally know the Subway restaurants in Freiburg from a few years ago. Here in Metzingen I can say this is the best Subway I've eaten at so far. The employees are all super nice and make really good food. I've mostly been there in the evenings after work and always had good service. Just keep it up.

Service, didn't know that you could redeem MobileGutscheine.de here. I had already paid for the voucher and couldn't redeem it because the operation wasn't trained. I was here on August 2nd, 2024 and still want my money back via Paypal. Paypal address everything was supposedly sent to the boss.

Unfortunately, the branch in Metzingen is becoming increasingly dire. When you see the employee's dirty clothes, you've basically already eaten. In addition, if you don't feel like doing the job, don't do it or at least don't let the customer feel it. There are better quality branches... I'd rather drive further away...! Edit after 5 years of abstinence from this branch: Didn't get any better - on the contrary... Worst subway in the area. Cleanliness is terrible, the food tastes subpar, and the staff should take courses in language and behavior. Definitely never again.

Disgusting. Really not clean, not fast and not tasty. Service unsympathetic. One guy first spent 30 minutes outside talking to a homeless person. The same homeless man was outside the train station afterwards and harassed people. Never again. Health department check the whole thing!

I don't understand how there are any good reviews here. Today we ordered via the app and wanted to pick up the food ourselves. According to the app, the food should be ready for pickup at 8:20 p.m. - we were there at 8:20 p.m. Food not ready but prepared “just needs to be toasted”. That wouldn't be a thing in itself, but it doesn't save anyone time, so pre-ordering doesn't help at all. While toasting it was discovered that only half of my sub was prepared. But the staff noticed it themselves and they then made another half (on their own, without me saying anything). When it came to the sauce, the staff looked at the written order again and still put the wrong sauce on the sandwich. When my friend pointed out that it was the wrong sauce, I first asked if I could add the second sauce on top. Was told no by my partner because the sauces didn't go together and the order was also different. Now the employee scraped the ingredients that had sauce on them off the sub by hand. I then asked that a new bread be made. The employee also no longer knew whether the additional ingredients (bacon and caramelized onions) that had already been paid for online were on the scraped sub. When I asked him to simply make a new sandwich, the “boss” intervened. He made me feel really stupid and said I was disrespectful and who knows what. Of course I was annoyed, but far from disrespectful! The behavior he showed us as customers was disrespectful. There were also sentences that I don't want to repeat here again, accusations that I had sounded annoyed "the whole time", etc. If, as a franchisee, he earns poorly through offers, it is not our fault as customers. The boss said that we should be happy with what we got for €17. By the way, you don't get your money back (after such service we didn't feel like eating anymore). For those who have bothered to read this far - I cannot recommend a visit here. Incompetent, unfriendly and slow. Conclusion: Never again! I'd rather drive the 10 minutes to RT and get my food there if I absolutely have to go Subway.

Generally rather sad. We ordered food, the chips were forgotten on the menu and the sandwiches didn't have what we ordered. When asked, they said it was bad luck and they still got stupid answers.

The staff is actually very nice, everything went well until it came time to pay. Next to the cookies a cockroach/cockroach ran towards me and I almost spit on the spot. Rip off !!!! I ordered sub platters for a celebration. These were hardly topped with any vegetables and the tomatoes were green. I paid €80 for these records and all I got in response to the complaints was “that’s just how they are occupied, I can’t do anything”. Never again! I would like to add pictures of the green tomatoes and the very sparsely topped, completely overpriced subs!

I ordered through Lieferando and after 45 minutes the order was canceled...when I called they laughed in my face and said yes the order was automatically canceled without any further explanation...and then I ordered again because my pregnant sister was there and she really wanted to I ordered again and waited another hour and it arrived at Lieferando, your order will arrive soon, it's been 30 minutes and still not there, I called Metzingen again then he says yes, it will arrive at your place shortly and then suddenly he acts as if he would he doesn't hear me and hangs on my face!!! I've had a sub several times before, but the place there is definitely worth considering! An employee with private clothes and no knowledge of German behind the counter. And the other blonde, the branch manager, eats her cookie comfortably and smacking her lips and watches her colleague (no work clothes). The shop was empty and of course there were dirty tables. Never again ! By the way, the sub tasted just like the tables and counter looked.
